目的研究银屑胶囊抗炎的药理作用。方法用滤纸片包埋法诱发大鼠肉芽肿形成,用二甲苯涂抹小鼠耳廓致炎,测量并计算肉芽肿净重与耳廓肿胀度。结果银屑胶囊1.8g/kg及0.6g/kg灌胃,连续给药10d,可不同程度的抑制大鼠肉芽肿的形成,但与阴性对照组比较,无显著性意义。银屑胶囊1.8g/kg及0.9g/kg灌胃,连续给药3d,1.8g/kg组可显著减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀度。结论银屑胶囊对急性非特异性炎症有一定的抑制作用。银屑胶囊用于银屑病的治疗与其抗炎作用有关。  相似文献

目的观察盆炎洁颗粒的抗炎作用。方法采用小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠角叉菜胶性关节炎及塑料环致大鼠子宫炎症模型。结果连续3d灌胃盆炎洁颗粒7.5g生药/kg、22.5g生药/kg可明显抑制二甲苯性小鼠耳肿胀;灌胃4.5g生药/kg、13.5g生药/kg对大鼠关节炎及子宫炎模型均有明显抑制作用,其抗炎强度与阳性药妇炎康片相似。结论盆炎洁颗粒具有良好的抗炎作用。  相似文献

目的 采用不同动物模型研究金银花提取物的抗炎、免疫作用.方法 测定大鼠角叉菜胶性足肿胀抑制率,小鼠羧甲基纤维素囊中的白细胞数目,大鼠巴豆油性气囊肿抑制率,小鼠单核-巨噬细胞吞噬指数.结果 连续灌胃给药金银花提取物(4,8 g/kg)5 d可显著抑制角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀,减少小鼠羧甲基纤维素囊中白细胞游出数和大鼠巴豆油性气囊肿的形成;金银花提取物(0.2,0.5,1.0.2.0,4.0 g/kg)连续灌胃15 d能显著抑制正常小鼠单核-巨噬细胞的吞噬功能.结论 金银花提取物是一种具有免疫抑制活性的抗炎药物.  相似文献

目的 观察荆防止痒颗粒对实验性皮肤瘙痒模型的影响.方法 荆防止痒颗粒20.28,10.14,5.07 g.kg-1(以生药材计)灌胃给药,连续7 d(小鼠);荆防止痒颗粒12.08,6.04,3.02 g.kg-1(以生药材计)灌胃给药,连续7 d(豚鼠),荆防止痒颗粒14.04,7.02,3.51 g.kg-1(以生药材计)灌胃给药,连续7 d(大鼠).用右旋糖酐诱发小鼠皮肤瘙痒模型,测定小鼠搔痒潜伏时间及搔痒次数;用磷酸组胺诱发豚鼠皮肤瘙痒模型,测定豚鼠致痒阈;用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,测定肿胀度;用灭菌棉球致大鼠肉芽肿,测定肉芽肿湿重、干重.综合评价荆防止痒颗粒对实验性皮肤瘙痒模型的影响.结果 荆防止痒颗粒中剂量组小鼠搔痒潜伏时间明显延长(P<0.01);荆防止痒颗粒高、中、低剂量组小鼠搔痒次数均显著减少(P<0.01).荆防止痒颗粒高、中剂量对磷酸组胺所致豚鼠的局部瘙痒有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01);荆防止痒颗粒高、中剂量对小鼠耳廓肿胀度明显减小(P<0.01);荆防止痒颗粒高、中、低剂量对大鼠肉芽肿湿重、干重均明显减小(P<0.01).结论 荆防止痒颗粒具有显著止痒、抗组胺、抗炎作用,对实验性皮肤瘙痒症具有明显的治疗作用.  相似文献

目的:评价接骨丹胶囊的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、鸡蛋清致大鼠足爪肿胀及大鼠肉芽肿炎症模型,考察接骨丹胶囊的抗炎作用;用小鼠醋酸扭体法和热板法,观察接骨丹胶囊的镇痛作用。结果:接骨丹胶囊灌胃给药。可明显减轻小鼠耳肿胀度,降低鸡蛋清致大鼠足爪肿胀,抑制大鼠肉芽肿;对小鼠醋酸扭体和热板反应均呈剂量相关性镇痛作用。结论:接骨丹胶囊对急慢性炎症反应均有明显的抑制作用,对热和化学刺激引起的疼痛反应有明显的镇痛作用。  相似文献

We have reported that collagen metabolism was improved by the administration of Eucommia ulmoides OLIVER leaf. In this paper, we examine the granuloma maturation and deposition of collagen in the granuloma of rats due to the oral administration of this leaf. After 3 weeks of the oral administration, granuloma formation was induced by the formalin soaked filter paper-pellet method. A week later, the developing granuloma was dissected. Granuloma formation was significantly increased due to ingestion of the dried leaf at a dose of 1.8 g/kg of body weight/d. The collagen content in the granuloma was also significantly increased. In the case of the collagen profile, the pepsin-solubilized collagen content and its relative percentage to the total collagen were significantly higher than in the control. Histochemical examination showed that the granuloma tissues were well developed, and displayed many newly synthesized capillary vessels and a greater quantity of fibroblasts and monocytes in the 1.8 g leaf group. High density lipoprotein (HDL)-cholesterol and triglyceride content in the blood plasma were significantly higher than in the control. These results show that granuloma maturation was accelerated and the energy was supplied from fatty acid metabolism. The administration of Eucommia ulmoides OLIVER leaf may be effective at speeding up the wound healing process.  相似文献

