Skimmianine, chelerythrine, nitidine, 1-hydroxy-2,3-dimethoxy-10-methylacridan-9-one and 1-hydroxy-3-methoxy-10-methylacridan-9-one have been isolated from the root and stem barks of Fagara rubescens. Using thin-layer chromatography and high voltage electrophoresis, a comparison of the chloroform-insoluble quaternary alkaloids of this species has been made with those from F. leprieurii. The distribution of the alkaloids within the barks and the chemotaxonomic significance of the alkaloids in the two species are discussed.  相似文献

Screening tests of hydroethanolic crude extracts of six species of Aspidosperma (Apocynaceae) against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were performed. Aspidosperma ramiflorum Muell. Arg. showed good activity against Bacillus subtilis with MIC and MBC of 15.7 and 125?μg/mL, moderate activity against Staphylococcus aureus with MIC and MBC of 250 and 500?μg/mL, and weak activity against Escherichia coli with MIC and MBC of 1000?μg/mL. Aspidosperma pyricolum Muell. Arg. (MIC/MBC 125/250?μg/mL) and Aspidosperma olivaceum Muell. Arg. (MIC/MBC 250/?>?1000?μg/mL) displayed moderate antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis. Separation of the crude extract of Aspidosperma ramiflorum was performed according to the usual acid–base process, which produces alkaloid mixtures and closely related metabolites. The basic fraction was active against Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli, with MICs of 31.2, 62.5, and 250?μg/mL, respectively. The basic fractions were more active than the acid fractions, probably because they contained some active alkaloids and/or closely related metabolites absent from the other fractions, or they contained a higher concentration of these active compounds.  相似文献

Six isoquinoline alkaloids, glaucine, isocorydine, protopine, cryptopine, allocryptopine and trans-canadine methochloride, have been obtained from the aerial parts of Glaucium grandiflorum Boiss. et Huet var. torquatum Cullen, a plant indigenous to Turkey. The presence of a seventh alkaloid, corydine, was revealed by TLC. This is the first report of the occurrence of cryptopine in the genus Glaucium.  相似文献

Seven quinolizidine alkaloids were isolated from the roots, stems, leaves, flowers, pods and seeds of Gonocytisus pterocladus and identified using thin-layer chromatography (TLC), melting points and spectroscopic methods (IR, 1 H NMR and MS) as lupanine, rhombifoline, anagyrine, N -methylcytisine, cytisine, N -formylcytisine and 13-a-cis-cinnamoyloxylupanine.  相似文献

Nine new alkaloids przewaline, przewalskine, przewalskinine, przewalstine, przewalstinine, przewalstidine, przewalstidinine, przewalidine chloride, and 8-hydroxypseudocoptisine chloride were isolated from Thalictrum przewalskii Maxim., together with the known alkaloids berberinium chloride, magnoflorine chloride, N-methylpalaudinium chloride, thalphenine chloride, and N-methylnantenium chloride. Their structures were determined by spectroscopy including EI-MS, FAB-MS, (1)H-NMR, (13)C-NMR, C,H-COSY, C,H-COLOC, HMQC and HMBC techniques.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation of the stem of Chasmanthera dependens Hochst led to the isolation and identification of five quaternary alkaloids: jatrorrhizine, columbamine, pseudocolumbamine, magnoflorine and palmatine and nine tertiary non-phenolic alkaloids: tetrahydropalmatine, liriodenine, lysicamine, oxoglaucine, glaucine, anonaine, nornuciferine, norglaucine and O,O-dimethylcorytuberine.  相似文献

The known alkaloids (+/-)-stylopine, (+/-)-sinactine, protopine, (+)-bulbocapnine, (-)-domesticine, (+)-corydine and (+)-isoboldine were found in the mixture of alkaloids from CORYDALIS MARSCHALLIANA (Papaveraceae), growing in Bulgaria. The alkaloids dehydronantenine, (+)-nantenine and oxonantenine were isolated for the first time from this plant. The spectral data of these alkaloids are given. In addition, three unidentified alkaloids (Cm-4, Cm-11 and Cm-12), in a small quantities, were described.  相似文献

Further phytochemical investigations of the roots of THALICTRUM FABERI Ulbr. led to the isolation and identification of four another additional bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloids: O-methylthalibrine ( 1), thaligosine ( 2), O-methylthalicberine ( 3), thalrugosidine ( 4), as well as pallidine ( 5).  相似文献

A preliminary screening showed the occurrence of alkaloids only in root bark and roots of ESENBECKIA PILOCARPOIDES H. B. K., (Rutaceae). Six alkaloids have been isolated and identified from root bark: one acridone, 1-hydroxy-3-methoxy- N-methyl-acridone; four furoquinolines, maculine, flindersiamine, kokusaginine, kokusagine; the sixth, isomaculine, a furo-4-quinolone, known as a synthetic product, has been isolated for the first time from a natural source.  相似文献

The isolation of the alkaloids from two different samples of stem bark of TABERNAEMONTANA PSOROCARPA is described. Both samples contained 16-epi-isositsirikine as the major alkaloid but differed from each other in the number and quantity of the other alkaloids. The following minor alkaloids were identified: 12-methoxy-14,15-dehydro-vincamine, vallesiachotamine, isovallesiachotamine, tetrahydroalstonine, coronaridine and voacangine.  相似文献

From Strychnos floribunda stem bark extracts, the alkaloids bisnordihydrotoxiferine, akagerine, decussine, rouhamine, Strychnocarpine, desacetylisoretuline and isorosibiline were isolated as well as a mixture of the sterols beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol and campesterol. Isorosibiline is a new indole alkaloid derived form desacetylisoretuline, having C-16 configuration inverted to that of rosibiline.  相似文献
