目的探究X射线在我国医学影像诊断中的发展与应用价值。方法以我院40例临床确诊为脑血管疾病的病患采用X射线进行诊断治疗。结果在40例病患中使用X射线成像诊断出20例颅内动静脉畸形、10例动脉瘤、10例血管狭窄致脑缺血。比用常规的诊断方法准确,安全。结论 X射线诊断比其他的方法更加准确、快速、安全,并在我国医学影像诊断中得到了有效的发展与充分应用。 相似文献

The technical advances in microscopy imaging techniques have been applied to assess the fate of drugs for researching respiratory drug delivery in ex vivo and in vivo experiments. Recent developments in optical imaging (confocal microscopy, multi-photon microscopy, fluorescence imaging (FLI) and bioluminescence imaging (BLI)), and in non-optical imaging (magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computing tomography (CT), positron-emission tomography (PET) and single-photon-emission computed tomography (SPECT)) are presented with their derivative medical devices. Novel microscopy have been utilized to address many biological questions in basic research and are becoming powerful clinical tools for non-invasive objective diagnosis, guided treatment, and monitoring therapies. Inorganic nanomedicine refers to the use of inorganic or hybrid nanomaterials and nanosized objects to achieve innovative medical breakthroughs for drug and gene discovery and delivery, discovery of biomarkers, and molecular diagnostics. Potential uses for fluorescent quantum dots include cell labeling, biosensing, in vivo imaging, bimodal magnetic-luminescent imaging, and diagnostics. Biocompatible quantum dot conjugates have been used successfully for sentinel lymph node mapping, tumor targeting, tumor angiogenesis imaging, and metastatic cell tracking. Magnetic nanowires applications include biosensing and construction of nucleic acids sensors. Magnetic cell therapy is used for the repair of blood vessels. Magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) are important for magnetic resonance imaging, drug delivery, cell labeling, and tracking. Superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles are used for hyperthermic treatment of tumors. Multifunctional MNPs applications include drug and gene delivery, medical imaging, and targeted drug delivery. MNPs could have a vital role in developing techniques to simultaneously diagnose, monitor, and treat a wide range of common diseases and injuries.From the Clinical EditorThis review serves as an update about the current state of inorganic nanomedicine. Nanosystems have unique physical and biological properties. Various systems have been designed for medical use and offer promising ways of delivering drugs at high concentrations at sites of interest, e.g., cancer lesions, while reducing systemic side effects. Nanotechnology has also opened ways for the development of contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals for specific targeting, which is presently changing research strategies in the field of magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound imaging and nuclear medicine applications.
