Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a potentially malignant disorder associated with an increased risk for progression to oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). The objective of this study to determine protein expression of cancer stem cell marker CD133 in tissue samples of patients with OLP and evaluate the correlation between CD133 expression and the risk of progression to OSCC. In this longitudinal case-control study, a total of 110 patients with OLP who received a mean follow-up of 56 months were enrolled, including 100 patients who did not progress to OSCC and 10 patients who had progressed to OSCC. CD133 expression was determined using immunohistochemistry in samples from these patients. Analysis of 10 cases of normal oral mucosa and 6 cases of postmalignant OSCC form previously diagnosed OLP was also performed. The results showed that CD133 expression was observed in 29% cases of nonprogressing OLP and in 80% cases of progressing OLP (P = .002). CD133 was not expressed in normal oral mucosa, but it positively expressed in the 100% cases of OSCC. Logistic regression analysis revealed that the risk of malignant progression in the patients with CD133-positive expression was significantly higher than those with CD133 negativity (odds ratio, 9.79; 95% confidence interval, 1.96-48.92; P = .005). Collectively, CD133 expression was significantly associated with malignant progression in a longitudinal series of patients with OLP. Our findings suggested that CD133 may serve as a novel candidate biomarker for risk assessment of malignant potential of OLP.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine protein expression of cancer stem cell factor Bmi1 in a longitudinal series of patients with OLP and evaluate the correlation between Bmi1 expression and the risk of progression to OSCC. In a retrospective study, Bmi1 expression was determined using immunohistochemistry in samples from 96 patients with OLP who received a mean follow-up of 54 months, including patients who did not progress to OSCC (n = 87) and patients who had progressed to OSCC (n = 9). Analysis of 10 cases of normal oral mucosa and 6 cases of postmalignant OSCC form previously diagnosed OLP was also performed. The results showed that Bmi1 expression was observed in 32 (36.8%) of 87 cases of nonprogressing OLP and in 8 (88.9%) of 9 cases of progressing OLP. Bmi1 was not expressed in normal oral mucosa, but it was positively expressed in the 6 (100%) cases of OSCC. Multivariate analysis revealed that the risk of malignant progression in the patients with Bmi1-positive expression was significantly higher than those with Bmi1 negativity (odds ratio, 20.75; 95% confidence interval, 2.21-194.57; P = .008). Collectively, Bmi1 expression was significantly associated with malignant transformation in a large series of patients with OLP who received a longitudinal observation. Our findings suggested that Bmi1 may serve as a useful marker for the identification of a high risk of malignant progression of OLP.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine protein expression of cancer stem cell marker aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 (ALDH1) in a series of patients with OLP and evaluate the correlation between ALDH1 expression and the risk of progression to OSCC. In a retrospective study, ALDH1 expression was determined using immunohistochemistry in samples from 101 patients with OLP who received a mean follow-up of 5 years, including 89 patients with untransformed OLP that did not develop into OSCC and 12 patients with malignant transformed OLP that had developed into OSCC. Analysis of 10 cases of normal oral mucosa and 6 cases of postmalignant OSCC form previously diagnosed OLP was also performed. The results showed that ALDH1 expression was observed in 27 (30.3%) of 89 cases of untransformed OLP and in 8 (66.7%) of 12 cases of transformed OLP (P = .021). Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1 was not expressed in normal oral mucosa, but it overexpressed in the 6 cases (100%) of OSCC. Multivariate analysis revealed that ALDH1 expression was significantly associated with a 6.71-fold (95% confidence interval, 1.64-27.42; P = .008) increased risk of malignant transformation. Collectively, ALDH1 expression was significantly associated with malignant transformation in a large series of patients with OLP. Our findings suggested that ALDH1 expression may identify a subgroup of a higher risk of malignant transformation of OLP.  相似文献

