目的探讨不同粘接剂对二氧化锆桩与根管内牙本质粘接强度的影响。方法将60颗完整无龋坏的离体上颌中切牙自釉牙骨质界处截断牙冠,根管桩道预备,制作二氧化锆桩核。60颗牙随机分为6组,分别用磷酸锌水门汀、聚羧酸锌水门汀、玻璃离子水门汀i、Bond加LuxaCore双固化树脂、RelyX Unicem树脂、32%磷酸加ESPE RelyX Unicem树脂粘固二氧化锆桩核。万能力学试验机进行推出测试,记录粘接强度,并对数据行统计学分析。结果 32%磷酸加ESPE RelyX Unicem树脂组、ESPE RelyX Unicem树脂组i、Bond加Luxa Core树脂组、聚羧酸锌水门汀组、玻璃离子水门汀组、磷酸锌水门汀组的二氧化锆桩粘接强度分别为(15.06±1.80)MPa、(11.57±1.33)MPa(、10.42±1.24)MPa(、7.30±1.05)MPa(、6.99±0.87)MPa(、3.97±0.95)MPa,固位力依次降低。其中32%磷酸加ESPE RelyX Unicem树脂组的固位力显著高于其他组,两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);ESPE RelyX Unicem树脂组与Luxa Core树脂组之间(P=0.590),聚羧酸锌组和玻璃离子组之间(P=0.490)的差异均无统计学意义;磷酸锌水门汀的粘接强度最低,与其它组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论临床粘固二氧化锆桩,树脂类粘接剂固位力较强,自粘接系统加用酸蚀技术可以显著提高二氧化锆桩在根管内的粘接强度。  相似文献

目的:实验评价牙本质粘接处理剂对自粘接树脂水门汀和树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀(RMGIC)的牙本质微拉伸粘接强度的影响.方法:选用离体人无龋第三恒磨牙24颗,用低速切片机垂直于牙体长轴方向将磨牙冠(牙合)中1/3交界线处切开待用.实验组牙本质表面涂布牙本质粘接处理剂,对照组不涂粘接处理剂.后将试样分别用自粘接树脂水门汀(Unicem,3M ESPE;seT PP,SDI)或树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀(Fuji CEM,GC)原位对位粘接.水浴中储存24h后,用低速切片机把样本切割成约1mm×1mm×8mm条状,随后进行微拉伸测试.用扫描电镜观察粘接界面形貌.结果:无论是否使用粘接处理剂,Unicem的牙本质粘接强度显著高于seT PP 和Fuji CEM(P <0.01).与对照组相比,实验组的粘接强度显著提高(P <0.05).结论:粘接处理剂表面处理增强自粘接树脂水门汀及树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀的牙本质粘接强度.  相似文献

目的 研究不同粘接剂对氧化铝渗透陶瓷基底冠微渗漏的影响。方法 选择40个离体磨牙,常规制作氧化铝渗透陶瓷基底冠,随机分为玻璃离子、树脂加强型玻璃离子、树脂粘接剂和自粘接树脂组。在进行微渗漏实验前对样本进行冷热循环。采用染料渗入法测定冠边缘微渗漏情况,进行统计分析。结果 4种粘接剂粘接氧化铝渗透陶瓷基底冠的边缘微渗漏不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),65%的基底冠发生了微渗漏。结论 树脂粘接剂边缘微渗漏少,是粘接氧化铝渗透陶瓷基底冠的理想材料。  相似文献

目的:探讨离体乳牙预备后不同修复方式微渗漏差异。方法:将20颗乳前牙及20颗乳磨牙均随机分为两组,各组中又随机分为4组即树脂充填组、贴面预成冠(金属预成冠)修复组、全瓷预成冠修复玻璃离子水门汀粘固组及全瓷预成冠修复BioCem树脂粘固组,测定样本微渗漏程度。结果:与复合树脂充填相比,预成冠修复后微渗漏降低(P<0.05);全瓷预成冠修复玻璃离子水门汀粘固微渗漏低于贴面预成冠(金属预成冠)修复(P>0.05);全瓷预成冠修复BioCem粘固微渗漏要明显低于全瓷预成冠修复玻璃离子水门汀粘固(P<0.05)。结论:乳牙离体牙预备修复后,冠修复微渗漏程度明显低于充填术,且BioCem树脂粘固的全瓷预成冠微渗漏最小,临床上值得推广及应用。  相似文献

