目的:了解高职护生临床实习的满意度及其对离职意愿的影响。方法:采用自行设计的满意度调查问卷的形式,对某校2010级实习护生进行调研,包括自身方面、带教老师、工作环境、工作管理4个维度18个项目。结果:护生对于带教老师方面满意度最高,对工作环境满意度得分较低。而临床工作压力大,工作劳累,以及医院感染对自身可能的威胁成为影响护生产生离职想法的最主要因素。结论:对护生进行人性化管理,提高带教老师的教学能力,对护生进行实习前针对性培训是提高临床护理教学质量、提升实习护生满意度的有效途径。  相似文献

目的探索优质护理带教模式在儿科实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月-2018年9月该院儿科实习护生84名,随机分为传统带教模式的对照组(42名)与优质护理带教模式的观察组(42名),观察护生考核成绩、综合能力、护生满意度、带教质量。结果与对照组相比,观察组理论成绩、操作成绩及综合能力评分高,护生满意度高,带教质量高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科实习护生带教中应用优质护理带教模式,能提高护生考核成绩,提升综合能力,有利于带教质量的提高,这种带教模式得到了护生认可,值得借鉴。  相似文献

This study was conducted through anonymous questionnaires in order to compare the smoking habits of nursing school students with those of nursing college students, and to identify factors that might possibly indicate causes of smoking habits, among students of two major courses (a 3-year nursing school course and a 4-year nursing college course) for becoming nurses. The subjects were students in two nursing schools and two nursing colleges in the Tokyo Metropolitan area. The results showed that the smoking prevalence among nursing school students in the first to the third grades was 26%, and that among nursing college students of the same grades was 12%. As to factors related to smoking habits of the students the smoking patterns of mothers and friends were shown to largely influence those of the nursing students. Among nursing college students, 21% agreed to a smoking ban in their schools, compared with 14% of the nursing school students.  相似文献

This article describes student nurses' constructions of health promotion and the change of these constructions during their nursing education in two Finnish polytechnics. The data consisted of essays written by the 19 student nurses before they began their nursing education in 1997 and of stimulated recall interviews with the same students during the second year of their education in 1998. The data were analyzed by using thematic analysis. During the first study year, 13 students' constructions of health promotion changed. Six students had initially broad constructions of health promotion and their constructions remained unchanged. Four basic changes were found in the students' constructions: (1) the emphasis shifted from physical to multidimensional health promotion, (2) health promotion became more concrete and contextual, (3) the conception of perfect health became more permissive and relative, and (4) the interpretation of health promotion shifted from performing towards being there for the patient. These results may indicate that student nurses in Finnish polytechnics were attempting to adopt the empowerment approach to health promotion for their constructions. Moreover, the results represent a major challenge concerning nursing education and health promotion learning from the constructivistic approach to knowledge building.  相似文献

The aim of the study was to assess the effect of teaching unit about sexuality-and sexual health on Zagazig University nursing students' knowledge. The sample included all student nurses (0=200) in the obstetric and Gynaecology nursing course during the 1st semester of the 3rd academic year (1999). Two tools were used for data collection; the first tool was a questionnaire to assess the student's knowledge about sexuality and sexual health e.g. Anatomy and physiology of female and male reproductive systems, the tool was given to the students twice; before and after conducting the teaching unit. The results concluded that the majority of the students lacked knowledge in all study parameters before the teaching unit. The students' knowledge showed a significant improvement after the teaching unit. It can be recommended that sex education and sexual health should be included in the university nursing curriculum.  相似文献

This article reports on a collaborative project linking Washington State University College of Nursing Vancouver and Southwest Washington Health District. Designed to improve the cultural competence and public health skills of registered nurses who are baccalaureate student nurses, quantitative and qualitative evaluative analyses were used to document and describe themes and strategies. The Inventory to Assess the Process of Cultural Competence Among Healthcare Professionals (IAPCC) was useful in measuring the students' progress toward cultural competence, and significant changes were documented. Themes that lead students toward population-focused nursing practice were uncovered as well as barriers to the process of cultural competency.  相似文献

