目的 了解医院合同护士的聘用现状以及其对护理专业的影响,为各级卫生行政部门的决策提供参考依据.方法 采用问卷调查表,对省内外20所医院的3587名在编护士和1284名合同护士进行调查,以了解合同护士的聘用情况及其对护理专业的影响.结果 合同护士占医院护士总数的26.36%,且年龄小、学历低、职称低、福利待遇差、发展机会少;59.78%的在编护士认为合同护士可以缓解医院护士严重缺编,19.02%认为相对有利于开展整体护理和减少护理差错事故,58.70%认为合同护士的用工制度使护理专业学生感到前途渺茫,影响护士的社会地位和形象,24.46%认为合同护士是医院护理差错事故的主要来源者.结论 政府应出台相应政策,规范医院目前不合理、不公平的合同护士用工制度,以减少合同护士对护理专业带来的负面影响.  相似文献

[目的]了解临床聘用护士重症监护能力现状及影响因素。[方法]采用分层整群抽样方法,选取在山西省9所三级甲等医院临床工作的330名在编护士及388名聘用护士,用中文版护理行为六维度量表进行调查。[结果]在编护士与聘用护士重症监护能力评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),影响聘用护士重症监护能力的因素主要有护龄、月收入、婚姻状况、年龄和参与教学情况。[结论]山西省三级甲等医院聘用护士重症监护能力总体得分低于正式在编护士,各医院应通过多种途径提高聘用护士的整体能力,进而提高护理质量。  相似文献

目的 了解重庆市非在编护士自由流动现状,探讨影响其自由流动意愿的因素,为制订科学的管理措施提供依据.方法 自行设计调查问卷,采用分层整群抽样的方法,随机抽取重庆市18家不同等级医院的在职非在编护士进行问卷调查.结果 共调查1145名非在编护士,其中42.53%和52.49%的非在编护士表示如有机会愿意选择跳槽和选择转行,高达84.89%的非在编护士不愿意其子女再从事护理工作.68.56%的非在编护士认为自由流动对自身有影响,74.50%的非在编护士认为自由流动对医院工作有影响.影响非在编护士自由流动意愿的主要因素包括"认为本人的工作未受到肯定"、"在医院未受到尊重"、"认为在医院工作无发展前途"等.结论 重庆市非在编护士自由流动意愿率高,对自身及医院的发展都有较大的影响.应改善非在编护士待遇,提高其受尊重程度,以稳定护理队伍.  相似文献

[目的]调查分析军队医院ICU聘用护士工作压力源现状及其不同婚姻状况ICU聘用护士之间的差异。[方法]采用中国护士工作压力源量表对121名ICU聘用护士进行问卷调查。[结果]ICU聘用护士工作压力源5个维度得分中护理工作量及时间分配问题得分最高,其次是护理专业及工作方面的问题;在护士工作压力源条目排序中前5位依次是护士工作量大、经常倒班、上班的护士数量不够、担心工作中出现差错事故、护理病人病情过重;已婚ICU聘用护士工作压力显著高于未婚护士(P<0.05)。[结论]军队医院ICU聘用护士在工作量及时间分配问题方面压力最大,其工作压力源水平受婚姻状况影响。  相似文献

目的通过对聘用制护理队伍的现状分析寻求相应的优化对策.方法采用函询法对32所医院护理部及100名聘用护士进行问卷调查.结果聘用护士在三甲和一甲医院中的比例大幅度增长,100%的聘用护士认为自己没有保障,88%认为待遇太低,49%准备有机会就改行或离开现医院,49%认为无发展机会.结论聘用制护理队伍的现状是聘用护士在医院中的比例大,待遇偏低,发展机会少,聘用护士流失快,前途缺乏保障,医院管理有一定难度.对策是完善政策法规,严格管理制度,加强在职培训,运用激励机制,以保持聘用制护理队伍的相对稳定.  相似文献

