目的观察308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的疗效及不良反应。方法采用TALOS准分子激光治疗112例白癜风患者394处皮损,每周2~3次,观察疗效及副作用。结果小于16岁和大于16岁患者有效率分别为69.56%和58.91%,两者无统计学差异(P>0.05);面颈部和躯干部疗效相近,均高于四肢(肢端疗效最差),有统计学差异(P<0.05);进展期有效率高于稳定期,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论308nm准分子激光治疗小面积、特殊部位白癜风疗效好,不良反应少。  相似文献

目的观察308nm准分子激光治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效。方法选择79例稳定期白癜风患者皮损358片进行治疗,治疗次数10~30次。结果有效率为42.74%。头面部及躯干部位效果好,肢端及骨性突出部位效果差,寻常型和节段型皮损同样有效,增加治疗次数可以改善治疗效果。结论308nm准分子激光治疗稳定期白癜风安全有效,局限性皮损及紫外线敏感区域皮损是其主要适应证。  相似文献

应用临床分组比较的开放性研究方法,选择216例白癜风患者403处皮损,给予308 nm准分子激光局部照射,每周2~3次,10次为一疗程,所选患者均完成二个疗程治疗,并随访3个月以上.<14岁组和≥14岁组治疗有效率分别为62.82%、68.62%,两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);不同部位皮损的疗效显示,面颈部疗效最好,躯干、四肢次之,肢端疗效最差,各组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风起效快、疗效好,不良反应少,不同部位对疗效有一定的影响,患者年龄不是影响疗效的主要因素.  相似文献

目的:观察308nm氯化氙准分子激光治疗白癜风的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:采用Xtrac颠峰准分子激光系统对77例白癜风患者不同部位共292处皮损进行治疗,每周1~2次。并观察疗效,达到3级色素恢复后对相关因素进行分析。结果:经治疗面颈部皮损起效最快,其次为躯干部、四肢,褶皱部最慢;年龄〈18岁患者皮损起效快于年龄〉18岁患者;不同性别、疾病分期、病程、皮肤类型患者的起效快慢差异无统计学意义。结论:308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风疗效好,不良反应少,其疗效与年龄、皮损部位有关。  相似文献

目的 观察308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的效果.方法 统计接受308nm准分子激光一个疗程治疗后的门诊300例白癜风患者的1 051处皮损,逐个对治疗后皮损的色素恢复情况进行统计,并分部位、分级、分年龄段进行分析和评价.结果 1 051处皮损,色素恢复情况:0级18处,Ⅰ级134处,Ⅱ级317处,Ⅲ级431处,Ⅳ级151处;显效率为55.4%;总有效率为85.5%.按部位:显效率排序为面、颈部,胸腹部、背部,上肢、下肢,手、足部;总有效率排序为面部、颈部、胸腹部、背部,上肢,下肢,手、足部.按皮损分级:显效率、总有效率排序为Ⅰ级,Ⅱ级,Ⅲ级,Ⅳ级.按年龄段:显效率、总有效率排序为青少年,中青年,中老年.结论 308nm准分子光治疗仪治疗白癜风疗效好、不良反应少.疗效与部位、皮损分级程度、年龄有关.  相似文献

目的评价308nm准分子激光治疗儿童白癜风的疗效及安全性。方法采用自身对照的方法,用Xt-rac颠峰准分子激光系统治疗85例稳定期儿童白癜风患者(年龄≤12岁)的自身对称或相邻皮损,每周治疗1~3次,共30次,每隔10天及治疗结束3天后评价疗效。结果治疗的皮损痊愈12例,显效45例,好转21例,无效7例,显效率为67.1%,有效率为91.8%;未治疗的皮损仍为色素脱失斑。面颈部疗效优于躯干四肢,躯干四肢优于肢端,面颈部非节段型优于节段型。结论308nm准分子激光治疗稳定期儿童白癜风疗效高、副作用少,其疗效与皮损部位有关。  相似文献

