1 病历摘要 1.1 男,32岁,工人。于1990年1月20日因右鼻前庭肿胀、糜烂3月余住我院耳鼻喉科。体检发现右鼻前庭有黄褐色厚痂,压迫时有少许粘性分泌物,局部有坏死肉芽组织,呈豆状隆起;右鼻孔变窄,鼻腔粘膜灰白,似干酪样肉芽绀织;鼻中隔右偏,中鼻道狭窄。当日行右鼻腔肉芽组织活检,病理诊断右鼻前庭坏死肉芽肿。血Hb130g/L.