湖南省三级医院聘用护士职业发展现状的调查分析   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
目的了解聘用护士职业发展现状,分析影响其职业发展的因素,为聘用护士职业发展管理提供参考依据。方法采用分层、随机、整群抽样法,对1783名护士(其中在编护士980名,聘用护士803名)进行调查,内容包括一般情况和职业发展。采用SPSS13.0统计软件对资料进行分析。结果聘用护士职业发展平均得分为31.32±5.291,低于在编护士的35.47±5.392;影响聘用护士职业发展的因素有聘用护士所在科室、护龄、每月收入、每月夜班数。结论三级医院中聘用护士的职业发展相对滞后,应对聘用护士职业发展管理予以足够重视。  相似文献

目的确定护理人员循证实践的基本素质构成,为护理人员循证能力的培养和循证护理教育提供理论依据。方法对国内外关于循证素质的文献进行分析和研究并向专家咨询,确定素质构成的基本要素。结果初步确定了临床护理人员循证实践基本素质的构成,包括循证态度、循证知识和循证技能3个部分,以及循证认知情感、行为倾向,对循证护理概念和方法的认识,评判性思维、文献检索和评价能力、沟通交流能力、临床决策能力等9项基本要素。结论应加强护理人员循证素质培养,更好的为患者服务。  相似文献

目的探讨择优转编机制对合同制护士付出-获得不平衡(the effort-reward imbalance, ERI)状况的影响,为稳定护理队伍提供参考依据。方法在实施择优转编机制前后,采用ERI量表对348名合同制护士进行调查。结果择优转编后,合同制护士获得维度评分及职业的满意度和工作安全性评分均高于择优转编前;ERI比例低于择优转编前,差异具有统计学意义(均P〈0.001或P〈0.05)。结论实施择优转编机制提高了合同制护士的职业安全感与归属感,降低了合同制护士的ERI状况,有利于稳定护理队伍,提高护理队伍的竞争力与活力。  相似文献

目的:了解在职本科护士报考护理研究生的心理体验,为在职本科护士及管理者制定相关决策提供借鉴依据。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,与研究对象进行半结构式访谈,分析17名在职本科护士(包括13名在岗在职本科护士,4名经在职本科护士考取的护理研究生)对报考护理研究生的心理体验。结果:报考护理研究生占32%,其原因为“提高科研能力28%”、“脱离临床工作54%”、“求知与热爱18%”;不报考护理研究生占68%,其原因为“满足现状34%”、“其他发展18%”、“职业认同感低48%”。结论:少数在职本科护士选择报考护理研究生,护士本身及管理者应采取措施进行规划与引导,做好职业决策,培养优秀本科护士。  相似文献

Selected education and employment characteristics of nurses with doctorates were examined. Data were obtained in late 1979 and 1980 about three time periods in the 1,964 respondents' careers: (a) doctoral study, (b) first position, and (c) current position if different from first position. Of the nurses studied, 76% completed doctoral programs in the 1970s. Education was the major field of study most frequently reported, followed by social/behavioral sciences and nursing; federal monies were the major source of financial support. Nurses with doctorates were hired in their first position primarily for teaching in baccalaureate and higher degree programs in nursing with a sizable shift to administrative roles in academia among those reporting current positions different from first positions. Only 6% to 8% of doctorally prepared nurses were hired primarily for the conduct of research in either first or current position.  相似文献

目的 探讨重庆市护士对当前工作的满意度水平,为持续改善护理质量提供参考依据.方法 采用横断面研究方法,通过自行设计的半结构式问卷对来自重庆市77所各级医院的503名护士进行满意度调查,并对结果进行统计分析.结果 重庆市护士对工作的总体满意度为55.5%;不同等级医院护士满意度差异具有统计学意义(χ2=14.319,P<0.05),其中一级、二级、三级医院满意度分别为51.9%、59.8%、54.1%;不同编制护士满意度差异具有统计学意义(χ2=9.542,P<0.05),编内和编外护士满意度分别为58.6%和50.5%;而不同年龄、不同学历、不同职称的护士工作满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 重庆市护士总体工作满意度水平较低,相关管理部门应采取积极举措,以稳定护士队伍,持续改进护理质量.  相似文献

