去炎松对玻璃体切除兔眼视网膜电图和超微结构的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
3组12只兔双眼行玻璃体切除术,分别于一眼玻璃体内注入0.5、1.0,2.0mg去炎松悬液,另一眼注入眼用平衡盐液.观察术后28天内眼底及ERGb波和28天时视网膜结构的变化.注入各剂量的去炎松在28天时均未完全吸收,0.5、1 .0mg组用药眼ERGb波在各时间点与对照眼及术前无显著差异(P>0.05);2.0mg组用药眼较术前无显著差异(P>0.05),较对照眼有轻度升高(t=3.3589,P>0.05).光镜及电镜下视网膜结构无损害.表明玻璃体切除后使用有效剂量的去炎松对视网膜仍是安全的. (中华眼底病杂志,1996,12:105-107)  相似文献

EFFECTS OF PROLONGED FORCED VERGENCE UPON THE ADAPTATION SYSTEM   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In previous studies the ability of the oculomotor system to adapt to prism-induced heterophoria has been shown. The 'phoria that occurs immediately after a prism has been placed before one eye gradually reduces and returns to its original baseline value as the subject is allowed binocular experience while wearing the prism. Little work has been carried out to determine when the adaptation is complete. In this study we report on the results of two experiments designed to determine when adaptation is complete. In the first, the rate of decay of adaptation, i.e. loss of slow fusional vergence, is measured after varying periods of forced vergence. In the second experiment the rate of adaptation to an additional disparity is measured; this should be the same as that before the induced effect if adaptation is complete. The results of this study indicate that although adaptation may appear complete by the criterion that the 'phoria has returned to its baseline value, the adaptation is unlikely to be truly complete for a much longer period of time has passed.  相似文献

This study investigates the effectiveness of combining vitrectomy, scleral buckling, intraocular microsurgery and liquid silicone injection for the treatment of retinal detachment complicated by proliferative vitreoretinopathy: 48 eyes were treated using these techniques combined. Complete attachment was achieved in 16 eyes (33%), partial attachment in 20 eyes (42%), and 12 eyes (25%) remained detached. Vision was improved in 17 eyes (35%), unchanged in 17 eyes (35%), and worse in 14 eyes (30%). Complications included emulsification of the silicone, glaucoma, cataract, band degeneration of the cornea, reproliferation of membranes and passage of silicone into the subretinal space. Significant preservation of mobility vision was achieved. A larger series of patients with longer follow-up will ultimately determine the place of this technique in the management of this complicated problem.  相似文献
