目的:构建成人胸腔闭式引流护理质量敏感指标。方法:以“结构-过程-结果”三维结构模型为依据,通过文献检索、专家小组会议形成成人胸腔闭式引流护理质量敏感指标体系草案。采用Delphi法进行两轮专家函询,根据专家意见和建议对条目进行修改,构建成人胸腔闭式引流护理质量敏感指标。结果:最终构建了包括3项一级指标(结构指标、过程指标、结果指标)、9项二级指标和25项三级指标的成人胸腔闭式引流护理质量敏感指标。2轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%,有效率均为100%,专家意见提出率分别为88.2%和5.9%,专家权威系数分别为0.939和0.915。第2轮专家函询各级指标的肯德尔协调系数为0.381~0.494。结论:构建的成人胸腔闭式引流护理质量敏感指标具有科学性、可靠性、专业性及实用性,有利于成人胸腔闭式引流护理质量的持续改进。  相似文献

目的: 构建适用于肺癌放疗患者的跌倒风险评估量表,为临床提供有效的跌倒评估工具。方法: 通过文献回顾、病例讨论及医护调查,建立初始量表条目池,采用德尔菲函询法,对22名专家进行2轮函询,对跌倒高危因素进行指标筛选及权重赋值。结果: 2轮专家函询有效回收率分别为100%、95.2%,专家的权威系数分别为0.880、0.898,专家的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.335、0.458(P<0.001)。经过2轮专家函询,最终制定出具有肺癌放疗专科特点的跌倒风险评估量表。结论: 通过德尔菲法构建的肺癌放疗患者跌倒风险评估量表科学、全面,可用于肺癌放疗患者的跌倒风险评估。  相似文献

目的:构建基于岗位需求的健康管理型护理本科毕业生培养质量评价体系。方法:采用德尔菲专家函询法,结合文献查阅、半结构式访谈法与国家有关人才职业技能标准初步构建培养质量评价指标,基于此形成专家函询表,通过2轮专家函询及学生参与预试验形成毕业生培养质量评价体系。结果:2轮专家问卷回收率均为100%,专家的权威系数为0.855,2轮三级指标的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.275,0.248(均P<0.001)。最终构建的基于岗位需求的健康管理型护理本科毕业生培养质量评价体系包含基础知识要求、职业道德要求、核心技能要求、职业发展能力4个一级指标、10个二级指标、33个三级指标。结论:本研究构建的健康管理型护理本科毕业生培养质量评价体系制定方法科学、内容全面合理,专业特色突出,可为完善健康管理型护理本科生培养方案提供新思路和依据。  相似文献

目的:构建助产专科护士的核心能力评价体系。方法:选择20名专家进行德尔菲专家函询,通过2轮的函询,根据结果筛选体系指标,计算各指标的权重。结果:根据专家函询意见,形成助产专科护士核心能力评价体系,该评价体系共包含5个一级指标,18个二级指标,62个三级指标。2轮专家函询的专家积极系数分别为94.7%和94.4%,权威系数分别为0.86和0.87;第2轮专家函询的肯德尔和谐系数分别为一级指标0.530,二级指标0.445,三级指标0.574(均P<0.05)。结论:本研究构建的助产专科护士核心能力评价体系指标科学,内容全面、针对性强,可以作为助产专科护士培养、使用及评价的参考依据。  相似文献

目的:构建科学、可行的心脏康复专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法:通过文献分析法、半结构质性访谈法初步构建心脏康复专科护士核心能力评价指标体系的各级指标,对15名专家进行2轮德尔菲专家函询。结果:2轮专家函询问卷回收率分别为91.67%、100.00%,专家函询权威系数分别为0.860,0.910,构建了包含4个一级指标、16个二级指标、49个三级指标的心脏康复专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。结论:构建的指标体系具有较高的科学性和实用性,可为心脏康复专科护士的培训、考核与管理提供参考依据。  相似文献

