目的:建立海南广藿香 CO_2超临界提取物中百秋里醇含量测定方法,以实现对 GAP 规范化种植基地广藿香药材的质量控制。方法:采用气相色谱法,SE-54弹性石英毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm),进样口温度250℃,检测器温度280℃,载气为 N_2,程序升温。外标法计算含量。结果:百秋李醇在0.245~2.45 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9993),平均回收率为98.4%(n=9)。结论:该方法可用于广藿香药材 CO_2超临界提取物中百秋里醇的含量测定,可实现对广藿香药材的质量控制。 相似文献

目的 建立广藿香药材不同部位的UPLC指纹图谱,研究广藿香不同部位的质量差异。方法 采用UPLC法建立广藿香不同部位化学指纹图谱,结合相似度评价、热图聚类分析(CA)、主成分分析(PCA)及正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析(OPLS-DA)对18批广藿香药材、茎、叶的UPLC指纹图谱进行分析,并测定广藿香酮含量。结果18批广藿香药材及不同部位的UPLC指纹图谱均确定了9个相同的共有峰,并通过对照品指认4、6、9号峰分别为毛蕊花糖苷、异毛蕊花糖苷和广藿香酮。CA和PCA结果表明广藿香叶和茎的质量差异大,叶和药材的质量较接近。OPLS-DA发现5种成分是造成不同批次样品质量差异的主要标志物。含量测定结果表明同一批广藿香中的广藿香酮含量均为茎>药材>叶。结论 广藿香不同部位的化学成分相似,但含量存在显著性差异,本研究可为广藿香药材的质量控制及资源开发利用提供参考。 相似文献

目的建立广藿香中微量元素稳定可靠的分析测定方法,测定了广藿香药材中微量元素的含量。方法采用湿法消解样品后用ICP-AES法建立了广藿香药材中Al、Ba、Ca、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Na、Sr、Ti、Zn等12种元素的含量;利用标准曲线法,测定广藿香药材中微量元素含量。结果微量元素检测分析方法考察结果为:12种元素的线性相关系数为0.9993-0.9999,RSD小于2.5%,回收率为97.6%~107.1%。结论所建立广藿香中微量元素检测的分析方法简便、快速、准确性好、可多元素同时测定。 相似文献

Pogostemon cablin, originating in Malaysia and India, is cultivated in southern China including Guangdong and Hainan Province, which was called GuangHuoXiang to differentiate it from the HuoXiang of the north, the species Agastache rugosa, that it resembles. Essential oil of P. cablin mainly contributes to the pharmacological activities and the therapeutic properties of the essential oils are directly correlated with their qualitative and quantitative composition. For controlling the quality, standard fingerprint of P. cablin collected from different regions was developed by using GC-MS. Nine compounds including beta-patchoulene, caryophyllene, alpha-guaiene, seychellene, beta-guaiene, delta-guaiene, spathulenol, patchouli alcohol and pogostone were identified among 10 main peaks in P. cablin. Hierarchical clustering analysis based on characteristics of 10 investigated peaks in GC profiles showed that 18 samples were divided into three main clusters, patchouliol-type, pogostone-type and an interim-type, which was the one between the two chemotypes. The simulative mean chromatogram for the three types P. cablin was generated using the Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation System. The fingerprint can help to distinguish the substitute or adulterant, and further assess the differences of P. cablin grown in various areas of China. 相似文献

目的 比较不同产地、不同采收期的广藿香挥发油主要成分的含量,为广藿香物种和道地性与品质评价提供可靠依据。方法 GC/MS联用技术。结果 吴川、遂溪、雷州和万宁产广藿香含油率较广州和高要产高4~6倍。牌香类的挥发油中均含有较多量的广藿香酮;琼香类的挥发油中不含或含较少量的广藿香酮,但含较多量的广藿香醇。不同采收期的广藿香挥发油从7月至11月呈增加趋势。结论 根据挥发油成分的不同,将不同产地的广藿香分为2个化学型,即广藿香酮型(牌香类)和广藿香醇型(琼香类),此与基因分析结果(matK和18S rRNA序列)相一致。 相似文献

目的:探讨建立人工结香沉香的质量评价体系及结香作用机制的初探。方法:采用“小孔滴注法”真菌诱导结香的方式,选取不同产地白木香树,按照2010年《中国药典》中对沉香药材性状描述、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别、醇溶性浸出物含量方法,建立切实可行的沉香质量评价标准。结果:苄基丙酮是沉香样品中的化学成分,不同批次人工结香沉香药材性状、显微特征、薄层色谱与对照药材相同,醇溶性浸出物含量在12.07%~25.00%之间。结论:不同批次的人工结香沉香药材质量符合药典的规定,苄基丙酮成为结香的标志进行含量测定评价沉香药材质量具有科学价值。 相似文献

Pogostone, a major component of Pogostemon cablin, has been demonstrated to possess antibacterial, anti-fungal, immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory properties. To investigate the potential therapeutic effect of pogostone on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced acute lung injury (ALI), mice were pretreated with pogostone prior to LPS exposure. After LPS challenge, the lungs were excised and the histological changes, wet to dry weight ratios, MPO activity reflecting neutrophil infiltration, and MDA activity reflecting oxidative stress were examined. The inflammatory cytokines in the BALF were determined by ELISA assay. Moreover, the expressions of p65 and phosphorylated p65 subunit of NF-κB, and Nrf2 in the nucleus in lung tissues were measured by Western blot analysis, and meanwhile the dependent genes of NF-κB and Nrf2 were assessed by RT-qPCR. The results showed that pretreatment with pogostone markedly improved survival rate, attenuated the histological alterations in the lung, reduced the MPO and MDA levels, decreased the wet/dry weight ratio of lungs, down-regulated the level of pro-inflammatory mediators including TNF-a, IL-1β and IL-6. Furthermore, pretreatment with pogostone enhanced the Nrf2 dependent genes including NQO-1, GCLC and HO-1 but suppressed NF-κB regulated genes including TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6. The mechanism behind the protective effect was correlated with its regulation on the balance between Keap1–Nrf2 and NF-κB signaling pathways. Therefore, pogostone may be considered as a potential therapeutic agent for preventing and treating ALI. 相似文献

目的:建立以气相色谱法测定保济丸中百秋李醇含量的方法,制定并完善保济丸的质量标准。方法:采用非极性毛细管柱AT.SE-54(15m×0.25mm×0.33μm),柱温采用程序升温:起始150℃,保持23min,以8℃·min-1速率升至230℃,保持2min,进样口温度为280℃,检测器(FID)温度为280℃,载气为氮气,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:百秋李醇进样量在0.12~0.36μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.62%,RSD=4.69%。结论:该方法稳定、结果可靠、重复性好,可作为保济丸质量控制标准之一。 相似文献