Immunohistochemical expression of p16INK4A protein as a helpful marker of a subset of potentially malignant oral epithelial lesions: study on a series with long‐term follow‐up Aim: To examine a group of lesions that progressed to oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) to determine whether p16INK4A expression is an early finding during malignant transformation, and whether immunohistochemical evaluation of p16INK4A is an appropriate prognostic marker. Methods and results: Twenty cases of OSCC were investigated. All cases had had a biopsy on the same site as OSCC performed at least 1 year before OSCC (range 1–11 years; mean 3.15 ± 3.1 years). Twenty specimens from normal oral mucosa served as controls. p16INK4A expression was evaluated by immunohistochemical analysis and cases showing >5% of stained cells were defined as ‘positive’. All 20 control cases were negative for p16INK4A. Oral lesions were p16INK4A‐positive in nine cases and negative in 11. No significant relationship was found between p16INK4A positivity and the presence/absence of dysplasia. Among OSCC, nine tumours showed p16INK4A positivity and 11 showed negativity. A significant relationship (χ2 = 7.1; P < 0.01) was found between the presence/absence of p16INK4A staining in OSCC and the presence/absence of p16INK4A staining in lesions preceding OSCC. Conclusions: p16INK4A immunohistochemistry has a potential role in detecting a subset of p16INK4A‐positive lesions with malignant potential.  相似文献

Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a common mucosal condition that is considered premalignant by some, although others argue that only lichenoid lesions with dysplasia are precancerous. To address the question of whether OLP without dysplasia is premalignant, we used microsatellite analysis to examine 33 cases of OLP for allelic loss at nine loci located on chromosomes 3p, 9p, and 17p. Loss of heterozygosity (LOH) on these three arms occurs frequently in oral tumors, and the presence of these alterations in premalignant lesions suggests that they may play an important role in tumor progression. Results were compared with those observed in oral dysplasias (10 mild, 11 moderate, 16 severe/carcinoma in situ), 22 oral squamous cell carcinomas, and 29 reactive lesions. LOH was present in 6% of OLP, 14% of reactive lesions, 40% of mild dysplasia, 46% of moderate dysplasia, 81% of severe dysplasia/carcinoma in situ, and 91% of squamous cell carcinomas. LOH was detected on only a single arm in OLP and reactive lesions but occurred on more than one chromosome in dysplasia and cancer, and the frequency of this multiple loss correlated significantly with increasing degrees of dysplasia and progression into squamous cell carcinoma (P = 0.0028). Although these findings do not support OLP as a lesion at risk for malignant transformation, such results need to be confirmed by use of other genetic markers as OLP may undergo malignant transformation through genetic pathways different from those of oral dysplasia.  相似文献

The progression potential of preinvasive epithelial lesions is usually evaluated by assessing the degree of histologic dysplasia. We examined p16, retinoblastoma protein (pRb), and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) immunophenotypes in 57 cases of previously untreated squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the upper digestive tract and in the neighboring normal and dysplastic epithelia. Tissue samples were examined for homozygous deletion of exon 2 of the p16 gene using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis. The PCNA index increased with increasing grade of dysplasia. The pRb protein was expressed in 89% of the samples of SCCs and in the neighboring dysplasias and carcinoma in situ (CIS). In cases with a lack of pRb expression, corresponding preinvasive lesions were also negative. Lack of p16 expression was found in 82% of SCCs. The prevalence of p16 expression decreased with increasing grade of dysplasia. Molecular analysis of the p16 gene showed homozygous deletion in 37% of SCCs, 33% of CIS, and 15% of the samples of normal epithelia. Our data indicate that inactivation of p16 may play an important role in early head and neck carcinogenesis, whereas the mutation of Rb may be an infrequent event. The p16 immunophenotype might be a biomarker for an increased risk of progression in squamous dysplasia.  相似文献

This study aimed to evaluate and correlate osteopontin (OPN) expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and potentially malignant disorders including oral leukoplakia and oral submucous fibrosis (OSMF). Expression of OPN was investigated in 140 samples including OSCC, oral leukoplakia, and OSMF with or without dysplasia and normal oral mucosa. By using immunohistochemistry. Both intercellular and intracellular staining of the keratinocytes was considered to be positive, and intensity grading was assessed. Statistical analysis was done using analysis of variance. OPN positivity was detected in 85% cases of OSCC, 55% cases of oral leukoplakia, 35% cases of OSMF, and 60% cases of normal mucosa. These study highlights OPN as a biomarker for malignancy in the form of invasion but not to study progression from dysplasia to malignant transformation.  相似文献

