高原集训新兵的心理应激与应对方式和自我效能感的关系   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的 探讨高原某部集训新兵的心理应激状况及其与应对方式和自我效能感的关系,并据此对高原新兵的心理健康教育提出建议.方法 采用问卷调查法,在驻青海某部新兵训练基地按照建制序列随机选取3个新训连队共256名新兵,施测军人心理应激自评问卷、简易应对方式问卷和一般自我效能感问卷.结果 新兵的心理应激反应主要表现为紧张、睡眠不好和身心疲惫;心理应激与消极应对有显著的正相关(r=0.349,P<0.01),与积极应对和自我效能感有显著的负相关(r=-0.179,P<0.01;r=-0.210,P<0.01),而自我效能感则与积极应对有显著的正相关(r=0.532,P<0.01);消极应对方式与自我效能感对心理应激反应有显著的预测作用.结论 可以通过增强高原新兵的自我效能感,并指导他们采用适当的应对方式来减轻集训期间的心理应激.
Abstract:
Objective To explored the mental stress situations and the relationship between mental stress, coping style and self-efficacy beliefs of the highland training recruits, and suggestions about mental health education of the recruits to be proposed.Methods The solider mental stress self-reported questionnaire, simplied coping style questionnaire, and generalized self-efficacy beliefs scale were administrated to 256 recruits from 3 companies have been randomly selected in a military training base of Qinghai province.Results The mental stress of the recruits included tension, sleepless, physical and mental exhaustion.The mental stress was significant positive correlation with negative coping style( r=0.349, P<0.01 ), and significant negative correlation with active coping style( r= -0.179, P<0.01 ), and with self-efficacy beliefs( r= -0.210, P<0.01 ).Meantime selfefficacy beliefs was significant positive correlation with active coping style( r = 0.532, P < 0.01 ).Negative coping style and self-efficacy beliefs could significantly predict mental stress.Conclusion Through these ways which improving the self-efficacy beliefs and instructing them to use suitable coping style may help the recruits reduce the mental stress.  相似文献

Objective To study the effect of attachment, coping style and social support on mental health in technical school students.Methods 372 technical school students were assessed by ECR(Experiences in Close Relationship's Inventory) ,Symptom Check Scale List-90 (SCL-90) and Coping Style Scale For Secondary School Students( CSS), Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Checklist ( ASLEC), Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS).Results ( 1 ) Life events had significant correlations with all indexes score of attachment anxiety ( r =0.293 ~ 0.356, P <0.01 ) ,the scale of coping style focus on emotion and the total score of SCL-90 ( r = 0.259 ~0.509, P<0.01 ) ,and the total score of perceived social support had significant correlations with the total score of SCL-90 ( r =-0.238, P < 0.01 ).( 2 ) Structural equation analysis ( model fit: χ2 = 540.593, RMSEA = 0.114,NFI = 0.864 ,CFI =0.884, P < 0.01 ) showed that life events affect on mental health through the mediation effects of coping style focus on emotion, attachment anxiety and the perceived social support and coping style focus on emotion had most mediating effect on mental health ( mediation effect = 33.2% ).Conclusion Life events had both direct effect and indirect effect through coping style focus on emotion, attachment anxiety and the Perceived Social Support on mental health.  相似文献

目的 探索应对方式、个性特征对Graves病(GD)发病的影响,为预防Graves病提供流行病学依据.方法 采用特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)中文版对临床收集的581名Graves病患者及社区收集的800名健康对照收集资料,应用非条件logistic逐步回归分析进行整体分析,并按照年龄、性别、文化程度进行分层分析,探索应对方式与个性特征对Graves病发病的影响.结果 整体分发现消极应对方式(OR=1.068,P=0.ooo)、掩饰性(OR=1.121,P=0.000)和内外向(OR=1.089,P=0.005)均为Graves病发病危险因素;按照性别、年龄和文化程度分层分析,其结果与整体分析结果基本一致,同时发现积极应对方式为Graves病发病保护因素(各分层分析中OR<1.000,P<0.05),神经质(OR>1.000,P<0.05)为部分人群Graves病发病危险因素.结论 采取积极应对方式和针对性调整个性特征,可以有效预防Graves病发病.
Abstract:
Objective To explore the role of coping styles and personalities in the etiology of Graves' disease (GD). Methods All participants (581 patients and 800 normal controls) completed the general information questionnaires,trait coping style questionnaires(TCSQ) and eysenck personality questionnaires revised,short scale for Chinese(EPQ-RSC). Basic characteristics of all subjects were documented, and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the role of coping styles and personality in etiology of GD. Results The negative coping style(OR = 1.068,P=0.000) ,concealing character(OR = 1. 121, P=0.000) and internal and external personality (OR = 1.089, P = 0.005) neurotic personality (OR > 1.000, P< 0.05) were risk factors of GD( OR = 1. 162, P = 0.000) ,positive coping style was protective factor of GD( OR < 1.000, P<0.05). Conclusion Positive coping style and specific personality adjustment can prevent effectively onset of GD.  相似文献

