OBJECTIVE: To assess the utility and safety of in vitro fertilization (IVF) with intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) serodiscordant couples. DESIGN: Retrospective study. SETTING: University-based practice. PATIENT(S): HIV-1 seropositive men and seronegative women undergoing IVF-ICSI.IVF-ICSI, HIV testing of female partner and infants. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): IVF performance, pregnancy rates, and HIV-1 seroconversion rate. RESULT(S): We initiated 113 IVF cycles in 61 serodiscordant couples. Due to poor ovarian response, 11.5% of cycles were canceled. The number of oocytes collected per retrieval was 17.11 +/- 9.52 (2 to 47), yielding 13.90 +/- 8.12 (1 to 42) mature oocytes suitable for ICSI, and 9.34 +/- 5.45 (0 to 24) normal fertilized oocytes. We transferred 3.54 +/- 1.09 (1 to 6) embryos. The overall clinical pregnancy rate was 44.8% per embryo transfer (ET); ongoing/delivered pregnancy rate was 36.5% per ET, with a 57.1% multiple gestation rate. Cumulatively, 50.8% of couples achieved a successful pregnancy through IVF-ICSI, 54.1% when including frozen ET cycles. There were no HIV-1 seroconversions in patients or delivered babies. CONCLUSION(S): HIV-1 serodiscordant couples who undergo IVF-ICSI to avoid disease transmission experience high rates of success, but also encounter complications from assisted reproductive technology similar to traditional patients. The best candidates appear to be younger women without strong risk factors for ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.  相似文献

Over a 13-month period in a newly opened assisted conception unit at the Women's Hospital, Liverpool, gamete intra-fallopian transfer using donor semen, GIFT (D) was offered to eighteen couples who had failed to conceive after numerous cycles of treatment with artificial insemination by donor semen (AID). The indication for the use of donor semen was either azo- or severe oligoaesthenospermia, and, in addition, the female partners have been exhaustively investigated with no major cause found to account for the couple's infertility. Using a basic clomiphene citrate and human menopausal gonadotrophin protocol it was possible to achieve a pregnancy rate of 56% per GIFT (D) cycle. As a consequence of these results it is now our policy to treat couples whose infertility is due to an unresolvable male factor with AID for 12 cycles only. If they have been unsuccessful in achieving a pregnancy after this time, they are offered GIFT (D).  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the subsequent performance of patients with idiopathic fertilization failure on the first in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle. DESIGN: A retrospective study of 2,322 consecutive patients undergoing their initial IVF cycle. SETTING: Advanced infertility treatment in an IVF/general infertility clinic. PATIENTS: In 5 years, 94 couples with unexplained failed oocyte fertilization had 270 cycles of treatment. Each couple's performance was tracked through subsequent cycles of treatment. INTERVENTIONS: In vitro fertilization with husband and donor sperm. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): Investigated retrospectively after 5 years of data collection. RESULTS: Sixty-five couples of the original 94 had a second IVF attempt. Fifty of these successfully fertilized oocytes with husband's sperm and 4 with donor sperm. Nineteen of the 65 couples who continued treatment achieved a pregnancy, and only one couple had continuing fertilization failure. CONCLUSIONS: The prognosis in the study group was surprisingly favorable despite the initial failed IVF treatment cycle.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the optimum number of cycles of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation and intrauterine insemination in the treatment of unexplained infertility. DESIGN: Observational prospective study. SETTING: In vitro fertilization embryo transfer center. PATIENT(S): Five hundred ninety-four couples with unexplained infertility. INTERVENTION(S): Controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH), intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): Cycle fecundity. RESULT(S): One to 3 cycles of COH/IUI were performed in 594 patients (group A) undergoing 1,112 cycles (mean, 1.9 cycles/patient). Up to 3 further trials (cycles 4-6) of COH/IUI