目的编制护护关系量表,并检验其信效度,为进一步研究护护关系提供可靠测量工具。方法编制具有4个维度26个条目的初始量表,选取某地区3所医院的174名护士进行预调查,收集的数据用来进行项目分析和探索性因子分析,选取护士372名作为正式调查对象,对问卷的内部一致性、重测信度和结构效度进行检验。结果确定量表包含4个维度21个条目,量表总体Cronbach'sα系数为0.904,4个维度的Cronbach'sα系数0.839~0.909;两周后重测,总体量表、各维度和各个条目的重测信度均在0.7以上;验证性因子分析显示,除AGFI外,其余各拟合指标均在要求范围内。结论编制的护护关系量表具有良好的信度与效度,可以作为研究护护关系的可靠测量工具。  相似文献

目的:进行护士组织公民行为量表信度、效度的初步检验。方法:采用目的抽样法,选择317例护士进行问卷调查和34例护士进行2周重测调查,调查工具为前期研究编制的护士组织公民行为量表;通过探索性因子分析、内部一致性和重测信度分析进行量表结构探索和信度检验。结果:通过9轮的探索性因子分析,删除8个条目,保留24个条目,提取公因子5个,分别为自我发展、责任意识、主动服务、帮助同事和组织认同;公因子的累积方差解释率为64.14%,各条目在公因子的载荷范围为0.513~0.814;量表总体及各维度的Cronbach’sα值分别为0.934、0.897、0.813、0.802、0.813、0.809;量表的重测信度系数为0.74(P0.001)。结论:通过9轮探索性因子分析构建的24个条目护士组织公民行为量表,具有较好的结构效度、内部一致性和重测稳定性。  相似文献

目的以文献研究为基础,参照国外现有的专业价值观量表,研制具有良好信效度的专业价值观评定量表。方法编制量表初稿,通过专家效度分析对条目进行修订,对护理专业学生和护士共360例进行调查,运用探索性因子分析方法检验量表的结构效度,并进行量表的信度分析。结果探索性因素分析结果表明专业价值观量表包含关怀照顾、利他主义、正直、行动主义、专业主义5个因子共31个条目。专业价值观量表总及各因素的内部一致性系数为0.729~0.934,重测信度系数为0.651,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论本研究所编制的护理专业价值观量表具有较好的信效度,可用于测量护理专业学生和护士的护理专业价值观。  相似文献

目的:对已建立的肢残儿童生存质量测量量表进行信度和效度分析。方法:采用分半信度、重测信度、内部一致性度及内容效度、维度相关性、结构效度等指标分析量表的信度和效度。结果:量表的分半信度R为0.765;各领域以及总得分的重测信度相关系数均在0.732—0.901之间;各领域以及总得分的Cronbachɑ系数除残疾儿童共性模块均在0.7以上;各领域以及总条目的Pearson相关系数均在0.6以上;采用验证性因子分析法的结果显示量表的结构效度较高,整体模型拟合好。结论:量表的信度和效度较好,具有较强的可行性和有效性;量表中社会支持、独立能力、个人情感等影响因素需要进一步研究。  相似文献

目的 检验心理承受力量表在临床护理人员中应用的信效度,为下一步临床护理人员心理承受力状况的评估提供科学的测评工具.方法 采用一般资料问卷、心理承受力量表对485名护士进行问卷调查,并采用分半信度、内部一致性信度、重测信度进行信度检验,内容效度、结构效度进行效度检验.结果 心理承受力量表总分半信度系数为0.859,Cronbach's α系数为0.939,重测信度系数为0.797,量表各条目与所属维度相关系数r均在0.6以上,除掩饰因子外,量表各维度得分与量表总分之间相关系数均在0.75以上,探索性因子分析结果与问卷结构基本吻合,验证性因子最终模型拟合优度良好.结论 经验证,心理承受力量表具有较好的信度和效度,结构合理,可作为临床护理人员心理承受力状况的测评工具.  相似文献

目的:修订公共服务动机量表并验证其效信度。方法:在专家会议基础上修订条目内容,形成修订版公共服务动机量表。选取南宁市某三级甲等医院护士435人进行调查,验证其信效度。结果:修订版公共服务动机量表条目水平的内容效度(I-CVI)为0.857~1.000,平均量表水平的内容效度(S-CVI/Ave)为0.984。探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,累计解释71.616%变异量。验证性因子分析显示模型拟合较好。量表Cronbach’s α系数为0.933,各维度Cronbach’s α系数为0.868~0.904;格特曼折半系数为0.868,各维度格特曼折半系数为0.728~0.894;重测信度为0.844,各维度重测信度为0.778~0.879。结论:修订版公共服务动机量表在护士群体中应用的信效度良好,适合测量护士人群公共服务动机。  相似文献

