血清酶活性检测在肝病中的价值

目的:联合检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γGT)的血清水平,以探讨四项指标对肝病的诊断价值。方法:均采用连续检测法,测定肝病患者153例,其中急性肝炎(AH)66例;慢性活动性肝炎(CAH)54例;肝硬化(LC)25例;肝癌(HCC)8例。正常体检人群155例。结果:治疗组ALT、AST、ALP、γGT检测结果与正常对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:联合检测血清ALT、AST、ALP和γGT有助于肝病的诊断和疗效观察以及预后的判断。     

急性期病毒性肝炎与血清载脂蛋白APOAI/B的关系

肝脏是脂蛋白和脂质的代谢场所。肝脏疾患可引起血清胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白的降低。了解人体脂蛋白的变化有助于肝脏疾患的诊断和治疗。本文对我院门诊健康体检者208例和住院的急性期病毒性肝炎患者206例同时进行血清载脂蛋白APOAI／B（APOAI／APOB），总胆固醇（TC）丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）及r-谷氨酰转肽酶（GGT），并对APOIA与ALT、GGT的关系加以分析，探讨其在急性期病毒性肝炎中的诊断价值，现分析报告如下。

肝脏肿瘤可为囊性或实性,良性或恶性。大多数患者无临床症状且肝功能正常,常在进行超声波或CT检查时偶然发现。虽然多数为良性肿瘤且无需任何治疗,但对专业人员而言,能够区分需要进一步检查的病变十分重要,可以避免不必要的肝穿刺活组织检查。由于现代影像学和肝脏外科技术的进步,目前大多数肝脏恶性肿瘤能够像良性肿瘤一样被安全地切除,并可能获得根治。

患者男,37岁。因持续性高热8 d,伴纳差、腹胀、恶心欲吐3 d于2004年9月3日入院。自称平素体健,否认肝炎、结核、伤寒等传染病病史,否认药物过敏史,否认饮用不洁物。体检:体温39·7℃,呼吸20次/m in,脉搏76次/m in,血压120/70 mm Hg。神志清,表情淡漠,急性病容,全身皮肤未见玫瑰