考察接活跌打膏的抗炎及镇痛作用。方法:采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀法、棉球致大鼠肉芽肿法观察接活跌打膏的抗炎作用;小鼠热板法和小鼠醋酸扭体法观察接活跌打膏的镇痛作用。结果:和模型组比较,在给药后2h,接活跌打膏28g·kg^-1和14g·kg^-1药材剂量组可显著抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀(P〈0.05);和正常对照组比较,接活跌打膏28g·kg^-1和14g·kg^-1药材剂量组能抑制大鼠棉球肉芽组织干重(P〈0.05);和正常对照组比较,接活跌打膏28g·kg^-1和14g·kg^-1药材剂量组能显著减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数,在给药后60min,能延长小鼠热板痛阈值(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:接活跌打膏具有显著的抗炎和镇痛作用。  相似文献

The analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Ranunculus japonicus extract after parenteral administration were determined in several animal models. The extract inhibited the mice writhing responses caused by acetic acid and raised the pain thresholds of mice in the hot-plate test. The extract also inhibited the paw edema of rats induced by carrageenin, ear swelling of mice caused by xylene, mice vascular permeability increase induced by acetic acid, and granuloma formation in rats.  相似文献

Hydroalcoholic extract of Schima wallichii Choisy. (Ternstroemiaceae) bark (HESW) was investigated for its anti-inflammatory, antinociceptive, and antipyretic activities. The anti-inflammatory effects of the HESW were assayed by using carrageenan and dextran (acute model) induced paw edema and cotton pellet granuloma assay (chronic model) in experimental rats. Oral administration of HESW at the doses of 150 and 300?mg/kg caused dose-dependent inhibition of carrageenan and dextran induced inflammation. HESW at the doses of 150 and 300?mg/kg caused significant dose-dependent reduction of the granuloma tissue formation in experimental rats. The extract at the oral doses of 50 and 100?mg/kg body weight exhibited significant central and peripheral analgesic activity in acetic acid induced writhing test and hot-plate test respectively in experimental mice. Treatment with HESW at the oral doses of 150 and 300?mg/kg body weight significantly reduced the yeast-provoked elevated body temperature in experimental rats in a dose-dependent manner.  相似文献

目的:研究复方风湿宁注射液镇痛作用。方法:采用热板致痛法,醋酸致痛法和甲醛致痛法观察复方风湿宁注射液的镇痛作用;采用大鼠角叉菜胶性关节炎模型并测定角叉菜胶性关节炎模型大鼠致炎足炎症渗出液中前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量。结果:复方风湿宁注射液显著提高热致痛时小鼠的痛阈值及痛阈提高率,与空白对照组比较(P<0.05);显著减少醋酸致痛时小鼠扭体反应的次数及缩短小鼠扭体反应出现的时间,与空白对照组比较(P<0.01~0.05);显著减少甲醛致痛小鼠在15~30min时相内的舔足时间,与空白对照组比较(P<0.05);显著减少角叉菜胶性关节炎模型大鼠致炎足炎症渗出液中PGE2含量。结论:复方风湿宁注射液具有一定镇痛作用,其机制可能与抑制PGE2合成与释放有关。  相似文献

A methanol extract of Combretum micranthum leaves was studied for anti-inflammatory activity in rats and mice using the carrageenan-induced rat paw oedema and the acetic acid-induced vascular permeability in mice. The effect of the extract on cellular-type inflammation was also investigated in the cotton pellet granuloma in rats. The extract (50, 100 mg/kg) significantly (P < 0.05) inhibited oedema production induced by carrageenan in rats. Increased vascular permeability caused by acetic acid injection was also inhibited by the extract, within the same dose range. C. micranthum extract (100 mg/kg) inhibited granuloma formation in rats to a similar degree as indomethacin (5 mg/kg). These results provide evidence for the anti-inflammatory property of C. micranthum leaves.  相似文献

Abstract: The effect of intragastric ethanol, 7.8 g/kg, on the microsomal enzyme activities NADPH cytochrome c reductase, aminopyrine N-demethylase and aniline hydroxylase, were investigated in two sizes (150 g and 260 g) of mature male rats having free access to food and water for the 23 hours following ethanol administration. Controls received intragastric water and were given free access to food and water (fed controls) or only water (fasted controls). The ethanol group had a significantly lower food intake than the fed control group, and food intake in the large rats was more decreased by ethanol than that of the small rats, corresponding to slower recovery from intoxication. Ethanol and fasting increased aniline hydroxylation and decreased acetone enhancement of aniline hydroxylation to the same degree, whereas only fasting caused a significant decrease in aminopyrine N-demethylation. Some of the effects of acute ethanol intoxication on hepatic microsomal enzyme activities appear to be mediated via decreased food intake.  相似文献

The anti-inflammatory effect of the leaves of Bryonia laciniosa was evaluated using carrageenan, dextran, histamine, serotonin induced rat paw oedema and cotton pellet induced granuloma (chronic) models in rats. In mice, carrageenan peritonitis test was performed for the extract by oral administration. The chloroform extract of Bryonia laciniosa (CEBL) exhibited significant anti-inflammatory effect at the dose 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg. Maximum inhibition (52.4%) was noted at the dose of 200 mg/kg after 3 h of drug treatment in carrageenan induced paw oedema, whereas the indomethacin (standard drug) produced 62.1% of inhibition. The extract exhibited significant anti-inflammatory activity in dextran induced paw oedema in a dose dependent manner. The extract also exhibited significant inhibition on the hind paw oedema in rats caused by histamine and serotonin respectively. In the chronic model (cotton pellet induced granuloma) the CEBL (200 mg/kg) and standard drug showed decreased formation of granuloma tissue by 50.1 and 57.3% (p<0.001) respectively. The extract also inhibited peritoneal leukocyte migration in mice. Thus, the present study revealed that the chloroform extract of Bryonia laciniosa exhibited significant anti-inflammatory activity in the tested models.  相似文献
