护理学术活动质量管理实践与效果

目的 :为减少继续护理教育中不注重效果的现象 ,防止学术活动流于形式 ,提高护理学术活动的内在质量 ,就学术活动质量管理进行了新的尝试。方法 :①优选学术活动项目 ,增加护理学术活动吸引力 ;②筛选、管理授课人员 ,保证学术活动的内在质量 ;③加强听课人员管理 ,维持良好的学术环境 ;④运用先进教学手段 ,提高学术活动的视听效果 ;⑤建立评估、评价体系 ,监督学术活动质量。结果 :主要效果体现在护理学术活动整体效果逐年提高 (P <0 .0 1) ,教员的教学能力和自身素质得到护理人员的肯定 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :学术活动内在质量 ,依存于教育项目的“四新” ;学术活动的有序发展 ,取决于教学工作的管理与调整 ;学术活动质量水平 ,有赖于临床教员队伍的素质。     

搞好学术交流促进护理科技繁荣——谈提高学术活动质量的方法与途径

本文拟就如何利用学会的优势和特点,搞好学术活动,提出五条建议供同行参考。 (1)发扬学会系统组织优势,组织综合性学术活动。 (2)分层次,有的放矢的开展学术活动。 (3)针对临床出现的较集中的问题,组织专题讨论。 (4)保持学术活动的连续性,发挥学会的导向作用。 (5)学术活动规模的大小要依活动的内容参加人员的层次而定,要少、小、精的原则对组织护理学术活动也适用。总结:发挥学会智囊集团的作用,当好行政的参谋助手。

<正> 在卫生部医政司召开的《康复医学诊疗常规》编委会期间,在南登昆主任委员的主持下,我专科学会与会的8位常委于1996年10月24日举行了常委会议,会上常委们汇报讨论了有关1997年学术活动、中华物理医学杂志编委会改组、物理医学与康复专业名词审定以及今后加强学术活动与学会活动宣传报道等项工作。 1997年中华医学会物理医学与康复学会组织的全国性专题学术活动有3项: 1997年5月13～15日举办康复医学教育培训学术研讨会,由教育培训学组主办,在湖北十堰举行,预计有20～30人参加。

前言

近年来超声医学在我国发展迅速,不仅临床应用已普及到各级医疗机构,而且超声诊断仪的研制和生产也达到了一定的水平。在超声诊断临床应用方面,各科的专业性越来越强。我学会相继成立了超声心动图诊断学会和眼科诊断学会,并已各自开展了学术活动。腹部疾病的超声诊断,面广量大,专业人员众多,更有必要进行专业交流。 本次学术活动包括腹部诊断和超声医学工程两个会议,考虑我学会尚有一些专业尚未成立专科学会,还未单独开展学术活动,故本次会议也选取少数颅脑和小器官等不属于腹部脏器或超声工程内容的文章进行交流。

中华护士学会太原分会召开了第二届会员代表大会

The moral leadership of the nursing profession.

As the largest group of professional workers in the health care field, nurses possess the numbers to command a key role among health professionals. It is, however, apparent that nurses must assume a more visible and vital leadership role in the delivery of health care if nursing is to remain a viable profession. Nursing's immediate goal must be to unite forces in an effort to bring about greater involvement of nurses in planning, delivering and assuming accountability for the nursing component of health services at all levels. The ease with which the profession is able to accomplish this goal is dependent upon the ability of nursing's leadership to evoke a sense of harmony and balance within the profession, while creating a dynamic image of nursing among other health professionals and the public. Today, there is a need for strong moral leadership in the nursing profession. In ‘moral leadership’ the power of the leader is used to work with the group as a whole, while guiding individual members towards satisfaction and self-fulfilment. A critical evaluation of the profession's leadership capabilities should begin with definitions of the role and responsibility of nurses for leadership in the professional association. By its very nature, the professional association stands as the leadership mechanism of the profession and, by working through the association, nursing leadership can unify nursing forces, implement plans aimed at involving more nurses in health planning activities, and facilitate the involvement of individual nurses in determining the conditions of employment under which they practise.     

关联规则应用于护理领域的研究现状

关联规则作为数据挖掘技术的一部分,其应用与发展得到了良好机遇,护理研究者已经开始应用关联规则技术挖掘护理数据中有意义的内容,以指导护理相关领域的发展。文章阐述了关联规则含义、常用算法及软件,梳理了关联规则在护理不良事件、护理人力资源、护理教育及中医护理领域的研究进展。在此基础上,从数据挖掘能力、护理语言标准化的角度提出展望,以期为今后护理工作者开展相关研究提供理论参考。     

Nursing for the future, from the past: two reports on nursing from the Institute of Medicine

In 2010, the Institute of Medicine, in association with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, released a major study of the nursing profession. The Institute of Medicine last published a major, broad-based study of the nursing profession in 1983. This brief historical analysis examines the context and key recommendations for each report and provides concrete examples of outcomes of the 1983 report. We argue that despite similarities in context and recommendations, the two reports differ in target audience and implementation strategies, and that nursing is currently better positioned to use the report as a blueprint to improve patient care, as well as garner outside support, than it was in 1983.

护生共情能力与人际交往效能感的相关性研究

目的了解护生共情能力和人际交往效能感现状,分析共情能力与人际交往效能感的相关性。方法采用一般资料问卷、杰弗逊共情量表-护生专用版(JSPE-NS)、大学生人际交往效能感量表,对118名实习护生进行调查。结果护生共情能力总分(104.96±13.26)分,人际交往效能感总分(124.06±11.57)分,护生共情能力与人际交往效能感呈正相关(r=0.402,P<0.01)。结论护生共情能力水平处于中等水平,与人际交往效能感呈正相关性。护理教育者在教学中可融合二者的共性,寻找恰当的护理教育对策,提升护生的共情能力。     

A deconstruction of caring

This paper presents the argument that much of the current focus on caring in nursing is misdirected in that it is aimed at explaining a complex process with conceptual similarities to teaching, in terms of behavioural categories and structures It is asserted that a pervasive use of the word 'canng' as synonymous with nursing has contributed to an erroneous emphasis in general nursing on emotional caring This reflects a dualist notion of physical and emotional care, operationalized as separate nursing activities The growing association of nursing with caring is thought to reinforce a fallacious distinction between caring and curing which has particularly impeded the development of a truly psychotherapeutic role for psychiatric nurses It is concluded that nursing skills will be neither elucidated by further analysis of the concept of care nor promulgated by the connotations of the word     

Filling the gaps: immersing student nurses in specialty nursing and professional associations

The national nursing shortage demands innovative strategies to attract students to the nursing profession. This article provides a potential solution for recruiting and retaining nurses for specialty areas of nursing as well as professional nursing associations by pairing student nurses with professional nurses who belong to nursing associations. An immersion program such as the one described in this article provides a strategy that addresses the nursing work force shortage and professional association membership. The experiential knowledge gained through this type of program may advance the profession throughout the country.