Senescence and apoptosis are two key mechanisms that protect against cancer development. Many cell cycle regulators, such as p14(ARF), p15(INK4b) and p16(INK4a), are important in G1 cell cycle arrest and oncogene-induced senescence. The bcl-2 protein is one of the key components that control apoptosis, while the p53 protein plays key roles in both mechanisms. The genes of these key regulator proteins are often mutated or deleted in various malignancies. It is unknown how senescence and apoptosis are regulated in one of the most common tumors of the female genital tract, cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). In this study the, expression of senescence, apoptosis and proliferation markers in normal cervical epithelium, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and SCC are characterized via immunohistochemical staining for p14(ARF), p15(INK4b), p16(INK4a), bcl-2, p53 and Ki-67 in tissue microarray blocks containing 20 samples each of normal cervix, moderate-to-severe cervical dysplasia (CIN II-III) and invasive SCC. Samples are derived from 60 total cases of cervical biopsies and cervical conizations. Results showed that the proliferation marker, Ki-67, is markedly increased, and the senescence markers, p15(INK4b), p16(INK4a) and p14(ARF) are overexpressed in both dysplasia and carcinoma. P53 immunostain is negative in all normal cervical tissue, and positive in dysplasia and carcinoma. Although the expression of bcl-2 is increased in dysplasia, this marker is negative in approximately half of SCC cases. These results suggest that some senescence pathways are activated and are still maintained in cervical dysplasia and carcinoma. However proliferation is increased and carcinogenesis is not thwarted, leading to eventual development of cervical cancer. Other mechanisms, such as those that account for the apparent overexpression of p53 and paradoxical loss of bcl-2 expression in some SCC cases, as well as additional senescence and apoptotic pathways, may play key roles carcinogenesis of cervical SCC.  相似文献

Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a common mucosal condition that is considered premalignant by some, whereas others argue that only lichenoid lesions with epithelial dysplasia are at risk of progressing into oral carcinoma. A recent study from this laboratory used microsatellite analysis to evaluate OLP for loss of heterozygosity (LOH) at loci on three chromosomal arms (3p, 9p, and 17p) (Am J Path 1997;Vol151:Page323-Page327). Loss on these arms is a common event in oral epithelial dysplasia and has been associated with risk of progression of oral leukoplakia to cancer. The data showed that, although dysplastic epithelium demonstrated a high frequency of LOH (40% for mild dysplasia), a significantly lower frequency of LOH was noted in OLP (6%), which is even lower than that in hyperplasia (14%). Such results do not support OLP as a lesion at risk for malignant transformation. As a second step of the research, we determined LOH frequencies in 61 dysplastic lichenoid lesions (mild 35; moderate 19; severe 7) using the same microsatellite markers and compared these results with data obtained from the first study and from 13 normal mucosal specimens. Dysplastic lichenoid lesions showed a high frequency of loss (54% for lichenoid lesions with mild dysplasia), but values did not differ significantly from those observed in dysplasia of similar degree without lichenoid appearance. None of the normal mucosa demonstrated LOH. Epithelial dysplasia is a sign of malignant risk, independent of lichenoid changes. Such results suggest that pathologists should search for dysplasia carefully in lesions that otherwise qualify as OLP and that caution should be used when discounting dysplasia as being merely a reactive condition in lichenoid lesions.  相似文献

