Objective To explore the mediating effect of perceived social support on the relationship between perfectionism and depression. Methods 454 college students completed Almost Perfectionism Scale Revised Chinese Revised, Perceived Social Support Scale and Beck Depression Inventory. SPSS 12.0 was used for Spearman Correlation Analysis and Lisrel 8. 70 was used for Structural Equation Model Analysis. Results The model(M1) fit indexes of perceived social supports partial mediating effect on the relationship between discrepancy and depression were χ2/df = 2.15, RMSEA = 0.049, SRMR = 0.068, NNFI = 0.97, CFI = 0.98, IFI = 0.98, PNF1 =0.74, ECVI =0. 35. The model( M3) fit indexes of the relationship among high standard, discrepancy, perceived social support and depression were χ2/df = 1.77, RMSEA = 0.040, SRMR = 0.059, NNFI = 0.98, CFI = 0.98, IFI = 0.98, PNFI = 0.76, ECVI = 0.48. The two models were proved well. Conclusions Perceived social support partially mediates the relationship between the negative component of perfectionism and depression; The positive component of perfectionism moderates the relationship between the negative component of perfectionism and depression; Considering the effect of the positive component of perfectionism, perceived social support still partially mediates the relationship between the negative component of perfectionism and depression; To change the perceived social support of level may help perfectionistic individuals to decrease their depressive level.  相似文献

Objective To study the effect of attachment, coping style and social support on mental health in technical school students.Methods 372 technical school students were assessed by ECR(Experiences in Close Relationship's Inventory) ,Symptom Check Scale List-90 (SCL-90) and Coping Style Scale For Secondary School Students( CSS), Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Checklist ( ASLEC), Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS).Results ( 1 ) Life events had significant correlations with all indexes score of attachment anxiety ( r =0.293 ~ 0.356, P <0.01 ) ,the scale of coping style focus on emotion and the total score of SCL-90 ( r = 0.259 ~0.509, P<0.01 ) ,and the total score of perceived social support had significant correlations with the total score of SCL-90 ( r =-0.238, P < 0.01 ).( 2 ) Structural equation analysis ( model fit: χ2 = 540.593, RMSEA = 0.114,NFI = 0.864 ,CFI =0.884, P < 0.01 ) showed that life events affect on mental health through the mediation effects of coping style focus on emotion, attachment anxiety and the perceived social support and coping style focus on emotion had most mediating effect on mental health ( mediation effect = 33.2% ).Conclusion Life events had both direct effect and indirect effect through coping style focus on emotion, attachment anxiety and the Perceived Social Support on mental health.  相似文献

Objective This article mainly discuss the relationship among coping style,social support,de-pression,stress level and mental health in senior students after the earthquake. Methods 820 sample students were selected randomly from 6 middle schools in temporary inhabitancy of Dujiangyan area. Mental investigational questionnaire of China Ministry of Health, Beck Depression Inventory 2nd edition ( BDI-2), social support ques-tionnaire,simple coping style questionnaire (SCSQ) and other methods were used, and variance, correlation, and hierarchical regression to analyze the relationship of the variable. Results The account for mental investigational questionnaire of China Ministry of Health was (7.49±4.41 ) ,the scoring of B DI (14.66±9.12) was on the high side. Mental problems was positively correlated with depression symptom and stress level (r=0.69,0.15 ), while it was negatively correlated with positive coping and social support (r=-0.33, -0.30). This showed that the interac-tion between positive coping and social support (β=0.14,△R2 =0.02), depression symptom and stress level (β= 0.07, △R2 = 0.01 ) was distinctness respectively. Conclusions Most of senior students have poor scores on mental state examination in the earthquake-stricken area. Depression symptom is a mediator between positive coping and mental health. Social support is a remarkable moderator between positive coping and depression,along with the increasing of social support,the protective effect of positive coping also enhance. Stress level is a moderator between depres-sion and mental problems.  相似文献

