目的 调查不同学校、不同学制的护理专业实习生对护理科研及论文写作的认知情况与培训需求,为临床实习设置科研及论文写作课程提供依据.方法 自行设计调查表,采用便利抽样的方法对我院实习学生进行问卷调查.结果 不同学校、不同学制、不同学习背景的实习生均有护理论文写作的愿望,愿意接受护理科研及论文写作的培训.结论 在护理专业学生临床实习阶段可设置护理科研及论文写作培训课程.  相似文献

The 2020 International Year of the Nurse and the Midwife is an important opportunity to marry nursing science and health policy globally. Nurses and midwives are demonstrating strong intent towards evidence-based practice but often feel they lack the skills to implement it. Although academic skills, conceptualised as writing and critical thinking, are a vital part of university studies, research indicates that many students leave without having mastered these skills effectively. This research also reflects on nursing students. Nursing could also be said to be hampered by a number of complex educational challenges that are likely to impact on the academic socialisation process in general. These challenges include being a relatively 'young' academic discipline, the 'theory-practice' divide, a knowledge bed lying on a complex intersection of two 'antithetical sciences' and, at least in the Scandinavian countries, an increasing number of nurse educators with a PhD in nursing science but with limited time to develop their own teaching skills. In combination, these challenges have the potential to act as stumbling blocks, both from a teaching and learning perspective. I would suggest that a departure in teaching from theoretical educational models, such as Lea and Street's 'academic literacies model,' including skills, socialisation and academic literacy models simultaneously, could be one of several ways forward to create a learning environment that takes these issues into account.  相似文献

目的 探讨护理本科生学业特权现状,分析其影响因素。方法 2022年3月,课题组成员采用一般资料问卷、学业特权问卷、护生职业认同问卷、主动性人格量表、家庭关怀指数问卷及学业自我效能感问卷,通过问卷星平台对333名江苏省护理本科生进行调查。结果 护生学业特权总分为(24.89±8.82)分。多元线性回归分析显示,毕业后是否选择从事护理相关工作、职业选择自主性、家庭关怀指数、学习能力自我效能感是护理本科生业特权的影响因素(P均<0.05)。结论 护理本科生的学业特权水平偏高,护理教育者应围绕护理本科生学业特权的影响因素采取相应措施,提高其学习主动性,从而降低护生的学业特权水平。  相似文献

近百年来,人类的健康水平、健康需求和健康观念发生了巨大的变化。为了适应这一变化,医疗卫生服务系统的组织和机构也产生了相应改变。而为卫生系统提供人力资源的医学教育更是经历了从以学科为基础的课程设置,到以问题为中心的教学创新,再到以系统为中心、以胜任力为导向的教育系统三次大的改革。与此相应,作为医学教育的载体也从学术型医学、学术型医疗中心向教育研究型卫生系统方向演化。本文简要介绍医学教育改革的过程以及本人对教育研究型卫生系统的理解。  相似文献

AimsTo investigate the mediating role of resilience and academic motivation between academic stress and self-directed learning.BackgroundAcademic stress in nursing students is a well-reported concept that affects resilience, academic motivation and self-directed learning. However, there is a dearth of studies investigating the mediating role of resilience and academic motivation between academic stress and self-directed learning.DesignCross-sectional study and mediation analysis.MethodsNursing students (n = 718) were recruited from five nursing schools via convenience sampling. Four self-report scales (Perception of Academic Stress Scale, Connor and Davidson Resilience Scale, Short Academic Motivation Scale and Self-directed Learning Instrument) were used to collect data from August to December 2022. Pearson’s r, bivariate analysis and multistage regression analyses were employed to analyze the data.ResultsAcademic stress negatively influences nursing students' resilience, academic motivation and self-directed learning. Resilience and academic motivation have a positive impact on self-directed learning. Resilience and academic motivation mediate the relationship between academic stress and self-directed learning, as evidenced by a reduction in the negative impacts of academic stress on nursing students.ConclusionResilience and academic motivation, as mediators, reduce the effects of academic stress on self-directed learning. Nursing educators and administrators should promote programs that strengthen resilience and academic motivation. Thus, improving educational and clinical performance.  相似文献

When nursing students fail and are required to repeat a course in a pre-licensure nursing program, they are at risk for attrition from the nursing program. While nursing student attrition is a problem with recognized consequences to student, school and profession, the incidence of nursing student “repeaters” has had little attention. Introduction

The Institute of Medicine Future of Nursing (2011) report recommended nurses achieve higher levels of education and training through an improved education system that promotes seamless academic progression. The report cited evidence that a higher proportion of BSN prepared RNs in the workforce improves patient outcomes.

Methods

An extensive network of funding and grassroots support from Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and AARP Foundation generated a host of activities to advance progress in this recommendation. Community colleges and universities strengthened strategic partnerships and developed tools to address identified challenges. The community colleges and universities testing academic progression models developed a new model with the potential to accelerate progress by providing community college RN students an option to exit with a BSN (Gerardi, 2017). Building on these successes and using a projection tool (Spetz, 2018), this paper illustrates recommended next steps. Implementing the proposed changes would accelerate progress to 83.9% RNs in the workforce with BSN or higher preparation by 2025 rather than the predicted 64% at the current rate of progress.

Recommendations/Conclusions

Accelerating progress to meet national academic progression goals will require targeted support for increased education capacity at community colleges and universities. Addressing faculty shortages, increased student and faculty diversity, and economic drivers will be essential for success. The strategic action proposal described in this paper can be the essential next step to accelerate progress in this important work.  相似文献

Although pre-registration nursing in the United Kingdom (UK) is moving towards a graduate exit, the vocational/professional debate is still live and continues to be played out in both popular and professional literature. This study considers the nature of contemporary academic communities and the challenge of duality in professional nursing life. More than a decade after the move into higher education (HE) however the role of the academic is still controversial, with much of the debate focussed on the nature of clinical credibility. This article considers the dimensions of academic nursing, reports the views of academics and clinicians and introduces a model of working that could potentially harness and blend the skills of academics and clinicians, nurturing a culture of applied scholarship throughout the professional/academic journey.  相似文献

Aim: The aim of this paper is to present the strategies used in one newly established university School of Nursing and Midwifery in Southern Ireland to develop research capacity. Background: The case study was guided by an agreed strategic plan which included changing the research culture; providing focused and appropriate research training; mentoring of junior staff, employment of an external consultant; provision of funding for PhD progression; and institutional support at all levels. Conclusion: Success is profiled in relation to establishment of research themes, publications, research funding awarded, and numbers of students registered for PhDs. 目的为我院在科研管理、学科建设和人才培养等方面提供决策参考。方法对近三年来疗养院在国内公开发表的医药技学术论文采用文献计量学方法进行统计分析。结果近三年来发表的医药技学术论文数量呈现逐年下降趋势,特别是临床医疗类论文下降明显,平均下降速度达36.0%,且初级技术职称人员发表论文较少。结论疗养院应加强"科技兴院"的教育,增强科研意识,加快人才培养,完善激励机制,营造学术氛围,创造科研条件,促进疗养科研健康发展。  相似文献