Epithelial dysplasia is usually used to establish the prognosis of oral premalignant lesions. Its assessment, however, is subjective and does not always correctly predict the outcome of the lesions in terms of malignant transformation. Early molecular alteration(s) that dictate the development of cancer should be identified and used to evaluate oral premalignant lesions. In this context, alterations in the expression of p53 were investigated. Thirty-five oral premalignant lesions and 11 carcinomas that developed from them in a period of 16 years were investigated for p53 expression by immunohistochemistry. Normal oral mucosa from healthy individuals and oral benign lesions were used as controls. In benign lesions and normal mucosa, p53 staining, when present, was confined to the basal cell layer. Seven out of 35 (20 per cent) premalignant lesions showed p53 expression clearly above the basal cell layer and six of these (86 per cent) developed carcinomas. Suprabasal p53 expression was found in three lesions with no or mild dysplasia that developed carcinomas. All carcinomas derived from premalignant lesions with p53 suprabasal expression showed p53 expression in neoplastic cells. The combined use of histological parameters (presence of moderate or severe dysplasia) with p53 expression patterns (p53 staining above the basal cell layer) showed the highest sensitivity for the detection of lesions that progressed to carcinoma (91 per cent). When used individually, the p53 expression pattern showed higher specificity than assessment of dysplasia (96 per cent vs. 54 per cent) and higher positive predictive value (86 per cent vs. 44 per cent) for correct prediction of the malignant transformation of the lesions. The results suggest that clear expression of p53 above the basal cell layer is an early event in oral carcinogenesis and an indicator of a developing carcinoma, even preceding morphological tissue alterations. However, since immunohistochemistry cannot always detect changes in p53 expression in lesions preceding carcinoma, p53 immunohistochemical analysis is strongly recommended in conjunction with histological parameters, to increase the sensitivity of detection of cases that will progress to carcinoma. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Approximately one in ten oral white patches (leukoplakia) are histologically classified as dysplasia, with a well-documented potential for developing into oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Histological grading in oral dysplasia has limited prognostic value, whereas large-scale genomic status (DNA ploidy, nuclear DNA content) is an early marker of malignant transformation in several tissues. Biopsies from 196 patients with oral leukoplakia histologically typed as dysplasia were investigated. Inter-observer agreement among four experienced pathologists performing a simplified grading was assessed by Cohen's kappa values. For 150 of the 196 cases, it was also possible to assess large-scale genomic status and compare its prognostic impact with that of histological grading. Disease-free survival was estimated by life-table methods, with a mean follow-up time of 103 months (range 4-165 months). The primary considered end-point was the subsequent occurrence of OSCC. For grading of the total of 196 cases, kappa values ranged from 0.17 to 0.33 when three grading groups (mild, moderate, and severe dysplasia) were considered, and from 0.21 to 0.32 when two groups (low grade and high grade) were considered (p=0.41). For the 150 cases in which large-scale genomic status was also assessed, kappa values for the histological grading ranged from 0.21 to 0.33 for three grading groups and from 0.27 to 0.34 for two grading groups (p=0.47). In survival analysis, histological grading was without significant prognostic value for any of the four observers (p 0.14-0.44), in contrast to DNA ploidy (p=0.001). It is concluded that DNA ploidy in oral dysplasia has a practical prognostic value, unlike histological grading of the same lesions.  相似文献

Early diagnosis and targeted therapy are crucial to mitigating the morbidity and mortality of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Among the potentially malignant oral disorders, epithelial dysplasia has known association with malignant transformation, but defensible gradation of dysplasia severity presents unmet challenges. Published microarray data has denoted dysregulation of CLSP, ELF3, IFI44, USP18, and CXCL13 genes in potentially malignant oral disorders. The present study investigated the diagnostic potential of these gene products to grade oral epithelial dysplasia severity. Archived biopsies from independent patient cohorts comprised “training” (n = 107) and “test” (n = 278) sample sets. Immunoreactivity for candidate markers was determined in the “training” set of normal oral mucosa (NOM), mild dysplasia (MD), moderate to severe dysplasia, and oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). The diagnostic potential of ELF3 immunoscoring to improve detection and severity gradation of epithelial dysplasia was assessed with the “test” set. A reciprocal relationship between disease severity and immunoreactivity score for CLSP and ELF3 was observed (MD/NOM to OSCC: P < .08, Mann-Whitney U test), whereas elevated IFI44 immunostaining was present for OSCC compared to MD/NOM (P < .08, Mann-Whitney U test). Loss of ELF3 immunostaining effectively distinguished OSCC from non-malignant tissues (sensitivity = 0.81; specificity = 0.56; area under the curve [AUC] = 0.68) but did not distinguish dysplasia from NOM (sensitivity = 0.55; specificity = 0.40; AUC = 0.47) or moderate to severe dysplasia from MD (sensitivity = 0.63; specificity = 0.51; AUC = 0.57). The results confirm via immunohistochemistry the relevance of published CLSP, ELF3, and IFI44 (but not USP18 or CXCL13) gene expression data to potentially malignant oral lesion severity. Loss of ELF3 immunostaining discriminated OSCC from dysplasia but was unreliable for grading dysplasia severity.  相似文献

