Deng Liangyue(邓良月), male, was born on March 25, 1940 in Shaanxi province in China. He graduated from Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1965. At present, he holds the positions of Director of Institute of Acupuncture and Moxibustion China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, director physician, professor, chief research fellow of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He also holds the following posts: Secretary-General of International Acupuncture-Moxibustion Examination Committee of World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Societies, Director of WHO Collaborating Center for Traditional Medicine, Deputy-pirector of Chineses Acupuncture-Moxibustion Society, Director of the office of the World Journal of Acupuncture-Moxiubustion, Chief Editor of Chinese Acupucture-Moxibustion. 《针灸甲乙经》（下面简称《甲乙经》）中多为单穴处方，文中从腧穴的发现形式、配穴理论的发展及实用性分析了单穴处方存在的主、客观原因；病变部位的局部取穴及循经取穴是《甲乙经》中临证选穴的主要规律，并重视特定穴的应用，其理论根源是《内经》中已有记载的腧穴理论和经络理论；临床辨证分类细致，强调辨证选穴。 相似文献

层次分析法是美国匹兹堡大学教授TL Satty于20世纪70年代提出的一种综合评价的方法,目前广泛应用于航海标准的评价,地区经济规划,畜牧业发展战略,工业部门设置的系统分析等各个领域,在中医领域尚未得到重视应用。针灸技术操作规范标准已实施四年多,尚没有一种系统的评价方法来评价这一系列标准的适用性,而临床适用性评价方法的缺失严重影响了针灸技术操作规范标准的质量及其对临床实践的指导作用。文章研究了层次分析法的应用原理及其优势,结合针灸技术操作规范的特点,探讨运用层次分析法评价针灸技术操作规范标准临床适用性的可行性。结论是运用层次分析法评价针灸技术操作规范标准的临床适用性是切实可行的。 相似文献

通过收集整理20部民国时期针灸教材中的毫针刺法内容,分析进针法、补泻法、针刺异常情况处理以及手技、注痛法等毫针操作技术,发现民国时期针灸教材处于传统针术向现代针术的转变时期,将捻入作为进针过程中的主要手法,完成了对于管针进针法的引进及简化;出现新式补泻理论及方法;所载针刺异常情况种类与现在相异,并未形成全国适用的操作规范。《高等针灸学讲义·针治学灸治学》《中国针灸学讲义》《新针灸学》等是当时影响力较大的教材。民国时期的针灸教材受到针灸教育模式转变、汉译日本针灸医籍传入、针灸大家学术思想、针具制作工艺等因素的影响。 相似文献
