110例眼内磁性异物取出手术体会

本文报告了110例眼内磁性异物取出手术的临床资料。对眼内异物的定位,放大率,取出途径及预防术后视网膜脱离的措施进行了讨论。

肺软组织恶性巨细胞瘤(附1例病例报告)

软组织恶性巨细胞瘤较少见,发生于肺内者国内尚未见报道。对于其组织学来源尚无定论。本文报告1例肺软组织恶性巨细胞瘤,其主要组成为破骨细胞样巨细胞及单核性瘤细胞,组织学上颇似骨巨细胞瘤。通过特殊染色及免疫组化研究,确定其组织来源为组织细胞。

yrRONTAL COMPOSITE LOCALIZATION OF MULTIPLE METALLIC INTRAOCULAR FOREIGN BODIES

The authors int.roduce a new, convenient and precise method for Jocalizing multiple me- tallic intraocular foreign bodies. It has the ad- vantageis of less superimposition of bony sha- dows of cxtraorbitai foreign bodies avoiding dif- ficulty in correlating each multiple foreign body on frontal and lateral view films. This m.ethod has been proved accurate by simulation of or- bital multiple foreign body Jocalization and cli- nical application. It is a new way of solving the problem of localizing multiple metallic intra- ocular foreign bodies which are not able or hard to locate by other means. It can not locate some foreign bod[ies of lower density casting indistinct shadows.     

A CASE REPORT OF DOPA-RESPONSIVE DYSTONIA

Dopa-responsive dystonia (DRD) is a variant ofchildhood-onset idiopathic torsion dystonia(ITD).Theclinical features of DRD include onset with dystonia,usually affecting gait; the concurrent or later developmentof signs of parkinsonism in most affected individuals; anda dramatic therapeutic response to levodopa ( 1 ). Here wereported a case of DRD and made a discussion.     

PERINEAL HERNIA REPORT OF A CASE

Baby L., female, 6 weeks, was admitted on July 5, 1934. . The patient, second in the family, was a normal delivery but a swelling. located between the anus and the coccyx was noticed at the time of birth. It felt rather tense and apDeared lobulated, was eleven centime- ters in diameter to about three centimeters in diameter at its caudal end. When the child cried it became more tense while the face and lips became cyanotic. No bulging of fontanel was seen on pressing the tumor. After ten or twelve days it collapsed considerably not unlike a rubber bag half filled with water. No other abnormality was found. A rpentgeno-     

PERIODIC AGRANULOCYTOSIS REPORT OF A CASE

A case of periodic agranulocytosis was re- ported. In nearly 2 years the patient had 4 episodes of the disease, in which drug and in- fection as causative factors might be ruled out.