were then performed in 91 of these women (group B), a total of 161 cycles (mean, 1.8 cycles/patient). A historical comparison group C consisted of 131 patients with 3 failed cycles of COH/IUI who underwent 1 cycle of IVF and ICSI at our center. In group A, 182 pregnancies occurred, with a cycle fecundity of 16.4% and a cumulative pregnancy rate (PR) of 39.2% after the first 3 cycles. In group B, 9 pregnancies occurred in cycles 4-6, with a cycle fecundity of 5.6%, significantly lower than that of group A (P<.001). The cumulative PR rose to 48.5% by cycle 6, a further increase of only 9.3%. In the women undergoing IVF and ICSI in group C, 48 pregnancies occurred, with a cycle fecundity of 36.6% per cycle, significantly higher than that of group B (P<.001). CONCLUSION(S): In unexplained infertility, the cycle fecundity in the first three trials of COH and IUI was higher than in cycles 4-6, with a statistically significant difference. Patients should be offered IVF or ICSI if they fail to conceive after three trials of COH and IUI.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To determine the incidence of spontaneous pregnancy in women who were not actively undergoing therapy after a successful attempt at IVF/intracytoplasmic sperm injection and to characterize its pattern of occurrence. DESIGN: Retrospective postal questionnaire. SETTING: An assisted reproduction unit at a university-based teaching hospital. PATIENT(s): Five hundred thirteen replies were received from 530 questionnaires mailed. INTERVENTION(s): None. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(s): Spontaneous pregnancy. Women who did and did not conceive spontaneously after successful IVF treatment were compared in terms of their age, duration of infertility, previous reproductive history, and indication for treatment at the time of assisted reproduction. OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficiency of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) using testicular spermatozoa in cases of nonobstructive azoospermia. DESIGN: Retrospective case series. SETTING: Tertiary university-based infertility center. PATIENT(S): Overall, 595 couples were included. In 360 couples, the man had normal spermatogenesis. In 118, 85, and 32 couples the man had germ-cell aplasia, maturation arrest, and tubular sclerosis/atrophy, all with focal spermatogenesis present. INTERVENTION(S): We performed 911 ICSI cycles using fresh sperm obtained after testicular biopsies: 306 ICSI cycles used testicular sperm from men with nonobstructive azoospermia, and 605 ICSI cycles used testicular sperm from men with obstructive azoospermia. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): Fertilization, cleavage, implantation, and pregnancy rates. RESULT(S): Overall, the 2PN fertilization rate was lower in the nonobstructive group: 48.5% vs. 59.7%. There were no differences in in vitro development or in the morphological quality of the embryos. In the nonobstructive group, a total of 718 embryos were transferred (262 transfers) vs. 1,525 embryos in the obstructive group (544 transfers). Both the clinical implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate per cycle were significantly lower in the nonobstructive group compared with the obstructive group: 8.6% vs. 12.5% and 15.4% vs. 24.0%, respectively. CONCLUSION(S): A statistically significant lower rate of fertilization and pregnancy results from ICSI with testicular sperm from men with nonobstructive azoospermia, compared with men with obstructive azoospermia.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To compare the results of fallopian tube sperm perfusion (FSP) versus standard intrauterine insemination (IUI) in patients with unexplained infertility undergoing controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH). DESIGN: Randomized, prospective, cross-over study. SETTING: Reproductive medicine unit of a university hospital. PATIENT(S): Fifty-six couples with unexplained infertility. INTERVENTION(S): COH was induced by recombinant FSH and monitored by serial transvaginal ultrasound. On the day of hCG administration during the first treatment cycle, patients were randomized to either IUI or FSP. Thereafter, in case no pregnancy was achieved, patients went on being treated with FSP and IUI in alternate cycles. A maximum of four treatment cycles per couple was performed. FSP was performed using a pediatric Foley's catheter inseminating 4 mL of sperm-enriched suspension; a Kremer-Delafontaine catheter delivering 0.5 mL of sperm suspension was used for IUI. