目的观察受试药物的镇痛抗炎作用.方法用热板法、醋酸致痛法、巴豆油法、毛细血管通透性法观察药物的作用.结果受试药物对小鼠热板法疼痛、醋酸引起的扭体、巴豆油引起的耳肿胀及炎症引起的毛细血管通透性增加,均有明显的抑制作用.结论受试药物具有镇痛抗炎作用.  相似文献

抗解浸膏是由黄柏、黄苓、栀子、金银花、板兰根等中药组成,用于风热感冒的治疗,本文对其抗炎和镇痛作用进行了实验研究,小鼠灌胃给药0.84、1.68和252g(生物)/kg,每日一次连续三天,末次给药后1.0小时,以二甲苯小鼠耳廓致炎,阿司匹林和生理盐水分别作阳、阴性对照,结果显示抗解浸润膏三剂量组耳肿胀度分别为10.3±3.0、8.8±2.3和9.3±2.7mg,与阴性对照组比较(13.0±2.5mg)具有显著差异性(P<0.05,0.01),另以相同剂量给大鼠灌胃每日一次,连续三天,  相似文献

目的 观察特种功能精细陶瓷的抗炎消肿作用对“血瘀证”兔血液流变学的影响。方法 用巴豆油造成鼠耳肿胀,涂含特种功能精细陶瓷粉霜一段时间后,取样秤重,观察其重量变化;用头低位限制活动法造成“血瘀证”兔血液流变性降低,用特种功能精细陶瓷温育后,检测高中低三种切变率下的血粘度、血细胞压积和纤维蛋白原含量等指标。结果 与涂市售宝宝霜的对照组相比,涂功能精细陶瓷粉霜的鼠耳重量明显降低(P<0.001);与对照组相比,经特种功能精细陶瓷粉温育后,头低位兔血粘度和纤维蛋白原含量明显降低(P<0.02-0.01)。结论 特种功能精细陶瓷具有抑制巴豆油形成的鼠耳肿胀和改善“血瘀证”兔血液流变性的作用。  相似文献

Kallistatin(KS)是一种激肽释放酶结合蛋白(kallikrein-binding protein),广泛分布于多种组织及体液中。KS不但具有抑制组织型激肽释放酶的作用,还具有抗炎、抗血管生成、抗肿瘤等多种生物学作用。KS生物学功能与其分子结构中不同的结构域有关。而KS抗炎作用被认为主要与肝素结合结构域有关。KS通过其肝素结合结构域,能竞争性抑制肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor α,TNF-α)与它的受体的结合,从而起到影响TNF-α-NF-κB信号通路,发挥抗炎作用。KS也能与Kruppel样因子4(Kruppel-like Factor 4,KLF4)结合,激活内皮型一氧化氮合酶(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS),抑制TNF-α活化核因子-κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB),发挥抗炎作用。但这与肝素结合结构域的机制不同。不同的机制可能为抗炎治疗提供新的思路,本文将就Kallistatin抗炎作用的相关研究进展进行阐述。  相似文献

小鼠灌胃抗解浸膏0.84、1.68和2.52g(生药)/kg后,对二甲苯致耳廓炎症有显著的抑制作用.1.68和2.52g(生药)/kg大鼠灌胃,具有显著抑制大鼠足跖角叉菜胶致炎的作用.小鼠灌胃抗解浸膏1.68和2.52g(生药)/kg能抑制醋酸所致的疼痛反应,而对热刺激致小鼠疼痛反应则2.52g(生药)/kg具显著抑制作用.另2.52、5.04g(生药)/kg剂量还具有明显的镇咳及祛痰的作用.  相似文献

目的:筛选和评价金叶女贞花提取物的镇痛抗炎活性。方法:利用溶剂萃取法制备金叶女贞花水提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物和正丁醇提取物。SPF级昆明小鼠分为5组:空白对照组(control)、阿司匹林组(aspirin)、金叶女贞花水提取物组、金叶女贞花乙酸乙酯提取物组以及金叶女贞花正丁醇提取物组。采用小鼠热板法和冰醋酸扭体法建立小鼠疼痛模型,评价金叶女贞花各提取物的镇痛效果。采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法、小鼠足肿胀法评价金叶女贞花不同提取物的抗炎作用。结果:镇痛实验结果显示,金叶女贞花水提取物能显著提高小鼠痛阈,减少扭体次数(P<0.05),且金叶女贞花水提取物的镇痛率高达63.89%。抗炎实验结果显示,金叶女贞花水提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物和正丁醇提取物均能抑制小鼠耳肿胀和足肿胀,具有显著的抗炎作用(P<0.05)。结论:金叶女贞花兼具镇痛和抗炎活性的物质主要存在于水提取物中。此外,金叶女贞花的乙酸乙酯提取物和正丁醇提取物均具有一定的抗炎活性。  相似文献