Heparanase and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) are 2 key enzymes that modulate diverse physiological processes during embryonic development and in adult life. Their deregulations have been implicated in the growth and progression of many cancer types. To date, comparatively little is known about the roles of these molecules during oral carcinogenesis. The aim of this study was to investigate the expression patterns of heparanase and COX-2 during progression of oral epithelial dysplasia (OED) to carcinoma. In situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry were performed on 5 cases of normal mucosa, 15 cases of OED, 5 cases of carcinoma in situ and/or microinvasive carcinoma, and 40 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Results demonstrated that heparanase and COX-2 messenger RNA and protein were absent in normal oral mucosa but were coexpressed in increasing intensity as OED progressed to OSCC. Concomitant heparanase- and COX-2-positive staining in the stromal cells suggests that OED/OSCC progression may be modulated by stromal-cancer cell interactions. Diffuse intense staining of poorly differentiated OSCC compared with staining localized to tumor nest periphery in well- and moderately differentiated OSCC suggests that heparanase and COX-2 overexpressions correlated with tumor grade. Strong expression of these enzymes in tumor cells at the advancing front suggests a role in local tumor spread. These results, taken together, suggest that heparanase and COX-2 might play complementary roles in the stepwise progression of OED to carcinoma.  相似文献

AIM: To analyse and compare expression patterns of three potential biomarkers-p16(INK4A), CDC6, and MCM5-and evaluate their use as predictive biomarkers in squamous and glandular cervical preinvasive neoplasia. METHODS: Immunocytochemical analysis of p16(INK4A), MCM5, and CDC6 expression was performed on 20 normal, 38 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia 1 (CIN1), 33 CIN2, 46 CIN3, 10 squamous cell carcinoma, 19 cervical glandular intraepithelial neoplasia (cGIN), and 10 adenocarcinoma samples. Staining intensity was assessed using a 0-3 scoring system. p16(INK4A), MCM5, and CDC6 expression was also examined in ThinPrep slides exhibiting mild, moderate, and severe dyskaryosis. Human papillomavirus (HPV) was detected using a modified SYBR green assay. Fluorogenic polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and solution phase PCR were used for specific HPV typing. RESULTS: All three markers showed a linear correlation between expression and grade of dysplasia. p16(INK4A) and MCM5 protein expression was upregulated in all grades of squamous and glandular dysplasia. CDC6 protein was preferentially expressed in high grade lesions and in invasive squamous cell carcinoma. CONCLUSION: p16(INK4A) expression was closely associated with high risk HPV infection-all grades of squamous and glandular cervical lesions were immunohistochemically positive. MCM5 staining intensity was independent of high risk HPV infection, highlighting its potential as a biomarker in both HPV dependent and independent cervical dysplasia. CDC6 may be a biomarker of high grade and invasive lesions of the cervix, with limited use in low grade dysplasia. p16(INK4A) was the most reliable marker of cervical dysplasia. Combinations of dysplastic biomarkers may be useful in difficult diagnostic cases.  相似文献

p53 is a tumour suppressor gene encoding a protein whose function is impaired in a very large proportion of human cancers. The objectives of this study were to determine the natural history of p53 alterations during stages of oral carcinogenesis, by comparing p53 immunoexpression in oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCCs), their non-malignant adjacent mucosa, and respective metastases; and to define the potential practical consequences for clinical management of p53 staining in the non-malignant adjacent mucosa. Forty-two samples of non-malignant mucosa adjacent to OSCCs, the respective carcinomas, and six lymph node metastases derived from six of the OSCCs were investigated for p53 protein expression by immunohistochemistry. Seven out of 42 (17%) non-malignant mucosal samples immediately adjacent to OSCC showed suprabasal p53 staining and this was significantly associated with moderate/severe dysplasia (p=0.02). In six of these cases (86%), the respective carcinoma showed p53 immunoexpression in more than 50% of the neoplastic cells and in the remaining case, p53 immunoexpression was found in more than 25% of the neoplastic cells. In all p53-negative carcinomas that showed p53 immunoexpression in the non-malignant adjacent mucosa, p53 staining was never detected above the basal cell layer. Lymph node metastases showed the same patterns of p53 immunoexpression as the carcinomas from which they were derived. When suprabasal p53 staining is present in non-malignant mucosa immediately adjacent to OSCCs, this suggests stable p53 alterations which are maintained upon progression to overt malignancy. The immunostaining in non-malignant mucosa of the resection margins of OSCCs might be a valuable predictor for local recurrences and may therefore have implications for the management of patients who have received surgical treatment for OSCC.  相似文献

