Between February 2005 and August 2006, we recorded acetabular component orientation in 90 patients (100 hips) who underwent primary total hip arthroplasty (THA), to determine whether using an alignment guide ensures accurate acetabular positioning. In the alignment-guide group (46 patients; 48 hips), a guide was placed on the pelvis, a Kirschner wire (K-wire) was attached to the guide, and orientation of the acetabular component was confirmed by both the surgeon and an assistant. In the control group (44 patients; 52 hips), a K-wire was not used and the angle was confirmed by the surgeon alone. Radiographic acetabular component inclination and anteversion and computed tomography anteversion were determined. There was no significant difference in mean component orientation between the 2 groups. However, the SD was significantly smaller in the alignment-guide group, showing that consistent acetabular component orientation in primary THA is highly reproducible when an acetabular alignment guide with an attached K-wire is used.  相似文献

BackgroundA number of papers have been published reporting on the clinical performance of highly porous coated titanium acetabular cups in primary and revision total hip arthroplasty (THA). However, no systematic review of the literature has been published to date.MethodsThe US National Library of Medicine (PubMed/MEDLINE), Embase, and the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews were queried for publications utilizing the following keywords: “tritanium” OR “highly-porous” AND “titanium” OR “acetabular” AND “trabecular” AND “titanium”.ResultsOverall, 16 studies were included in this review (11,366 cases; 60% females, 2-7 years mean follow-up). The overall survival rate of highly porous titanium acetabular components in primary cases was 99.3% (10,811 of 10,886 cases), whereas the rate of aseptic loosening was 0.1%. The overall survival rate of the highly porous titanium acetabular components in revision THA cases was 93.5% (449 of 480 cases), whereas the rate of aseptic loosening was 2.1%.ConclusionThere was moderate quality evidence to show that the use of highly porous titanium acetabular components in primary and revision THA cases is associated with satisfactory clinical outcomes in the short- and medium-term, without showing any evidence of cup migration or radiolucency. Taking into consideration that there is no evidence yet regarding the long-term survivorship of these components, we feel that further research of higher quality is required to generate more evidence-based conclusions regarding the longevity of highly porous titanium acetabular implants compared with conventional titanium counterparts.  相似文献

Background

Custom triflange acetabular components are being increasingly used for the reconstruction of Paprosky type IIIB acetabular defects. However, midterm survivorship data are lacking.

Methods

We queried the prospective registries at 2 high-volume revision centers for patients who had undergone revision total hip arthroplasty using a custom triflange component between 2000 and 2011. We identified 73 patients with minimum 5-year follow-up. These patients' records were reviewed to determine incidence of revision or reoperation, clinical performance, and radiographic stability. The mean follow-up was 7.5 years (range 5-12 years).

Results

Fifteen of 73 triflange components (20.5%) were indicated for revision during the follow-up period, including 6 for instability (8%) and 8 for infection (11%). Twelve of 73 patients (16%) underwent reoperation for reasons other than failure of the triflange component. The median hip disability and osteoarthritis outcome score for joint replacement score at midterm follow-up was 85 (interquartile range 73-100). Only 1 of 73 implants was determined to be radiographically loose at midterm follow-up.

Conclusion

Custom triflange reconstruction for severe acetabular deficiency is a viable option; however, complications are common and significant challenges remain for those that fail.  相似文献

Background

The purpose of this study was to identify the incidence and types of complications after revision total hip arthroplasty (THA) within the first year, and determine the relative risk factors for these complications and of re-revision.

Methods

The sample size of 5% Medicare claims data from 1998-2011 was studied. Primary THA patients who underwent subsequent revision were identified using ICD-9-CM codes. Outcomes and complications after revision THA were assessed. Multivariate Cox regression was used to evaluate the effect of patient demographic characteristics on the adjusted complication risk for revision THA patients.

Results

Of the 64,260 primary THA patients identified between 1998 and 2011, 3555 patients (5.71%) underwent revision THA. Etiology of primary hip failure included mechanical complications such as loosening and wear (40.7%), dislocation (14.0%), and infection (11.3%). Complications after revision THA included infection and redo revision, 17.3% and 15.8% followed by venous thromboembolic disease (VTE) at 11.1%, dislocation at 5.43%, PE at 3.24%, and death at 2.11%. The rate of “new” infections after an aseptic revision was 8.13%. Patients in the 85+-year-old age group had a 100% greater adjusted risk of VTE (P < .001) and 406% higher adjusted risk of death (P < .001) than those in the 65-69 years-old age group. Patients with higher Charlson scores had higher adjusted risks of VTE (P < .001), infection (P < .001), death (P = .002), and re-revision THA (P = .011).

