Two new 18-carbon norditerpenoid alkaloids, sinaconitines A (1) and B (2), together with two known alkaloids, ranaconitine (3) and lappaconitine (4), were isolated from the roots of Aconitum sinomontanum. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral evidences and X-ray crystallographic analysis for 1. Furthermore, the reversed 13C NMR assignments for C-10 and C-13 of 3, 4, puberanine, puberanidine and demethyllappaconitine were revised. Compounds 1-4 were evaluated for cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzyme inhibitory activity. However, they did not show any inhibition at 10 μM.  相似文献

Two new bis-C20-diterpenoid alkaloids, bulleyanines A and B (1 and 2), were isolated from Aconitum bulleyanum. Their structures were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic analyses including UV, IR, MS, 1D and 2D NMR. Biological activity tests indicated that compound 1 exhibited significant inhibitory activity against nitric oxide (NO) production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-activated RAW264.7 macrophages with the inhibition rate of 74.60% (40 μmol/L), while positive control dexamethasone gave 78.70% inhibition at 100 μg/ml.  相似文献

A new C20-diterpenoid alkaloid handelidine (1) and twenty-seven known alkaloids (2–28) were isolated from the roots of Aconitum handelianum. Their structures were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses. The study indicated that denudatine-type C20-diterpenoid alkaloids with vicinal-triol system and benzyltetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloids exhibited significant antioxidant activities measured by three antioxidant test systems. The aconitine-type C19-diterpenoid alkaloids could serve as potential secondary antioxidants for their strong binding effects to metal ions.  相似文献

Rotundifosine F (3) is a rare C20-diterpenoid alkaloid with quaternary ammonium salt. A new norditerpenoid and a known alkaloid were isolated from the alkaloidal fraction of the processed tubers of Aconitum carmichaeli. The structure of the new norditerpenoid alkaloid was elucidated as lipoforesaconitine (1) on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. The known norditerpenoid alkaloid was characterized as lipoyunanaconitine (2). In addition, a new flavonoid, 6"-O-acetylliquiritin (7), along with a known ceramide, (2S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2'R)-2'-hydroxylignoceroylamino]-8(E)-octadecene-1,3,4-triol (3), as well as a known steroid saponin, gracillin (8), and three known flavonoids, liquiritigenin (4), isoliquiritigenin (5), and liquiritin (6), were also isolated and characterized. All known compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. The structures of the isolates were established by spectroscopic and chemical methods.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation on the whole plant of Aconitum tanguticum (Ranunculaceae) resulted in the isolation and characterization of two new phenylpropanoid glycosides (1 and 2). Their structures were elucidated as 4-hydroxyphenethoxy-8-O-β-d-[6-O-(4-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl)-sinapoyl]-glucopyranoside (1) and 3,4-dimethoxy-trans-cinnamic acid-9-O-β-d-allopyranoside (2) on the basis of spectroscopic data (1D NMR, 2D NMR, and MS) and comparison with the literature data.  相似文献
