目的:对5种马兜铃科中药饮片及配方颗粒(由相应批次的中药饮片制成)所含马兜铃酸A进行含量测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,YMC-Pack C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇(A)-0.05%磷酸溶液(B),检测波长250nm,流速0.8 mL.min-1,柱温30℃。结果:5种马兜铃科中药饮片(各3批)中马兜铃酸A平均质量分数分别为关木通4.18mg.g-1,马兜铃0.77 mg.g-1,蜜马兜铃0.46 mg.g-1,青木香0.86 mg.g-1,寻骨风0.53 mg.g-1;5种中药配方颗粒(n=3)马兜铃酸A平均质量分数分别为关木通1.16 mg.g-1,马兜铃0.31 mg.g-1,蜜马兜铃0.10 mg.g-1,青木香0.39 mg.g-1,寻骨风0.03 mg.g-1。结论:建立的方法对多种含马兜铃酸A药材与配方颗粒具有较好的适应性,可以用于其含量测定;中药配方颗粒的制作工艺对中药饮片的成分有一定影响,有必要建立相关生产监控标准、质量控制标准,用来保证中药配方颗粒的质量。 相似文献

目的:利用UPLC-QQQ-MS建立复杂中药基质中马兜铃酸Ⅰ的定性定量测定方法。方法:以马兜铃科中药材及其易于混淆的中药材为研究对象,色谱分离使用Agilent ZORBAX XDB-C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,3.5μm),流动相0.2%甲酸水溶液-甲醇梯度洗脱,流速0.2 m L·min~(-1),柱温35℃,采用电喷雾离子源(ESI源),正离子模式下,多反应监测模式(MRM)检测,以吲哚美辛为内标计算浓度。结果:马兜铃酸Ⅰ质量浓度在21.65~1 732μg·L~(-1)线性关系良好(r=0.997 2),加样回收率为82.87%~89.22%,平均加样回收率86.07%(n=6),RSD 2.5%,精密度及方法重复性均良好。基于这个方法笔者将从全国各地收集来的中药材进行定向马兜铃酸Ⅰ含量的检测,结果精准可信。结论:该方法简便,快速,灵敏度高,专属性强,可以用于含有或者可能含有马兜铃酸Ⅰ成分中药材的检测。结果表明,不同种类药材中马兜铃酸Ⅰ的含量差异明显,尤以朱砂莲中马兜铃酸Ⅰ含量最高。同时,该检测结果也可为马兜铃科中药材中马兜铃酸Ⅰ的限量及其合理使用提供实验基础和参考依据。 相似文献

中药遗传毒性研究是中药安全性研究的重要组成部分。我国中药的遗传毒性研究起步较晚,在20世纪70年代以后逐步得到重视。目前发展较为成熟的遗传毒性评价方法主要有以遗传基因突变为指标的试验(细菌回复突变试验、小鼠淋巴瘤tk试验)、以染色体畸变为指标的试验(微核试验、染色体畸变试验)和以DNA损伤为指标的试验(单细胞凝胶电泳检测)3种。 该文结合中药特点就现代中药遗传毒性研究进展、遗传毒性评价方法、中药遗传毒性评价存在的问题及解决方法、新技术在遗传毒性评价中的应用等内容进行综述。 相似文献

The rediscovery of ancient Chinese herbal formulas 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This review presents some recent discoveries of ancient Chinese herbal formulas evolved through thousands of years of clinical practice. It appears that many of the ancient combination formulas have sound scientific basis through modern pharmacological evaluation. Significant chemical changes occurred during the preparation (decoction) process of a prescribed herbal formula. For example, some toxic ingredients were significantly reduced and new active compounds generated due to the chemical interactions among the ingredients. Many combination formulas showed significantly better pharmacological results than individual herbal medicines participated in the formula. These findings suggest that the current drug screening and regulatory methodology will not be appropriate for the development of a botanical drug containing a group of phytochemicals, in which a synergistic interaction from chemical ingredients plays a fundamental role in the treatment of disease. If we view a diseased state in a holistic and dynamic way, i.e. it involves interactions among many biological systems in human body and these interactions change as the disease improves or worsens, the treatment of such disease with a single chemical entity may not be logical or technically feasible. Combination formulas may hold the potential to become the therapeutics of choice in the future due to the synergistic effect and dynamic adjustment achieved by the multiple ingredients that will restore the balance of an imbalanced or diseased human body. 相似文献