Conclusion

Advanced age is a clear risk factor for VTE and mortality, but not for dislocation, infection, or re-revision. Higher Charlson index was found to be a risk factor for every complication after revision except dislocation. Greater attention is required to address the high rate of infection and re-do revision after revision THA (17.3% and 15.8%).  相似文献

BackgroundHemochromatosis can result in metabolic bone pathology (due to excessive iron absorption) and degenerative joint disease, leading to total joint arthroplasties. The aim of this study is to analyze the survivorship, complications, radiographic results, and clinical outcomes of patients with hemochromatosis who received either a total hip arthroplasty (THA) or a total knee arthroplasty (TKA).MethodsWe identified 34 lower extremity arthroplasties in 29 patients with hemochromatosis performed between 2000 and 2016. There were 17 primary THAs in 15 patients and 17 primary TKAs in 14 patients. Mean age at arthroplasty was 63 years with 76% being male. The mean body mass index was 28 kg/m2. Mean follow-up was 5 years.ResultsThe survivorship free from any revision for THAs was 94% at 10 years. One patient was revised for aseptic loosening of the femoral stem at 6 months. In THA patients, no infections, no other complications, and no radiographic evidence of aseptic loosening were identified. Harris Hip Scores improved from a mean of 55 preoperatively to 94 postoperatively (P < .001). The survivorship free from any revision for TKAs was 100% at 10 years. Two patients (12%) developed acquired idiopathic stiffness postoperatively; no infections were identified. There was no radiographic evidence of aseptic loosening in any TKA. Knee Society Scores improved from a mean of 61 preoperatively to 94 postoperatively (P < .001).ConclusionThis study found excellent survivorship, significant improvements in clinical outcomes, and a very low complication profile for both THA and TKA in patients with hemochromatosis.  相似文献

Background

Total hip arthroplasty (THA) provides a successful salvage option for failed acetabular fractures. The complexity of arthroplasty for a failed acetabular fracture will depend on the fracture pattern and the initial management of the fracture. Our objective was to compare the midterm outcome of THA between patients who presented with failed acetabular fractures following initial surgical or nonsurgical treatment.

Methods

Forty-seven patients underwent cementless THA ± acetabular reconstruction following failed treatment of acetabular fractures. Twenty-seven were initially treated by surgery (group A) and 20 had nonsurgical treatment (group B). Intraoperative measures, preoperative and follow-up clinical, radiological, and functional outcomes were compared between the 2 groups.

Results

The mean surgical time, blood loss, and need for blood transfusion were significantly less in group A (P < .05). Acetabular reconstruction to address cavitary or segmental defects was needed in a significantly higher number of patients in group B (P = .006). Significant improvement in modified Merle d'Aubigne and Oxford scores was seen postsurgery in both groups. Acetabular component survival with aseptic loosening as end point was 98%. Overall survival rate with infection, revision, or loosening as end point was 93% at a mean follow-up of 7 years ± 17 months.

Conclusion

THA for a failed acetabular fracture is greatly facilitated by initial surgical treatment. Although functional results and survivorship were similar in both groups, failed nonsurgical treatment in complex fractures is associated with migrated femoral head and extensive acetabular defects requiring complex acetabular reconstruction.  相似文献

We reviewed 263 consecutive patients with failed acetabular components after total hip arthroplasty that were revised using porous tantalum acetabular components and augments when necessary. The mean follow-up was 73.6 months (range, 60-84 months). The improvement of mean Harris hip score, Western Ontario and McMaster Osteoarthritis Index, and University of California Los Angeles activity scales were statistically significant (P < .001). Subjective assessments showed that 87.3% of patients reported “improvement” and 85.9% were “very or fairly pleased” with the results. At the most recent follow-up, all acetabular components were radiographically stable and none required rerevision for loosening. The acetabular revision was considered successful in 87% of cases. From this study, we conclude that the acetabular component used was reliable in creating a durable composite without failure for a minimum of 5 years.  相似文献

