目的比较角膜缘干细胞移植术和羊膜移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法将56例(68眼)患者随机分为两组,分别采用角膜缘干细胞移植术(27例33眼)和羊膜移植术(29例35眼)治疗,术后随访6个月至2年。结果角膜缘干细胞移植组1眼复发,复发率为3.03%;羊膜移植组8眼复发,复发率为22.86%,两组比较有显著性差异(,χ2=5.814,p<0.05)。角膜创面上皮平均愈合时间角膜缘干细胞移植组为4.73天,羊膜移植组为6.38天,两组比较有显著性差异(t=4.629,p<0.05)。结论角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉复发率低,角膜创面修复快,是一种理想的手术方法,值得推广应用。  相似文献

目的 比较角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C与羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉疗效.方法 将54例(65只眼)患者随机分为两组,角膜缘干细胞移植组(28例35只眼):采用角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉;羊膜移植组(26例30只眼):采用羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉.术后随访6至12个月,分析不同手术复发率及角膜创面愈合时间.结果 角膜缘干细胞移植组1只眼复发,复发率为2.86%;羊膜移植组7只眼复发,复发率为23.33%,两组比较有显著性差异(x2=4.532,P<0.05).角膜创面平均愈合时间角膜缘干细胞移植组为4.67d,羊膜移植组为6.48d,两组比较有显著性差异(t=5.92,P<0.05).结论 角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C能有效地治疗翼状胬肉,角膜创而修复较快,复发率低,是一种安全、有效的手术方法.  相似文献

目的:探讨角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效。

方法:对112例124眼患有复发性翼状胬肉(均为第一次复发)的患者进行角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗,术后随诊3~15mo。

结果:痊愈103例115眼,有效率92.7%,复发8例9眼,复发率7.3%。

结论:角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效好,伤口愈合快,复发率较低。  相似文献

目的观察角膜缘干细胞移植和生物羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法将58例(66眼)随机分为2组,分别采用角膜缘干细胞移植32例(36眼)和生物羊膜移植26例(30眼),术后随访6个月~2年。结果角膜缘干细胞移植组复发1眼,复发率2.78%,生物羊膜移植组复发7眼,复发率23.33%。两组比较差异有统计学意义。角膜创面愈合时间:角膜缘干细胞组1~3d,平均为(1.85±0.95)d,生物羊膜组2~5d,平均为(3.36±1.65)d。结论带角膜缘干细胞移植和生物羊膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉都能取得良好效果,但带角膜缘干细胞移植比生物羊膜移植角膜创面修复快,复发率低。  相似文献

目的探讨羊膜联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法采用羊膜联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉56例(61眼),随访平均12月。结果56例(61眼)术后均无复发,移植片存活,未见排斥反应发生,治愈率达100%。结论应用羊膜联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉,不仅取材方便、安全,而且可获得根治性治愈的理想效果,值得临床推广。  相似文献

目的羊膜移植与自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗原发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效比较。方法将114例(131眼)随机分成A和B两组。A组53例(59眼)行翼状胬肉切除+羊膜移植术,B组61例(72眼)行翼状胬肉切除+自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,术后随访6-24个月,观察两组疗效并进行回顾性分析。结果 A组10眼复发,复发率为16.95%,B组6眼复发,复发率为8.33%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),A组复发率明显高于B组。结论翼状胬肉切除+自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,此手术取材方便、成功率高;而翼状胬肉切除+羊膜移植术,手术耗材、成功率明显较自体角膜缘干细胞移植术低。  相似文献

目的:分析翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术(LSCT)和羊膜移植术(AMT)治疗翼状胬肉的疗效观察。

方法:前瞻性对照研究。将2017-01/2020-01在本院眼科门诊就诊的177例187眼翼状胬肉连续病例按随机区组设计原则分为A组(59例64眼)、B组(59例60眼)、C组(59例63眼)三组,三组均行翼状胬肉切除,A组联合LSCT、B组联合AMT、C组联合LSCT和AMT,术后均随访12mo; 比较三组视力、角膜上皮修复及新生血管情况,并统计术后复发率、眼部症状、并发症及植片成活情况。

结果:三组术后6、12mo时的视力及角膜上皮缺损修复时间均无差异(P>0.05),术后1mo时C组角膜荧光素染色(FL)值显著低于A组、B组(均P<0.05); 三组患者角膜透明或有轻度薄翳,但均未见新生血管生长; 三组均未见真性翼状胬肉复发现象,术后6、12mo时A组、C组结膜纤维增生分级与B组比较均有差异(P<0.05); 三组Schirmer Ⅰ试验滤纸湿长的时间、组间及交互效应均无差异(P>0.05),但C组术后1mo泪膜破裂时间(BUT)显著高于A组、B组(均P<0.05); 三组术后均有不同程度结膜水肿,拆线后2wk内均消失,三组植片均成活,羊膜存活,未见发生排斥、溶解反应。

结论:LSCT、AMT、LSCT联合AMT治疗翼状胬肉均可取得良好的疗效,但LSCT联合AMT治疗术后短期角膜上皮修复相对更佳,结膜纤维增生及干眼症状更轻。  相似文献

目的:观察角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术后羊膜溶解的临床效果。方法:翼状胬肉切除术联合羊膜移植术后出现羊膜溶解的患者124例135眼随机分成A、B、C三组,A组36例38眼采取保守治疗, B组42例45眼再次行羊膜移植术, C组46例52眼行自体角膜缘干细胞移植术。术后随访6~18mo比较各组胬肉复发情况。结果:A组38眼中24眼复发,复发率63.2%。 B组45眼中术后7眼胬肉复发,复发率15.6%。 C组52眼2眼复发,复发率3.8%,A组与B组比较,B组与C组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植术是治疗翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术后羊膜溶解的有效方法。  相似文献
