Data has accumulated suggesting reciprocity between cytokines and the reproductive system. The present study was performed in order to evaluate the correlation between interleukin 1 (IL-1) and tumour necrosis factor (TNF) concentrations in follicular fluid and its oestradiol, progesterone and testosterone levels. A total of 39 follicular fluid samples, from eight patients undergoing in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer were evaluated. All of the patients were treated by a midluteal (long) protocol involving a gonadotrophin releasing hormone agonist (GnRHa) coupled with follicular phase human menopausal gonadotrophin. Mean levels in follicular fluid of IL-1, TNF, oestradiol, progesterone and testosterone were 1.58 +/- 0.42 fmol/0.1 ml, 4.69 +/- 4.18 pg/ml, 28.5 +/- 58.1 ng/ml, 2360.5 +/- 2846.3 ng/ml and 7.22 +/- 7.08 ng/ml respectively. There was a significant (P less than 0.01) positive correlation between IL-1 and progesterone levels. There was no significant correlation between the different lymphokines and oestradiol secretion, oocyte fertilization, embryo quality and pregnancy rates. It is concluded that IL-1 and TNF exist in follicular fluid. It may be hypothesized that IL-1 has a local regulatory action, possibly promoting luteinization.  相似文献

目的探讨前炎症细胞因子TNF、IL-1β和IL-6在大骨节病(KBD)发病机制中的作用。方法采集62例KBD患者和60例健康对照的血清标本,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定血清前炎症细胞因子TNF、IL-1β和IL-6的水平。结果KBD患者血清IL-1β和IL-6的水平分别为(238.4±698.5)ng/L和(164.4±661.4)ng/L,健康人分别为(74.5±130.0)ng/L和(52.2±154.6)ng/L,但它们之间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。然而,KBD患者血清TNF的水平[(109.2±145.3)ng/L]高于健康对照[(40.9±89.7)ng/L],差异非常显著(P<0.01)。患者血清TNF与IL-1β的水平及血清TNF与IL-6水平的相关性均不显著(r值分别为0.0387和0.2135,P>0.05)。血清IL-1β与IL-6的水平呈显著的正相关(r=0.3460,P<0.01)。结论血清前炎症细胞因子水平的升高,可能与大骨节病的发病有关。  相似文献

目的 :探讨肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)患者血浆中的TNF、sIL 2R、IL 6、IL 4和IFN γ水平的变化及其与血清中丙氨酸转氨酶ALT活性水平的相关性。方法 :利用双mAb夹心ELISA法检测HFRS患者血浆中细胞因子的水平 ,应用美国RA 10 0 0全自动生化仪检测患者血清中ALT的水平。结果 :HFRS患者血浆中TNF、IL 6、IL 4、IFN γ和sIL 2R水平分别为 (95 .82± 12 .0 4 )、(36 2 .4 6± 14 1.2 6 )、(17.76± 3.5 2 )、(116 .18± 19.80 )ng/L及 (89882 0± 12 72 0 0 )U/L ,健康对照组依次为 (17.89± 1.6 8)、(4 3.81± 18.0 8)、(4 .86± 1.14 )、(7.5 7± 2 .4 1)ng/L及(6 6 730± 2 96 90 )U/L、(P <0 .0 1) ;患者血清中ALT的水平也显著升高 ,为正常对照的 4 .4倍。通过相关性分析 ,发现TNF、sIL 2R、IL 6和IFN γ水平与患者血清中ALT的水平高度相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :HFRS患者体内TNF、sIL 2R、IL 6和IFN γ水平显著升高 ,且与患者体内ALT水平的升高高度相关 ,提示HTNV感染所致肝脏的损伤可能与上述细胞因子水平的升高有关  相似文献