BackgroundFemoral stem subsidence is a known cause of early implant failure, increasing the risk for aseptic loosening and periprosthetic fracture. Overall survivorship and subsidence in a novel porous tantalum-coated femoral prosthesis have not been well-studied.MethodsConsecutive patients undergoing primary total hip arthroplasty with a porous tantalum-coated femoral prosthesis between January 2008 and January 2015 with minimum 5-year follow-up were included. Clinical and radiographic data were obtained from hospital and office records. Multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to determine predictors of subsidence and clinical outcomes. Kaplan-Meier survivorship curves were performed to illustrate primary failure endpoints of (1) all-cause revision and (2) femoral prosthesis revision.ResultsA total of 398 patients with a mean (±standard deviation) age of 61.0 ± 11.5 years, body mass index (BMI) 32.8 ± 8.0 kg/m2, and follow-up of 6.9 (range 5.0-11.2 years) were included. Survivorship at 5 years was 94.9% for all-cause revision and 98.0% for femoral component revision. Average subsidence was 1.8 ± 1.3 mm (range 0-15.5), with 8.1% patients experiencing subsidence >5 mm. Statistically significant mean improvements were observed at latest follow-up in the Hip Disability and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score Joint Replacement (40.6 ± 11.5 vs 85.2 ± 10.1, P < .001), Harris Hip Score (38.0 ± 12.0 vs 79.5 ± 12.8, P < .001), and hip flexion (92.8° ± 15.3° vs 103.3° ± 10.3°, P < .001). Multivariate logistic regression analyses revealed that greater BMI (odds ratio [OR] 1.17, P < .001), non-white/Caucasian race (OR 2.0, P = .036), and female gender (OR 2.4; P = .005) conferred a higher likelihood of subsidence >3 mm. BMI was a statistically significant and independent predictor of subsidence >5 mm (OR 1.25, P < .001) and subsidence >7 mm (OR 1.25, P < .001).ConclusionThe trabecular metal taper femoral prosthesis conferred excellent clinical outcome improvement and survivorship. Increasing BMI was independently associated with an increased risk of subsidence in these patients and caution is recommended in utilizing this implant in obese, morbidly obese, and super morbidly obese populations.  相似文献

BackgroundThe aim of this meta-analysis and systematic review is to estimate re-revision rates due to aseptic loosening of retained acetabular components after revision total hip arthroplasty.MethodsPubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science were searched until June 11, 2018. Data were extracted by 2 independent investigators and consensus was reached with the involvement of a third investigator. Rates of re-revision due to aseptic loosening from 6 studies were aggregated using random effects model after a logit transformation and were grouped by study and population level characteristics.ResultsAn assessment of the re-revision rates of retained acetabular components due to aseptic loosening in revision total hip arthroplasty was reported in 6 studies involving 669 cases. The pooled re-revision rate was 12.6% (95% confidence interval 8.4-18.4) with a mean study follow-up of 8.6 years. The rate of re-revision due to aseptic loosening of retained acetabular components was 6.8% (95% confidence interval 3.4-13.3). In the univariate meta-regression analysis, mean age at index revision surgery was significantly associated with the rate of re-revision due to aseptic loosening (R2 = 99.98%, P < .0001).ConclusionBased on this exploratory analysis, revision hip procedures with retentions of well-fixed acetabular components generally have a low risk of failure during mid-term to long-term follow-ups.  相似文献

We aimed to investigate the factors influencing gait improvement in the patients who had undergone total hip arthroplasty. We performed gait analysis on 43 female patients with unilateral hip osteoarthritis. All the patients were analyzed before and at 2, 6, and 12 months after the surgery. There were significant reductions in spatiotemporal parameters in the patients with hip osteoarthritis compared with the control group. The mean values of the spatiotemporal parameters of the patients showed considerable improvement by 12 months after surgery; however, they did not reach the same values as those observed in the healthy subjects. The stage of osteoarthritis and the changes in the leg-length discrepancies were the factors that most influenced gait improvement after total hip arthroplasty throughout the follow-up period.  相似文献

Background

The Exeter cemented femoral stem has demonstrated excellent clinical and radiographic outcomes as well as long-term survivorship free from aseptic loosening. A shorter revision stem (125 mm) with a 44 offset became available for the purpose of cement-in-cement revision situations. In certain cases, this shorter revision stem may be used for various primary total hip arthroplasties (THAs) where the standard length stem would require distally reaming the femoral canal. We sought to report on the early to midterm results of this specific stem when used for primary THA regarding (1) clinical and radiographic outcomes, (2) complications, and (3) survivorship.