目的编制PICC专科护士临床相关能力评估量表,并对该量表进行信效度检验。方法基于查阅国内外相关文献及PICC门诊专家讨论,形成条目池。应用德尔菲邀请19名PICC领域相关专家对PICC专科护士临床相关能力评估量表分别进行2轮专家咨询,完成初始量表编制。然后选取某三级甲等医院106名PICC专科护士进行调查,利用收集数据对量表的Cronbach’sα信度系数、分半信度、重测信度、内容效度、结构效度进行检验。结果PICC专科护士临床相关能力评估量表包括人际交流、教育科研、法律伦理、文书记录4个维度,共25个条目。该量表的Cronbach’sα信度系数为0.998,分半信度为0.904,重测信度为0.963。该量表的条目水平内容效度指数为0.947~1.000,全体一致性内容效度指数为0.920。结构效度,探索性因子分析中4个因子可解释的变异为80.14%。内部一致性信度,各维度与量表总分的相关系数均0.800,呈密切相关,各维度与量表总分相关性分析结果均具有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论 PICC专科护士临床相关能力评估量表具有良好的信度、效度,适合作为PICC专科护士临床相关能力的测评工具。  相似文献

目的编制社区护士专业综合能力量表,为评价社区护士的专业能力提供量化工具。方法在参考国内外相关文献的基础上,初步形成44个条目的初始问卷,经过项目分析后形成了最终的社区护士专业综合能力量表,随机选择鄂州市348名社区护士作为研究对象,利用收集到的数据对量表的内部一致性、重测信度、内容效度和结构效度进行检验。结果量表包含综合护理能力、教育教学指导能力、研究能力、人际交往与沟通能力、自我成长能力、协调管理能力、灾害和突发事件应对能力7个维度,共34个条目,量表总的Cronbach’sα系数=0.901,7个维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0.784~0.897;整个量表2周重测信度为0.754,7个维度为0.652~0.816;验证性因子分析显示各拟合指标均在要求范围内,各条目中所占因子上的载荷均在0.5以上,提取出7个因子,解释了总变异的66.149%。结论社区护士专业综合能力量表包含7个维度,共34个条目;量表的信度和效度较好,能应用于社区护士专业综合能力的评价与研究。  相似文献

中文版护士对触摸的舒适感量表的信效度研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的汉化护士对触摸的舒适感量表(Nurses' Comfort with Touch Scale,NCTS),并对其中文版的信度、效度进行检测。方法翻译、回译,文化调适,形成中文版NCTS,由专家小组对其内容效度进行评定;采用中文版NCTS对410名临床护士进行调查,对量表的结构效度,内部一致性进行评定。结果中文版NCTS探索性因子分析共提取5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为81.769%,验证性因子分析结果显示数据拟合良好。量表的Cronbach'α系数为0.966,重测信度为0.921,内容效度为0.901。结论中文版的NCTS具有良好的信度和效度,可以用来评估护士触摸病人时的内心舒适程度,探讨其触摸意愿,为今后触摸疗法在护理领域广泛应用提供理论依据。  相似文献

目的探讨护理行为六维度量表(6-D量表)中文版的信效度,检验其是否适合我国使用。方法采用探索性因素分析、重测信度、内在一致性信度和分半信度对6-D量表进行信度与效度检验。结果对中文版6-D量表进行探索性因子分析,提取了特征值大于1的公因子5个,其累积方差贡献率达到52.293%,内部一致性Cronbach’sα系数、分半系数分别为0.948,0.816,重测信度系数ICC为0.857;除了第8,13,30条目,中文版6-D量表几乎所有的条目在6个因子中都得到了较为充分的表达,均落入所归属的维度中。结论中文版6-D量表被验证具有较好的信效度,适用于我国文化背景下临床护士的能力测评。  相似文献