Objective To find out the factors that influence the mental health of the rural junior middle school students (JMSS).Methods 2406 JMSS in rural areas in Hunan province were assessed,using self-designed Demographic Data Recording Form, Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List, Scale of APGAR, Perceived Social Support Scale,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,Self-Esteem Scale and Scale of Mental Health.Results There were no significant difference between JMSS with different gender(P = 0.509 ), family income (P = 0.267 ), occupation of their fathers (P = 0.473 ), occupation of their mothers (P=0.105 ), education background of their mothers (P = 0.266 ).There were statistically significant difference between JMSS of different age (P = 0.000 ), grade (P = 0.000 ), whether their parents going out to work (P = 0.000 ),whether their parents divorced(P = 0.001 ) and education background of their fathers (P = 0.000 ); whether their parents going out to work (r = 0.095 ), life events (r = 0.522 ), family care (r =-0.146 ), the perceived social support (r =-0.186 ), positive coping style (r =-0.020 ), negative coping style (r = 0.369 ) and psychoticism (r = 0.322 ),internal and external(r =-0.132), emotional stability (r = 0.555 ), lie (r =-0.293 ) and self-esteem (r =-0.329)were significantly corrected with psychological health( P < 0.01 ).Except age, grade, whether their parents going out to work and the education background and occupation of their parents,the remaining variables entered the regression equation,which could explained 51.2% of changes of the psychological health(F=227.809, P=0.000).Conclusion In order to promote the development of J MSS mental health, we can give then more care to reduce negative life events in their life,guide them to culture health personality and use active coping styles when encounter difficulties and setbacks through a series of health education, promote the healthy development of their personality.  相似文献

Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is a serious personality disorder characterized by a pervasive pattern of disturbances in mood regulation, impulse control, self-image and interpersonal relationships) In the United States, the prevalence of BPD has been estimated at 1%-2% of the general population, 10% of psychiatric outpatients, and 20% of inpatients. According to the 4th text revision of diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (DSM-IV-TR), about 75% of BPD patients are women. The BPD diagnosis has been associated with heightened risk (8.5% to 10.0% among BPD patients) for completed suicide, a rate almost 50 times higher than in the general population.  相似文献

Objective This article mainly discuss the relationship among coping style,social support,de-pression,stress level and mental health in senior students after the earthquake. Methods 820 sample students were selected randomly from 6 middle schools in temporary inhabitancy of Dujiangyan area. Mental investigational questionnaire of China Ministry of Health, Beck Depression Inventory 2nd edition ( BDI-2), social support ques-tionnaire,simple coping style questionnaire (SCSQ) and other methods were used, and variance, correlation, and hierarchical regression to analyze the relationship of the variable. Results The account for mental investigational questionnaire of China Ministry of Health was (7.49±4.41 ) ,the scoring of B DI (14.66±9.12) was on the high side. Mental problems was positively correlated with depression symptom and stress level (r=0.69,0.15 ), while it was negatively correlated with positive coping and social support (r=-0.33, -0.30). This showed that the interac-tion between positive coping and social support (β=0.14,△R2 =0.02), depression symptom and stress level (β= 0.07, △R2 = 0.01 ) was distinctness respectively. Conclusions Most of senior students have poor scores on mental state examination in the earthquake-stricken area. Depression symptom is a mediator between positive coping and mental health. Social support is a remarkable moderator between positive coping and depression,along with the increasing of social support,the protective effect of positive coping also enhance. Stress level is a moderator between depres-sion and mental problems.  相似文献