目的 探讨养老护理员共情疲劳现状及其影响因素。方法 运用中文版共情疲劳量表、中文版人际反应指针量表、组织支持感量表及心理资本量表对20所养老机构327名护理员面对面调查,采用多元线性回归法对共情疲劳影响因素进行分析。结果 共情满意、倦怠、二次创伤平均得分分别为32、31、27分;工作时长、机构评估得分、机构性质、组织支持感和共情能力对共情疲劳得分有影响(P<0.05)。结论 养老护理员共情疲劳情况较严重。管理者应积极响应国家及地区养老惠民举措,通过完善机构基础和组织文化建设、重视养老护理员职业教育,提高归属感和获得感,改善共情疲劳现状。  相似文献

Caring for older adults has become increasingly complex due to multiple health and societal factors. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of an interprofessional community-based educational project on students' attitudes toward other health care professions and older adults. A pretest and posttest quasi-experimental research design was implemented with 64 participating students from four health care professions (nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and pharmacy). These students completed the Interdisciplinary Education Perception Scale (IEPS) and Survey of Attitudes on Aging Scale (SAAS) before and following an educational experience with older adults. Qualitative data were collected through student reflection journals and focus groups with participating students. The results of the study showed that interprofessional community-based learning had a significant impact on some students' attitudes toward older adults. The difference between pretest and posttest reached a statistically significant level on the SAAS in occupational therapy (p = 0.013) and physical therapy students (p = 0.044). No significant differences, however, were found between the pretest and posttest in pharmacy (p = 0.097) or nursing students (p = 0.144). Similarly, the experience also had a positive impact on some students' perceptions of other health care professions as measured by the IEPS. A significant difference was found between the pretest and posttest in occupational therapy (p = 0.000) and physical therapy students (p = 0.028). This study indicates that interprofessional community-based learning can be an effective method for some students to increase their understanding and respect toward other health professionals and older adults.  相似文献

Problem-based learning is a technique that is becoming increasingly popular in nursing educators in nursing education settings. In the 1980s, Knox and Mogan conducted classic studies on teacher effectiveness as rated by student nurses, graduate nurses, and faculty. They determined that nursing competence and teaching ability were highly rated by both students and faculty to "best" educators. Multiple studies utilizing problem-based teaching styles have revealed that students are highly satisfied with the results of certain characteristics, which promote student learning: self-directed learning, tutor-student interaction, and group learning. This article provides a review of the literature on problem-based learning in nursing education and specifically reviews articles utilizing the Mogan and Knox Nursing Clinical Teacher Effectiveness Inventory. Problems experienced in utilization of problem-based learning are also described.  相似文献

目的;探讨应用ABC时间管理方法在护生临床实习带教中的效果。方法;选择在昆明医学院第一附属医院实习的2003级5年制本科护生112人,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组56人、对照组56人。对照组采用常规方法带教,实验组采用常规带教加上ABC时间管理方法,在实习结束前进行出科理论、操作和护理文件书写考核。结果:实验组的理论、操作考核成绩和护理文件书写质量得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论;ABC时间管理方法在护生临床实习带教中应用,有利于护生获得理论知识与临床实践的统一.取得较好的实习效果和质量。  相似文献

目的调查分析成都市医养结合机构护士工作满意度现状及影响因素,为稳定医养结合机构护理人员队伍提供参考。方法采用护士工作满意度量表(Mueller/McCloskey Satisfaction Scale,MMSS),选取成都市110所医养结合机构在职护士进行调查。使用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果共回收有效问卷519份。成都市医养结合机构护士工作满意度总分为(96.57±14.20)分,其中,“对同事满意”维度得分率最高(72.25%),其次为“工作被赞扬和认可”(70.39%),“福利待遇”维度得分率最低(57.65%)。多元线性回归分析显示,夜班次数(t=-4.104,P<0.001)、机构等级(t=3.222,P=0.001)和工作年限(t=-2.716,P=0.007)是影响医养结合机构护士工作满意度的重要因素。结论成都市卫生相关部门及各医养结合机构管理者应在发挥自身优势的同时,结合影响因素制定多种满意度提升措施,以稳定医养结合机构护理人员队伍,提高养老护理服务质量。  相似文献