目的:构建消化内科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法:通过文献回顾及专家访谈构建消化内科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系条目池,以德尔菲法对全国三级甲等医院的23名专家进行函询,并对条目进行调整。结果:形成的消化内科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系包括一级指标7项、二级指标24项和三级指标82项。2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率分别为95.83%和91.30%,专家意见提出率分别为69.57%和33.33%,专家权威系数分别为0.852和0.855。第2轮专家函询指标体系中的一级指标、二级指标、三级指标肯德尔协调系数分别为0.385,0.183和0.207(均P<0.001)。结论:本研究构建的消化内科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系具有一定的可靠性和实用性,可以作为消化内科专科护士核心能力评价指标,为优化消化内科专科护士的培养、发展和考核提供参考。  相似文献

目的:基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型(information-motivation-behavioral skills model, IMB)理论框架构建自由体位分娩健康教育方案。方法:基于文献回顾和小组讨论形成自由体位分娩健康教育方案初稿,采用德尔菲专家函询法对湖南省及河南省的15名专家进行德尔菲专家函询,对结果进行统计分析,最后完成方案构建。结果:2轮专家函询的专家积极系数均为100.0%,方案整体权威系数分别为0.85和0.86,2轮专家函询肯德尔系数分别为0.223和0.360,最终形成的健康教育方案包括3个一级项目、12个二级项目、24个三级项目。结论:构建的基于IMB自由体位分娩健康教育方案项目科学合理,可靠性与实用性强,能为临床更好地开展自由体位分娩健康宣教提供理论依据。  相似文献

目的构建四川省伤口/造口/失禁专科护士(WOCN)核心能力评价指标体系。方法运用德尔菲专家咨询法进行两轮评价指标咨询。结果通过两轮专家函询,形成了3个一级指标,14个二个指标,50个三级指标。两轮专家函询的权威系数分别为0.83和0.87,两轮函询结果各级指标的专家协调系数为0.139~0.495。结论四川省WOCN核心能力各级评价指标专家咨询意见趋于一致,专家积极性和权威性高,为四川省WOCN核心能力的评价及考核提供了参考。  相似文献

目的 :基于核心能力培养探讨护理学专业学位硕士研究生课程的构建。方法 :以核心能力本位理论为指导,使用德尔菲法对28位护理学专家进行2轮函询。结果 :两轮函询后专家意见趋于一致,专家权威系数为0.85,两轮意见的Kendall’s W分别为0.553和0.617。最终围绕7种核心能力构建了29门课程以及2门专科相关方向课程。结论 :护理学专业学位硕士研究生课程设置应基于护士职业发展、围绕核心能力构建。  相似文献

AimTo determine the core competencies of clinical internships for international postgraduate nursing students undertaking a two-year professional program in China.BackgroundClinical internship is an important part of nursing education and is the cornerstone for the future training of nursing professionals. However, in terms of providing a basis for the training and assessment of international postgraduate nursing students undertaking a two-year professional program in China, their core competencies of clinical internships have not yet been sufficiently determined.MethodsFocus group interviews and a two-round Delphi method were conducted. The preliminary list of core competencies was determined based on a scoping review and focus group interviews. Subsequently, experts provided suggestions for modifications to the core competencies in two rounds of the Delphi survey. The response rate (RR), composite reliability (Cr), coefficient of variation and Kendall coefficient of indices were calculated.ResultsTwenty experts completed two rounds of Delphi expert consultation and reached consensus on five first-level indices and 13 s-level indices with 27 connotations. The RR values for the two rounds of consultation were 100 %, the Cr values were 0.853 and 0.873 and the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.134–0.250 (p < 0.05).ConclusionThe core competencies identified in this research can provide a basis for further training international postgraduate nursing students undertaking a two-year professional program in China through internship programs. This research also provides a reference for effectively evaluating and improving clinical programs.  相似文献

