A case of impetigo herpetiformis with hypercalcitoninemia

A 22-year-old woman suffering from impetigo herpetiformis with accompanying hypocalcemia and hypercalcitoninemia during her first pregnancy is reported. No symptoms of hypothyroidism were observed. She responded to treatment with prednisone and gave birth to a female infant by normal delivery. Hypocalcemia and hypercalcitoninemia were normalized after delivery. Two years after delivery her eruptions have not recurred.     

吗替麦考酚酯治疗疱疹样脓疱病一例

临床资料患者,女,23岁。主因全身红斑、脓疱伴痒痛40 d,于2013年11月12日入院。患者妊娠35+6周,自周妊娠30周起无明显诱因左腋窝出现散在粟粒大小红斑、脓疱。20 d后类似皮损增多、融合,波及右上肢、左胸部、腹部及臀部,形成片状红斑及群集性脓疱,伴瘙痒及刺痛,自觉发热(体温未测)。当地医院诊断为带状疱疹,予以青霉素、清开灵静脉滴注、针灸及外用炉甘石洗剂治疗,效果不佳,病情进行性加     

疱疹样脓疱病23例临床与病理分析

为了了解疱疹样脓疱病的临床与病理特点，对23例病人进行了分析。在临床上，损害常为成片状脓湖，3－4天后脓疱干枯，形成黄色薄痂或脱屑，经经过7－10天新脓疱又现，呈周期性发作，病理上，取新脓疱活检，发现角质形成细胞变性，表皮水肿，表皮内有中性粒细胞移入，棘层上部海绵样脓疱形成，真皮血管扩张，血管周围淋巴细胞及中性粒细胞浸润，最后在治疗上作了讨论。     

A case of impetigo herpetiformis associated with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

We herein reported a 26-year-old primigravida with impetigo herpetiformis and intrahepatic cholestasis of gestation. She was in gestation for 34 weeks. She had a 5-month history of pustules on the trunk and limbs that had exacerbated from 1 month before. The jaundice had also emerged lately with increased levels of serous transaminase, bilirubin and bile acid. The histopathology of the lesion confirmed the diagnosis of impetigo herpetiformis. After cesarean section and administration of glucocorticoid, the patient totally recovered.     

妊娠期疱疹样脓疱病七例治疗分析

疱疹样脓疱病(impetigo herpetiformis)是一种好发于妊娠期妇女的严重皮肤疾病,其特点为红斑基础上发生浅表、群集性无菌性脓疱,同时伴寒战、高热等症状.我们在1993-2010年期间收治7例,现将临床资料回顾分析如下.     

Histiocytic lymphoma occurring in a patient with dermatitis herpetiformis

A patient with long-standing dermatitis herpetiformis (DH) developed histiocytic lymphoma of the small bowel. This is the twelfth reported case of lymphoma occurring in association with dermatitis herpetiformis.     

Patients with dermatitis herpetiformis, acne, psoriasis and Darier's disease have low epidermal zinc concentrations

Zinc concentration was determined in epidermis, papillary dermis and serum in patients with dermatitis herpetiformis, acne or psoriasis and in two small groups of patients with ichthyosis vulgaris and Darier's disease. Except in ichthyosis vulgaris the zinc level in epidermis was decreased in all these disorders. The mean serum zinc concentration was, however, significantly decreased only in men with dermatitis herpetiformis. There was no correlation between the concentration of zinc in epidermis or dermis and that in serum. The decreased epidermal zinc concentration indicates that many of the patients have a zinc deficiency in spite of a "normal" serum zinc value. Supplementation of zinc might therefore be of value in patients with these disorders.     

Dermatitis herpetiformis in a Japanese patient with anaplastic large cell lymphoma

We report a 73-year-old Japanese man with dermatitis herpetiformis which developed after diagnosis of anaplastic large cell lymphoma. The patient suffered fever, sweating, shivering, and multiple enlarged cervical lymph nodes. The diagnosis of anaplastic large cell lymphoma was confirmed by the histologic features of a biopsied cervical lymph node. The patient underwent combination chemotherapy. However, one month after the initial therapy, pruritic erythematous skin lesions with peripheral vesicles appeared on his buttocks. A skin biopsy showed subepidermal blister formation associated with polymorphonuclear and mononuclear cell infiltrates. Direct immunofluorescence examination of the area adjacent to the lesion showed granular deposits of IgA at the dermoepidermal junction. While it is well-known that dermatitis herpetiformis can develop into lymphoma, there have been only a few reports of its appearance after a diagnosis of lymphoma. This case suggests that dermatitis herpetiformis may be induced by anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