目的 在中国大学生人群中对抑郁的应激-认知易感性模型进行初步构建和实证分析.方法 647名大学生完成测验,测查量表为学生日常生活和学习应激量表(GSASHS)和流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D),认知方式问卷(CSQ)、功能失调态度量表(DAS)、反应方式问卷(RSQ.SF)、自尊问卷(SEQ),1月后进行追踪测查.结果 认知易感因素与应激的交互作用进入回归方程,对抑郁的发作均有预测作用,增强了抑郁发作的可能(P<0.01);路径分析显示:负性认知→过分思虑→抑郁是一条重要的作用路径,过分思虑是一个关键的中介(β=-0.31,P<0.01);整合的应激-认知易感性模型有较好的拟合指数,GFI=0.95,CFI=0.94,IFI=0.94,RMSEA=0.085.结论 在中国大学生人群初步的构建和验证了一个抑郁的应激-认知易感性模型,过分思虑是一个关键的中介.
Abstract:
Objective To test the validity of the stress-cognition vulnerability-model of depression in Chinese undergraduates.Methods 647 undergraduate students finished the Chinese version of 6 scales in time one.Cognitive Style Questionnaire(CSQ),Response Styles Questionnaire(RSQ-SF),Self-Esteem Questionnaire(SEQ),Dysfunctional Attitudes Scale(DAS),General Social and Academic Hassles Scale for Students(GSASHS),Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-DA)follow-up assessment in 1 month later,the General Social and Academic Hassles Scale for Students(GSASHS)scale and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D)scale were completed.Then,vulnerability factors for depression symptoms were used to predict depression symptoms by Multiple Hierarchical Regression(MHR).Path analysis and structural equation model(SEM)were used to explore integrated vulnerability-stress model of depression in Chinese undergraduates.Results Vulnerability-stress interaction was entered into regression equation.The results showed that the vulnerability-stress interaction provided incremental predictive validity to depressive.Symptoms path analysis showed that negative cognition→rumination→depression was a important pathways to cause depression(β=-0.31,P<0.01).The structural equation model for integrated vulnerability-stress model of depression analysis indicated the fit index:GFI =0.95,CFI=0.94,IFI=0.94,RMSEA=0.085.Conclusion A cognition vulnerability-stress medels of depression in Chinese undergraduates was provided and to be confirmed.The rumination was a important mediated variable.  相似文献

Background: To explore the relationship between acute stress, social support and sleep disorder in grass-root military personnel, and construct the relational model through structural equation modeling. Methods: A total of 2,411 grass-root military personnel were randomly selected by cluster sampling, and administered the Chinese Military Personnel Sleep Disorder Scale, Military Acute Stress Scale and Social Support Rating Scale.Results: The total score of acute stress scale was positively correlated with the total score and factor scores of sleep disorder scale(r=0.209~0.465, P<0.01); The total score of social support scale was positively correlated with the total score of acute stress scale and the total score and factor scores of sleep disorder scale(r=0.356~0.537, P<0.01). The analysis of mediating effects showed that lack of social support partially mediated between acute stress and the factors of sleep disorder. The analysis of structural equation model showed that acute stress not only had a direct effect on sleep disorder(the path coefficient was 0.29, P=0.000), but also on lack of social support(the path coefficient was 0.39, P=0.000); lack of social support had a direct effect on sleep disorder(the path coefficient was 0.48, P=0.000).Conclusions: Acute stress and lack of social support are two significant factors of sleep disorder in grass-root military personnel. Well-established social support could alleviate sleep disorder induced by acute stress. Lack of social support was a partial mediator between acute stress and sleep disorder.  相似文献