目的探讨308nm准分子激光联合复方中药治疗面部白癜风的疗效和安全性。方法将150例稳定期面部白癜风患者随机分为3组,每组各50例。治疗组予308nm准分子激光照射联合内服复方中药,对照1组单纯予308nm准分子激光照射;对照2组单纯内服复方中药。3组均连续治疗15周,分别于治疗第5,10和15周时评价临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗15周时的有效率为86.00%,对照1组为76.00%、对照2组为40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.01);治疗组不良反应发生率为26.00,对照1组为20.00%,对照2组为19.75%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.65)。结论308nm准分子激光联合内服复方中药治疗白癜风比两者单独应用治疗白癜风的疗效好。  相似文献

Several therapeutic modalities have been proposed for the treatment of vitiligo either to achive repigmentation in the lesions or to stabilize the disease. Narrow-band UVB therapy has been shown to be effective and safe for use in the management of vitiligo; its wavelength is not so different from 308 nm XeCl excimer laser radiation. We present an open and uncontrolled pilot study of 24 patients (12 men, 12 women) in whom vitiligous patches were treated twice a week, for 9 months with 308 nm XeCl laser radiation. Seven of the 24 patients showed greater than 75% repigmentation, six patients showed repigmentation of between 25 and 75% and six patients showed less than 25% repigmentation. In five patients no signs of repigmentation were noted. The therapeutic benefit was stable during the 12-month follow-up period. Although these results are promising, treatment has so far been limited to small numbers of patients and a short follow-up period. Other prospective studies are needed to assess the efficacy of this treatment modality.  相似文献

目的观察308nm准分子光联合他克莫司治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法 360例白癜风患者随机分为联合组和308单频光组,两组均采用准分子光系统进行308nm光疗,联合组同时外用他克莫司软膏。结果联合组和308单频光组的有效率分别为83.9%和70.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组临床有效率最高的部位均为颈部、面部和躯干,最低为手足部;稳定期疗效高于进展期,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 308nm准分子光联合外用他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风临床疗效好。  相似文献

目的 观察他克莫司软膏联合308 nm准分子激光治疗小儿面部白癜风的临床疗效。方法 将98例(269处)面部白癜风患儿,以各所医院为独立单元,按就诊时间顺序分组,对照组49例(131处皮损)单纯使用308 nm准分子激光治疗仪治疗,每周2次;治疗组49例(138处皮损)在使用准分子激光治疗仪治疗基础上加外用他克莫司软膏,每天2次。治疗3个月后对两组患儿的疗效和不良反应进行评价。结果 治疗组有效率为92.03%,不良反应率为6.52%;对照组有效率为79.39%,不良反应率为6.11%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.85,P<0.01),不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.02,P>0.05)。结论 他克莫司软膏联合308 nm准分子激光治疗小儿面部白癜风疗效确定、安全无痛,容易被小儿及家长接受,值得进一步推广。  相似文献

Methods A total of 128 patients with vitiligo, who had 317 depigmented patches, were recruited in this study and treated with 308 nm excimer laser once a week for at least 8 weeks. The degree of repigmentation was evaluated and adverse effects were recorded at the end of every treatment and last treatment. Results All patients received efficacy and safety evaluation. Of the 317 patches, 97.5% achieved repigmentation at different degrees, 71.8% got more than 25% repigmentation, and 50.8% got more than 75% repigmentation. The degree of repigmentation increased with the number of treatments. A better response was observed in the lesions on the face and neck than those on the mink and limbs, and in short-duration (<1 year) lesions than in long-duration (≥1 year) lesions. And the lesions on extremities and mueosa showed a poorer response compared with those at other sites. There was no statistical difference in clinical efficacy between active vitiligo and stable vitiligo, or between adults and children. Moreover, the treatment was well tolerated. Conclusion 308 nm excimer laser is effective in the treatment of vitiligo with rapid onset, favorable tolerability and few adverse effects.  相似文献
