患者,女,70岁.因反复发作头昏、出汗伴视物模糊两年入院.患者2004年4月因腹泻至某医院输液治疗时出现头昏、出汗、视物不清,当时查血糖2.1 mmol/L,予50%葡萄糖静推后症状缓解.以后上述症状反复发作,多在空腹、餐前出现,查血糖均低于正常范围,进食、喝糖水后症状可缓解.  相似文献

采用GHRH_(1-29)每日60μg/kg、30μg/kg微泵腹部皮下持续输注,和GH每日0.1U/kg皮下注射治疗特发性下丘脑性GH缺乏性株儒症各20例,治疗时间6个月,比较对生长速率的影响。结果表明:3组生长速率均有明显加速,分别为9.1±2.9cm/年、8.5±2.9cm/年和13.8±3.0cm/年。前3个月治疗效果优于后3个月。GHRH治疗2组,治疗初3个月IGF-1浓度持续升高,6个月时恢复到基值,而GH治疗组,治疗6个月时IGF-1仍呈持续上升。GHRH血浓度随治疗时间延长呈持续上升。GHRH激发试验,GHRH治疗前、后6个月时,GH峰值后者明显大于治疗前基值。最后对上述现象进行了讨论。  相似文献

 患者女,20岁。因生长发育迟缓19年余就医。患者为第3胎第3产,孕9个月顺产,出生时体重1.3 kg,无产伤,母乳喂养,生长发育较同龄人迟缓。9岁上学,智力正常,学习成绩中等,10岁始身高停止增长,至今无月经来潮。目前体形如10岁儿童,身高为1.2 m,坐高/身长=0.55,体重29 kg。皮肤偏白,无色素沉着,未长腋毛及阴毛。头颅及五官未见异常,发际不低,无颈蹼。甲状腺无肿大,乳腺发育不良。心、肺、腹体检未见异常。外生殖器为女性生殖器,呈幼稚型。脊柱无畸形,无肘外翻,下肢呈“O”形腿。父母非近亲结婚,两姐姐发育正常,家族中无类似病患者。实  相似文献
