用改良数字疼痛强度量表(NRS)对31例患者使用Protefix义齿粘着膏前、后戴全口义齿的不适感进行主观评价。使用后全口义齿初戴后的不适评分显著降低(P<0.05),多数患者初戴后认为粘着膏可提高义齿的固位、稳定及咀嚼力。  相似文献

Comfort义齿粘附剂对全口义齿咀嚼效能影响的临床评价   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
目的 评价自行研制的Comfort义齿粘附剂(Cmfort-DA)的临床效果。方法 测定10名患者使用粘附剂前后,新旧全口义齿的最大咬合力及咀嚼效能,以问卷形式调查患者的主观评价。结果 无论义齿基托与粘膜密合或不密合,所研制的粘附剂均可提高义齿的最大咬合力,但仅后者有统计学意义;患者的咀嚼效能得到显著改善;多数患者认为此粘附剂可提高义齿的固位、稳定及咀嚼力,粘附时间为6-8h。结论 所研制的粘附剂可显著提高全口义齿的咀嚼效能。  相似文献

即刻全口义齿修复者咀嚼效能、最大咬合力的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的 评价即刻全口义齿修复效果。方法 采用吸光度法及MCF—8701型牙争力测定仪对健康中老年完整自然牙列者、常规全口义齿修复者、即刻全口义齿以及再次全口义齿修复者各30名进行咀嚼效能和第一磨牙区最大咬合力的测定。结果 患者戴用即刻全口义齿3个月时,可发挥最大的咀嚼功能。再次全口义齿修复3个月时的咀嚼效能、第一磨牙区最大咬合力均明显高于即刻全口义齿戴用3个月时的咀嚼效能和第一磨牙区最大咬合力。结论 即刻全口义齿只能作为一种过渡性、治疗性义齿,患者戴用3个月后必须行再次全口义齿修复。  相似文献

目的:评价两种剂型义齿粘附剂对牙槽嵴较为低平的无牙颌患者的作用效果,并对两种粘附剂进行相互比较.方法:测定10名牙槽嵴较为低平的无牙颌患者使用两种粘附剂前后咀嚼效能,同时以问卷形式调查患者的主观评价.结果:使用两种剂型粘附剂后,患者的咀嚼效能都得到显著改善,主观评价也较为理想.结论:义齿粘附剂可显著改善牙槽嵴较为低平的无牙颌患者的咀嚼功能.  相似文献

义齿稳固剂靠其自身的粘附力,可暂时性地提高全口义齿的固位,在国外的使用已有近百年的历史,牙科医生也逐渐承认其在义齿修复中的地位。本文着重介绍早期文献对义齿稳固剂在使用中所持的怀疑态度,并就这些问题进行分析及评价,指出义齿稳固剂用于全口义齿可增加其固位及稳定性,减少基托对粘膜创作,防止炎症的发生发展。  相似文献

目的:测定自制中药义齿粘附剂的粘接性能,并与Protefix义齿粘附剂进行比较。方法:测定自制义齿粘附剂与Protefix义齿粘附剂在浸泡人工唾液0~12 h过程中粘接抗张强度值,并进行比较。结果:自制义齿粘附剂在未浸泡唾液时与Protefix义齿粘附剂的粘接抗张强度值无显著性差异。在浸泡人工唾液后,其最大值,平均值及12 h值均大于Protefix义齿粘附剂(P<0.05)。结论:自制中药义齿粘附剂具有较好的粘接性能。  相似文献

本文采用PA—720型自动快速颗粒分析系统和义齿固位力测量计,对全口义齿修复、患者重衬前后的咀嚼效能和固位力进行了测定。结果表明,1.重衬后上下颌全口义齿的固位力明显提高。2.重衬后全口义齿患者的咀嚼效能亦明显增强。3.固位力和垂直距离是对全口义齿患者咀嚼效能有一定影响的因素。  相似文献

目的:研制新型高分子树脂类义齿粘附剂Comfort-DA Ⅱ型,评价其粘接性能。方法:运用统计学方法筛选出Comfort-DA Ⅱ型的最佳配比,测定配制后0h及浸泡人工唾液12h过程中粘接抗张强度值,与Protefix义齿粘附剂进行比较。结果:Comfort-DA Ⅱ型义齿粘附剂在配制0h的粘接抗张强度值,以及浸泡人工唾液后粘接抗张强度的平均值、最大值与第12h值均大于Protefix义齿粘附剂(P<0.05)。结论:Comfort-DA Ⅱ型义齿粘附剂具有较好的粘结抗张强度。  相似文献