Methods

Twenty-nine patients (33 hips) underwent a hybrid THA using the smaller revision Exeter cemented femoral stem. Twenty-five patients (28 hips) had at least 2 years of follow-up and were assessed for clinical and radiographic outcomes. All 33 hips were included in the analysis of complications and survivorship. The Kaplan-Meier survivorship was performed using revision for all causes and for aseptic loosening as the end points.

Results

The average clinical follow-up was 4 years (range, 2-7). Harris Hip Scores improved from a mean preoperative value of 56 (range, 23-96) to 90 (range, 51-100) at the latest follow-up. All patients demonstrated superior cement mantles with no signs of loosening. One patient suffered a B2 periprosthetic fracture and 1 patient experienced 2 episodes of instability. The 5-year Kaplan-Meier survivorship was 96.7% for all causes of revision and was 100% using aseptic loosening as the end point.

Conclusion

The shorter Exeter revision cemented femoral stem has favorable early to midterm clinical and radiographic outcomes when used for primary THA with a low complication rate and is a viable option in patients with narrow femoral canals where uncemented stem fixation is not desired.  相似文献

BackgroundSeveral studies have evaluated the survivorship and clinical outcomes of custom triflange acetabular component (CTAC) usage in complex acetabular revision; however, there remains no consensus on the overall performance of this custom implant design. We therefore performed a systematic review of the literature in order to examine survivorship and complication rate of CTAC usage.MethodsA systematic review of the literature according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines was performed. A comprehensive search of PubMed, MEDLINE, EMBASE, and the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews was conducted for English articles using various combinations of the keywords “custom triflange,” “custom-made triflange,” “acetabular triflange,” “THA,” “THR,” “revision,” “bone loss,” “bone defect,” and “pelvic discontinuity.”ResultsIn all, 17 articles met our inclusion criteria. A total of 579 CTACs were implanted. The all-cause revision-free survivorship was 82.7%. The overall complication rate was 29%. Dislocation and infection were the most common complications observed with an incidence of 11% and 6.2%, respectively. Nerve injuries following CTAC placement had an incidence of 3.8%. The incidence of CTAC aseptic loosening was 1.7%. Overall, patients had improved outcomes as documented by postoperative hip scores.ConclusionBased on the current data, CTACs have a high complication rate but remain an efficacious treatment option in complex acetabular reconstructions. When dealing with patients with significant acetabular bone loss for revision total hip arthroplasty, surgeons should continue to consider CTACs as a viable option but educate patients as to the increased risk of postoperative complications and reoperations.  相似文献

Background

Constrained acetabular components have a mechanism to lock in the femoral head. They have been developed to control postoperative dislocation, particularly in revision total hip arthroplasty (THA). Although these components may reduce dislocation, there are durability concerns: with reports of locking mechanism failures and loosening. We wanted to determine the outcome of constrained components in controlling dislocation, and if these components had a higher rate of second revision when compared with standard nonconstrained components.

Methods

Revision THA procedures from the Australian Orthopaedic Association National Joint Replacement Registry (AOANJRR) with a recorded primary procedure and initial diagnosis of osteoarthritis were used to compare constrained and standard nonconstrained components. Kaplan-Meier estimates of survivorship were calculated, and hazard ratios using Cox proportional hazard models were used to compare groups.

Results

There were 9509 THA first-revision procedures and 700 constrained components. Constrained components had a significantly higher revision rate after 3 months when large-head metal-on-metal components were included (hazard ratio = 1.37; P = .005). When large-head metal-on-metal components were excluded, there was no difference in the rate of second revision between the 2 groups. When the analysis was limited to first revision for dislocation, constrained components had a higher second revision rate for further dislocation after 9 months.