We determined serum metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3) and inflammatory cytokine(IL-6, IL-8) levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Sera were obtained from 307 healthy subjects(female 140, male 167), 54 RA patients, and 17 osteoarthritis (OA). The MMP-3 concentrations in healthy female and male were 43.3 +/- 15.3 ng/ml and 90.7 +/- 26.0 ng/ml, respectively. The serum MMP-3 levels in male were significantly higher than those in female (p < 0.0001). MMP-3 levels in RA patients(259.1 +/- 34.2 ng/ml) were significantly higher than OA(43.6 +/- 6.1 ng/ml) or healthy controls. There was a significant correlation between MMP-3 and CRP(r = 0.586), IL-6(r = 0.345) levels in serum. In contrast, no significant correlation was observed between MMP-3 and IL-8(r = 0.19), or CA-RF(r = 0.052) levels. However, there were some cases with high MMP-3 levels in CA-RF-negative patients definitely diagnosed as RA. These findings suggest that MMP-3 determination is useful for the early diagnosis and the follow-up during the treatment for RA patients.  相似文献

To determine whether cytokines are generated in vivo in subjects with asthma, we have measured cytokine levels (tumor necrosis factor [TNF], granulocyte-macrophage-colony-stimulating factor [GM-CSF], interleukin [IL]-1 alpha, IL-1 beta, IL-2, IL-4, and IL-6) in the airways of subjects with symptomatic (N = 24) and asymptomatic (N = 9) asthma with immunoassays (GM-CSF, IL-1 alpha, IL-1 beta, IL-2, and IL-4) or bioassays (TNF and IL-6) and the polymerase chain reaction (IL-1 beta and TNF). Significant levels of TNF (578 +/- 917 pg/ml versus 24 +/- 29 pg/ml) (p = 0.01), GM-CSF (24 +/- 41 pg/ml versus less than 8 pg/ml) (p = 0.02), and IL-6 (225 +/- 327 pg/ml versus 7 +/- 12 pg/ml) (p = 0.01), but not IL-1 alpha or IL-4, were detected in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of patients with symptomatic compared with BALF of patients with asymptomatic asthma. Levels of IL-1 beta (266 +/- 270 pg/ml versus less than 20 pg/ml) (p = 0.001) and IL-2 (1.4 +/- 2.8 ng/ml versus less than 0.3 ng/ml) (p = 0.05) in BALF in patients with symptomatic compared with that in BALF levels in patients with asymptomatic asthma suggested activation of alveolar macrophages and T cells. Thus, in episodes of asthma, several cytokines, including TNF, GM-CSF, IL-1 beta, IL-2, and IL-6 are detectable in BALF.  相似文献

Th1 and Th2-like cytokines are involved in the pathogenesis of Graves' disease. The shift in balance in IL-12/IL-5 cytokines was applied in judging the immunological events in 74 patients with Graves' disease (50 had ophthalmopathy) during methimazole therapy and in 15 controls. The serum levels of IL-12 and IL-5 were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in all Graves' patients. Twelve cases for IL-5 and 20 cases for IL-12 were positive. In Graves' patients only those without ophthalmopathy had higher levels of IL-12 when compared to controls (192.66 +/- 29.19 vs. 85.09 +/- 8.95 pg/ml, P < 0.04). After 2 months of methimazole therapy in Graves' patients without ophthalmopathy an increase in the ratio of IL-12 to IL-5 was also observed as compared to those with eye symptoms (91.78 +/- 34.14 vs. 20.72 +/- 6.36, P < 0.015). Age-related difference in the serum level of IL-5 could be demonstrated between Graves' patients without and those with ophthalmopathy aged < or = 35 years (4.89 +/- 0.57 vs. 50.14 +/- 20.2 pg/ml, P < 0.002). No association was found among the serum levels of IL-5 or IL-12, thyroid hormones and TSH receptor antibodies. The results demonstrated a difference in the balance shift of IL-12/IL-5 between Graves' patients with and without ophthalmopathy. The increased ratio of IL-12 to IL-5 after methimazole therapy could be explained by the elevation of serum IL-12 due to methimazole therapy and the age-related decrease of serum IL-5.  相似文献