目的研究复元活血膏的抗炎、镇痛、改善微循环及抗血栓形成作用.方法采用耳廓肿、足跖肿、热板法、局部滴注肾上腺素致微循环障碍及结扎静脉致血栓形成法.结果试药大、小剂量组耳廓肿胀度分别为19.77±1.85和22.18±2.84mg,足跖肿胀值(1~6h)分别为0.99±0.15~0.13±0.07和1.00±0.17~0.25±0.09ml;痛阈值为21.09±4.45和16.82±3.78秒;肾上腺素3分钟后血液,流速快,流态为0~I,恢复时间分为2.15±0.23和3.57±0.19分钟;静脉血栓形成率分别为20%和60%,血栓重量分别为0.145±0.058和0.426±0.0144mg.对照组耳廓肿胀度为32.42±2.13mg,足跖肿胀值为1.12±0.24~0.41±0.12ml,痛阈值为11.41±3.37秒.血色暗红或者淡红,流速慢或停止,流态为Ⅱ~Ⅲ,恢复时间为6.10±0.45分钟;静脉血栓形成率为90%,血栓重量为0.684±0.112mg.结论试药具有明显的抗炎、镇痛、改善微循环及抗静脉血栓形成作用.  相似文献

目的:对雪胆素片抗炎、镇咳作用进行实验研究。方法:通过观察雪胆素片对小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠足趾肿胀的影响研究其抗炎作用;通过小鼠氨水引咳法,观察其镇咳作用。结果:雪胆素片对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀以及角叉菜胶所致的大鼠足趾肿胀有一定的抑制作用;对氨水致咳的小鼠有明显的镇咳作用。结论:雪胆素片具有抗炎、镇咳的作用,为其临床用于治疗支气管炎,急性扁桃体炎等疾患提供了实验依据。  相似文献

Apolipoprotein M (apoM), a novel human apolipoprotein recently discovered, predominantly presents in high density lipoprotein (HDL) in plasma, exclusively expressed in liver and in kidney. The present data demonstrated apoM protects against atherosclerosis (AS) primarily via partaking in prebeta-HDL formation and promoting cholesterol efflux to HDL. However, this lipid-metabolism-associated pathway seems unlikely responsible for all atheroprotective effects of apoM. Notably, the human apoM gene is just located in the major histocompatibility complex class III region (MHC-III) on chromosome 6, many genes in this region are related to the immune and inflammatory response. Furthermore, apoM has been documented to link with some inflammatory factors including platelet activating factor (PAF) and leptin. These evidences indicate that apoM may be involved in inflammatory activities in vivo and the potential immuno- and inflam-reactive property of apoM may contribute to the anti-inflammatory function of HDL, as generally acknowledged as an important atheroprotective mechanism of HDL.  相似文献

目的 探讨葡萄糖钾盐体外协同增强胰岛素抗炎作用.方法 密度梯度离心分离健康人外周血单个核细胞群(PBMCs),随机分为胰岛素葡萄糖钾盐组(GIK组),胰岛素组(INS组),葡萄糖钾盐组(GK)和基础对照组(C组),检测4组内毒素刺激后的PBMCs培养上清液葡萄糖、乳酸、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-4、IL-10含量.结果 GIK组和INS组TNF-α、IL-6含量均明显低于C组(P<0.01),IL-4和IL-10含量却均明显高于C组(P<0.01);GIK组IL-4和IL-10含昔明显高于INS组(P<0.01);GIK组上清液葡萄糖和乳酸均明显低于GK组(P<0.01).结论 胰岛素葡萄糖钾盐和胰岛素均能直接抑制PBMCs分泌促炎细胞因子,同时促进PBMCs分泌抗炎细胞因子.葡萄糖钾盐对胰岛素促进PBMCs分泌抗炎细胞因子有协同增强作用.葡萄糖钾盐和胰岛素联合抗炎效果优于单独胰岛素,可能与葡萄糖胰岛素钾盐为PBMCs提供能量有关.  相似文献

Tumor rechallenge following primary tumor excision elicits systemic anti-inflammation that occurs rapidly, affects granulocytes as well as macrophages and is more severe, longer in duration, and induced by fewer tumor cells than the macrophage specific anti-inflammatory effect sometimes seen after primary tumor challenge. Factors important in the pathogenesis of this abnormality are the following. First, primary tumor excision was required as defects did not occur when a second tumor was transplanted during primary tumor growth. Second, the abnormality was restricted to neoplastic cells since normal cells were unable to substitute for either primary or secondary tumor challenge. Third, the anti-inflammatory effect was not due to surgical trauma or local irritation. Fourth, defective inflammation occurred in syngeneic but not allogeneic rats, suggesting an immunological basis for the anti-inflammation. Fifth, elevated glucocorticoids, such as might be expected from an immunological reaction or release of IL-1, may be a contributing but not sole cause for the phenomenon.  相似文献

