目的探讨品管圈活动(quality control circle,QCC)在促进ICU护患沟通中的作用。方法由9名ICU护士组成QCC,设定主题为促进护患沟通,按QCC活动步骤拟定活动计划,包括现状把握、目标设定、要因解析、圈员共同拟定对策并按计划实施与检讨,比较活动前后护士及患者的满意度。结果实行QCC后,ICU护士对护患沟通满意度的自我评价由50.0%升至85.7%(目标设定为71.4%);患者的护患沟通满意度由67.0%升至83.3%(目标设定为90.0%)。活动后,圈员在团队合作能力、沟通能力、凝聚力、接受新鲜事物能力、护患关系融洽程度及创新思维能力等方面都有显著提高。结论开展品管圈活动能有效促进ICU护患沟通,提高患者的满意度,提升临床护士的综合素质。  相似文献

The nurse-patient relationship has received particular attention in the relevant literature. For patients in life threatening and existentially challenging situations, nursing activities often require a close intimacy. A good nurse-patient relationship is a precondition for effective nursing interventions, but by itself also contributes to the healing process. How such a relationship is realized in everyday nursing situations remains, however, unclear Literature predominantly details normative expectations on the nurse-patient relationship that are based on nursing theory or concepts from humanistic psychology. The operationalisation of these concepts into nursing practice is not given. In order to answer the research question "How do nurses experience their relationship with the patient?" qualitative interviews were conducted. Thus, the nurse-patient relationship was explored from the perspective of the nurses and considered in the context of their specific working situations. Nurses related their experiences, emotions and stress resulting from different kinds of nurse-patient relationships. Data were collected, organised and analysed following Giorgi's 1985 phenomenological analysis. Results show an ambivalence by nurses between closeness and distance in their relationship with patients. These relationships also show a polar vascillation between, for example, "sympathy" and "antipathy", or "being able to help" and "helplessness". The development of the relationship is often not very professional and depends on the specific situation and those individual persons participating in it. It is also apparent that those models of the humanistic psychology which have been discussed in nursing contexts cannot serve as such as a basis for the development of the nurse-patient relationship. A particular aspect of developing relationships in nursing are nursing interventions which necessitate bodily contact and physical work with patients. Concepts including these aspects of nursing can serve as valid and concrete starting points in order to find a way unique to nursing to create effective relationships with patients.  相似文献

目的从住院患者和临床护士的不同视角出发,比较分析其对护患关系紧张的认知差异,为构建和谐护患关系提供合理化建议。方法 2015年1月25日到5月25日,便利抽样法选取山东省内6所三级甲等综合性医院内科、外科、妇产科、神经科住院患者300例、临床护士280名为研究对象。采用护患关系紧张认知的问卷分别对患者和护士进行问卷调查。结果患方认为,引起护患关系紧张的原因头三位是护士技术太差、医院追求利益、护士对患者冷漠。护方认为,引起护患关系紧张的原因头三位是新闻媒体误导、患者素质问题、患者期望过高。结论建议从患者和护士的不同视角,从医院、患者、新闻媒体等多个方面采取综合应对措施,构建和谐护患关系。  相似文献

Methods: Analysis of assumptions inherent in the current theoretical and empirical literature on nurse-patient relationships and evidence from observation of nurses engaged in practice. Proposal and discussion of the theory of human relatedness as an alternative model for conceptualizing nurse-patient relationships.
Conclusions: The theory of human relatedness framework provides new insights and opportunities for assessment, intervention, and research within the context of nurse-patient relationships.  相似文献

BackgroundThe combination of education, experience, skill mix, and frequency of nursing care provided has not been broadly studied from a systems theory perspective, in the care coordination process, or within transitions of care.PurposeTo examine nurse/patient relationships (as a proxy for nurse dose) in the care coordination experience through a qualitative metasynthesis using a systems theory approach.DesignThe study was a qualitative metasynthesis with four sequential processes; (1) a systematic literature search to answer the structured research question, (2) formal quality appraisal and data immersion, (3) interpretive synthesis of the data within and across studies, and (4) re-situating the derived themes through reciprocal translation to each of the primary studies. CINHAL, Cochrane Library, Embase and PubMed were searched, and 159 articles retrieved. Eight articles remained after inclusion/exclusion criteria and quality review criteria were applied.ResultsKey themes were organized using a systems theory perspective (Structure, Process and Outcomes). The need for a coordinated nurse-patient relationship and the ability of the nurse to calm the complexity that occurs forms the structure of the relationship. The process includes having an awareness of challenges of the coordinated nurse-patient relationship and the transitions that occur, nurses going above and beyond, providing meaningful communication, and navigating system complexity. The outcomes are the value of a coordinated nurse-patient relationship and managing the illness/wellness journey.ConclusionsThe information from this metasynthesis provides an integrated view for nursing leaders and insight into factors that promote an effective and coordinated nurse-patient relationship.  相似文献

The nurse-patient relationship is by many considered the core of nursing. In this paper, a synthesized theory on the dynamics of that relationship is introduced from the patient's perspective. It is described as a dynamic lived reality characterized by a sense of spiritual connection which is experienced as a bond of energy. The highest quality of this connection is the life-giving nurse-patient relationship which is greatly empowering for the patient. The prerequisites for the development of the nurse-patient relationship are perceived nurse caring, wisdom and competence in connecting with people. The dialectic nature of this relationship is discussed as well as the six main phases in the nurse-patient relationship development.  相似文献