目的 基于结构方程模型分析大学生自杀意念影响因素的直接作用和间接作用.方法 采用青少年生活事件量表、简易应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表、自杀态度问卷和Beck抑郁自评问卷调查1505名大学生.采用Bollen-Stine法估计参数,通过评价修正来确定最佳结构方程模型.结果 大学生自杀意念的年发生率为6.76%;模型的3大主要指标(x2/df=2.23,GFI=0.982,RMSEA=0.029)均达到标准,模型拟合效果较好.抑郁对自杀意念起直接作用;消极应对、社会支持、积极应对和自杀态度起间接作用;而负性生活事件既可以起直接作用,也可以间接影响自杀意念.危险因素排序:抑郁(41.08%)>负性生活事件(35.35%)>消极应对(6.05%);保护因素排序:社会支持(11.94%)>积极应对(4.94%)>自杀态度(0.63%).结论 抑郁对大学生自杀意念的影响最大,且直接影响自杀意念的产生,因此在预防大学生自杀时,更应注重大学生的心理健康,同时大学生要学会从身边的同学、亲人、朋友及老师获得支持.
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the direct and indirect effects of influencing factors on suicide ideation among college students based on the structural equation model. Methods 1505 college students were investigated with ASLEC, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, SSRS, QSA and BDI. Results Incidence rate of college students' suicidal ideations during the past year was 6.67%. The goodness of fit for the structural equation model was satisfactory and 3 major indices( x2/df = 2.23, GFI = 0. 982, RMSEA = 0. 029 ) had met corresponding requirements. The depression was directly influencing factor on suicide ideation, while four factors including passive coping style, social support, positive coping style and suicide attitude, had indirect impacts. Negative life event not only directly affected suicide ideation, but also had indirect effects. According to the percentages of their contribution, the risk factors were ranked as follows:depression (41.08%), negativity life event (35.35%) and passive coping style (6.05%). Similarly, the top protective factor was: social support ( 11.94% ), followed by positive coping style (4.94%) and suicide attitude (0.63%). Conclusion Depression is an important risk factor of suicide,and has a direct impact. So, not only strengthen the mental health of college students, but also train students to face up the difficulties with a positive style, and make the college students get social supports sufficiently.  相似文献

目的 探讨医护人员职业紧张源、紧张反应及抑郁症状的关系.方法 2008年5-6月,采用横断面调查方法,随机抽取辽宁省20所综合医院工作6个月以上的4602名医护人员进行自填式问卷调查.有效回收率为75.5%.应用职业祭张量表(OSI-R)及流调用抑郁自评量表(CES.D),采用多元线性回归分析方法验证紧张反应在职业紧张源对抑郁症状影响中的作用.以医护人员的职业紧张源为自变量,紧张反应为中介变量.抑郁症状为因变量,建构职业紧张源、紧张反应及抑郁症状关系的理论模型,应用结构方程模型验证该模型.分析变量间的直接效应及间接效应.结果 医生的最终模型拟合效果指标分别为:RMSEA=0.028,SRMR=0.050,CFI=0.912,TLI=0.901,IFI=0.913.护士为:RMSEA=0.025,SRMR=0.048,TLI=0.900,CFI=0.911,IFI=0.912,本研究所建构的模型拟合效果良好.医生任务冲突对抑郁症状的效应最大,护士任务过重对抑郁症状的效应最大.结论 医护人员紧张反应在职业l紧张源对抑郁症状影响中起中介作用;职业紧张源对抑郁症状的影响即有直接效应又有间接效应.  相似文献

目的考察健康相关社会资本量表中文版的心理测量学特征。方法 2020年3—5月, 依据Brislin翻译改良模型对健康相关社会资本量表汉译后, 采用方便取样方法选取65岁及以上的社区老年人(n=251)进行量表测试。采用SPSS 22.0和AMOS 22.0软件对数据进行相关分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。结果探索性因素分析提取了社会参与(social participation)、社会凝聚力(social cohesion)以及互惠性(reciprocity)3个因素, 累计贡献率为61.72%。验证性因素分析显示三因子模型拟合良好(χ2/df=1.22, RMSEA=0.04, CFI=0.98, GFI=0.93, IFI=0.98, TLI=0.97)。社会资本与领悟社会支持呈显著正相关(r=0.36, P<0.01), 与孤独感呈显著负相关(r=-0.30, P<0.01)。社会资本三个因素与总量表的相关系数分别为0.85, 0.50和0.52(均P<0.01)。各因素项目之间的相关系数分别为0.24~0.55、0.30~0.59、0.44~0.70(均...  相似文献