目的初步探讨自行研制的纤维素类义齿稳固剂(denture adhesive,DA)对口腔黏膜的刺激性和临床应用效果。方法健康金黄地鼠10只随机分为2组,麻醉后,其中1组动物口腔左侧黏膜放置DA浸提液,另1组置入阳性对照材料,2组动物口腔右侧黏膜均放置阴性对照材料。分别于1、4、6、8 h后肉眼观察局部黏膜改变,并做组织切片了解组织学改变。临床测定20例患者使用DA前后,新旧全口义齿最大咬合力的变化。结果实验动物均未出现局部及全身的不良刺激反应。所研制的稳固剂可提高新旧全口义齿的最大咬合力,但仅旧义齿使用前后差异有统计学意义(t=3.584,P〈0.01)。结论所研制的DA义齿稳固剂未见对口腔黏膜的不良刺激反应,DA可提高旧义齿的最大咬合力,有较好的临床应用前景。  相似文献

PurposeThe purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of denture adhesives on oral moisture in a 10-center parallel randomized clinical trial.MethodsTwo hundred edentulous subjects wearing complete dentures were allocated into three groups: cream-type adhesive, powder-type adhesive and control groups. The adhesives (and saline solution in the control group) were applied to the mucosal surface of the dentures for 4 days, and baseline data and data after the intervention for eight meals over 4 days were obtained. For the main outcome, oral moisture was measured with a moisture checking device. Secondary outcomes were denture satisfaction, masticatory performance, denture retention, and occlusal force. In addition to between-group and within-group comparisons of oral moisture, investigations for secondary outcomes were undertaken in subgroups classified according to the degree of oral moisture at baseline (normal subgroup and dry mouth subgroup). Intention-to-treat analysis was also performed.ResultsBetween-group and within-group comparisons of oral moisture showed no significant differences. The cream-type and powder-type denture adhesives were significantly effective in the dry mouth group for denture satisfaction ratings of ability to masticate, stability, retention, and comfort of mandibular dentures (p < 0.05). The masticatory performance and retentive force of the dry mouth denture adhesive using groups were significantly improved after intervention (p < 0.05).ConclusionsThe oral moisture of complete denture wearers was not influenced by the use of denture adhesives. Our findings showed that denture adhesives improved subjective denture satisfaction, masticatory performance, and retention for complete denture patients with oral dryness.  相似文献

Purpose: The objective of this study was the assessment of retention and stability and functional benefits of denture adhesive applied to well‐fitting and well‐made dentures. Materials and Methods: This was a randomized, crossover study to compare two marketed denture adhesives (test cream, Super Poligrip® Free, and test strip, Super Poligrip® Comfort Seal Strips) and an unmarketed cream adhesive (GlaxoSmith Kline Consumer Healthcare) with no adhesive as the negative control. Thirty‐six subjects completed the study. One hour after the application of denture adhesive, retention and stability were measured using the Kapur Index and maxillary incisal bite force. Two hours after application, functional tests were used to assess denture movement and peanut particle migration under the denture. Subjects also rated confidence, comfort, satisfaction with dentures, and denture wobble in conjunction with the functional tests. Results: Denture adhesives significantly (p < 0.05) improved retention and stability of well‐fitting dentures. Subjects experienced significantly (p < 0.05) fewer dislodgements while eating an apple after adhesive was applied to dentures. Significant (p < 0.05) increases in subjective ratings of confidence and comfort as well as decreases in denture wobble were associated with the use of adhesive. There was significant (p < 0.05) improvement in satisfaction ratings for cream adhesives. A single application of each denture adhesive was well tolerated. Conclusion: The results of this study provide evidence that use of Super Poligrip® denture adhesives can enhance aspects of performance of complete well‐fitting dentures as well as provide increased comfort, confidence, and satisfaction with dentures.  相似文献