This methodological study was planned to explore the validity and reliability of the evaluation scale for measuring the job motivation of nurses who work in psychiatric clinics. The sample was composed of 378 nurses who work in all psychiatric units or psychiatric hospitals located in Turkey's four large cities – Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir and Manisa. For testing reliability of 'job motivation scale', the internal consistency tests were executed with split scale analysis, Cronbach's α coefficient and item–total score correlation. For construct validity, factor analysis was used. For the first part of scale, Cronbach's α was determined to be 0.79. For the second part, Cronbach's α was 0.72. Factor analysis was performed in an attempt to establish validity and underlying associations between items in the scale. The first analysis produced nine eigenvalues (>1) and nine factors were extracted. The scree test indicated that a two-factor model would be suitable. The factor structure of the tool for measuring the job motivation of nurses who work in psychiatric clinics was parallel with motivation concepts. Validity and reliability levels of the scale for measuring the job motivation of nurses who work in psychiatric clinics were found to be sufficient in the Turkish population.  相似文献

AimThe purpose of this study was to verify the validity and reliability of the resilience scale for nurses (RSN).Methods27 preliminary items were extracted from previous research. The subjects were 339 nurses who worked at 2 hospitals in South Korea in 2016. Collected data were analyzed using explanatory factor analysis (EFA). EFA was performed with principal axis factoring with oblimin rotation and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 version program. Also, data were examined by construct, discriminant, and convergent validity, and internal consistency reliability.ResultsResilience scale for nurses showed CFA supported the four-factor structure (Philosophical pattern, Relational pattern, Dispositional pattern, and Situational pattern) of the measure. The 19 items for 4 factors identified that explained 67.329% of the total variance in RSN. A total the internal consistency reliability (Cronbach's α = 0.938) was stable.ConclusionPsychometric properties of RSN show that it is a useful and reliable scale to assess Resilience in Korean nurses. Based on these results, effective resilience intervention programs for nurses can be developed.  相似文献

International Nursing Review Aim: To test the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Essentials of Magnetism II Scale (EOMII) for use by staff nurses as being essential to quality patient care. Methods: This study consisted of 385 nurses from four joint commission internationally accredited hospitals. The EOMII scale was translated using a back‐translation technique. The statistical analysis was carried out using Cronbach's alpha to test the internal consistency of the scale, while the factor analysis was carried out using the principal component analysis together with the varimax rotation and Kaiser normalization to test its construct validity. Results: The total mean scores of all the items of the scale were found to be 155.33 (minimum 77 – maximum 219) and the standard deviation was 29.45. All the items showed a statistically significant correlation (P < 0.01). The Cronbach's α of the scale was 0.92, indicating a high level of reliability. Cronbach's alpha consistencies in subgroups were between 0.87 and 0.70. In this study, job satisfaction and quality results show the sign of convergence as in the original scale, which shows that the scale has a high construct validity (P < 0.01). Discussions: Transcultural differences in the quality of nursing services can only be compared with reliable and valid instruments. This study shows that the Turkish version of the EOMII scale is a valid and reliable instrument to assess the nurses' working environment and to provide quality patient care in Turkey.  相似文献

目的评价德尔菲法形成的“糖尿病联络护士专科护理管理行为量表”的信度和效度。方法在426名基本样本、21名重测样本中检验量表的结构效度、克朗巴哈系数和重测信度,专家评价法检验量表的内容效度。结果量表总的Spearman相关系数为0.822,总的Cronbach’a系数为0.851;量表总的内容效度指数为0.96,特征根大于1的4个因子被旋转,其累积贡献率为69.928%,大部分条目的因子载荷在0.6以上。结论量表的内容效度、结构效度和重测信度、Cronbach’a系数均比较理想,量表具有较好的稳定性和内在一致性。  相似文献

BackgroundDelirium in patients in the intensive care unit is associated with adverse outcomes. Nurses experience many difficulties in caring for those with delirium, which can lead to nurse burnout, prevent effective care for patients, and negatively impact the patient. The identification of factors creating challenges for nurses is, therefore, important to enable intervention.ObjectivesThe aim of this study was to develop a new scale to assess the difficulties faced by nurses caring for patients with delirium in the intensive care unit and to examine its reliability and validity.MethodsWe based our draft scale items on literature reviews and interviews. Four experts evaluated the collected items. After a pilot study, 211 nurses working in intensive care units in Japan completed the questionnaire. Subsequent statistical analysis of results included factor validity, construct validity, known-group validity, internal consistency, and test–retest reliability.ResultsExploratory factor analysis extracted a scale of 33 items with eight factors and an additional scale of four items with one factor. The analysis of construct validity suggested a possible association with the Strain of Care for Delirium Index. In the known-group validity, a comparison with two groups based on experience in the intensive care unit found significant differences among the five factors. Internal consistency (Cronbach's α = 0.68–.87) and test–retest reliability (intraclass correlation coefficients = .46–.62) were confirmed.ConclusionWe developed a difficulty scale for nurses caring for patients with delirium in the intensive care unit and confirmed its reliability and validity. The difficulty factors were developed with the intention to identify educational interventions for nurses and the introduction of new organisational resources, such as manpower and providing emotional support and feedback to nurses.  相似文献