Objective To explore the effect of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) Val66Met polymorphism,environmental factor and their interactions on antidepressant treatment.Methods 340 patients of major depressive disorder (MDD) who met the diagnosis criteria of MDD ( DSM-Ⅳ Axis Ⅰ) were recruited.280 patients of them were finished 12 weeks antidepressant treatment.The severity of depression was measured with the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS) before and after 12 weeks antidepressant treatment.Childhood Trauma Questionnaire,28-item Short Form (CTQ-SF) and Life Events Scale (LES) were used to evaluate childhood adverse and life stress before onset.Genotyping of BDNF Val66Met polymorphism was detected by Illumina GoldenGate assays.Results Male patients proportion were significantly higher in non-remitters than remitters (P =0.008 ).After adjusting by gender, the frequencies of genotype and allele for the BDNF Val66Met polymorphism were no significant difference between remitters (AA: AG: GG = 28: 79: 40, A:G = 135:159 ) and non-remitters (AA: AG: GG = 29:81:23 ,A: G = 139:127 ) (P >0.05 ).There was no significant difference of CTQ scores and LES scores between the two groups (P>0.05 ).The regression analysis showed that social intercourse problem and age were the risk factor for the severity of depression.The gender, HDRS baseline scores and mental disorder family history were associated with the efficacy of 12 weeks antidepressant.However,there was no significantly relationship between the interaction of BDNF Val66Met polymorphism and environment with the antidepressant treatment.Conclusion The older men with the mental disorder family history, severe depression symptom would be less-response to antidepressant treatment.However, BDNF Val66Met polymorphism, childhood trauma, life events stress and the interaction of BDNF Val66Met polymorphism and environment have no significantly effect on the 12 weeks antidepressant treatment.  相似文献

目的 探讨心理弹性、领悟社会支持和海军官兵急性应激反应之间的关系.方法 采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和军人急性应激反应量表(MASS)对1 457名海军官兵进行问卷调查,获得有效问卷1 348份.运用结构方程模型分析变量之间的关系.结果 领悟社会支持和心理弹性呈正相关(P<0.01),两者分别与军人急性应激反应呈负相关(P<0.01);心理弹性和领悟社会支持均可独立解释海军官兵急性应激反应方差变异,其中坚韧(β=-0.136,P<0.01)和家庭外支持(β=0.229,P<0.01)对军人急性应激反应具有负向预测作用;心理弹性在领悟社会支持和军人急性应激反应之间部分中介效应显著,中介效应占总效应的比例为16.22%.结构方程模型拟合良好:x2/df=27.91/11=2.537,P=0.003;渐进残差均方和平方根(RMSEA)=0.032,比较适配指数(CFI)=0.997,适配度指数(GFI)=0.994,调整后适配度指数(AGFI)=0.986,规准适配指数(NFI)=0.995,相对适配指数(RFI)=0.986,增值适配指数(IFI)=0.997,非规准适配指数(TLI)=0.992.结论 领悟社会支持对海军官兵急性应激反应既存在直接影响,也通过心理弹性的中介效应发挥间接影响作用.  相似文献

目的探讨农村订单定向免费医学生自尊在正念与学业投入之间的中介作用。方法采用五因素正念度量表、自尊量表和学业投入量表,对安徽省3所医学院校的定向医学生490人进行测量。结果相关分析表明,正念、自尊及学业投入之间两两均呈正相关关系(P < 0.01);结构方程模型检验结果显示,自尊在正念和学业投入之间起到部分中介效应,模型的拟合指数分别为χ2=90.33,df=37,χ2/df=2.377,NFI=0.98,CFI=0.99,IFI=0.99,RMSEA=0.069。正念影响学业动机的总效应值0.461,中介效应值0.143,占总效应值的31.12%。结论对免费医学生进行正念干预,有助于自尊水平的提升,促进学业投入,提升学业水平。  相似文献

