The present paper reports the results of 65 hypertension patients treated with pene-tration needling(point through point method in acupuncture). For comparison, other ps cases ofhypertension were treated with routine needling method.Changes of blood pressure were ob-served before, during and after treatment. Results showed that the hypotensive effect of the pen-etration needling was significantly superior to that of the routine acupuncture(P<0.05).Thefollowing-up survey 3 months after treatment showed significant differences between two groupsand between post-treatment and pre-treatment in each group in the mean vahes of systolic and di-astolic pressure(P<0.05).It reveals that acupuncture has a good hypotensive action, and thepenetration needling is of a certain long-term therapeutic effect.  相似文献

In the present study, the therapeutic effect of penetration needling was observed in 120cases facial paralysis patients and compared with that of the routine needling in another105cases.Re-sults showed that though no significant difference was found between these two groups in the therapeu-tic effect, the acupoints used were fewer in penetration needling group and its effect on tear and poste-rior-auricular pain was superior to that of routine needling.  相似文献

Objective: To search for an effective therapy in treating peripheral facial paralysis. Methods: One hundred and eight patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 68) and control group (n = 40). The multi-directional needling technique was used by selecting Jiache (颊车 ST 6), Yangbai (阳白 GB 14) and Dicang (地仓 ST 4) in the treatment group, and the traditional acupuncture technique with conventional needle selection was used in the control group. The treatment was given once daily with 10 treatments constituting a therapeutic course, and 2 courses of treatment were given in both the groups. Results: After the treatment, of the 68 and 40 cases in treatment and control groups, 56 (82.3%) and 28 (70.0%) were cured, 11 (16.2%) and 8 (20.0%) improved in clinical symptoms and signs, 1 (1.5%) and 4 (10.0%) failed, with the total effective rate being 98.5% and 90.0% respectively, and the therapeutic effect of treatment group was significantly superior to that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The multi-directional needling is an effective therapy for treating peripheral facial paralysis.  相似文献

198 cases of cerebral infarction diagnosed clinically.by means of CT scan wereselected, and the therapeutic effects obtained with the methods of opposing and non-opposing needlingwere compared, The primary points included Head-Linqi(GB 15) and Zhengying(GB 17) (penetra-tion needling), Fengchi(GB 20), Neiguan (PC 6), qnd Yinlingquan (SP 9). While the supplemen-tary points were Jiquan (HT 1 ), Xiaohai (SI 8), Huantiao (GB 30), Yinmen (BL 37), Sanyinjiao(SP 6), and Taixi (KI 3). It was found that the radical cure rate in the group treated with opposingneedling was 57%, while that in the group with non-opposipg needling was 34%. The difference oftherapeutic effects between the two groups was of statistical significance (P<0.01 ). It indicates thatopposing needling is superior to non-opposing needling in elevating cure rates and reducing sequelae.  相似文献

In the present paper, the authors sum up results of acupuncture treatment of 35 cases of facial spasm.Of the 35 cases, 14 were male and 21 female, ranging in age from 19 to 62 years and in the disease duration from 1 week to 21 years. Shallow needling was applied to the surrounding region of Ahshi points (the twitching locus), Hegu (LI 4), Taichong (LR 3), etc., once daily, 4 weeks altogether. In addition, according to syndrome differentiation, other acupoints as Fengchi (GB 20), Waiguan (TE 5), Zusanli (ST 36), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), etc. were supplemented. After treatment, out of the 35 cases, 26 (74.3%) were cured, 5 ( 14.3% ) experienced markedly improvement, and the rest 4 ( 11.4% ) cases had a certain degree of amelioration. The key point for treating facial spasm is applying shallow needling around the twitching muscles.  相似文献

Two step regulating acupuncture therapy was employed in the treatment of 96patients with intractable facial paralysis and the therapeutic effects of the method is compared withthat in 40 patients in control. In the first step, strong regulating acupuncture was applied at Meixin(EXtra),upper Taiyang (EX-HN 5) and Xiaguan (ST 7) points in the affected face.In the secondstep, weak regulating acupuncture was used at Dicang (ST 4) and Sibai (ST 2) points in the healthface. It was revealed that among the 96 patients,37 cases (38. 5%) were cured,57 cases (59. 4%)markedly improved,2 cases (2.1%) improved with a total effective rate of 100%.The effective ratewas statistically different (P<0. 005) from that in the control. The results indicate that the method issuperior to the ordinary manipulation in treating intractable facial paralysis.  相似文献

In the present paper, the therapeutic effect of hand acupuncture, moxibustion and electroacupuncture (EA) is observed in the treatment of 46 cases of peripheral facial paralysis(treatment group)and compared with that of Western medicines(prednisone,Vitamin B1 and B12,dibazol)in other 42 facial palsy patients.Acupoints used are Fenchi(GB20),Yifeng(TE17),Taiyang(LR3),Yangbai(GB14),Cuanzhu(BL2),Yingxiang(LI20),Dicang(ST4),Shuigou(GV26),Chengjiang(CV24),Xiaguan(ST7)and jiache(ST6),Following 20-30 sessions of treatment, results show that the therapeutic effect of treatment group is significantly superior to that of Western medicine group and the therapeutic duration of the former group is shorter.  相似文献

121 cases of ischemic stroke were randomly divided into CT-aided surrounding needling group (CTASN, 61 cases) and scalp Acupuncture group (SA, 60 cases). After 30 sessions of treatment the therapeutic results of the two groups are significantly different (P<0.05), the therapeutic effect of CTASN group is better than that of SA group. The plasma contents of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a of the two groups change considerably after acupuncture treatment, the change in CTASN group is more obvious.  相似文献

Objective: To observe the correlation between needling stimulation quantity and the therapeutic effect of acupuncture in the treatment of early stage of peripheral facial palsy. Methods: Sixty-three peripheral facial palsy patients were randomized into treatment group (n=33) and control group (n=30). In treatment group, Taiyang (EX-PIN 5), Jingrning (BL 1) and Hegu (LI 4) were punctured with gauge-36 acupuncture needles and stimulated with light twirling-reinforcing method (about 200 times/min), the acupuncture needles were retained for 20 min. In addition, moxibustion was also applied to Fengchi (GB 20) and Qianzheng (EX-HN 17) following puncturing them with gauge-30 filiform needles. In control group, conventional twirling-reducing method (about 60 times/min) was applied to Yangbai (GB 14), Cuanzhu (BL 2), Sizhukong (TE 23), etc., following puncturing them with gauge-28 filiform needles. Additionally, thermal needle was applied to Fengchi (GB 20),tained for 40 min. Results: Following 10 days‘‘ treatment,Yifeng (TE 17) and Jiache (ST 6), with the needles retained for 40 min,Results:Following 10 days‘‘ treatment,of the 33 and 30 cases in treatment and control groups, 21 (63.0%) and 12 (40.0%) were cured, 7(21.1% ) and 5 (16.7%) had remarkable improvement, 4 (12.1%) and 9 (30.0%) were effective, and 1 (3.0%) and 4 ( 13.3% ) failed in the treatment, with the cure plus markedly effective rates being 84.8% and 56.7% respectively. Statistical analysis shews that in acupuncture treatment of early stage of facial palsy, light stimulation is superior to that of heavy stimulation in the therapeutic effect.  相似文献