We measured plasma concentrations of soluble receptors for IL-2 (sIL-2R) and tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) in 149 haemophilia patients. Soluble IL-2R levels were elevated in 37% of 62 HIV-seronegative patients (mean 570 +/- 27 U/ml versus 361 +/- 17 U/ml in the control group, P less than 0.0001), in 78% of 68 HIV-seropositive patients (928 +/- 49 U/ml, P less than 0.0001), and in 95% of 19 AIDS/ARC patients (1578 +/- 199 U/ml, P less than 0.0001 compared with controls and with HIV-seronegative patients; P less than 0.005 compared with HIV-seropositive asymptomatic patients). A negative correlation was observed between sIL-2R, relative and absolute numbers of CD4+ cells (P less than 0.0001), and CD4/CD8 ratios (P less than 0.0001). There was also a negative correlation between sIL-2R in plasma and the cellular expression of IL-2R (P less than 0.001). We found a significant association of sIL-2R and plasma neopterin (P less than 0.0001). With progression of the disease from HIV-seronegative to seropositive without symptoms and to full manifestation of AIDS/ARC, sIL-2R plasma levels increased. The highest levels were found at the time of diagnosis of AIDS/ARC, but the levels decreased again during the following 18 months. Eight per cent of HIV-seronegative patients, 32% of HIV-seropositive patients, and 24% of patients with AIDS/ARC had increased plasma TNF-alpha. We conclude that sIL-2R and TNF-alpha plasma levels are elevated in HIV-infected haemophilia patients and that sIL-2R is a marker for disease progression from asymptomatic HIV-seropositive to AIDS/ARC.  相似文献

Circulating soluble TNF receptors, which act as TNF inhibitors, increase following the administration of IFN-alpha. Whether this is due to a direct IFN action or to indirect mechanisms involving the release of other cytokines is unclear. The kinetics of serum IFN, TNF, IL-6, IL-10, soluble TNF receptor type-I (sTNF-RI) and sTNF-RII were evaluated by enzyme immunoassays in 11 patients with chronic hepatitis C, following the first dose of recombinant human IFN-alpha2b (3 MU given subcutaneously). sTNF-RI concentrations paralleled IFN concentrations, rising from a mean +/- s.e.m. value of 3.5 +/- 0.3 ng/ml at baseline to a peak value of 5.5 +/- 0.5 ng/ml after 9 h, followed by a return to 4.1 +/- 0.4 ng/ml after 24 h (P = 0.0001). sTNF-RII concentrations, which were 7.6 +/- 0.5 ng/ml at baseline, fell initially to 6.9 +/- 0.5 ng/ml, to reach a peak at 24 h of 9.0 +/- 0.7 ng/ml (P < 0.0001). In contrast, the concentrations of TNF, IL-6 and IL-10 fluctuated with no significant changes at any time point. The area under the curve (AUC) of incremental IFN values had a strong positive correlation with the AUC of incremental sTNF-RI values (r = 0.75, P < 0.01). In patients with hepatitis C, IFN concentrations reached after a single dose of IFN were paralleled by correlationally increased concentrations of sTNF-RI, which are a much better marker of administered IFN than sTNF-RII, IL-6 or IL-10.  相似文献

目的:探讨了糖尿病肾病患者的血清白介素-2、白介素-6、白介素-8和肿瘤坏死因子水平的变化在肾病发生、发展过程中的作用。方法:应用放射免疫分析对38例糖尿病肾病患者和36例正常人进行了血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8和TNF水平的检测。结果:糖尿病肾病患者血清中IL-6、IL-8和TNF水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而IL-2水平则显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01)。结论:血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8和TNF水平的变化在糖尿病肾病的发生和发展中相互作用,观察其浓度的变化对探讨其发病机理、预防和指导用药均有十分重要的临床价值。  相似文献

We have investigated intracellular production by T cells and plasma levels of TNF-alpha, IL-2 and IFN-gamma in 12 active and 10 inactive Takayasu's arteritis (TA) patients and 12 healthy controls. The active TA compared to inactive TA and controls had higher TNF-alpha (52.7 +/- 22.3% vs. 32.9 +/- 14.2% and 35.2 +/- 14.5%, respectively; P = 0. 020), lower IL-2 (19.6 +/- 13.2% vs. 36.1 +/- 10.1% and 31.2 +/- 10.3%, respectively; P = 0.010) and comparable IFN-gamma (38.6 +/- 13.9% vs. 34.2 +/- 12.4% and 34.9 +/- 11.1%, respectively; P = 0.581) producing CD3+ T cells. There was no difference in the plasma levels of the cytokines between active TA, inactive TA and controls (TNF-alpha: 79.1 +/- 94.5 vs. 72.9 +/- 120.0 and 9.5 +/- 6.7 pg/ml, P = 0.110; IL-2: 4.3 +/- 4.8 vs. 6.6 +/- 4.7 and 8.6 +/- 4.5 pg/ml, P = 0.094 and IFN-gamma: 10.1 +/- 11.3 vs. 8.8 +/- 8.7 and 8.2 +/- 6.5 pg/ml, P = 0.871, respectively). The data show an important role of these high TNF-alpha and low IL-2 producing T cells in TA.  相似文献