目的 验证少儿述情障碍问卷在青少年中的因素结构.方法 采用少儿述情障碍中文版,对1290名青少年施测,采用验证性因素分析方法对少儿述情障碍的五种因素结构的各项拟合指标进行比较,确定少儿述情障碍在青少年中的最佳因素结构.结果 青少年中少儿述情障碍的的标准三因素结构模型与四因素结构模型的拟合指标显著优于一因素结构模型、二因素结构模型和可能三因素模型,标准三因素模型与四因素模型的拟合指标无显著性差异,鉴于标准三因素模型的因子负荷优于四因素模型,且模型相对简单,选择标准三因素模型为最佳模型.在标准三因素模型中,CFA结果显示:χ2/df=1.857,GFI=0.949,IFI=0.919,CFI=0.918,NNFI=0.901, RMSEA=0.038.结论 相对于其他各因素结构模型,少儿述情障碍问卷中文版的标准三因素结构模型与青少年的研究数据拟合最佳.  相似文献

目的 编制新兵积极心理品质评估问卷.方法 通过文献查阅、经验访谈和专家评议,形成新兵积极心理品质评估问卷的结构模型和80条初始条目.某部队972名新兵完成了新兵积极心理品质评估问卷,其中220名新兵还完成了抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和90项症状清单(SCL-90)的评定,间隔一个月后350人接受新兵积极心理品质评估问卷重测.结果 新兵积极心理品质评估问卷内部一致性系数为0.953;分半信度系数经Spearman-Brown公式矫正后为0.894;重测信度0.660;验证性因素分析的模型拟合指数良好(x2/df=1.836,RMSEA=0.062,GFI=0.975,AGFI=0.942,NFI=0.984,IFI=0.993,NNFI=0.988,CFI=0.993);问卷总均分与SDS、SAS和SCL-90得分呈显著负相关(均P<0.01).结论 该问卷具有良好的信效度,可用于评估新兵的积极心理品质.  相似文献

目的 探讨依恋、应对方式、社会支持在生活事件对心理健康影响的中介效应.方法 采用整群抽样的方法对哈尔滨市某技工学校一年级新生372人进行中学生亲密关系经历量表(ECR),症状自评量表(SCL-90),应对方式量表(CSS),青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC),领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)问卷调查.结果 (1)生活事件与依恋焦虑因子呈显著正相关(r=0.293~0.356,P<0.01),与情绪集中性应对各因子呈显著正相关(r=0,259~0.509,P<0.01),与SCL-90总分呈显著正相关(P<0.01);领悟社会支持与SCL-90总分呈显著负相关(r=-0.238,P<0.01).(2)结构方程模型(拟合指数:χ2=540.593,RMSEA=0.114,NFI=0.864,CFI=0.884,P<0.01)分析显示生活事件影响心理健康的中介因素为情绪集中性应对、依恋焦虑因子、领悟社会支持,其中情绪集中性应对的中介效应最大,占总效应的33.2%.结论 生活事件直接影响心理健康,并通过情绪集中性应对、依恋焦虑、社会支持的中介作用间接影响心理健康.  相似文献

目的 对在综合性医院住院的患者应激源、中介机制、心理应激反应进行一个全面而整体的研究.建立一个住院患者心理应激反应及其影响因素关系的结构方程模型.方法 采取分层-随机-整群抽样方法,抽取住院患者754例,使用相应量表调查住院患者的应激源、应对方式、自我效能、社会支持、人格和住院的心理反应.结果 该结构方程模型拟合较好(χ2/df=3.24,CFI=0.96,IFI=0.96,GFI=0.95,RMSEA=0.056).进入构建结构方程模型的中介变量为:医院应激、社会支持、病程、经济、自我效能、神经质、内外向、回避、屈服,自我效能是一个重要的中介变量;医院应激可直接和间接作用于心理状况.结论 可以通过提高和加强正性中介因素如自我效能,削弱和减轻负面中介因素如病程、神经质、回避、屈服等措施,降低或缓冲患者心理应激强度,提高患者心理健康水平.  相似文献