Objective

The aim of this study is to investigate the expressions of p16 and HPV16/18(E6) in oral lichen planus (OLP) and malignant transformed OLP (MT-OLP).

Study design

The expression of p16 and HPV16/18(E6) in 40 cases of OLP and 6 MT-OLP was assessed by immunohistochemical staining. Twenty four cases of normal oral mucosa were used as controls.

Results

Compared to normal oral mucosa, the expression of p16 and HPV16/18(E6) protein increased in OLP and MT-OLP. And there was a correlation between p16 expression and HPV infection in OLP and OLP malignant lesions (p?<?0.0001).

Conclusions

The expression of p16 protein might predict HPV16/18 infection in OLP. And HPV16/18(E6) infection might contribute to OLP malignant transformation.  相似文献

Oral cancer causes significant global mortality and has a five‐year survival rate of around 64%. Poor prognosis results from late‐stage diagnosis, highlighting an important need to develop better approaches to detect oral premalignant lesions (OPLs) and identify which OPLs are at highest risk of progression to oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). An appropriate animal model that reflects the genetic, histologic, immunologic, molecular and gross visual features of human OSCC would aid in the development and evaluation of early detection and risk assessment strategies. Here, we present an experimental PIK3CA + 4NQO transgenic mouse model of oral carcinogenesis that combines the PIK3CA oncogene mutation with oral exposure to the chemical carcinogen 4NQO, an alternate experimental transgenic mouse model with PIK3CA as well as E6 and E7 mutations, and an existing wild‐type mouse model based on oral exposure to 4NQO alone. We compare changes in dorsal and ventral tongue gross visual appearance, histologic features and molecular biomarker expression over a time course of carcinogenesis. Both transgenic models exhibit cytological and architectural features of dysplasia that mimic human disease and exhibit slightly increased staining for Ki‐67, a cell proliferation marker. The PIK3CA + 4NQO model additionally exhibits consistent lymphocytic infiltration, presents with prominent dorsal and ventral tongue tumours, and develops cancer quickly relative to the other models. Thus, the PIK3CA + 4NQO model recapitulates the multistep genetic model of human oral carcinogenesis and host immune response in carcinogen‐induced tongue cancer, making it a useful resource for future OSCC studies.  相似文献

p53蛋白表达与上颌窦鳞状细胞癌发生的关系   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用免疫组化技术对8例上颌窦正常粘膜、16例乳头状瘤及癌变、50例鳞状细胞癌及14例癌旁粘膜(包括癌旁正常粘膜、单纯增生及不典型增生)p53蛋白的表达进行了检测。结果显示,上颌窦癌p53阳性率为62%(31/50)。p53表达与患者性别、年龄及肿瘤分化程度无关。上颌窦正常粘膜、单纯增生及乳头状瘤p53表达阴性。不典型增生p53表达为4/6,其表达与相应鳞癌存在一致性,不典型增生p53阳性者,相应癌组织亦为阳性,反之亦然。4例乳头状瘤癌变中,3例p53阳性。研究结果表明,p53表达是人上颌窦癌发生的早期事件,而与其恶性程度无关,p53表达发生于不典型增生或乳头状瘤癌变阶段,显示p53基因突变与上颌窦癌的发生密切相关。研究结果还表明,检测p53蛋白有助于上颌窦良,恶性病变的鉴别及早期发现上颌窦癌。  相似文献