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): Clinical pregnancy rate per cycle. RESULT(S): One hundred twenty-seven cycles (58 FSP, 69 IUI) were performed. The clinical pregnancy rate per cycle was 21.7% for IUI and 8.6% for FSP, respectively. No major adverse effects were recorded for either technique. CONCLUSION(S): After COH, FSP is less effective than IUI in couples with unexplained infertility.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To compare the outcome of IVF-intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) using testicular spermatozoa obtained on the day of ovum pick-up (OPU) or on the day before OPU. DESIGN: Retrospective study. SETTING: An IVF clinic in a university hospital. PATIENT(S): Forty-seven IVF-ICSI cycles using testicular spermatozoa in 28 couples with the male partner suffering from nonobstructive azoospermia. INTERVENTION(S): Sperm retrieval was performed either on the OPU day (23 cycles in 19 patients; group A) or on the day before OPU (24 cycles in 15 patients; group B). Testicular sperm aspiration (TESA) was performed and followed by testicular sperm extraction (TESE) if no spermatozoa could be found. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): The presence of motile spermatozoa at the time of ICSI and fertilization and clinical pregnancy rates. RESULT(S): A similar proportion of motile spermatozoa (60.9% vs. 62.5%), fertilization rate (61.7% vs. 58.9%), and clinical pregnancy rate per transfer (34.8% and 29.2%) were obtained for groups A and B, respectively. CONCLUSION(S): Testicular sperm retrieval can be performed on the day before OPU without compromising success. Considerable medical and practical advantages may be offered by further advancement of testicular sperm retrieval procedures to 48 hours before OPU. This approach should thus be further evaluated.  相似文献

From our study of 234 cases of AID with fresh semen, we conclude the following: (1) women who do not have other infertility problems, such as ovulatory dysfunction or evidence of tubal disease, have approximately a 90% chance of pregnancy if they stay in the program for up to 12 cycles; (2) with even greater persistence (i.e., greater than 12 cycles), it is predicted that virtually 100% of these women would conceive, but this conclusion is based on extrapolated data and therefore must be interpreted with caution; (3) women with ovulatory dysfunction who are treated with CC during their AID cycles ultimately achieve the same likelihood of pregnancy as women with normal ovulatory function, but at a slower rate; and (4) women with one patent tube (possibly a marker for generalized tubal damage) have a poorer outcome from AID than those with bilaterally patent tubes, from the standpoint of both the ultimate likelihood of pregnancy and the pregnancy rate per cycle.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To compare the outcomes of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF) with fresh and cryopreserved testicular spermatozoa in patients with obstructive and nonobstructive azoospermia. DESIGN: Retrospective analysis of consecutive ICSI cycles. SETTING: Large urban reproductive medicine program. PATIENT(s): Twenty-nine patients with obstructive and nonobstructive azoospermia undergoing testicular sperm extraction for a total of 46 IVF-ICSI cycles (12 fresh, 34 frozen). INTERVENTION(s): Testicular sperm extraction, cryopreservation, and IVF-ICSI with fresh or frozen-thawed spermatozoa. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(s): Fertilization rates, embryo cleavage rates, embryo implantation rates, clinical pregnancy rates per cycle and per embryo transfer, and delivery and spontaneous abortion rates. RESULT(s): No statistically significant differences were noted in any of the parameters examined between IVF-ICSI cycles from fresh or frozen-thawed testicular spermatozoa. Fertilization rates were 56% with fresh vs. 61% with frozen-thawed testicular sperm, cleavage rates 92% vs. 95%, implantation rates 26% vs. 17%, clinical pregnancy rates per cycle 33% vs. 41%, and pregnancy rates per embryo transfer 33% vs. 45%, respectively. Delivery rates were 75% with fresh vs. 69.2% with frozen-thawed testicular sperm, and spontaneous abortion rates 25% and 30.8%, respectively. CONCLUSION(s): No differences were found in IVF-ICSI outcomes between cryopreserved and fresh testicular sperm. In addition, cryopreservation provides several advantages for the patients and reproductive team.  相似文献

