临床护士疼痛管理现状调查

目的了解护士疼痛管理现况.方法采用护士疼痛知识和态度调查问卷及自行设计的3项疼痛管理现状调查表对411名护士进行调查.结果护士疼痛知识得分为15.18±3.64,平均回答正确率为38.92%;不同年龄、工龄、学历、职称的护士疼痛知识得分比较,差异无显著性意义(均P＞0.05);66.91%护士没有接受过有关疼痛知识的培训,73.97%护士未进行疼痛评估.接受过培训、开展了疼痛评估实践、在放化疗科工作的护士疼痛知识得分显著高于未受过培训、未开展疼痛评估实践、其他科室工作的护士(均P＜0.01).医护缺乏疼痛知识、担心药物不良反应、医疗体系不重视是有效疼痛管理的主要障碍因素.结论护士普遍缺乏疼痛知识,需大力加强疼痛知识的教育和培训,使护士有能力、有信心参与疼痛管理;医疗体系应采取得力措施,促进有效的疼痛管理.
