目的了解医学生及医生职业道德素养及教育状况和医患形势,为制定切实有效的职业道德教育及建立和谐医患关系提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法选取徐州市4家医院,随机抽取在门诊部或住院部的居民进行现场问卷调查。结果 76.5%的居民认为职业道德教育对医学生成长非常重要,88.9%的居民认为学校应该;68.6%的居民认为医学生给人留下好的印象;81.8%的人较为关注医患暴力事件,大多数人能较理性地对待媒体对相关医患纠纷的报道;仅25.8%的人清楚患者的权利和义务,仅20.7%的人清楚医生的权利和义务。结论居民普遍认为医学生及医生的职业道德教育非常重要,大多数人能较理性地对待医患关系,但对医生及患者的权利和义务等了解较少。应加大宣传,共建和谐医患关系。 相似文献

In their practice, physicians and veterinarians need to resort to an array of ethical competences. As a teaching topic, however, there is no accepted gold standard for human medical ethics, and veterinary medical ethics is not yet well established. This paper provides a reflection on the underlying aims of human and veterinary medical ethics education. Drawing from published literature on ethics education in the health professions a theoretical framework common to the teaching of human and veterinary medical ethics is proposed, based on three concepts: professional rules, moral virtues and ethical skills. The rules approach relies on the transmission of professional and social values by means of regulatory documents and depends intimately on the knowledge that students have of those documents. The virtues approach involves the inculcation of moral values and virtues that will stimulate students to develop desirable behaviours. The main focus of this approach to ethics is to develop students’ attitudinal competences. Finally, the skills approach is focused on equipping the students with the necessary moral reasoning abilities to recognise and respect the plurality of ethical views that make part of contemporary society. This framework can inform future curriculum development in human and veterinary medical ethics as well as in other health care professions. 相似文献

目的 探究护理本科学生职业成熟度、临床实习环境评价和职业认同之间关系,并验证临床实习环境评价在职业成熟度与职业认同之间起到中介作用。方法 使用整群随机抽样方法,使用一般资料调查表、职业成熟度量表、临床实习环境评价量表、职业认同量表对护理实习生进行问卷调查,使用结构方程模型验证实习环境评价在职业成熟度与职业认同之间中介作用。〖HTH〗结果 职业成熟度分为(80.55±14.77)分,临床实习环境评价得分为(95.34±15.54)分,职业认同得分为(80.59±16.62)分;临床实习环境与职业成熟度、职业认同之间均呈正向相关关系(r=0.273,P<0.001;r=0.424,P<0.001),职业成熟度与职业认同之间呈正向相关关系(r=0.332,P<0.001),临床实习环境评价、职业成熟度中介效应分别为0.147、0.122。结论 临床实习环境评价、职业成熟度中介作用成立,应该构建良好的学生实习环境,促进护生良好的职业认同。 相似文献

目的 调查有无临床实/见习经历的医学生关于艾滋病的相关知识、态度及医疗服务意愿的差别,为消除艾滋病歧视提供科学依据。 方法 采取分层整群随机抽样方法对某医科大学的600名医学生进行问卷调查。 结果 301名参加过实/见习的医学生对艾滋病知识的得分高于274名未实/见习医学生(t=6.05,P<0.05),但在态度及医疗服务意愿方面无差异(t=0.71,P>0.10)。 结论 应该对医学生加强关于艾滋病知识的教育以及普及,特别是在医疗防护知识方面。 相似文献

This study examined the utility of the domain assessment measures used in the final 2 years at Newcastle medical school in predicting performance ratings in the first year of postgraduate training (internship). Performance ratings were obtained from the clinical supervisors of two graduating classes of the University of Newcastle medical students during their five terms of internship. Three or more ratings were obtained from 57% of interns. Univariate analysis indicated that scores for three of the five domains (professional skills; identification, prevention and management of illness; self-directed learning) were significantly positively correlated with intern performance ratings. Multivariate analysis indicated that only the domain assessing iden‐tification, prevention and management of illness was predictive of higher intern performance ratings. The results support the notion that there is some value in the domain assessment model used at Newcastle in predicting the performance of junior doctors. 相似文献

目的了解不同专业医学实习生职业防护意识及行为现况,为进一步加强医学生职业防护教育提供依据。 方法采用问卷调查法对某医科大学2015届临床实习结束返校的医学生进行调查。结果实习期间共发生职业暴露385例,职业暴露发生率为42.31%(385/910),职业暴露者以护理学专业人员为主(190名)。358名(39.34%)医学实习生能够认知自身保护性抗体(乙肝表面抗体);不同专业医学实习生职业暴露发生率、自身保护性抗体认知率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。共222名(57.66%)医学实习生职业暴露次数>1次,暴露环节以诊疗操作为主(45.45%),暴露场所以病房为主(32.21%)。职业暴露后,46.75%的医学实习生第一反应表现为紧张,35.06%表现为担心,18.18%出现严重心理反应,仅14.03%医学实习生寻求他人支持帮助。结论医学实习生对职业防护意识认知不足,应加强其职业防护教育,增加职业防护意识,关注职业暴露后的心理行为。 相似文献

Professional and accreditation organizations have endorsed medical ethics as a fundamental component of education for family medicine trainees. Yet various obstacles combine to work against the continuation of formal medical ethics education beyond medical school and into residency training. This article reviews the current consensus on the scope and objectives of medical ethics education in the context of family medicine training. The need for, and outcomes of, medical ethics teaching are analyzed on the basis of the available evidence. Recent trends in medical education that potentially influence graduate medical ethics training are also discussed (specifically ethics training in medical schools and the priority given to training in professionalism). This review shows a strong evidence-based need to provide medical ethics education for family physicians in training, a need that is apparent on many levels. The current reliance on medical school ethics education and emphasis on professionalism does not answer this need. A well-constructed course in medical ethics for family medicine trainees can teach an array of competencies stipulated by professional and accreditation agencies as important in the practice of family medicine. Educators must strive to overcome barriers and provide formal medical ethics programs to better prepare family physicians for modern professional roles. 相似文献