目的 探讨强迫症患者的人格特征及其与临床症状的相关性.方法 采用耶鲁-布朗强迫量表(Y-BOCS)和明尼苏达多相人格测定问卷(MMPI)对105例强迫症患者进行测试,并与中国常模对照.结果 强迫症患者的D、Hy、Pd、Pt因子标准分及男性Hs和女性Pa因子标准分均显著高于常模.强迫症患者明尼苏达多相人格测定的D、Pd与强迫思维分呈正相关;Pa、Sc、Si与强迫思维及强迫行为分均成正相关;Pt与强迫思维分、强迫行为分及强迫总分均呈正相关.结论 强迫症患者可能存在病态心理状态;强迫症患者的人格特征与其临床症状可能存在一定的相关性. Abstract: Objective To study the personality of obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) patients, and the relationship between the clinical symptoms and the personality of OCD patients. Methods One hundred and five OCD patients were tested with Y-BOCS and MMPI, the result was compared with the chinese normals. Results The MMPI scores of D,Hy,Pd,and Pt of OCD patients,Hs of male OCD patients and Pa of OCD female patients were significantly higher than that of the chinese normals (P<0.01). The scores of Dand Pd of OCD patients had positive correlation with the severity of obsessive thinking. The scores of Pa,Sc and Si of OCD patients had positive correlation with the severity of obsessive thinking and symptoms. Pt scores of OCD patients had positive correlation with the severity of obsessive thinking,compulsive behavior and symptoms.Conclusions OCD patients may have morbid psychology.The personality charaeteristics of the OCD patients may have positive correlation with clinical symptoms.  相似文献

目的 探讨汉族大学男生指长比与人格的关系.方法 采用艾森克人格问卷以162名汉族大学男生为研究对象进行测试,运用直接测量法测定左右手指长.比较汉族大学男生与常模的人格差异,汉族大学男生左右手指长及指长比的差异,并计算指长比与人格的相关性.结果 汉族大学男生精神质[(4.53±2.55)分]和掩饰性[(9.64±3.55)分]显著低于常模[(5.96±2.84)分,(12.17±3.57)分,t=-7.135,-9.085],内外倾[(12.67±3.94)分]显著高于常模[分(10.63±4.44),t=6.573].汉族大学男生左手2D、4D、2D∶3D[分别为(72.22±3.79)mm、(75.22±4.23)mm、(0.9023±0.0220)]明显高于右手[分别为(71.74±4.01)mm、(74.85±4.41)mm、(0.8973±0.0306),均P<0.05].左右手2D、3D、4D、5D与神经质存在相关[r=0.263,0.254,0.248,0.287,0.235,0.243,0.246,0.283;P<0.01],左右手2D、3D及右手4D、5D与掩饰性存在相关[r=-0.208,-0.213,-0.185,-0.226,-0.165,-0.185;均P<0.05),左手2D∶4D与内外倾存在相关(r=0.167,P<0.05].结论 左手低2D∶4D的汉族大学男生相对较内向,指长比与人格可能存在关联.
Abstract:
Objective To explore the relationship between digit ratio and personality among male college students of Han nationality. Methods 162 male college students of Han nationality were surveyed with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire. Measurements were taken from the middle of the basal crease to the tip of the finger by electronic vernier caliper. Personality factors scores were compared between male college students of Han nationality and normal. Finger length and digit ratio of the left hand and the right hand were compared among male college students of Han nationality. Correlation coefficient between digit ratio and personality was calculated.Results The male college students of Han nationality showed significantly lower psychoticism (4.53 ± 2. 55 ) and lie (9.64 ± 3. 55 ) than normal ( 5. 96 ± 2.84,12. 17 ± 3.57; t = - 7. 135, - 9. 085 ) , but higher neuroticism ( 12.67 ±3.94) than normal ( 10.63 ±4.44, t=6.573). The length of index finger(2D) & ring finger(4D) and ently higher than those of the right hand (71.74 ± 4. 01 ,74.85 ± 4.41,0. 8973 ± 0. 0306; P < 0.05 ). There was an association of psychoticism with index finger(2D), middle finger(3D), ring finger(4D) and little finger(5D)among male college students of Han nationality ( r=0. 263,0.254,0.248,0.287,0.235,0.243,0.246,0. 283; P< 0. 01 ). There was an association of lie with index finger( 2D ), middle finger( 3D), the right ring finger( 4D ) & little finger(5D) among male college students of Han nationality ( r= -0. 208, -0. 213, -0. 185, -0. 226,-0.165, -0. 185; P< 0. 05 ). There was an association of neuroticism with the left second to fourth digit ratio ratio is found among male introvert college students of Han nationality. Digit ratio may be correlated with personality among male college students of Han nationality.  相似文献

