盾叶薯蓣中新甾体皂苷的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了研究盾叶薯蓣的水溶性化学成分, 用溶剂提取、色谱分离等方法从盾叶薯蓣的水溶液中分离到一个新甾体皂苷, 经1H NMR、13C NMR、135DEPT、HMQC、HMBC和TOCSY谱鉴定, 该化合物的结构为: (25R)-26- O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-furost-5-en-3b, 16, 20, 26-tetraol-22-seco-3-O-b-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-b-D-glucopyranosyl- (1→4)-[a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)]-b-D-glucopyranoside, 命名为zingiberenin F (1)。该化合物为一新甾体皂苷化合物, 该骨架甾体皂苷在薯蓣科中为首次报道。  相似文献

中药胡芦巴是豆科一年生草本植物胡芦巴(Trigonellafoenum—graecumL.)的干燥种子,富含甾体皂苷。本实验室对胡芦巴中甾体皂苷进行了系统研究,包括原生呋甾皂苷及其酶解产物的分离鉴定、利用液质联用技术对甾体皂苷类成分的快速表征与结构分析,以及利用超临界流体色谱技术对螺甾皂苷C-25R/S异构体的分析、制备分离等。本文对本实验室相关研究进行总结,以期有助于胡芦巴的开发与利用,也为今后中药的化学成分研究工作提供借鉴。  相似文献

甾体皂苷 (steroidalsaponins)是天然产物中一类重要的化学成分 ,大多都具有一定的生理活性 ,在天然产物化学研究中日趋活跃。据不完全统计 ,超过 90个科的植物含有甾体皂苷 ,尤以单子叶植物的百合科、石蒜科、薯蓣科和龙舌兰科等植物报道最多。由于含甾体皂苷成分的动植物药有相当的疗效。所以 ,人们在应用和研究方面越来越广泛。例如 :Dracaenadraco被用于抗腹泻和止血[1] ,蒺藜用于治疗眼病、浮肿、腹胀、高血压、皮癣和气管炎[2 ] ,Chlorophytummalayense对肿瘤有潜在的细胞毒活性[3 ] ,Agaveamericana有通便和利尿的作用[4] ,Solanum…  相似文献

对云南产吉祥草的地上部分进行了植物化学研究。针对乙酸乙酯萃取后的水溶液,利用一系列色谱方法分离得到了一个新呋甾皂苷和四个已知化合物。通过1D NMR、2D NMR,IR和HRESI-MS的方法对分离得到化合物进行了结构鉴定,分别为26-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(25S)-5β-furost-20(22)-en-1α,3β,26-triol-1-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→2)-[α-Lrhamnopyranosyl]-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(1),(1β,3β,16β,22S)-cholest-5-en-1,3,16,22-tetrol-1,16-di-(β-D-glucopyranoside)(2),diosgenin(3),β-sitosterol(4),ecdysterone(5)。  相似文献

目的研究知母根茎的化学成分。方法采用水煎提取、大孔吸附树脂SP825柱色谱、反相C18柱色谱等进行分离,并通过化学手段和光谱分析(FAB-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR,1H-1H COSY)鉴定其化学结构。结果从知母根茎中分离得到6种甾体皂苷,分别鉴定为:(25S)-26-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖基-22-羟基-5β-呋甾-2β,3β,26-三醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(知母皂苷N,1),知母皂苷El(2),(25S)-26-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖基-22-甲氧基-5β-呋甾-2β,3β,26-三醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(知母皂苷O,3),知母皂苷E2(4),(25R)-26-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖基-22-羟基-5α-呋甾-2α,3β,26-三醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡糖基-(1→2)-[β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→3)]-β-D-吡喃葡糖基-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(purpureagitosid,5),marcogenin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-galactopyranoside (6)。结论化合物1和3为新化合物,命名为知母皂苷N和知母皂苷O,化合物5为首次从知母中分离得到。  相似文献

目的对小根蒜中甾体皂苷类成分进行分离和结构鉴定,并对得到的化合物进行体外抗癌活性评价.方法使用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、ODS柱色谱及制备高效液相色谱等方法,通过化合物的理化性质及各种光谱技术鉴定化合物的结构.采用MTT法测定化合物体外抗癌活性.结果从小根蒜60%(φ)乙醇提取物中分离得到8个甾体皂苷类化合物,分别鉴定为薤白皂苷B(1)、薤白皂苷C(2)、薤白皂苷E(3)、(22S)-胆甾-5-烯-1β,3β,16β,22-羟基-1-氧-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基-16-氧-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(4)、(25R)-26-氧-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-22-羟基-呋甾-5(6)-烯-3β,26-二醇-3-氧-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基(1→2)[β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基(1→3)]-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基(1→4)-β-D-半乳吡喃糖苷(5)、薤白皂苷F(6)、薤白皂苷G(7)、(25R)-26-氧-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-22-羟基-5β-呋甾-3β,26-二醇-3-氧-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基(1→2)-β-D-半乳吡喃糖苷(8).化合物2、5、8在25μg·mL-1的质量浓度下可以明显地抑制SF-268和NCI-H460肿瘤细胞的生长.结论化合物8为从本属植物中首次分离得到,化合物4、5为首次从中药小根蒜中分离得到,化合物2、5、8有明显的体外抗癌作用.  相似文献

A new sesquiterpenoid glycoside, cryptomeridiol 11-O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d- glucopyranoside (1), two new phenylpropanoid glycosides, 3,4-dihydroxy-allylbenzene 3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-4-O-β-d-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranoside (2), and 3,4,5-trihydroxy-allylbenzene 3-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-4-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (3), along with four known phenylpropanoid glycosides (4–7), were isolated from the tuber of Ophiopogon japonicus. A new cembrane glycoside, nephthenol 15-O-β-d-quinovoside, was isolated from the aerial parts of Asterothamnus centrali-asiaticus. 目的对朝鲜淫羊藿提取物进行化学成分的研究。方法通过硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、Sephadex LH 20和制备HPLC等手段分离,利用理化性质和光谱方法鉴定。结果得到化合物1,鉴定为3,5,7 trihydroxyl 4′methoxy 8(3″hydroxyisopentyl)flavone 7OβDglucopyranosyl 3OβDglucopyranosyl(1→3)αL(4 acetyl)rhamnopyranoside。结论该化合物为未见文献报道的新化合物,命名为朝藿苷F(Caohuoside F)。  相似文献