AimTo explore the basic and core competencies of dental hygienists, construct a systematic and scientific competency framework for dental hygienists taking into account China’s national conditions and provide a theoretical basis for the future training in China and other countries that have not yet established the competencies of dental hygienists.BackgroundThe establishment of dental hygienists role is essential for the public to improve the dental health level. Currently, more than 50 countries around the world have established the role of dental hygienists and defined the core competencies needed by dental hygienists. However, studies on developing a standardized and unified consensus of competencies of dental hygienists are lacking in China.MethodsBased on the literature review and theoretical research, this study explored the theoretical basis and fundamental principle of constructing the competency framework for dental hygienists. Moreover, a correspondence questionnaire on dental hygienists’ competency framework was initially constructed to clarify the specific content of each competency. Finally, the Delphi method was adopted to establish the indicators of the dental hygienists’ competency framework according to the principle of expert selection and inclusion criteria.ResultsThe three rounds of Delphi consultation experts were from nursing, stomatology and management and other fields. Three rounds of Delphi results showed that the expert authority, enthusiasm and coordination coefficients were high. Thereafter, a competency framework of dental hygienists with 4 primary indicators, 15 secondary indicators and 50 tertiary indicators was constructed, which included theoretical knowledge, professional skills, professional abilities and occupational qualities.ConclusionLiterature and theoretical research methods along with Delphi expert consultation were used to construct the competency framework of dental hygienists based on the onion model. The competency framework of dental hygienists was scientific, reasonable and practical, which is consistent with the current health situation in China and has distinct Chinese characteristics. Some of our findings, offer ideas for other developing countries that have not yet set up the role of dental hygienists or are in an initial stage.  相似文献

[目的]:构建基于SERVQUAL模型口腔护理临床教学质量评价体系。从而能够更为客观而全面的评价教学质量,充分体现护生在培训过程中期望与真实感知的差距。[方法]:课题小组通过查阅文献,整理分析后初步拟定基于SERVQUAL模型的问卷框架。并通过小组讨论形成初步设定质量评价的各项指标,运用Delphi法对15名专家进行咨询,通过两轮咨询,构建最终口腔护理临床教学的质量评价体系。[结果]:形成包含5个一级指标、12个二级指标、28个三级条目的评估体系。经2轮专家咨询问卷回收率分别为93.7%和100%,专家权威系数为0.90,第2轮肯德尔和谐系数0.228,高于第1轮0.160。RI值为1.667,CR值为0.000<0.1。[结论]:本研究构建的基于SERVQUAL模型的口腔护理临床教学质量评估体系具有较强的科学性、可靠性和实用性,可为提升临床护理带教质量提供参考。  相似文献

目的 基于Servqual模型构建急诊科急性酒精中毒护理质量评价体系。方法 从Servqual模型5个角度及文献研究的基础上,初步构建急性酒精中毒护理质量评价体系,应用德尔菲法专家咨询后最终确定各级指标,并最后采用优序图法确定各指标权重。结果 经过2轮专家函询后,共形成5项一级指标,13项二级指标和57项三级指标的评价体系;专家积极性较好,分别为93%和89%;专家权威程度较高分别为0.89和0.87;2轮专家协调程度良好(P<0.05),且第2轮W值高于第1轮。结论 本研究基于Servqual模型所构建的急诊科急性酒精中毒护理质量评价体系具有较强的科学性和可靠性,可为提升急性酒精中毒护理质量及改善其预后提供参考依据。  相似文献

AimTo construct an evaluation indicator system for nursing multi-disciplinary team (MDT) clinical practice in China and to provide quantifiable indicators for MDT clinical teaching courses.MethodsBased on relevant literature retrieval and analysis, a evaluation indicator system of nursing MDT clinical teaching quality was preliminarily constructed using the Donabedian. Structure-Process-Outcome model as theoretical guidance. Then, a final indicators content was formed after two rounds of expert consultation and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to determine the weight of indicators at all levels.ResultsThe effective response rate of the questionnaires in two rounds were 95.23% (20/21) and 100% (20/20) respectively, the expert authority coefficient (Cr) were 0.838 and 0.853 respectively and the Kendall's coefficient of concordance (Kendall's W) of indicators at all levels were 0.137–0.612 (P < 0.05). The final evaluation index system consisted of three one-class indicators, 8 s-class indicators and 28 third-class indicators.ConclusionThe study constructed a comprehensive set of evaluation indicator system of nursing MDT clinical practice, which was scientific and reliable and provides reference for the clinical teaching quality evaluation of MDT nursing.  相似文献
