目的:对傣药云南五味子藤进行生药研究。方法:采用植物特征、药材性状、显微特征、理化鉴别的方法。结果:云南五味子藤为五味子科植物云南五味子Schisandra henryi C.B.Clarke var.yunnanensis A.C.Sm.的干燥藤茎,其藤的显微特征木栓层由2~5列细胞组成。皮层薄壁细胞含有大量的淀粉粒及草酸钙方晶。中柱鞘纤维环列。韧皮部散有大量嵌晶石细胞、具缘纹孔导管和网纹导管多破碎。系统预试验结果表明,该物质含有挥发油、黄酮、糖类、内酯、香豆精。结论:所得结果可以为该药材的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。 相似文献

The hepatoprotective activity of an aqueous-methanol extract of Rubia cordifolia (Rubiaceae) was investigated against acetaminophen and CCl4-induced hepatic damage. Acetaminophen produced 100% mortality at a dose of 1 g/kg in mice while pretreatment of animals with plant extract (500 mg/kg) reduced the death rate to 30%. Acetaminophen at a dose of 640 mg/kg produced liver damage in rats as manifested by the rise in serum levels of GOT and GPT to 1447±182 and 899±201 IU/L (n = 10) respectively, compared with respective control values of 97±10 and 36±11. Pretreatment of rats with plant extract (500 mg/kg) lowered significantly (p <0.005) the respective serum GOT and GPT levels to 161±48 and 73±29. Similarly, hepatotoxic dose of CCl4 (1.5 mL/kg; orally) raised the serum transaminases (GOT and GPT) levels to 422±102 and 354±74 IU/L (n = 10) respectively compared with respective control values of 99±15 and 29±08 IU/L. The same dose of plant extract (500 mg/kg) was able to prevent significantly (p <0.01) the CCl4-induced rise in serum enzymes and the estimated values of GOT and GPT were 95±09 and 33±07 IU/L, respectively. Moreover, it prevented CCl4-induced prolongation in pentobarbital sleeping time confirming the hepatoprotective effects of the extract. 相似文献

目的:寻找茜草中抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的成分.方法:利用体外抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性模型进行追踪,采用各种色谱法分离,运用多种谱学技术鉴定结构,并对活性化合物进行酶抑制动力学研究.结果:茜草三氯甲烷提取物具有很高的活性,从中分离出3个具抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的蒽醌类化合物,分别鉴定为:1,3-二羟基-2-甲基蒽醌(1),1-羟基-2一甲基葸醌(2)和1,2-二羟基蒽醌(3),其中化合物3(IC_(50)=7.97 mg·L~(-1))活性最好,与1(IC_(50)=35.96 mg·L~(-1))和2(IC_(50)=15.98 mg·L~(-1))的活性都明显高于阳性对照阿卡波糖(IC_(50)=1 081.27 mg·L~(-1)).化合物1和2为竞争性抑制类型.结论:化合物1-3为首次报道对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性. 相似文献

The antiproliferative property of Rubia cordifolia (Rubiaceae) extract has been studied on two different cell types, A-431 cells (epidermal carcinomoid cells) and 3T3 fibroblast cells. It was observed that a fraction of Rubia cordifolia significantly inhibited the incorporation of [3H]-thymidine, induced by fetal bovine serum, in a dose-dependent manner. It also inhibited the PMA (phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate) induced expression of c-fos genes in A-431 cells. It appears that inhibition of DNA synthesis underlies the mechanism for its antiproliferative properties. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

目的 优选茜草配方颗粒的提取工艺。方法 以干浸膏得率、大叶茜草素和羟基茜草素提取量为评价指标,采用正交试验设计法考察加水倍量、提取次数和提取时间3个因素对提取效果的影响,通过综合评分筛选出茜草的最佳提取工艺。结果 提取次数对试验结果有极显著影响,加水倍量对提取工艺的影响有显著意义,而提取时间对结果无显著影响。综合考虑各因素的影响及生产实际需要,确定的最佳提取工艺为:茜草饮片加入10倍量水,煎煮提取3次,每次1小时。结论 该工艺条件提取充分,稳定可行,对茜草配方颗粒的生产具有一定的指导和参考意义。 相似文献

This report investigates the antioxidant properties of R. cordifolia extract for protection against lipid peroxidation and reduced glutathione (GSH) content in rat liver homogenate compared with vitamin E and parabenzoquinone (PBQ). R. cordifolia protects against depletion of glutathione in a dose and time dependent manner, an inverse correlation was observed between reduced glutathione depletion and malondialdehyde (MDA) formation. Interestingly, parabenzoquinone showed a better response than R. cordifolia on cumene hydroperoxide (CHP) induced malon-dialdehyde (MDA) release but there was no response in the rate of reduced glutathione (GHS) depletion. Thus it appears that R. cordifolia is a potent antiperoxidative and antioxidant. The mechanism of action is different to that of vitamin E and parabenzoquinone (PBQ). 相似文献