目的 观察使用磷酸锌水门汀(ZPC),玻璃离子水门汀(GIC)和复合树脂粘接剂(CRC)对钴铬烤瓷合金基底冠边缘微渗漏的影响。方法 选择32个离体磨牙,常规制作钴铬烤瓷合金基底冠。随机分为ZPC组,GICⅠ组(不涂凡士林),GICⅡ组(涂凡士林)和CRC组。其中一半标本进行冷热循环。均采用染料渗入法测定冠边缘微渗漏值,并进行统计分析。结果 冷热循环前,GICⅡ组显著小于GICⅠ组和ZPC组。冷热循环后,四组的微渗漏值较循环前均有显著增加,GICⅠ组和GICⅡ组显著小于ZPC组。冷热循环前后,CRC组均显著小于其他三组。结论 CRC对修复体和牙预备体之间微间隙的封闭能力要优于ZPC和GIC。  相似文献

目的比较树脂加强型玻璃离子、传统玻璃离子、磷酸锌水门汀3种粘接剂粘固正畸带环的粘接效果。方法选择30例戴用固定矫治器的患者,120颗第一磨牙随机分成3组,采用自身对照的方法分别用树脂加强型玻璃离子、传统玻璃离子、磷酸锌水门汀3种粘接剂粘接带环,比较2周、3个月、6个月的带环脱落率。结果3种粘接剂带环脱落率中树脂加强型玻璃离子最低,磷酸锌水门汀最高。经,检验,6个月后,树脂加强型玻璃离子、传统玻璃离子分别同磷酸锌水门汀之间差异有统计学意义,而前两者间差异无统计学意义。结论树脂加强型玻璃离子是粘接带环的较好材料。  相似文献

目的:评价脱敏剂对水门汀边缘封闭性的影响.方法:对48 颗离体牙进行牙体预备,暴露牙本质,随机分为4组:聚羧酸锌水门汀组、玻璃离子水门汀组、树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀组、树脂水门汀组,每组根据脱敏剂不同再分为Gluma小组、SingleBond2小组、BisBlock小组和对照小组.应用水门汀粘固树脂被粘体于脱敏处理后的牙本质表面.每小组3 个样本.所有样本在50% 硝酸银溶液中渗透6 h,荧光显影12 h 后剖开,测量显微镜下记录银离子渗透距离.采用SPSS 13.0统计软件对实验数值进行分析,取α=0.05.结果:SingleBond2组的微渗漏最低;Gluma脱敏剂减少了树脂和玻璃离子水门汀的微渗漏;BisBlock 使树脂和玻璃离子水门汀的微渗漏增加.结论:SingleBond2表现出最好的封闭效果;Gluma和Bisblock脱敏剂对微渗漏的影响与联用的水门汀相关.  相似文献

目的 比较树脂加强型玻璃离子和自粘接树脂型水门汀粘接剂对氧化锆全瓷冠的临床粘接效果.方法 选取66例患者100颗需要进行氧化锆全瓷冠修复的患牙,随机分为两组(n=50),分别采用3M RelyXTMLuting树脂加强型玻璃离子粘固剂(RelyX L组)和3M RelyXTM U200通用自粘接树脂水门汀(RelyX U组)粘接.两年后复查,检查修复体的固位情况及边缘密合性,比较两组修复的成功率.结果 RelyX L组修复成功率98.0%;RelyX U组修复成功率100.0%,两组间差异无统计学意义.结论 在进行氧化锆全瓷冠修复时,采用树脂加强型玻璃离子和自粘接树脂型水门汀粘接剂均能取得良好的临床粘接效果.  相似文献

This study examined the sealing of two visible light-cured glass ionomer restorative materials and a conventional glass ionomer. Class V cavity preparations were completed at the cementoenamel junction on the facial and lingual surfaces of extracted human molars. The cavity preparations were restored with either VariGlass VLC, GC Fuji II LC, or GC Fuji II glass ionomer cements. The restored teeth were thermocycled, immersed in fuchsin dye for 24 hours, sectioned, and evaluated with a measuring microscope. No microleakage occurred at the enamel/glass ionomer or dentin/glass ionomer cement interfaces of any samples, but the enamel adjacent to the VariGlass glass ionomer cement restorations exhibited crazing and staining.  相似文献