Similar to shock in gram-negative sepsis, shock from gram-positive organisms is mediated, in part, by tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin-1 (IL-1). In the present study, rabbits were infused with IL-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1ra) prior to and during Staphylococcus epidermidis-induced hypotension. After injection of bacteria, a maximal fall in mean arterial pressure to -42% below baseline occurred at 200 min in vehicle-treated animals compared with a nonsignificant decrease of only 7% in the IL-1ra-treated group (P < 0.01, vehicle versus IL-1ra). A similar attenuation was observed in the fall in systemic vascular resistance (P < 0.05). After the injection of S. epidermidis, TNF levels rose to a peak elevation of 475 +/- 160 U/ml in vehicle-treated rabbits, but in rabbits receiving IL-1ra, maximal TNF levels rose only to 85 +/- 23 U/ml (P < 0.01). Plasma IL-1 beta reached maximal concentrations at 180 min of 364 +/- 71 pg/ml in vehicle-treated animals but only 145 +/- 12 pg/ml in rabbits given IL-1ra (P < 0.05). The reductions in TNF and IL-1 were not due to interference by IL-1ra in the respective assays. In vitro, IL-1ra inhibited S. epidermidis-induced TNF from mononuclear cells by 31% +/- 11%, from spleen cells by 17% +/- 4% (P < 0.05), and from whole blood by 42% +/- 17%. Despite the near reversal of the fall in mean arterial pressure and systemic vascular resistance in IL-1ra-treated rabbits, leukopenia and thrombocytopenia were unaffected. These results demonstrate that IL-1ra blocks shock-like hemodynamic parameters and reduces circulating IL-1 and TNF levels in a model of gram-positive sepsis.  相似文献

Serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), immunosuppressive acidic protein (IAP) and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels were measured in patients with adult T cell leukemia (ATL) in order to clarify their significance in this disease. Mean (+/- SD) serum CEA levels in 11 patients with acute ATL (3.1 +/- 1.3 ng/ml) and 7 patients with smoldering ATL (3.1 +/- 0.5 ng/ml) were significantly higher than in sera of 222 healthy controls (2.4 +/- 1.3 ng/ml). However, the levels in 7 patients with chronic ATL and healthy controls showed no differences. On the other hand, mean (+/- SD) serum IAP levels in patients with acute ATL (928 +/- 395 micrograms/ml), chronic ATL (487 +/- 125 micrograms/ml) and smoldering ATL (429 +/- 90 micrograms/ml) were significantly higher than in sera of healthy controls (359 +/- 103 micrograms/ml). However, the levels in patients with smoldering ATL and healthy controls showed no differences. Serum IAP levels in crisis in chronic and smoldering ATL were similar to those in patients with acute ATL. 85% of ATL patients with IAP levels above 500 micrograms/ml had CRP levels above 1+. Serum CEA, IAP and CRP levels were serially measured in a number of patients. Serum IAP and CRP levels reflected each patient's clinical course more than serum CEA levels. Overall the simultaneous measurements of serum CEA, IAP and CRP levels revealed a potential usefulness for determination of ATL subtype, and serum IAP and CRP levels may provide a way to evaluate the effectiveness of chemotherapy.  相似文献

