[目的]探索高职高专社区护理实践教学的最佳方法.[方法]采用单纯随机抽样将护理专业实习学生分为两组,试验社区组除了完成社区护理实习大纲规定的常规实习内容外,还参与课题调查等研究,将社区护理科研活动与社区护理实习教学相结合;非试验社区组只进行常规社区护理实习.[结果]试验社区组在专业情感、实习满意度及社区带教老师对学生实习行为的评价均显著高于非试验社区组;开展科研活动后社区居民疾病防治知识、信念和预防行为均有显著改善,居民满意率达97.2%.[结论]社区护理科研与教学相结合的教学方式,能够提高教学质量,带动社区护理教学师资队伍建设,增强学生的专业情感. 相似文献

Two experiments investigate the role of examples in learning dermatologic diagnosis. Medical students were given a written set of normative rules for the diagnosis of six common skin disorders, followed by practice applying those rules to a set of photographic images. On subsequent testing, the accuracy of diagnosing a set of critical new items depended strongly on the diagnosis of the most similar practice item, even when the test item was typical of its disorder. This suggests that the effect of the practice items was not restricted to providing practice in applying the rules. The influence of similar practice items persisted after a week between practice and test. The implication is that exposure to many examples may be a critical component of clinical reasoning. 相似文献

目的 研究学生标准化病人(SSP)对提高护生健康评估能力的效果.方法 在学生志愿者中培训、遴选SSP;由SSP对护生进行操作辅导和考核评价;分析考核成绩及问卷调查结果.结果 SSP评分与教师评分之间存在高度正相关(r分别为0.652与0.684),SSP可以评价教师难以评价的内容;能及时、便利地对护生进行辅导;训练和考核后SSP对考生的及时反馈有利于护生能力的提高;SSP不仅能提高护生的操作技能,还能提高人际沟通能力和关爱意识;绝大多数考生对SSP满意度高.结论 应用SSP对护生进行健康评估操作训练与考核很有必要,是一种客观、公正、合理、有效的教学方法. 相似文献

Many studies involving exercise testing fail to address the issue of practice. Those that do vary considerably with respect to the parameters of practice used. We evaluated the effect of two standardized practices on a horizontal submaximal exercise test performed on a treadmill. Healthy men (n = 20) with no previous treadmill exposure were alternately assigned to the experimental (practice) or control (no practice) group. Heart rate (HR), systolic blood pressure (SBP), rate pressure product (RPP), step cadence (CAD) and perceived exertion (PE) were recorded at the end of each work load of the practices and/or tests. We observed no significant differences in these variables over the common work loads for the first practice session in the experimental group and the exercise test in the control group (p greater than 0.05). The two groups were homogeneous with respect to fitness and magnitude of arousal on initial exposure to the treadmill. During the submaximal test, HR, SBP, RPP, CAD, and PE were systematically lower for the experimental group than for the control group. The SBP and RPP were significantly lower in the experimental group (p less than 0.01). The CAD tended toward statistical significance (p less than 0.07), whereas HR and PE were not significantly different for the two groups (p greater than 0.05). When the four common work loads were compared over the two practices and the exercise test for the experimental group, SBP and CAD were significantly higher for practice 1 than for practice 2 and the test (p less than 0.01).(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS) 相似文献

[目的]探讨反思日记在高职实习护生评判性思维培养中的应用。[方法]将253名护生随机分成观察组126名,对照组127名,对照组护生采用常规带教方法,观察组护生在常规带教方法的基础上要求书写反思日记。采用"中文版评判性思维能力测量表"(CTDI-CV)在实习初期和实习末期对两组护生进行评判性思维能力调查。[结果]两组护生实习初期CTDI-CV总分及各维度得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组护生实习初期、末期的CTDI-CV总分及各维度得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护生实习末期CTDI-CV总分及寻找真相、分析能力、系统化能力、求知欲维度上得分高于实习初期(P<0.05);观察组护生实习末期CTDI-CV总分及寻找真相、分析能力、系统化能力、求知欲维度上得分高于对照组实习末期(P<0.05)。[结论]临床实习过程中书写反思日记可提高护生评判性思维能力的一些特质,有利于培养护生的评判性思维能力。 相似文献

目的探讨检验护理执行单在检验申请无纸化批量标本采集中的应用及效果。方法通过分析检验申请工作模式改变后批量采集标本时护理差错发生的原因,设计了检验护理执行单并规范了使用流程以解决出现的问题。结果通过规范使用检验护理执行单,不合格标本例数由4.98%降为2.32%(P〈0.01),且发生漏采血、多采血、材料选择错误、基本信息错误的发生率明显下降(P〈0.01),节省了护士人工抄写通知的工作时间。结论检验护理执行单的使用解决了检验申请无纸化工作中批量采集标本时存在的弊端,减少了在检验标本采集过程中差错和隐患的发生,保证了检验分析前的质量控制。 相似文献

ObjectiveThis study compares the results of an objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) between 2 groups of students before an internship and after 6 months of clinical practice in an internship.MethodsSeventy-two students participated, with 36 students in each cohort. The OSCEs were performed in the simulation laboratory before the participants'' clinical practice internship and after 6 months of the internship. Students were tested in 9 stations for clinical skills and knowledge. The same procedures were repeated for both cohorts. The t test was used for unpaired parametric samples and Fisher''s exact test was used for comparison of proportions.ResultsThere was no difference in the mean final score between the 2 groups (p = .34 for test 1; p = .08 for test 2). The performance of the students in group 1 was not significantly different when performed before and after 6 months of clinical practice, but in group 2 there was a significant decrease in the average score after 6 months of clinical practice.ConclusionsThere was no difference in the cumulative average score for the 2 groups before and after 6 months of clinical practice in the internship. There were differences within the cohorts, however, with a significant decrease in the average score in group 2. 目的探讨流程式英语教学查房在临床护理教学过程中的应用及其效果。方法 2008年9月至2009年9月,选择在本院附属医院实习的80名护理本科生和80名护理专科生,在1年的实习期间应用流程式英语教学查房,每周1次。采用自身对照的方法 ,比较实习前后专业英语测试成绩和临床专业知识测试成绩,同时比较该组学生实习后大学英语四级和六级考试通过率。结果 80名护理本科生和80名专科生实习前后专业英语测试成绩、专业测试成绩、大学英语四级和六级考试通过率,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论流程式英语教学查房可有效地提高护生的英语水平,增强其对临床专业知识的掌握程度。 相似文献