目的:评价义齿黏附剂和线性胎在牙槽嵴吸收严重的无牙颌患者全口义齿修复中的应用效果。方法:选择15例牙槽嵴吸收严重的无牙颌患者,为每位患者制作解剖式骀和线性胎2副全口义齿,3个月后更换使用。每副义齿于戴用3个月时检测其使用义齿黏附剂前后的咀嚼效率,并采用满意度问卷调查获取患者的主观评价。结果:使用义齿黏附剂后,线性胎和解剖式胎全口义齿的咀嚼效率均较使用前得到改善(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。义齿黏附剂使用前后,两种骀型全口义齿的咀嚼效率间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。义齿黏附剂使用前,线性骀全口义齿的固位稳定和舒适程度满意度高于解剖式骀全口义齿(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);使用义齿黏附剂后,两种胎型全口义齿的固位稳定、咀嚼功能和舒适程度满意度均有显著性提高(P〈0.01)。结论:对牙槽嵴吸收严重的无牙颌患者,应用线性骀全口义齿和义齿黏附剂均可改善义齿的治疗效果。  相似文献

目的:评价高黏度壳聚糖改善全口义齿固位效果和提高其咀嚼效率的能力。方法:选择13例戴有全口义齿的无牙颌患者,采用自身前后对照,对比下颌义齿固位力及咀嚼效率在使用壳聚糖作为稳固剂前后的差别,观察高黏度壳聚糖与全口义齿咀嚼功能的关系。结果:全口义齿在使用壳聚糖作为稳固剂前后的固位力和咀嚼效率均有明显提高,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:高黏度壳聚糖能明显改善全口义齿的固位效果,提高咀嚼效率,是一种可取的义齿稳固剂。  相似文献

This study examines the effects of denture adhesive on the retention and stability of complete dentures and the masticatory function. The authors estimated the stability of complete dentures from 3-dimensional (3-D) denture movement and rotational denture movement and additionally the masticatory function from cycle time and chewing time. Six edentulous subjects who participated in this study had old and newly fabricated complete dentures. Upper denture movement was recorded using a 3-D motion capture system while chewing 3 kinds of food (peanuts, fish paste, raisins). Both the new and old dentures showed that using a denture adhesive contributes to reducing 3-D denture movement, rotational denture movement and chewing time during chewing the various foods. The cycle time in new and old dentures was statistically unaffected by applying denture adhesive. There was no statistically significant difference in improvement in 3-D denture movement or rotational denture movement between the new and old dentures, for any of the foods. This study observes the overall effect of denture adhesive during use for both dentures. The results of this study suggest that denture adhesive contributes to reducing denture movement and so improves chewing function.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to examine effects of a denture adhesive on masticatory functions for complete denture wearers considering the condition of denture-bearing tissues. Sixteen edentulous subjects wearing well-fitting complete dentures volunteered to participate in this study. According to the condition of denture-bearing tissues, subjects were divided into two groups; "good group" and "poor group". Maximum biting forces, masticatory performance, and electromyography of the masseter muscle during mastication were recorded with and without a denture adhesive. Durations of chewing burst and cycle, and coefficients of variation for these variables were calculated using electromyography recordings. Data were analyzed by using two-way repeated-measured ANOVA and paired t-test in order to assess the effect of the use of a denture adhesive. The use of the denture adhesive increased maximum biting force and provided rhythmic masseter muscle activity during mastication for both groups. Masticatory performance was improved and duration of chewing burst was decreased only for "poor group". It was concluded that the effects of the denture adhesive on masticatory functions were observed overall for both groups, and more significant for denture wearers with poor denture-bearing tissues than with good denture-bearing tissues.  相似文献

目的 探讨种植磁附着体全口义齿对下颌牙槽嵴重度吸收的无牙颌患者的修复效果。方法 采用CDIC 牙种植体及配套磁性附着体,为8例下颌牙槽嵴重度吸收的无牙颌患者在下颌两侧第一前磨牙区各植入1枚种植 体,5个月后制作下颌全口义齿并在组织面粘固磁体。对粘固磁体前、后及粘固磁体后6个月的义齿固位力、咀嚼 效率和最大咬合力进行测试。结果 种植磁附着体全口义齿在粘固磁体后及粘固后6个月的固位力、咀嚼效率、 最大咬合力均较放置磁体前明显提高,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0·01)。结论 对牙槽嵴重度吸收的无牙颌患 者,采用种植磁附着体全口义齿修复能显著提高义齿的固位力、咀嚼效率及最大咬合力。  相似文献