We investigated the production of cytokines by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and serum cytokine concentrations in children with steroid-sensitive idiopathic nephrotic syndrome (SSNS). PBMC from patients off treatment were collected during remission and relapse and cultured in medium alone or stimulated with calcium ionophore plus phorbol myristate acetate. Control PBMC were taken from healthy age-matched children. IL-2 was measured by bioassay, IL-4 by immunoradiometric assay, and IL-8 and IFN-gamma by ELISA. After 24 h culture without stimulation, IL-2, IL-4 and IFN-gamma were not detectable in the supernatant in any of the children. After stimulation, the supernatant concentrations of IL-2 (median 172 U/ml at 24 h) and IL-4 (160 pg/ml at 24 h; 210 pg/ml at 72 h) were significantly increased in relapse compared with remission (IL-2 37 U/ml; IL-4 65 pg/ml and 60 pg/ml) and controls (IL-2 69 U/ml; IL-4 40 pg/ml and 40 pg/ml) (P < 0.05). The concentration of IFN-gamma was not significantly increased in relapse compared with remission and controls (600, 325, and 145 U/ml, respectively, at 72 h). IL-8 concentrations were similar in relapse, remission and controls with stimulation (median 32, 40 and 40 ng/ml, respectively) and without (30, 17 and 10 ng/ml). IL-2 was not detectable in serum, but IL-4, IL-8 and IFN-gamma were measurable in about half the patients, both in relapse and remission, though were virtually undetectable in controls. We conclude that relapse of SSNS in children is associated with T lymphocyte activation with release of IL-2, IL-4 and IFN-gamma.  相似文献

Tumor necrosis factor--alpha (TNF), one of the mediators of septic shock, has a role in the immunopathological complications of several infections. However, its role in leprosy is yet unclear. In this study, serum TNF and IL-1 levels in 64 patients spread over the spectrum of leprosy [lepromatous leprosy (LL), 30; borderline lepromatous, 12; borderline borderline, 8; and borderline tuberculoid-tuberculoid leprosy, 14] were measured at the time of admission. Elevated levels of TNF ranging from 15 to 4500 pg/ml were detected in lepromatous leprosy cases (399 +/- 189) and low levels ranging from 15 to 160 pg/ml were detected in the tuberculoid form of leprosy. Patients undergoing type 1 and type 2 lepra reactions also exhibited high TNF levels of 15-2100 pg/ml. Of the 14 clinically healthy individuals studied, 3 showed TNF levels of 15, 50, and 58 pg/ml. Interleukin 1-beta (IL-1) levels were found to be significantly higher in LL cases (70-5000 pg/ml) (328 +/- 184) in comparison to other groups or normal controls (9 +/- 3). The coefficient of correlation between TNF and IL-1 levels was statistically significant in LL and reaction cases (r = 0.96, P less than 0.001). These patients were followed up as outpatients for a period of 1 year. It was observed that 4 out of 8 patients with TNF levels greater than 100 pg/ml went into lepra reactions between 2 and 6 months after entry into the study, whereas only 5 out of 56 with less than 100 pg/ml went into mild lepra reactions (chi 2 = 9.7, P less than 0.01). Determination of TNF and IL-1 levels thus seems to have a prognostic significance in terms of lepra reaction in patients.  相似文献

To investigate the role of immune mechanisms in scleroderma (systemic sclerosis, SSc), we measured the levels of selected cytokines and soluble immune markers in patient sera. Forty-two patients and 14 matched healthy controls are the subject of this report. In the SSc group, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) was found in 8/42 (29 +/- 539 pg/ml, mean level +/- SD) and lymphotoxin in 36/42 (1:409-1:200, serum dilution). Interleukin beta (IL-1 beta) was observed in 23/42 (44 +/- 29, U/ml). IL-2 was identified in 36/42 patients with a mean level of 286 +/- 406 U/ml, soluble interleukin-2 receptor in 42/42 (1055 +/- 393, U/ml), soluble CD4 antigen in 27/42 (1:10-1:320, serum dilution), and CD8 in 42/42 (470 +/- 134, U/ml). TNF, lymphotoxin, IL-1 beta, Il-2, and CD4 were not detected in the control group. IL-2 receptor levels in control subjects were 520 +/- 171 U/ml, significantly lower than those of scleroderma (P less than 0.001), and CD8 levels (582 +/- 140) were significantly higher than in scleroderma (P less than 0.05). The data suggest an ongoing activation of immune cells, particularly the CD4+ subset in SSc and indicate a potential role for the released mediator TNF, IL-1 beta, and lymphotoxin in the disease process.  相似文献