Very limited comparative information about the microleakage in noble alloy full cast crowns luted with different types of adhesive resin cements is available. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the microleakage and marginal gap of two self-adhesive resin cements with that of other types of adhesive luting cements for noble alloy full cast crowns. Fifty noncarious human premolars and molars were prepared in a standardized manner for full cast crown restorations. Crowns were made from a noble alloy using a standardized technique and randomly cemented with five cementing agents as follows: 1) GC Fuji Plus resin-modified glass ionomer cement, 2) Panavia F 2.0 resin cement, 3) Multilink Sprint self-adhesive resin cement, 4), Rely X Unicem self-adhesive resin cement with pretreatment, and 5) Rely X Unicem with no pretreatment. The specimens were stored in distilled water at 37°C for two weeks and then subjected to thermocycling. They were then placed in a silver nitrate solution, vertically cut in a mesiodistal direction and evaluated for microleakage and marginal gap using a stereomicroscope. Data were analyzed using a nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis test followed by Dunn multiple range test at a p<0.05 level of significance. The Rely X Unicem (with or with no pretreatment) exhibited the smallest degree of microleakage at both tooth-cement and cement-crown interfaces. The greatest amount of microleakage was found for Panavia F 2.0 resin cement followed by GC Fuji Plus at both interfaces. No statistically significant difference in the marginal gap values was found between the cementing agents evaluated (p>0.05). The self-adhesive resin cements provided a much better marginal seal for the noble alloy full cast crowns compared with the resin-modified glass ionomer or dual-cured resin-based cements.  相似文献

目的:研究4种玻璃离子类水门汀对ITI种植系统标准颈粘接固位基台和金属内冠之间的粘接力。方法将10只金属内冠与10只I T I标准颈粘接固位基台分别使用以下4种水门汀进行交叉粘固:A组为玻璃离子水门汀(日本);B组为树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀(美国);C组为暂时粘固用玻璃离子水门汀(日本);D组为玻璃离子水门汀(德国);粘固后测试并记录样本粘接力(N),同时观察并记录粘固界面的断裂模式,最后,对粘接力进行统计学处理。所有内冠和基台经清洗后重复使用。结果4种水门汀的粘接力及由大至小的排列顺序为C组(183.6±29.4) N〉D组(153.4±36.2) N〉B组(144.4±41.1) N〉A组(109.9±25.7)N,其中C组的粘接力最高,A组的粘接力最低,A组显著低于其它3种水门汀(P〈0.05)。对样本的断裂面观察显示,A组和D组样本断裂面发生在水门汀和基台表面之间,而B组和C组样本的断裂面则呈现混合断裂的模式。结论2种玻璃离子水门汀和树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀都具有临床可接受的粘接力,而暂时粘固用玻璃离子水门汀因粘接力太大,不适用对种植牙冠进行暂时粘固。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of ultrasonic instrumentation on composite resin restorations lined with glass ionomer cement by measuring the extent of dye penetration at the restoration/tooth interface. Preparations, 2.0 mm in diameter and 2.5 mm in depth, were made with a 331 bur in 96 human molar teeth without a bevel. The teeth were restored with glass ionomer cement liners (Shofu) and one of two types of composite resin (Silux and P-30). Half of the samples were ultrasonically instrumented for 10 s. The teeth were immersed in 0.5% methylene blue dye solution and vertically sectioned. Microleakage was scored visually using a scale of 0 to 4. Statistical comparisons were made with chi 2 analysis and the Mann-Whitney U-test at the P less than 0.05 level. Microleakage was significantly different between both resin types (P less than 0.001), and between the lined and unlined resins (P less than 0.001) that were instrumented, particularly in the P-30 restorations. Although P-30 restorations exhibited much less microleakage than Silux, the use of a glass ionomer liner did not reliably reduce microleakage in either type of material after instrumentation with an ultrasonic device.  相似文献