x2/df 为1.88,GFI=0.94,NFI=0.96,NNFI=0.98,PNFI=0.91,RMSEA=0.068,CFI=0.97,IFI=0.97,RFI=0.96,模型拟合较理想。回
归分析表明,胜任力素质特征对工作绩效有显著影响。结论构建的农村全科医生胜任力模型可以为乡村医生转岗培训、农村
订单定向医学生培养、农村全科医生绩效管理等提供参考依据。

目的 探讨生活事件、社会支持和应对方式对脑卒中后抑郁的影响,并建立结构模型.方法 采用生活事件量表、社会支持量表、特质应对方式问卷及汉密尔顿抑郁量表,对125名脑卒中后抑郁患者进行测评,并对结果进行相关、回归及路径分析.结果 生活事件与消极应对、社会支持及抑郁症状呈正相关,与积极应对呈负相关.社会支持与消极应对、积极应对均呈负相关,与抑郁症状呈正相关.抑郁症状与消极应对呈负相关,与积极应对呈正相关.回归分析结果显示:社会支持、生活事件和消极应对是脑卒中后抑郁的影响因素.社会支持和消极应对的介入增强了生活事件对脑卒中后抑郁的影响.该模型的主要拟合指标为:x2/df=2.17 (P=0.008),GFI=0.983,AGFI=0.954,CFI=0.933,RMSEA=0.053.综合各项拟合指标可以认为所设模型对数据的拟合度良好.结论 生活事件、社会支持、消极应对是脑卒中后抑郁的影响因素,社会支持、消极应对是生活事件与脑卒中抑郁的中介变量.  相似文献

目的 应用结构方程模型评价自行编制的住院患者满意度调查问卷的结构效度。方法 采用系统抽样方法,于2016年4月现场发放问卷,调查四川省某三甲医院住院患者。采用Lisrel8.70软件,应用结构方程模型评价问卷的结构效度。结果 本次调查问卷有效回收率为98.5%,共2562名住院患者纳入分析。自行编制的住院患者满意度调查问卷具有较优的结构效度,最终模型拟合结果显示,χ2/df=8.36,渐进残差均方和平方根(RMSEA)=0.054,残差均方和平方根(RMR)=0.021,适配度指数(GFI)=0.93,调整后GFI(AGFI)=0.91,比较适配指数(CFI)=0.98,非规准适配指数(NNFI)=0.98,简约GFI(PGFI)=0.74;外生潜变量的各条目因子载荷为0.59~0.94,AVE为0.52~0.87。结论 最终模型的拟合指标均达到统计学要求,拟合效果理想,适配度良好,问卷的效度佳,可应用于三甲医院住院患者满意度评价。  相似文献

[摘要] 目的 了解热环境下海军官兵职业倦怠情况,探究社会支持对职业倦怠的影响,并分析心理资本在两者之间的中介效应。方法采用军人职业倦怠问卷、军人社会支持量表和积极心理资本量表进对海军588名官兵进行调查。结果 热环境下海军官兵的职业倦怠显著高于普通海军官兵,其中成就感低表现得最明显。社会支持、心理资本和职业倦怠存在显著相关,其中客观支持、支持利用度、韧性和希望四个因子能共同解释官兵职业倦怠35.10%的方差变异性;中介效应模型和Bootstrap检验结果显示,心理资本在社会支持和职业倦怠之间起到部分中介效应(X2/df=4.762,GFI=0.937,AGFI=0.904,NFI=0.953,RFI=0.939,IFI=0.962,TLI=0.951,CFI=0.962,RMSEA=0.080)。结论 热环境下海军官兵的心理资本在社会支持和职业倦怠中起部分中介作用。  相似文献