目的:探讨如何提高自然月经周期宫颈内人工授精(AID)妊娠率。方法:回顾性分析AID986个周期的女方年龄、解冻精子复苏率、卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度、同一周期授精次数与周期临床妊娠率的关系。结果:周期临床妊娠率为18.15%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示女方年龄、同一周期授精次数是影响自然周期供精人工授精妊娠率的主要因素。按年龄分为<30岁组、30-35岁组和>35岁组,各组周期临床妊娠率分别为21.86%、13.04%和6.15%,两两比较有显著差异(P=0.000)。同一周期单次授精周期临床妊娠率(16.3%)低于双次授精者(27.85%),P=0.000;排卵前授精者(20.87%)略高于排卵后授精临床妊娠率(15.57%),但二者无统计学差异(P=0.165)。结论:女方年龄和同一周期授精次数是影响自然月经周期宫颈内AID临床妊娠率的主要因素,30岁以后临床妊娠率明显下降,同一周期双次授精可提高临床妊娠率。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Evidence has accumulated supporting the role of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the pathogenesis of sperm dysfunction among men with infertility. Damage to sperm DNA by ROS can lead to failure of conception, miscarriage or potentially even childhood cancer. The objective of this study was to examine the effect of male antioxidant treatment on embryo quality and pregnancy outcome during in vitro fertilisation-intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF-ICSI) treatment. METHODS: Sixty couples with severe male factor infertility were enrolled in a prospective randomised double-blind placebo-controlled trial. Male participants were randomly assigned to take either one capsule per day of the Menevit antioxidant or an identical in appearance placebo for three months prior to their partner's IVF cycle. The primary outcome was cleavage stage embryo quality and the secondary outcomes were oocyte fertilisation rate, pregnancy rates and treatment side-effects. Approval by the local Human Research Ethics Committee was obtained prior to the commencement of this study. RESULTS: The antioxidant group recorded a statistically significant improvement in viable pregnancy rate (38.5% of transferred embryos resulting in a viable fetus at 13 weeks gestation) compared to the control group (16% viable pregnancy). No significant changes in oocyte fertilisation rate or embryo quality were detected between the antioxidant and the placebo groups. Side-effects on the Menevit antioxidant were rare (8%) and mild in nature. CONCLUSIONS: The Menevit antioxidant appears to be a useful ancillary treatment that significantly improves pregnancy rates in couples undergoing IVF-ICSI treatment for severe male factor infertility.  相似文献

Purpose: The objective was to determine the optimal insemination technique in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) after failed direct intraperitoneal insemination (DIPI) and the outcome of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in such cases. Methods: In case–control studies, 53 couples with unexplained infertility who underwent IVF after four failed DIPI cycles were compared with 75 couples with tubal or endometriosis infertility as controls. Thirty couples with unexplained infertility after failing to conceive with DIPI and conventional IVF who underwent ICSI and 58 couples with male-factor infertility as controls also were compared. Fertilization cleavage, embryo quality, implantation, and pregnancy were compared after IVF and after ICSI. Results: There was a significant difference in fertilization rates after IVF between cases of unexplained infertility after failing to conceive with DIPI (40.4%) and patients with tubal or endometriosis infertility (67.9%). There also was a significant difference in total fertilization failure rates between the two groups (30.4% and 3.9%, respectively). There was a slight but significant difference in numbers of fertilized oocytes after ICSI between patients with low fertilization rate undergoing IVF after failing to conceive DIPI (85.8%) and patients with male factor (90.4%). Total fertilization failure was not observed in these cases. Conclusions: Couples with unexplained infertility after failing to conceive with DIPI show a failed fertilization or a low fertilization rate after IVF. However, they demonstrated a good chance of becoming pregnant after subsequent ICSI, even with statistically significant difference in fertilization rate as compared with male-factor cases.