Conclusion

Constrained acetabular components had similar second-revision rates when compared with standard nonconstrained components, both for all first-revision reasons and when used to treat dislocation. Although possibly used for the more difficult unstable hips, constrained components had a higher rate of second revision for further dislocation.  相似文献

Total hip arthroplasty (THA) is regarded as one of the most successful surgical procedures of modern times yet continues to be associated with a small but significant complication rate. Many early failures may be associated with poor component positioning with, in particular, acetabular component orientation dependent on the subjective judgement of the surgeon. In this paper, we compare the manufacturers' instructions on acetabular cup orientation with the literature-based recommended safety zones and surgical technique, by transforming them onto a single, clinically-relevant framework in which the different reference systems, safety guidelines and current instrumentation surgical techniques can be evaluated. The observed limited consensus between results reflects ongoing uncertainty regarding the optimum acetabular component positioning. As malpositioning of the acetabular cup increases the risk of revision surgery, any ambiguity over the correct position can have a causal effect. Our analysis highlights the need for a surgical reference system which can be used to describe the position of the acetabular cup intra-operatively.  相似文献

Uncemented tantalum acetabular components were introduced in 1997. The purpose was to determine the 2- to 10-year results with this implant material in primary total hip arthroplasty. Our registry identified all primary total hip cases with porous tantalum cups implanted from 1997 to 2004. Clinical outcomes and radiographs were studied. 613 cases were identified. Seventeen percent of patients were lost to follow-up. Twenty-five reoperations were performed (4.4%). Acetabular cup removal occurred in 6 cases (1.2%). No cups were revised for aseptic loosening. Incomplete radiolucent lines were found on 9.3% of initial postoperative radiographs. At 2 years, 67% had resolved. Zero new radiolucent lines were detected. Two- to 10-year results of porous tantalum acetabular components for primary total hip arthroplasty demonstrate high rates of initial stability and apparent ingrowth.  相似文献

Metal-on-metal (MoM) bearings for total hip arthroplasty (THA) have come under scrutiny with reports of high failure rates. Clinical outcome studies with several commercially available MoM THA bearings remain unreported. We evaluated 78 consecutive MoM THAs from a single manufacturer in 68 patients. Sixty-six received cobalt–chrome (CoCr) monoblock and 12 received modular titanium acetabular cups with internal CoCr liners. Femoral components were titanium with modular necks. At average 2.1 years postoperatively, 12 THAs (15.4%) demonstrated aseptic failure (10 revisions, 2 revision recommended). All revised hips demonstrated capsular necrosis with positive histology reaction for aseptic lymphocytic vasculitis-associated lesions/adverse local tissue reactions. Prosthetic instability following revision surgery was relatively common. Female gender was a strong risk factor for failure, though smaller cups were not. Both monoblock and modular components fared poorly. Corrosion was frequently observed around the proximal and distal end of the modular femoral necks.  相似文献

BackgroundHighly porous-coated titanium acetabular components have a high coefficient of friction and ultraporous surfaces to enhance bone ingrowth and osseointegration in total hip arthroplasty (THA). There have been concerns with the development of early radiolucent lines and aseptic loosening of highly porous acetabular components. It is unclear whether these concerns relate to a specific implant or the entire class. The aim of this study is to compare the revision rates for aseptic loosening of highly porous acetabular combinations in primary THA using data from a large joint replacement registry.MethodsData were retrieved from the Australian Orthopedic Association National Joint Replacement Registry for the study period September 1999 to December 2019. All primary THA procedures recorded and performed for osteoarthritis using the most common combinations for each highly porous acetabular component with highly cross-linked polyethylene and a 32-mm or 36-mm femoral head were included. The primary outcome measure was revision for aseptic loosening of the acetabular component. Results were adjusted for patient age and gender.ResultsThere were 20,993 primary THA procedures performed for osteoarthritis using a highly porous acetabular component across 6 combinations. Relative to the POLARSTEM/R3 (StikTite), the Exeter V40/Tritanium had a significantly higher risk of revision for aseptic loosening of the acetabular component (hazard ratio 0.21, 95% confidence interval 0.06-0.74, P = .014). There was no difference between any other highly porous acetabular component combination and no late revisions for aseptic loosening.ConclusionHighly porous-coated titanium acetabular components have low rates of aseptic loosening with long-term follow-up. Background

An increased rate of complications related to femoral component failure has been described with less invasive total hip arthroplasty (THA). This study evaluated the incidence of femoral complications associated with the direct anterior approach for THA.