作者观察了50份柯萨基B组病毒(Cox B)性心肌炎患者血清IL-6、 IL-8和sIL-2R的水平变化,及与病毒血症的关系。发现病毒性心肌炎患者血清的IL-8和IL-6水平均显著高于正常对照组,其中血清Cox B抗原和特异性IgM抗体均阳性组(20例)的IL-8和IL-6含量均明显高于仅检出特异性IgM抗体组(30例),且IL-8含量升高的程度与检测抗原的阳性强度是显著正相关。然而,两组间及与正常对照组间sIL-2R的含量均无明显差异。认为血清IL-8水平升高是病毒性心肌炎急性期的一个重要指标,并间接反映机体处于病毒血症或病毒抗原血症。  相似文献

IBD is characterized by increased serum concentrations of different cytokines. IL-10 inhibits the production of proinflammatory cytokines such as IL-1, tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-a), interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) and IL-6 through inhibitory action on Th1 cells and macrophages, and it is thought to be a suppressor type cytokine. In the present study we determined serum concentrations of IL-10 in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD). We measured human IL-10 by our own newly established ELISA system using PharMingen antibodies. Serum antibodies were assessed in 44 patients with UC, 40 patients with CD, and in 30 healthy controls. Human IL-10 serum levels were significantly increased in patients with active UC (144 +/- 34 pg/ml (mean +/- s.e.m.), P < 0.001) and in active CD (132 +/- 32 pg/ml, P < 0.001) compared with healthy controls (44 +/- 9.5 pg/ml). Only patients with active CD and active UC presented with significantly increased IL-10 serum levels, while patients with inactive disease did not show any significant increase. There was no statistically significant difference between IL-10 serum levels in patients with CD or UC. Compared with clinical disease activity indices there was a significant correlation between IL-10 serum concentration and CDAI in patients with CD (r = 0.45, P < 0.01) and CAI in UC patients (r = 0.39, P < 0.05). Comparing IL-10 serum levels with serum concentrations of other proinflammatory cytokines there was a significant correlation to serum levels of sIL-2R (r = 0.417, P < 0.05) and IL-6 (r = 0.387, P < 0.05) in patients with CD. Serum cytokine levels in patients with UC did not show any significant correlation to IL-10 serum concentration. IL-10 is elevated in serum of patients with active CD and UC, suggesting that IL-10 acts as a naturally occurring damper in the acute inflammatory process of IBD.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The aim of the study was to determine the presence of interleukin (IL)-12, IL-15, IL-18 and p40 subunit of IL-12/IL-23 in follicular fluid from spontaneous cycles and the relation between the concentration of selected cytokines and IVF-embryo transfer outcome. METHODS: IVF-embryo transfer and enzyme immunoassay (EIA) (R&D Systems, Minneapolis, MN, USA and MBL, Nagoya, Japan) were used. RESULTS: Follicular fluid of women included in the IVF-embryo transfer procedure contained common p40 subunit of IL-12/IL-23 (median 70.1 pg/ml), IL-15 (median 1.3 pg/ml) and IL-18 (median 38.2 pg/ml). There was a significant negative correlation between follicular fluid concentrations of IL-15 and IL-18 (R=-0.392, P=0.003). Significantly higher concentrations of common p40 subunit of IL-12/IL-23 (median 79.8 pg/ml) were found in the follicular fluid taken from follicles containing oocytes, when compared with those without an oocyte (median 44.5 pg/ml, P=0.006). Patients who achieved clinical pregnancy had significantly decreased concentration of IL-15 (median 0.8 pg/ml) compared with patients without successful IVF-embryo transfer outcome (median 1.4 pg/ml, P=0.047). CONCLUSION: Follicular fluid collected from spontaneous cycles contains detectable levels of p40 subunit of IL-12/IL-23, IL-15 and IL-18. Increased concentrations of p40 subunit of IL-12/IL-23 in follicles containing oocytes suggest an important role of this cytokine in reproduction. Possible negative value of IL-15 as a predictor of IVF-embryo transfer success remains to be determined.  相似文献
