ABSTRACT: Porcine scabies, mites, Sarcoptes scabiei var. suis are more readily available in sufficient quantities than are human scabies mites. Circulating IgE antibodies specific to porcine scabies mites were found in 6 (30%) of 20 scabies patients with an RAST score of at least 2. Seven patients had elevated serum total IgE levels. Correlation between the RAST values, the duration of pruritus, and the IgE levels was not found. The results do not prove the existence of antibodies specific to porcine scabies mites but strongly support this assumption.  相似文献

目的揭示变态反应性皮肤病与饮食及吸入致敏之间的关系。方法分别对739例变态反应性皮肤病患者血清中的过敏原特异性IgE抗体进行检测。结果食物组IgE抗体阳性率为5 7.0 1%,阳性率由高到低依次为鱼(51.15%),蟹虾(34.26%),大豆花生(29.77%),猪、牛羊肉(14.61%),牛奶(12.04%),蛋白蛋黄(8.53%)。吸入组IgE阳性率为62.20%,阳性率由高到低依次为屋尘(56.83%),尘螨粉螨(54.26%),白桦、榆树、梧桐、桑树(28.82%),猫、狗毛发皮屑(17.59%),普通豚草、蒿属植物(13.80%),蟑螂、蚊子(13.40%),点青霉、交链孢子霉、黑根霉(10.55%)。结论变态反应性皮肤病与食入及吸入致敏物质有关。  相似文献

Eight patients with senile erythroderma with serum hyper IgE were studied. Characteristic laboratory findings were persistently elevated IgE levels, high peripheral-blood eosinophils, and high lactic dehydrogenase (LDH). Immunologic analysis using immunoglobulin antibodies showed frozen sections of inguinal lymph nodes to stain with anti-IgE antibody, particularly in the germinal center. Five of the patients had an atopic history, suggesting hereditary factors.  相似文献

目的了解临床上常见的变态反应性皮肤病的特异过敏原及血清总IgE水平变化.方法采用荧光酶标法(MAST法)检测了987例变态反应性皮肤病患者的过敏原血清特异性IgE(sIgE)和总IgE水平.结果sIgE阳性率为73.4%(724/987),总IgE阳性率为86.6%(855/987).其中粉尘螨、屋尘螨、霉菌类、狗毛占多数,食物类过敏以虾、蟹为主.结论MAST CLA-1测定仪应用荧光酶标法的原理检测过敏原操作简单,特异性高,特异性过敏原的检测对变态反应性皮肤病的预防和治疗有一定的指导作用.  相似文献

蛋白质芯片技术在过敏原特异性IgE检测中的初步应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的研制过敏原特异性IgE检测蛋白芯片,对该芯片的检测灵敏性和特异性进行评估。方法将不同浓度的过敏原提取液按一定阵列方式点样到固相载体上,经过固定,封闭,洗涤步骤,加入待检血清,血清中的抗体与基片上的抗原反应,用生物素-亲和素系统使Cy3荧光信号扩增,最后用Scanarray4000激光共聚扫描仪成像。与IVT试剂盒(EIA法)进行了对比检测。结果芯片的灵敏性和特异性较好,血清稀释128倍仍可检测到豚草特异性IgE的存在。芯片法对食入性过敏原的检测效果好,对吸入性过敏原的检测效果比EIA法差。结论过敏原特异性IgE抗体检测芯片,具有样本血清量少,操作简便,价格低廉等优点,具有较强的临床检测使用价值,是未来诊断试剂的发展方向。  相似文献

目的:了解小儿荨麻疹和遗传过敏性皮炎(AD)患者血清特异性 IgE(SIgE)及总IgE(TIgE)水平变化。方法:采用Mast检测系统,对116例变态反应性皮肤病患儿血清SIgE和TIgE进行检测。结果:荨麻疹和AD患儿均以屋尘螨、粉尘螨阳性检出率最高,分别为荨麻疹(20.5%、17.9%)和AD(34.2%、34.2%)。在AD患儿,家尘、狗毛、猫毛、牛奶、鸡蛋亦有较高的阳性检出率。结论:屋尘螨、粉尘螨是广州地区小儿荨麻疹和AD患者最常见的变应原。  相似文献

目的探讨血清特异性IgE在老年皮肤瘙痒症患者发病中的作用.方法 ELISA法检测36例老年皮肤瘙痒症患者血清特异性IgE水平.结果 26例(72.2%)对吸入性过敏原呈阳性反应,显著高于对食物性过敏原阳性反应者(33.3%,P<0.05).结论血清特异性IgE可能在老年皮肤瘙痒症患者发病中起着作用,老年皮肤瘙痒症与过敏原尤其是与吸入性过敏原有关.  相似文献

The serum IgE level and the population of Fc epsilon R2+ lymphocytes in peripheral blood of 62 patients with atopic dermatitis (AD) were studied. IgE was increased in the majority of the patients with personal or family history of asthma and/or allergic rhinitis (combined AD). On the contrary, only 63.2% of the patients who have solely AD (pure AD) showed less elevation of IgE. There was no correlation between IgE and the severity of dermatitis in pure AD and rhinitis combined AD. However, asthma combined AD showed a significant positive correlation between IgE and the severity of dermatitis. In AD, the population of Fc epsilon R2+ lymphocytes significantly correlated with IgE, suggesting that Fc epsilon R2+ lymphocytes may play a role in the enhanced synthesis of IgE. However, the increase of Fc epsilon R2+ lymphocytes was found only in combined AD, but not in pure AD. These results suggest that elevated IgE and Fc epsilon R2+ lymphocytes reflect combined respiratory atopy rather than AD itself, although there remains the possibility that IgE may influence the formation or exacerbation of dermatitis in asthma combined AD. As far as the participation of IgE is concerned, pure AD and asthma combined AD could be different groups and should be investigated separately.  相似文献