目的 通过对网络成瘾者应激相关变量:社会支持、应付方式、认知评价和个性因素进行分析,对网络成瘾的可能诱因进行探讨.方法 对大连市初中网络成瘾学生129名,非网络成瘾学生129名及不上网学生129名,应用自制一般状况调查表、陈氏网络成瘾量表、艾森克人格问卷、应付方式问卷、领悟社会支持量表和自动思维问卷进行调查分析.结果 (1)人格:3组在神经质[(54.11±11.45)分,(49.53±11.28)分,(48.91±12.10)分]、精神质[(50.70±12.08)分,(46.98±11.40)分,(45.54±10.16)分]及掩饰性[(47.05±9.11)分,(51.05±8.92)分,(52.33±8.59)分]方面均差异有显著性(P<0.01).(2)自动思维:3组在自动思维总分方面差异有显著性(P<0.01).(3)应付方式:3组在自责、幻想、退避及合理化方面均差异有显著性(P<0.01),不同程度的网络成瘾者在求助方面差异有显著性(P<0.05).(4)领悟社会支持:3组在家庭内支持、家庭外支持及领悟社会支持总分方面均差异有显著性(P<0.01).结论 网络成瘾青少年与非成瘾青少年的应激中间变量各个方面均有差异.  相似文献

目的:探讨男性青少年网络成瘾自我接纳与应对方式特点及其与心理健康的相关性。方法:采用自我接纳问卷、应付方式问卷及SCL-90问卷对216名男性青少年网络成瘾进行调查研究。结果:自我接纳与解决问题、求助应对方式呈显著正相关(r分别是0.25和0.13);与自责、幻想、退避及合理化应对方式、SCL-90诸因子、心理健康总分呈显著负相关。以心身健康总分为因变量的逐步回归分析,依次进入方程的变量是自我接纳、幻想、退避和解决问题应对方式。结论:男性青少年网络成瘾的自我接纳和应对方式、心理健康水平均存在一定的关系。  相似文献

目的 探讨人格特质与网络成瘾倾向的关系,为青少年网络成瘾的预防提供心理学依据.方法 采用卡特尔16种人格特质问卷和中文网络成瘾量表,对长沙市5所大中专学校的409名学生进行问卷调查.采用SPSS11.0进行统计处理.结果 (1)有恒性人格特质对网络成瘾总分(标准回归系数为-0.168,t=3.18)、戒断退瘾反应因子(标准回归系数为-0.216,t=4.17)、耐受性因子(标准回归系数为-0.139,t=2.64)和时间管理问题因子(标准回归系数为-0.158,t=3.01)有一定的预测作用;(2)幻想性人格特质对网络成瘾总分(t=2.47)、人际及健康问题因子(t=3.08)有一定的预测作用;(3)乐群性人格特质对强迫性上网行为因子(t=2.14)、时间管理问题因子(t=2.41)有一定的预测作用;(4)敢为性对人际及健康问题因子(t=2.42)有一定的预测作用.结论 人格特质对网络成瘾倾向有一定的影响.  相似文献

目的 通过网络成瘾青少年家庭亲密度与家庭教育方式的对比研究,为网络成瘾青少年的家庭干预与预防提供帮助.方法 对100名健康青少年(对照组)和90例网络成瘾青少年(研究组)进行家庭亲密度与家庭教育方式的问卷调查和访谈,用SPSS10.0统计软件进行t检验、相关分析、信度分析.结果 对照组家庭亲密度显著好于研究组[(51.75±8.86)分,(38.89±12.17)分,P<0.01].对照组家庭教育方式明显好于研究组[(50.65±7.66)分,(41.44±10.84)分;P<0.01].研究组对家庭亲密关系[(20.87±4.66)分,(12.33±7.88)分;P<0.01]、家庭教育方式的不满意度均明显高于对照组;(23.30±11.06)分,(14.28±7.29)分;P<0.01].结论 网络成瘾青少年的家庭的亲密度低、对家庭教育方式不满意度高,因此在对网络成瘾家庭进行干预与预防时,应特别注重家庭成员间亲密和谐关系的培养,在家庭教育方面家长要特别重视孩子积极健康人格的养成,引导子女积极参加社会实践锻炼.  相似文献