Aim: The aim of this study was to develop a new scale, the Competence Scale for Senior Clinical Nurses (CS‐SCN), to assess and evaluate senior clinical nurses in hospitals, and to confirm the validity and reliability of the scale. Method: A cross‐sectional questionnaire survey was undertaken at a hospital in Japan, using an anonymous self‐administered questionnaire administered to clinical nurses (n = 374). A useable sample of 218 was achieved, which was used in the analysis. Statistical analysis examined exploratory/confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency, and construct validity. Results: A five factor solution with 22 items was extracted for nursing competence in senior clinical nurses, which was the interpretable questionnaire. In the confirmatory factor analysis, the indices of fitness supported these results. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.93 for the total score and varied between 0.63 and 0.90 in the five factors. Five factors emerged from an oblique factor analysis, with a cumulative variance of 66.7%: “role accomplishment”; “self‐management”; “research”; “practice and coordination”; and “work implementation”. The five factors had only a moderate correlation (0.30–0.77, P < 0.001) with each other, which indicated construct validity. Conclusion: The CS‐SCN, a concise scale to measure and evaluate the competence of senior clinical nurses, was developed. Results suggest initial support for the new instrument as a measure of competence of senior clinical nurses, but it must be further refined, tested, and evaluated. Both the validity and reliability of the scale were verified. Future studies using the CS‐SCN might lead to improvement in the competence of senior clinical nurses.  相似文献

目的评价中文版库欣综合征患者生活质量问卷(Cushing-Qol)的信度和效度。方法采用中文版库欣综合征患者生活质量问卷(Cushing-Qol)和简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)对79名库欣综合征患者进行问卷调查,应用SPSS 19.0软件对问卷的调查结果统计分析,检验问卷的内部一致性和重测信度以及内容效度、结构效度、效标关联效度。结果中文版Cushing-Qol问卷的内部一致性信度Cronbach’sα系数值为0.890,重测信度(2周后)为0.881,各条目的重测信度均大于0.7,折半信度为0.866;该问卷的内容效度指数CVI为0.95,探索性因子分析结果显示问卷为单维度,中文版Cushing-Qol问卷与SF-36量表的相关系数为0.732,表明两者呈强相关。结论中文版Cushing-Qol问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可作为库欣综合征患者生活质量评估的可靠工具应用于临床实践和相关研究中。  相似文献

AIMS: This paper describes a study to further develop and test the psychometric properties of the Home Healthcare Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale, including reliability and construct and criterion validity. BACKGROUND: Numerous scales have been developed to measure nurses' job satisfaction. Only one, the Home Healthcare Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale, has been designed specifically to measure job satisfaction of home healthcare nurses. The Home Healthcare Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale is based on a theoretical model that integrates the findings of empirical research related to job satisfaction. METHODS: A convenience sample of 340 home healthcare nurses completed the Home Healthcare Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale and the Mueller and McCloskey Satisfaction Scale, which was used to test criterion validity. Factor analysis was used for testing and refinement of the theory-based assignment of items to constructs. Reliability was assessed by Cronbach's alpha internal consistency reliability coefficients. The data were collected in 2003. RESULTS: Nine factors contributing to home healthcare nurses' job satisfaction emerged from the factor analysis and were strongly supported by the underlying theory. Factor loadings were all above 0.4. Cronbach's alpha coefficients for each of the nine subscales ranged from 0.64 to 0.83; the alpha for the global scale was 0.89. The correlations between the Home Healthcare Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale and Mueller and McCloskey Satisfaction Scale was 0.79, indicating good criterion-related validity. CONCLUSIONS: The Home Healthcare Nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale has potential as a reliable and valid scale for measurement of job satisfaction of home healthcare nurses.  相似文献
