目的探讨初次献血对红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性的影响.方法应用比色法分别检测50例符合献血条件的健康初次献血者献血前后的红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性,并对结果进行分析.结果初次献血者献血前后红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性分别为3.121±0.441和2.907±0.397 μmol.Pi/107 RBC.h,两者比较无明显差异(P>0.05).结论初次献血对红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性无影响,献血不会造成红细胞功能损伤.  相似文献

Na 、K -ATP酶是位于细胞膜上的一种糖蛋白,与ATP的分解和细胞内外钠、钾离子的转运密切相关。近年来研究表明[1~2],肝硬化、甲状腺疾病患者红细胞膜Na 、K -ATP酶活性有所改变。也有糖尿病患者钠泵活性减弱的报导。本文旨在探讨糖尿病患者红细胞膜Na 、K -ATP酶的活性与血糖控制水平的关系。1 材料和方法1.1 一般资料43例糖尿病患者符合WHO(1985年)糖尿病诊断标准,均排除甲状腺、肝脏疾患,血压、心率均无异常。其中血糖控制良好组20例,通过合理的饮食、药物治疗,使糖尿病患者达到血糖严格控制目标(男16例,女4例,年龄44…  相似文献

目的:观察中焦湿阻证大鼠红细胞膜Na^+-K^+ATP酶活性的变化。方法:采用红细胞溶血液细胞膜钠钾活性试剂盒,测定中焦湿阻证模型组、中药治疗组、自然恢复组及正常对照组大鼠红细胞膜Na^+-K^+ATP酶活性。结果:中焦湿阻证大鼠红细胞膜Na^+-K^+ATP酶活性降低,与正常大鼠相比有极显著性差异(P〈0.001)。经芳香化湿中药治疗后,钠钾泵活性逐渐恢复(P〈0.001)。结论:中焦湿阻证大鼠红细胞膜Na^+-K^+ATP酶活性显著降低。  相似文献

【目的】研究不同运动强度对红细胞膜Na+、K+-ATP酶活性及红细胞膜脂质成分的影响,探讨运动对红细胞形态和功能影响的机制,进而探讨疲劳发生的可能机制。【方法】武警指挥院校学员,选取3种训练科目,用Polar表记录心率,分别在3种运动负荷前后采集静脉血,采用比色法红细胞膜Na+、K+-ATP酶活性;采用邻苯二甲醛法测定红细胞膜胆固醇含量;采用定磷法测定红细胞膜磷脂含量。【结果】在中、大强度运动范围,Na+、K+-ATP酶活性升高,胆固醇及磷脂含量降低(P<0.05),胆固醇/磷脂比值无明显变化;在极限强度运动范围,Na+、K+-ATP酶活性下降,胆固醇及磷脂含量进一步降低(P<0.01),胆固醇/磷脂比值降低(P<0.05)。【结论】红细胞膜胆固醇/磷脂含量影响红细胞膜Na+、K+-ATP酶活性,表现为双向态势。在中、大强度运动范围呈代偿性影响,可能与运动适应有关。在极限强度运动范围,呈协同下降影响,可能与运动疲劳形成有关。  相似文献

目的 动态观察30例脑外伤患者的红细胞变形性与红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶活性变化。方法 采用核孔滤膜法测定红细胞变形性,定磷法测定红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶活性。结果 红细胞变形性与红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶活性于伤后12h下降,2 4h至最低,96h开始恢复,与正常对照相比有显著意义(P <0 .0 1)。伤情愈重,红细胞变形性与红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶活性下降愈明显(P <0 .0 1)。结论 红细胞变形性与红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶活性可作为判断脑损伤程度的指标。  相似文献

用酶学比色法测定10例再生障碍性贫血慢性期患者红细胞膜(Na~+·K~+)-ATP酶活性,结果为每小时2.577±0.86微克分子磷/毫克蛋白(均值±标准差),明显高于正常组。红细胞膜(Na~+·K~+)-ATP酶活性与糖酵解相偶联。再障慢性期(Na~+·K~+)-ATP酶活性升高,可作为病情变化的辅助指标。  相似文献

目的探讨糖尿病患者红细胞膜ATPase活性的变化。方法17例胰岛素依赖型(IDDM)和48例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者红细胞膜Na~+-K~+-ATPase、Ca~(2+)-ATPase活性分别用改良的Hanahan法和Luthra法测定,并设相应年龄对照组。统计方法用t检验和直线相关分析。结果NIDDM患者红细胞膜Na~+-K~+-ATPase、Ca~(2+)-ATPase活性分别下降了24.33%和17.11%,NIDDM患者则分别下降21.24%和16.42%。两组糖尿病患者ATPase活性均与糖化血红蛋白呈负相关,与年龄、空腹血糖或胰岛素水平无相关。结论糖尿病患者均有红细胞膜Na~+-K~+-ATPase、Ca~(2+)-ATPase活性下降,其原因与慢性高血糖有关。  相似文献

目的 探讨2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)近球小管(proximal tubule, PT)的Na ,K -ATPase活性变化.方法 首先建立T2DM大鼠模型,测定血糖、血清胰岛素和内源性洋地黄样物质(endogenous digitalis-like substance, EDLS)水平;微分离大鼠单根PT,液闪法测单根PT的Na ,K -ATPase活性.结果与正常对照组大鼠比较,模型组血糖、血脂、总胆固醇浓度显著升高,胰岛素敏感指数显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);胰岛素水平不低,PT的Na ,K -ATPase活性均显著升高(P<0.01);血清EDLS水平显著下降(P<0.01).大鼠血清EDLS水平与PT的Na ,K -ATPase活性呈显著负相关(r=-0.900, P<0.01).结论 T2DM大鼠PT的Na ,K -ATPase活性升高,这种酶活性升高与血液中EDLS水平下降有关.  相似文献

