铅染毒对大鼠体内铜元素的影响研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
目的:探讨铅染毒后对铜元素的影响和意义。方法:将SD大白鼠随机分为对照组和不同剂量醋酸铅染毒实验组。用醋酸铅饮用水染毒大白鼠8周,在第8周末处死全部动物,取血、骨、脑、肾、卵巢及睾丸组织,测定组织中铜、血铅、骨铅含量。结果:血铅和骨铅含量随铅染毒剂量增加而升高,组间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。骨、肾组织中的铜含量降低,组间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。脑组织中的铜含量升高,组间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:铅染毒对大鼠体内组织中铜的含量有影响。 相似文献

The effects of prenatal ethanol (ETOH) exposure (2.83.5g/kg per day) on subsequent adult ETOH preference and on ETOHconsumption after treatment with zimelidine, a serotonin uptakeinhibitor, were investigated. Pregnant rats were exposed toan ETOH/saccharin solution in the first, second, third, allthree, or none, of the trimesters of the gestation period. Asadults, the offspring were subjected to a 40-day screening procedureto determine ETOH preference (greater than 50% of total dailyfluid consumption) over water (experiment 1). Only animals whichpreferred ETOH were included in experiment 2, in which theyreceived either five daily injections of zimelidine (20 mg/kg)or comparable volumes of Ringer's solution. Results indicatedthat although there were no differences between groups in termsof ETOH preference, a significant difference was evident inETOH intake after zimelidine treatment. All groups of rats showeda significant decrease in ETOH intake from baseline levels whengiven zimelidine. However, only rats prenatally exposed to ETOHin the first trimester demonstrated a significant decrease inETOH drinking when compared to controls. These results suggestthat early prenatal ETOH exposure, even in moderate doses, mayinduce central neurochemical alterations that are salient enoughto be detected in adulthood. 相似文献

Using the place conditioning paradigm (biased design), we haveshown that five conditioning sessions with ethanol (0 5 or 1.0g/kg, i p ) did not result in place conditioning. Similarly,15 conditioning sessions with ethanol (1 0 g/kg) did not producesignificant place conditioning response. In contrast, rats thatreceived 20 injections of ethanol (0 5 g/kg) or saline, beforethe conditioning procedure, showed significant place preferenceto the compartment paired with 0.5 g/kg ethanol (but not 1 0g/kg). 相似文献

The question of whether extremely low frequency magnetic fields can affect biological system has attracted attention. The theoretical possibility of such an interaction is often questioned and the site of interaction is unknown. The influence of extremely low frequency magnetic field of 50 Hz, 5 mTesla on sex hormone status was studied. 60 male albino rats were divided into 6 groups and were continuously exposed to 50 Hz, 5 mTesla magnetic field generated by magnetic field chamber for periods of 1, 2 and 4 weeks. For each experimental point, sham treated group was used as a control. Assay of serum testosterone LH, FSH, and prolactin were performed. Serum testosterone showed no significant changes. FSH showed significant increase than sham exposed group after 1 week magnetic field exposure. LH showed significant increase than sham exposed group only after 4 weeks magnetic field exposure, while serum prolactin hormone level showed a significant increase in all magnetic field exposed groups than sham exposed animals. Exposure to 50 Hz, 5 mTesla magnetic field for periods of 1, 2 and 4 weeks has no effect on testosterone level, some changes on FSH and LH serum levels and increase in serum prolactin level. 相似文献

目的探究探究白藜芦醇(Res)对PM_(2.5)急性染毒引起的心血管氧化应激损伤和炎性损伤的保护作用。方法 64只SD大鼠,雌、雄各半,随机分成溶剂对照、Res对照、低、中、高剂量PM_(2.5)和Res+低、中、高剂量PM_(2.5)共8组,每组8只。Res+PM_(2.5)组先Res ig 28d,再进行气管滴注(同时ig Res)隔日1次,共4次。末次染毒24h后,10%水合氯醛(TCA)麻醉后,取血,摘取心脏,测定心脏病理切片及氧化指标,分析血脂水平及心脏组织中谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果末次染毒后的各组大鼠体质量差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),与溶剂对照组比,各剂量PM_(2.5)组的大鼠心脏组织匀浆的GSH、GSH-Px和T-SOD均下降,MDA升高,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);与PM_(2.5)组对比,Res各组大鼠心脏组织匀浆的GSH、GSH-Px和T-SOD均升高,MDA下降差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);中、高剂量的PM_(2.5)组的心脏脏器系数较溶剂对照组和Res+各剂量PM_(2.5)组增大明显(P0.05),各组大鼠血脂水平差异无统计学意义。结论急性气管滴注PM_(2.5)可引起大鼠心血管出现病理炎性损伤以及氧化应激等指标改变,Res对PM_(2.5)引起心血管损伤具有保护作用。[营养学报,2019,41(4):393-397] 相似文献

急性缺氧和缺氧习服对冻伤大鼠直肠温度和冻足皮肤温度的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
本文报告了急性缺氧和缺氧习服对冻伤大鼠直肠温度和冻足皮肤温度的影响。结果显示,平原冻伤(FN)组在冷冻与复温过程中,大鼠直肠温度(Tr)不变或升高;冻足皮肤温度(Ts)在冻后1~2天升至高峰,随后降低,冻后6~7天降至接近未冻足水平。在模拟6000m缺氧条件下,大鼠冷冻前、后的Tr均降低,但急性缺氧冻伤(FAH)组较4h/天连续4周缺氧习服大鼠的缺氧冻伤(FHAC)组降低更明显;复温过程中FAH组Tr继续降低,而FHAC组Tr不再下降。冻后冻足Ts变化:FAH组与FN组接近;FHAC组冻后2天内稍升高,随之快速降低,冻后7天仍低于未冻侧。上述结果表明,缺氧使大鼠呈现低体温,缺氧复合一定强度冷刺激使低体温加重;缺氧习服可相对减轻缺氧性低体温的程度,但冻足Ts减低,外周组织抗冻力减弱。 相似文献