This in vitro study assessed the marginal microleakage on class V cavities prepared with aluminum oxide air abrasion and restored with different glass ionomer cements. The cavities were prepared on the buccal and lingual surfaces of 15 sound third molars with an air- abrasion device (Kreativ Mach 4.1; New Image) using a 27.5-microm aluminum oxide particle stream, and were assigned to 3 groups of 10 cavities each. The restorative materials were: group I, a conventional glass ionomer cement (Ketac-Fil); groups II and III, resin-modified glass ionomer cements (Vitremer R and Fuji II LC, respectively). After placement of the restorations, the teeth were stored in distilled water at 37 degrees C for 24 h, polished and then submitted to a thermocycling regimen of 500 cycles, isolated, immersed in 0.2% Rhodamine B solution for 24 h, included and serially sectioned. Microleakage was assessed by viewing the specimens under an optical microscope connected to a color video camera and a computer. The images obtained were digitized and analyzed for microleakage using software that allows for a standard quantitative assessment of dye penetration in millimeters. Statistical analysis was done using the Kruskall-Wallis and Wilcoxon tests. Means of dye penetration (%) were: occlusal - I: 25.76 +/- 34.35, II: 20.00 +/- 42.16, III: 28.25 +/- 41.67; cervical - I: 23.72 +/- 41.84; II: 44.22 +/- 49.69, III: 39.27 +/- 50.74. No statistically significant differences (p>0.05) were observed among either the glass ionomer cements or the margins. In conclusion, class V cavities restored with either conventional or resin-modified glass ionomer cements after preparation with aluminum oxide air abrasion did not show complete sealing at the enamel and dentin/cementum margins.  相似文献

目的建立纵折后牙粘接模型,研究Super-Bond C&B粘接剂和IBond自酸蚀粘接剂对纵折后牙的粘接效果。方法选择新鲜拔除的完整人磨牙40颗,制成后牙纵折模型,随机分为2组,每组20颗,分别用Super-Bond C&B粘接剂和IBond自酸蚀粘接剂粘接断裂面,将粘好的折裂牙试样在37℃生理盐水中放置24h后,检测其剪切强度。结果 IBond粘接剂的剪切强度是(10.65±1.49)MPa,Super-Bond C&B粘接剂的剪切强度是(19.48±2.57)MPa,差异有统计学意义(t=13.29,P〈0.05)。立体显微镜观察显示,所有试件破坏均表现为牙本质与粘接剂界面之间的断裂,未见有牙本质的内聚破坏发生。结论 Super-Bond C&B粘接剂的牙本质粘接强度高于IBond粘接剂。  相似文献

SUMMARY This study investigated the effect of loading on the bond strength to dentin and microleakage of MOD indirect composite restorations bonded with self-adhesive and self-etching resin cements with or without acid etching of the proximal enamel margins. Class II MOD cavities were prepared in 48 molar teeth into dentin and divided into three groups of 16 teeth. Impressions were taken and indirect composite inlays fabricated (Estenia C & B). The enamel margins of the proximal boxes of half the specimens were phosphoric acid etched, and the inlays were cemented with one of three cements (Panavia F 2.0, SA Cement, or Rely X Unicem). After luting, eight teeth in each cement group were mechanically loaded at 2.5 cycles/s for 250,000 cycles. Unloaded teeth acted as controls. Teeth were stored in Rhodamine B solution for 24 hours, sectioned buccolingually at the proximal boxes to examine microleakage using confocal microscopy, and further sectioned for μTBS testing of the resin-dentin interface. Analysis of variance was performed to assess the effect of loading and acid etching on microleakage and bond strength. Acid etching had no effect on microleakage. No significant difference in the dentin bond strengths between the three cements existed after loading. Panavia F 2.0 exhibited a significant reduction in bond strength. With regard to microleakage at the proximal boxes, loading had no effect on dye penetration at the cavity floor. However, at the axial walls, loading had a significant deleterious effect on Panavia F 2.0. No difference in microleakage existed between the three cements at both sites before and after loading. In conclusion, the two tested self-adhesive cements exhibited similar bond strengths before and after loading to the self-etching resin cement. Loading reduced dentin bond strengths and increased microleakage at the resin-dentin interface. However, acid etching of the enamel margins had no significant effect on microleakage in the approximal regions of the bonded inlays.  相似文献

目的:从临床疗效、牙周愈合情况两方面探索微创拔牙技术对拔牙再植法治疗纵折后牙成功率影响。方法:来我院诊治的符合适应症的纵折后牙共50例进行拔牙再植法的治疗,局麻下拔除折裂牙,其中25例常规拔牙作为对照组,25例使用微创拔牙,然后在体外粘结,再植入牙槽窝,术后2周临时冠修复。定期复查,根据临床表现、牙周状况分级,统计分析。结果:拔牙过程中,对照组断根2例,而微创组无断根,2年随访成功率分别为对照组56%和微创组84%,对照组牙周膜愈合(4%)明显少于骨粘连愈合(72%),而微创组牙周膜愈合达44%,与骨粘连愈合(52%)接近。结论:拔牙再植法是一种保存纵折后牙的有效方法,微创拔牙技术有利于再植后的牙周愈合及预后。  相似文献