目的了解不同剂量的胆红素作用下人红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性的变化.探讨胆红素的细胞膜毒性及其机理.方法洗涤人抗凝红细胞,钼酸铵定磷法测定.结果随着胆红素剂量增加,细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性逐渐降低,呈现一定剂量~效应关系.当胆红素剂量为25 μmol·L-1时,对两种酶活性的抑制效应与对照相比有显著性差异.结论胆红素对细胞膜Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性均有抑制作用.  相似文献

目的探讨大鼠糖尿病早期肾功能、内源性洋地黄样因子(endogenous digitalis-like factor,EDLF)含量以及肾皮质Na ,K -ATPase活性的变化.方法实验用链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠模型,用放射免疫方法测定血清和尿EDLF浓度以及尿白蛋白含量,以比色法测定肾皮质Na ,K -ATPase活性.结果糖尿病组大鼠血糖、尿量、尿白蛋白、肌酐清除率、肾重/体重和血、尿EDLF的浓度与正常对照组相比均显著升高,而肾皮质Na ,K -ATPase活性则显著下降.胰岛素治疗后,除肾皮质Na ,K -ATPase活性升高外,糖尿病大鼠的上述指标均显著下降.结论糖尿病早期肾皮质Na ,K -ATPase活性降低,可能与EDLF释放增多有关.胰岛素治疗可抑制EDLF的释放从而提高肾皮质Na ,K -ATPase活性.  相似文献

目的 研究不同麻醉方法对红细胞膜ATP酶 (ATPase)活性的影响。方法  6 0例胃癌根治术病人随机分为两组 :丙泊酚静脉复合麻醉组 (PGA)和异氟醚吸入麻醉组 (IGA)。于术前、切皮后 1h、术毕、术后 2 4h采血。测Na+ K+ ATPase、Ca2 + ATPase、Mg2 + ATPase。结果 两组数值只有在术毕时差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,PGA组酶活性在术后 2 4h与术前比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。IGA组酶活性在术毕和术后 2 4h与麻醉前比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 丙泊酚复合氯胺酮静脉麻醉对红细胞膜酶活性影响要小于异氟醚吸入麻醉 (P <0 .0 5 )  相似文献

Objective: To study the significance of Leptin and the activity of erythrocyte membrane Ca2 -ATPase (EMCA) in the development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to test the level of serum Leptin,and the activity of EMCA was determined chemically in 38 pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and 36 normotensive pregnant women. Results: The level of serum Leptin in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(gestational hypertension: 13.76 ± 3.46 ng/ml; preeclampsia:15.76 ± 5.47 ng/ml; eclampsia: 18.32 ± 6.38 ng/ml)was significantly higher than that in normotensive pregnant women (11.33 ± 2.93 ng/ml), respectively. The average EMCA activity of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (gestational hypertension: 1.65 ± 0.24 μmol· pi/mg·h; preeclampsia: 1.37 ± 0.19 μmol·pi/mg·h; eclampsia:1.12 ± 0.14 μ mol·pi/mg·h) was significantly lower than that of normotensive pregnant women(1.83 ±0.38 μ mol·pi/mg·h),respectively. There was a negative correlation between the level of serum Leptin and the activity of RMCA in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (r = -0.63). Conclusion: Inhibition of EMCA activity of erythrocyte in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy may increase cytoplasmic free calcium, which contributes to the development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. The negative correlation between the level of serum Leptin and the activity of EMCA, also suggested that serum Leptin and the activity of EMCA may play a role in the development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.  相似文献

用酶学比色法测定了冠心病、风湿热、白血病、再生障碍性贫血等48例患者及28例正常人红细胞膜Na~+,K~+-ATPase的活性。结果表明除再生障碍性贫血外,其余患者红细胞膜Na~+,K~+-ATPase活性均不同程度下降,随着病情恢复,酶活性又呈增高趋势。乌巴因对Na~+,K~+-ATPase活性抑制百分数在各疾病组改变不明显。  相似文献

Summary The effect of Huoxuequyu recipe on erythrocyte membrane Ca2+-ATPase activity in pregnant rats with passive smoking induced asymmetrical intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) was observed. The rats were divided into three groups: control group, model group and treated group. The fetal mean birth weight and erythrocyte membrane Ca2+-ATPase activity were found to be decreased in the model group as compared with the control and treated groups. There was a significant difference between the model group and the control group (P<0.01), while no significant difference existed between the treated group and the control group (P>0. 05). Furthermore, the findings indicated that the erythrocyte membrane Ca2+-ATPase activity seem to be positively correlated with the birth weight (P<0. 05). On the basis of our observation, it is believedthat the Huoxuequyu decoction could increase erythrocyte membrane Ca2+-ATPase activity and promote blood circulation, thereby exerting a beneficial effect on fetal development. rythrocyte membrane Na+ + K+ ATPase acti- vity was studied in 60 normal individuals of different ages and 34 patients with Duchenne type muscular dystrophy (DMD) or limb-girdle dystrophy. The results showed that Na+ 十 K+ ATPase activity was lower in normal children than in normal adults and ouabain exerted inhibitory action on Na+十K+ ATPase activity. In DMD ATPase activity was much lower but ouabain inhibitory action was increased. In limb-girdle dystrophy ATPase was also lowered but ouabain inhibitory action was decreased in many Cases.  相似文献