目的 探讨海带多糖对高脂血症大鼠血脂的调节作用机制. 方法 健康雌性Wistar大鼠32只,应用高脂饲料喂养方法建立高脂血症动物模型,海带多糖干预治疗.血生化法检测大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平,硝酸还原酶法检测血清和肝组织一氧化氮(NO)含量,黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定血清和肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,酶联免疫吸附法检测血清和肝组织中氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)水平,免疫组织化学技术检测肝细胞SOD和诱导性一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)表达. 结果 海带多糖治疗后,大鼠血清TG、TC和LDL水平较模型组显著下降,而HDL显著升高(P<0.05).肝组织匀浆ox-LDL和NO水平较模型组显著降低,而SOD活性显著升高.肝细胞iNOS表达较模型组显著降低,SOD表达显著增强(P<0.05). 结论 海带多糖可通过抗氧化机制而发挥调节血脂水平的作用.  相似文献

Background: Baige (BG) is a compound Chinese herbal preparation, constituted of different position extracts (ethanol extracts from Pueraria lobate and SFE-CO2 extracts from Radix Angelicae dahuricae) of P. lobata and A. dahurica to treat the brain injury in patients.

Aim: The goal of this study was to identify the neuroprotective properties of BG and its principal component mixture (PCM) and verify whether the material basis for BG is its PCM.

Methods: Middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was operated on male Sprague-Dawley rat for 2?h, different doses of BG or PCM or vehicle were gavaged after 3?h of MCAO. Rats were sacrificed after 30?days treatment. Blood serum inflammation factors and NGF were detected by ELISA.

Results: After 30?days of treatment, both BG and PCM interventions reduced the infarct volume, modified neurological severity score (mNSS) in rats, declined IL-1β and IL-6 levels in the serum, increased NGF level in the serum and recovered the number of Nissl body in injured brain.

Conclusions: Both BG and PCM exert equivalent levels of recovery effect in MCAO on rats; and PCM is the material foundation of BG. This recovery effect is associated with inflammatory inhibition and NGF production.  相似文献

目的:探讨天麻素调控nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)信号通路在癫痫中的抗炎作用及发挥神经保护作用的新机制。方法:100只SD大鼠,随机分为5组:空白对照组,模型组,50 mg/kg天麻素治疗组,100 mg/kg天麻素治疗组,200 mg/kg天麻素治疗组。模型组构建氯化锂-匹罗卡品SD大鼠癫痫模型,治疗组采用天麻素进行干预。Racine分级标准判断模型是否构建成功,免疫印迹法及免疫荧光染色的方法检测Nrf2、血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的表达含量。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型组小胶质细胞中抗氧化蛋白Nrf2和HO-1表达略有上调,炎症因子iNOS表达显著增加;经天麻素预处理的治疗组小胶质细胞中Nrf2和HO-1蛋白表达较模型组增加,而炎症因子iNOS的表达减少。结论:天麻素可能通过调控Nrf2/HO-1经典抗氧化信号通路,降低炎症因子iNOS的表达,从而在癫痫中发挥神经保护作用。  相似文献

Inflammation governs atherosclerosis and is firmly regulated. Endogenous mechanisms to keep inflammation self-limiting are unclear. In the present article, we propose that RvE1 (resolution E1), an endogenous lipid mediator, inhibits inflammation through "pro-resolution" and counter-modulating immunity in atherosclerosis. The background comes from studies on the potent programming of resolution and immuno-inflammation of RvE1 and its precursor, eicosapentaenoic acid, in treating chronic inflammatory disease with unknown mechanisms. In light of the interaction between RvE1 and leukotrieneB4 (LTB4) and their potential impaired immunity regulation hematostasis, we hypothesize that RvE1 play an anti-atherosclerosis and plaque stabilization role through "pro-resolution" and anti-inflammation which may be realized by blocking LTB4/BLT1 (receptor of LTB4) pathway. Our hypothesis generates potentially clinical viewpoint to systematically look for pro- and anti-inflammation and "pro-resolution" process in atherosclerosis. Furthermore, we suggest that RvE1 might be particularly indicated for the treatment of atherosclerotic diseases and plaque stabilization which might ensure an effective management for patients with coronary artery disease.  相似文献

 目的: 探讨α7烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(α7nAChR)在生理浓度糖皮质激素(GCs)抗炎过程中的作用。方法: MTT法检测不同浓度氢化可的松对小胶质细胞BV-2活性的影响;在建立LPS刺激的BV-2细胞炎症模型基础上,实验分组如下:(1) 空白对照组;(2) LPS组;(3) GCs+LPS组;(4) α7nAChR阻断剂甲基牛扁亭碱(MLA)+GCs+LPS组,ELISA法测定细胞上清中TNF-α和IL-1β的含量。结果: 2 000 和1 000 nmol/L 氢化可的松可分别使细胞存活率降低至(76.9±5.5)%和(90.8±7.3)%,表现出超生理剂量GCs的细胞损伤作用。LPS明显刺激BV-2细胞释放TNF-α和IL-1β,并呈现时间和剂量依赖性。生理浓度(500和250 nmol/L)的氢化可的松均可减少LPS诱导BV-2细胞释放TNF-α和IL-1β,10 nmol/L MLA预处理BV-2细胞能拮抗GCs抑制炎症因子释放的作用。结论: α7nAChR参与了生理浓度GCs的抗炎作用。  相似文献