目的:探讨躯体形式疼痛障碍患者述情障碍和应付方式的特点及其相关性。方法调查26例躯体形式疼痛障碍患者(研究组)述情障碍和应付方式,并与26例正常人为对照分析。结果研究组述情障碍总分(73.27±8.21)高于对照组(67.59±7.89);应付方式的解决问题得分(0.65±0.16)低于对照组(0.89±0.57),自责、幻想、逃避、合理化得分均分别高于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。述情障碍量表Ⅰ、Ⅱ因子与应付方式问卷合理化得分呈显著负相关(P<0.05),Ⅱ因子与应付方式问卷逃避得分呈显著正相关( P <0.05)。结论躯体形式疼痛障碍患者述情障碍明显,且与应付方式的选择相关。  相似文献

目的:探讨医学生应对方式与人格、社会支持的关系。方法:采用应付方式问卷、艾森克人格问卷简式量表(中国版)和社会支持评定量表对472名医学生进行测试,分析医学生人格、社会支持对应对方式的影响。结果:应对方式中男生合理化得分高于女生(P0.01),而女生自责和幻想分均高于男生(P0.01和P0.05);农村生源学生合理化和幻想得分均高于城镇生源学生(P0.01);应对方式与人格、社会支持密切相关。结构模型拟合指数χ2/df=4.164,P0.01,拟合优度指数=0.967,调整拟合优度指数=0.935,常规拟合指数=0.949,比较拟合指数=0.930,近似误差均方根=0.069。结论:医学生人格、社会支持对应对方式有直接的影响,多因素理论假设得到结构模型的有力支持。  相似文献

目的研究医学生特质应对与个性、心身健康水平的关系,进一步探讨应对方式在应激系统中的理论意义。方法对145名三年级医学生进行问卷调查,包括特质应对问卷(TCSQ)、卡特尔16项人格因素问卷(16PF)及心身症状自评量表(SCL-90)。结果单因素相关分析显示:医学生消极应对方式与16PF的L、O和Q4呈正相关,与C、F、G、H和Q3呈负相关(P<0.01);与除F2、F6外的各项SCL-90因子分均具有较大的正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。医学生积极应对方式与16PF的C、E、F、H和Q3呈正相关(P<0.01),与L和O呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),与SCL90的F2呈负相关(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析提示:影响医学生消极应对方式的主要因素有C、F7、O、G和F8(P<0.05或P<0.01),5个因素总共可解释因变量的35.4%。影响医学生积极应对方式的主要因素有H和O(P<0.05),两个因素总共可解释因变量的12.5%。结论医学生的特质应对方式受个性、心身反应影响,从一个侧面支持了心理应激是多因素相互作用系统的理论假说。  相似文献

目的:调查低年级大学生网络成瘾及成瘾倾向,了解其心理健康状况及所采取的应对方式,为大学生网络成瘾的早期干预提供依据。方法:分层抽取安徽某大学一、二年级大学生190名,使用《网络成瘾诊断量表》、《SCL-90症状自评量表》和《特质应对方式问卷》进行自填式问卷调查。结果:调查对象网络成瘾检出率为5.3%,其中男生8.1%,女生3.9%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);二年级为8.9%,高于一年级1.1%(P0.05);网络成瘾倾向检出率为16.8%,其中男生19.4%,女生15.6%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);二年级为19.8%,高于一年级13.5%(P0.05)。网络成瘾组及倾向组与正常组比较,SCL-90总分及各因子分均高于正常组(P0.01);在应对方式上,网络成瘾组与正常组在消极应对上差异有统计学意义(P0.01),积极应对上差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:低年级大学生网络成瘾及倾向者心理健康水平较低,且倾向于使用消极的应对方式。  相似文献