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of sperm treatment with exogenous platelet-activating factor (PAF) on IUI clinical pregnancy rate. DESIGN: Prospective randomized study. SETTING: Assisted Reproduction Unit, 2nd Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Athens, Aretaieion Hospital, Athens, Greece. SUBJECT(S): Fifty-two couples with unexplained infertility, candidates for IUI. INTERVENTION(S): Sperm treatment with an exogenous mixture of PAF (final concentration, 10(-7) mol/L) in sperm-washing medium, direct swim-up technique of sperm preparation, a maximum of six IUI cycles per couple with or without PAF treatment. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): Clinical pregnancy rate (pregnancies confirmed by ultrasonography per hundred cycles). RESULT(S): The overall clinical pregnancy rate after a maximum of six IUI cycles was significantly higher when sperm was treated with PAF compared with the rate after the direct swim-up technique (23.07% vs. 7.92%). CONCLUSION(S): Treatment of sperm with exogenous PAF might improve the clinical outcome of IUI in cases of unexplained infertility.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: This study was undertaken to assess the effect of multiple factors that influence the success rate and time to conception among couples undergoing donor sperm insemination. STUDY DESIGN: A retrospective analysis of 960 cycles of frozen donor sperm insemination was performed at the University of Florida. Cycle pregnancy rates and cumulative probability of pregnancy were compared using several variables. RESULTS: The pregnancy rate was 12.1% per treatment cycle, and the cumulative probability of pregnancy exceeded 80% for the entire cohort. Seventy percent of pregnancies resulted in a liveborn infant. Age had a profound impact on the cycle pregnancy rate. The cycle pregnancy rates for women younger than 30 years, between the ages of 30 and 35 years, between the ages of 35 and 40 years, and older than 40 years were 15.8%, 14.6%, 8.2%, and 0%, respectively. There was a trend toward higher cycle pregnancy rates in women with prior pregnancies versus women without prior pregnancies of 14.4% and 12.3%, respectively. Parity had no effect on the cycle pregnancy rate or the cumulative probability of pregnancy. There was a trend toward higher cumulative probability of pregnancy in women whose partners were azoospermic versus oligospermic. There was no difference in pregnancy rates obtained with the Percoll wash gradient versus the Isolate gradient. At >20 million total motile sperm per insemination, there was no threshold above which the pregnancy rate was improved. CONCLUSION: The most significant influence on pregnancy rates in the donor sperm insemination program at the University of Florida was maternal age. Nulligravidity and a diagnosis of mild oligospermia in the man may have a negative impact on pregnancy rates.  相似文献

目的:探讨多种因素对供精人工授精(AID)治疗效果的影响。方法:回顾性分析2004.12-2005.11期间在本中心579位妇女实施的1033个AID治疗周期,探讨AID治疗成功率与妇女年龄、输卵管治疗史、每周期AID治疗次数、AID实施周期数和授精方式的关系。结果:①35岁以上的不孕妇女AID治疗成功率明显下降(P<0.05);②有输卵管治疗史的妇女AID实施成功率低于正常妇女(P<0.05);③每周期施行2次人工授精的成功率高于单次的妇女(P<0.05);④AID实施1个直至5个周期每周期间的成功率无差异(P>0.05);⑤宫颈内和宫腔内人工授精的成功率无差异(P>0.05)。结论:不孕妇女的年龄、输卵管治疗史是影响AID治疗成功率的重要因素,同一周期进行2次宫颈内授精优于单次授精,无输卵管因素妇女的AID治疗在改用供精体外受精-胚胎移植前应至少可实施5个周期。在无宫颈因素的妇女中,同一周期2次宫颈内人工授精较宫腔内人工授精操作更简便,且成功率相似,可作为AID的首选。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: Our aim was to analyse the results of a donor insemination program using ovarian stimulation, swim-up sperm preparation and intrauterine insemination proposed to women with a maximum age of 39. Incidence of several clinical and biological parameters on success rates was investigated. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Retrospective analysis of the results of 249 cycles performed in 106 couples during a four-year period is reported. RESULTS: Overall pregnancy rate of 28.1% and delivery rate of 22% per cycle were achieved, with a multiple pregnancy rate of 11.4%. Most of the pregnancies (84%) were obtained before the fourth insemination. Among the different parameters studied the total number of motile sperm inseminated was found to be the most important factor for success rate: pregnancy rate per cycle reached 40.4% if more than 1.5 million progressive sperm were inseminated vs. 24.7% if they were less than 1.5 million (P<0.05). DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: In precise conditions, outcome of inseminations with donor semen can reach satisfying pregnancy rates, being a valuable help for couples suffering of long-time infertility.