目的 了解聘用护士对科研活动的认识及科研水平现状。方法 自行设计问卷 ,调查 10 5名聘用护士的科研能力。结果 聘用护士对参加科研活动、撰写论文的认识不足 ,工作 2~ 6年的聘用护士撰写与发表论文较少 ,发表率与军人护士比较 ,经统计学分析 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 重视聘用护士科研能力的培养 ;对聘用护士参加科研活动 ,做出明确要求 ;定期举办论文写作学习班及新业务、新知识讲座 ;提高专业及外语理论水平 ;加大护理信息量等举措是提高聘用护士科研素质的有效途径。  相似文献

Health care restructuring has resulted in significant changes in the workload and work environment for oncology nurses. While recent studies describe the impact of these changes on the general nursing workforce in several countries, there have been no published studies that have focused on worklife issues of Canadian oncology nurses. Therefore, a qualitative study was conducted to gain insight about how oncology nursing has changed over the past decade and how Canadian oncology nurses are managing these changes. Analysis of telephone interviews with 51 practising oncology nurses employed across Canada revealed three major themes. The first theme, "health care milieu", portrayed a picture of the cancer care environment and patient and professional changes that occurred over the past decade. The second theme, "conflicting demands", reflects how the elements of change and social forces have challenged professional oncology nursing practice. The third theme, "finding the way", describes the patterns of behaviour that nurses used to manage the changing health care environment and make meaning out of nurses' work in cancer care. Overall, the findings portray a picture of Canadian oncology nurses in "survival mode". They face many workplace challenges, but are able to keep going "for now" because they find ways to balance their responsibilities on a daily basis and because they know and believe that their specialized nursing knowledge and skills make a difference in patient care.  相似文献

Although the usefulness and importance of clinical application of nursing diagnosis are well recognized by the academic circle, it is not yet generally practiced. In order to provide data for establishing a policy for clinical nursing diagnosis; a study was made at a seminar, sponsored by the Department of nursing, Severance Hospital, with participation of 190 nurses from 33 hospitals. The objective of the study was to find out: 1) if the nurses agree with the academic community in recognizing the benefits and problems of clinical application of nursing diagnosis; 2) how the nurses evaluate their ability to carry out nursing diagnosis; and 3) if educational programs would help enhance ability of nursing diagnosis among nurses. The summary of findings by the study is as follows: 1. While all nurses responded positively on the question of benefits improving science and quality of nursing, thus elevating credibility and position of nurses, some expressed concern on the practicality of the system in setting up nursing objectiveness, confirming the nursing problems and utilizing patient information. For the 20 questions and the scale of 1-5, the lowest average score was 3.223 and the highest 4.066. 2. The study attempted to find out the opinion of the nurses on the problems that would make difficult to adopt the nursing diagnosis in clinics. The result of the study indicates the nurses believe the major problems are the fact that the subject of nursing diagnosis are not well defined and that the form sheets do not match with the ones that are currently being used. However, comparing it with the result of the previous study on the same question (inadequate manpower and insufficient time allocated for the job were two major problems pointed out then). It can be said that the opinion of the nurses studied this time was much more positive and it suggests that they believe the system can be adopted without increasing manpower and only by giving additional training and by adjusting the format of nursing record sheets. It suggests that the future for adopting a clinical nursing diagnosis is very bright. 3. As the most urgent problem to be solved for adopting clinical nursing diagnosis, 38. 5% responded that it was "education of nurses", and 34.2% responded that it was "staffing adequate number of nurses". 4. The use of nursing diagnosis by staff nurses in a 225-bed metropolitan hospital was examined. The sample consisted of 82 newly hired nurses who had participated in a mandated staff development program on nursing process theory and use of nursing diagnosis, with an emphasis on transfer of knowledge to practice. The data collected included demographic information, attitudes concerning nursing diagnosis, pretest and posttest scores, and percent completed on the audits of chart documentation. A cross-tabulation by clinical arena was performed on the forms used to document utilization of nursing diagnosis. Analysis of the data indicated that a greater proportion of the charts for the nurses in the maternal/child clinical arena evidenced use of nursing diagnosis as a component of practice. The nurses in the critical care arena scored slightly lower. The nurses in the medical/surgical arena had the lowest compliance of both completion and utilization of nursing diagnosis. This study demonstrated that nurses can be taught to use nursing diagnosis in the clinical setting.  相似文献