Gut microflora has become a topic of interest in life sciences in the context of global systems biology, in which human biological system is viewed as ‘superorganisms’ involving an internal ecosystem of diverse microbiome. We conceive that multi‐pathway modulations of the human gut microbial system exerted by traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) to restore the balance of the gut ecology may account for a large portion of their effectiveness in host during treatment. Such a concept is evidenced by series of studies which have revealed an interactive relationship between gut microflora and TCM, involving the two important aspects: gut microflora‐dependent drug metabolism in TCM and gut microflora‐targeted modulation of physiological conditions, both of which highlight the significance of gut microflora involvement in the future TCM investigation. 就近年来中草药在治疗呼吸道合胞病毒感染方面的实验研究文献进行整理,结合临床疗效,按照中草药、中药复方及其单体化学成分对其进行归纳分析。总结得到了具有抗RSV活性的中草药、中药复方及其单体化学成分。目前对于其有效部位、作用机制及实验方法的研究仍需进一步深入。中草药对治疗呼吸道合胞病毒感染有独特优势,需进一步开发利用。 相似文献

根据中药材培植及其质量评价管理的现实情况,提出了关于中药材的培植、加工及生产模式的建议。中药材不宜继续作为农副产品处理,其培植产业目前交由农业部门管理;建议中药材可作为中医药产品原料处理,其培植产业可由中医药部门负责管理。中药材可作为多种中医药产品的原料,不同用途的中药材的质量管理方式应各有特色。中药材的品种提倡"仿野生生态培植";任何改变中药材的自然生长环境,使其次生代谢产物产生变异而培植的生物体不能再称之为中药材,只能称之为天然产物。以此类天然产物为原料生产的"药品"不能称之为中药,只能称之为天然药物。建议通过"中药标准化行动"项目的实施和完善,建立标准中药饮片库。 相似文献

?Neural stem/progenitor cells (NSCs) could be attractive therapeutic targets for promoting adult neurogenesis, brain plasticity, and repair in
stroke and neurodegenerative diseases, raising great potentials for regeneration therapy. In adult ischemic brains, NSCs have limited capacities
of growth, differentiation, and generating new neurons for repairing the damaged central nervous system. However, the spontaneous brain repair
seems to be insufficient to recover neurological deficits in most stroke cases. To overcome those problems, pharmacological manipulations
targeting on endogenous NSCs or transplanted stem cells could be a promoting strategy for regeneration therapy. Chinese herbal medicine
has great potentials for developing novel therapeutic strategies for adult neurogenesis and brain repair in poststroke treatment. Chinese herbal
medicine has a long history for poststroke treatment. Recent studies create great opportunity for drug discovery for promoting neurogenesis
and improving the recovery of neurological functions in poststroke treatment. Many active compounds or extracts from medicinal herbs have
shown promising effects on regulating proliferation, self-renewal and differentiation of NSCs, and promoting neural network formation as
well as neurological functional recovery with in vitro and in vivo experimental evidence. Therefore, targeting neural stem/progenitor cells
can be an important opportunity for the studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine in regeneration medicine. Due to the complex interactions of

目的:探讨中药调剂管理过程中,中药配方颗粒与中药饮片的应用效果差异。方法:对医院开具的中药处方情况以及23名工作人员和200例患者的调查结果进行分析,探讨中药调剂管理过程中,中药配方颗粒与中药饮片的应用效果差异。结果:使用中药配方颗粒的发药出错率和调配出错率均少于使用中药饮片的方式(P<0.05)。在对23名药房工作人员的调查结果中显示,工作人员对于中药配方颗粒的每项态度均优于中药饮片(P<0.05)。在对200名患者的调查结果中显示,患者对于中药配方颗粒的每项态度均优于中药饮片(P<0.05)。结论:在中药调剂的管理过程中,中药配方颗粒的管理方式具有较多的优势,得到患者与医务工作者双方的认可。 相似文献