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the treatment efficacy of using IVF-intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in HIV serodiscordant couples interested in having children while minimizing the risk of viral transmission. This study reviews the cases of HIV serodiscordant couples (n = 142) seeking fertility treatment at an assisted reproductive centre. The main outcome measures were successful pregnancy rate and HIV seroconversion rate. In calculating crude pregnancy rates, only patients who were actually treated were taken into account. To compensate for cancelled patients, and patient drop-out, lifetable analysis was performed. Life-table analysis demonstrated that 37.0 +/- 5.0% of couples attain a successful pregnancy after one completed IVF-ICSI with embryo transfer (IVF-embryo transfer) cycle. Following two and three IVF-embryo transfer cycles, the pregnancy rates rose to 56.8 +/- 6.0 and 73.4 +/- 6.9% respectively. Overall pregnancy rates were inversely related to age. There were no HIV seroconversions in treated patients or in delivered babies. It is concluded that the use of IVF-ICSI to avoid disease transmission in HIV-1 serodiscordant couples desiring children appears to be safe and yields high rates of pregnancy. However, success is influenced by the woman's age.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To determine whether the performance of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in cases of unexplained infertility and of borderline semen parameters can prevent fertilization failure. DESIGN: Prospective cohort study. SETTING: Hospital-based assisted reproductive technology program. PATIENT(S): Sixty couples with unexplained infertility (group 1) and 50 couples with borderline semen (group 2). INTERVENTION(S): Conventional IVF and ICSI were performed on sibling oocyte cumulus complexes. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): Rate of fertilization according to patient diagnosis. RESULT(S): The fertilization rate per oocyte cumulus complex in couples with unexplained infertility (group 1) was significantly higher with ICSI (65.3%) compared with IVF insemination (48.1%). Fertilization rates per OCC in couples with borderline semen (group 2) were not significantly different between ICSI (58.1%) and IVF (56.7%). In group 1, failure of fertilization after IVF insemination occurred in 10 of the 60 couples (16.7%) and in none with ICSI. In group 2, 2 of 50 couples (4.0%) failed fertilization by IVF, and 1 (2.0%) failed with ICSI. No couple in group 2 failed both IVF insemination and ICSI. CONCLUSION(S): In couples with unexplained infertility, a higher fertilization rate was achieved through ICSI compared with conventional IVF. No such benefit could be demonstrated for couples with borderline semen parameters. The use of ICSI rescued 12 of 110 cycles (10.9%) where IVF failed. Adoption of the ICSI-IVF insemination split in cases of unexplained infertility may help eliminate fertilization failures.  相似文献

One hundred thirteen couples with either male factor, cervical factor, endometriosis, or idiopathic infertility of at least 3 years' duration were treated by intrauterine insemination (IUI) of washed motile sperm. Of the 68 women who became pregnant or completed at least three cycles of insemination, the overall pregnancy rate was 38.2%, with a mean of 1.7 treatment cycles per pregnancy. The average pregnancy rate per treatment cycle was 11.4%. Women who did not become pregnant underwent an average of 4.7 treatment cycles. Importantly, only two pregnancies occurred independent of treatment in 113 couples. In the male factor group, the pregnancy rate was 42.9% (n = 21). In women with a cervical factor, 34.5% became pregnant (n = 29); in idiopathic infertile couples or women suffering from endometriosis, there was a pregnancy rate of 38.9% (n = 18). The presence of sperm antibodies in either the male or female partner significantly lowered the pregnancy rate (6.7%) when compared with couples without sperm antibodies (50.0%). The authors conclude from these observations that IUI with washed sperm is a successful mode of therapy, especially in the case of males with asthenozoospermia.  相似文献