Methods

Retrospective review was performed of the initial 1120 consecutive patients who underwent direct anterior THA by 2 surgeons.

Results

A total of 899 patients (80.3%) had a 2-year follow-up (range, 2-8 years). Complications within 90 days occurred in 20 patients (1.8%): 10 calcar fractures, 1 greater trochanter fracture, 1 canal perforation, 3 hematomas, 2 dislocations, 2 superficial, and 1 deep infection. Nine patients (1%) underwent revision: 5 for aseptic femoral loosening (0.55%), 1 for periprosthetic joint infection, 1 for dislocation, 1 for hip flexor irritation, and 1 for a damaged polyethylene liner.Of the 5 patients with aseptic femoral loosening, 3 had a short, mediolateral tapered stem, 1 cemented stem, and 1 S-ROM stem placed to bypass a canal perforation. There were no revisions for aseptic loosening in the collared, fully hydroxyapatite (HA)-coated compaction broached or triple tapered proximal fit and fill stem designs (70.6% of all stems). Revision rate for femoral loosening was significantly higher for tapered wedge over HA-coated, compaction broached stems (P < .005).

Conclusion

Pain and function improved predictably with a 0.55% rate of femoral loosening at 2-year follow-up. Among collared, fully HA-coated and triple taper fit and fill femoral stems, there were no instances of revision for aseptic loosening vs 3 in the short stem, collarless mediolateral tapered group.  相似文献

BackgroundToday, various options are used for the reconstruction of acetabular bone loss in revision total hip arthroplasty (RTHA). The aim of the study was to compare the outcomes of using standard acetabular implants (SAIs) and custom-made acetabular implants (CMAIs) in RTHA in cases with extensive acetabular bone loss.MethodsThis was a comparative analysis of the results of 106 operations of RTHA performed during the period from January 2013 to December 2019. In 61 cases (57.5%), CMAIs were used. In 45 cases (42.5%), SAIs were implanted.ResultsThe incidence of aseptic loosening of the acetabular component after RTHA in uncontained loss of bone stock of the acetabulum (type III-IV as per the Gross and Saleh classification) using the CMAI was less than that using the SAI (2.4% and 10.0%, respectively). The most significant differences in aseptic loosening rates were noted after implantation of the CMAI and SAI in pelvic discontinuity with uncontained bone defect (0% and 60.0%, respectively; P < .001).ConclusionThe ideal indications for the use of the CMAI are uncontained defects and pelvic discontinuity with uncontained loss of bone stock (types III-V Gross and Saleh classification). Treatment of these defects with the SAI leads to a higher incidence of aseptic loosening requiring re-revisions. Further observation is required to assess the effectiveness of using the CMAI and SAI in the long-term follow-up period.  相似文献

BackgroundAcetabular fractures often require surgical intervention for fracture fixation and can result in premature osteoarthritis of the hip joint. This study hypothesized that total hip arthroplasty (THA) in patients with a prior acetabular fracture who had undergone open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) is associated with a higher rate of subsequent periprosthetic joint infection (PJI).MethodsAbout 72 patients with a history of acetabular fracture that required ORIF, undergoing conversion THA between 2000 and 2017 at our institution, were matched based on age, gender, body mass index, Charlson comorbidity index, and date of surgery in a 1:3 ratio with 215 patients receiving primary THA. The mean follow-up for the conversion THA cohort was 2.9 years (range, 1-12.15) and 3.06 years (range, 1-12.96) for the primary THA.ResultsPatients with a previous acetabular fracture, compared with the primary THA patients, had longer operative times, greater operative blood loss, and an increased need for allogeneic blood transfusion (26.4% vs 4.7%). Most notably, PJI rate was significantly higher in acetabular fracture group at 6.9% compared with 0.5% in the control group. Complications, such as aseptic revision, venous thromboembolism, and mortality, were similar between both groups.ConclusionThe present study demonstrates that conversion THA in patients with prior ORIF of acetabular fractures is associated with higher complication rate, in particular PJI, and less optimal outcome compared with patients undergoing primary THA. The latter findings compel us to seek and implement specific strategies that aim to reduce the risk of subsequent PJI in these patients.  相似文献
