As a component of cardiac rehabilitation (CR), cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training is widely recommended. These recommendations advocate the importance of offering CPR training to cardiac patients' families. Prior research examining the effect of CPR training on the cardiac patients spouse or family member, suggests that receiving CPR training within a supportive environment such as cardiac rehabilitation causes no adverse psychological effects in the family members. Patients are often excluded from CPR training due to fears of the possible physiological consequences. Conversely, there may be negative psychological consequences for patients who are excluded from CPR training. Although cardiac patients are at high risk of cardiac arrest themselves this should not preclude them from having the ability to help another. The aim of this study was to assess the impact on anxiety, depression and perception of control (POC) of CPR training for the cardiac patients as an integral part of an 8-week phase III Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme. Fifty-eight patients and 54 family members or partners attending an 8-week CR programme were offered optional CPR training during the final week of the programme. Forty-nine patient subjects were evaluated at four time points, using the hospital anxiety and depression scale and the control attitudes scale. Seventy-five percent (n = 37) of patients participated in the CPR training. Teaching CPR to cardiac patients did not affect anxiety levels adversely. There was an overall significant decrease in anxiety scores for both patient groups over time (p = 0.0071). Both patient groups showed an average moderate level of POC at baseline but the POC level in those who did the CPR training continued to increase slightly throughout the study period. If the patient agreed to undertake CPR training approximately 61% of their relatives or partners also undertook the training, but when the patient did not avail of the CPR training only 20% of their relatives or partners participated. Cardiac patients would appear to have a desire to learn CPR. It is recommended that cardiac patients be involved in CPR training as it poses them no adverse psychological consequences and may improve their perception of control. Inclusion of the patients in the CPR training may help increase the participation in CPR training by cardiac patients' families.  相似文献

Considering that heart patients may be at higher risk for cardiac arrest, this study was conducted to evaluate the preparedness and willingness of cardiac patient family members to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). A cross-sectional survey of 100 family members of cardiac patients was conducted at a tertiary care emergency department over a 1.5-month period. Response rate was 95%. While 49% reported prior CPR training, only 7% trained within the past year. The majority received training (59%) because of a school or job requirement with only 8% trained because of 'concern for a family member.' The most frequent reasons for not being trained were 'never thought about it' or 'not interested' (57%). However, 49% of the untrained group did report an interest in future training. While 2% of respondents recalled a healthcare professional suggesting such training, 58% stated they would be influenced positively by such a recommendation. The most frequently reported barriers to performing CPR included fear of harming the patient or a lack of knowledge and skill to help. Despite a presumed higher risk for sudden cardiac death, most family members of cardiac patients do not maintain skills in basic CPR. Healthcare professionals may have the ability to significantly alter this concerning statistic through education and routine recommendations to patients' families.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: Traditional cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training programs do not target older adults who are most likely to witness private-residence cardiac arrests and do not reliably result in a bystander who is likely to perform CPR in the event of an arrest. This study was performed to compare targeted CPR training programs for older adults (older than 50 years) that 1) increase numbers of CPR-trained bystanders of private-residence cardiac arrest or 2) increase the percentage of trained bystanders of private-residence cardiac arrest who perform CPR. A simultaneous outcome was to estimate the minimal significant survival benefit associated with each of the training programs. METHODS: A probabilistic simulation model was developed in Fortran95 that incorporated key out-of-hospital cardiac arrest elements, including witnessed arrests, CPR-trained witness, CPR provision, and impact of CPR on ventricular fibrillation. Input data were derived from published or publicly available data, including a large prospective cohort study of outcomes in Oakland County, MI. Monte Carlo simulation (n = 10,000) and sensitivity analyses (n = 40) were used to assess median and the empiric 95% confidence intervals [CIs] for incremental survival with either intervention. RESULTS: The baseline model, calibrated to the characteristics of the input-data community, established that, for private-residence cardiac arrests, 40.8% of cardiac arrest bystanders were trained in CPR; however, only 25.7% performed CPR. This yielded 4.81% survival (95% CI = 4.72 to 4.89). Modeling the impact on the baseline training level with increased CPR performance among trainees indicated that 75% of private-residence trained bystanders would need to perform CPR in order to reach a minimally significant improvement in survival (5.02%; 95% CI = 4.94 to 5.15). Similarly, targeted CPR training that would result in a significant survival benefit (to 5.01%; 95% CI = 4.93 to 5.09) would require that 70.8% of bystanders be trained. CONCLUSIONS: CPR training programs that focus on yielding 75% of trainees who perform CPR in the event of witnessing an arrest would have equivalent results to mass CPR training programs that result in 70% of bystanders being trained in CPR. However, the minimal survival benefit associated with these programs (around 0.2%) may prove either method costly with minimal effect.  相似文献

Introduction

Most cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) trainees are young, and most cardiac arrests occur in private residences witnessed by older individuals.

Objective

To estimate the cost-effectiveness of a CPR training program targeted at citizens over the age of 50 years compared with that of current nontargeted public CPR training.

Methods

A model was developed using cardiac arrest and known demographic data from a single suburban zip code (population 36,325) including: local data (1997-1999) regarding cardiac arrest locations (public vs. private); incremental survival with CPR (historical survival rate 7.8%, adjusted odds ratio for CPR 2.0); arrest bystander demographics obtained from bystander telephone interviews; zip code demographics regarding population age and distribution; and $12.50 per student for the cost of CPR training. Published rates of CPR training programs by age were used to estimate the numbers typically trained. Several assumptions were made: 1) there would be one bystander per arrest; 2) the bystander would always perform CPR if trained; 3) cardiac arrest would be evenly distributed in the population; and 4) CPR training for a proportion of the population would proportionally increase CPR provision. Rates of arrest, bystanders by age, number of CPR trainees needed to result in increased arrest survival, and training cost per life saved for a one-year study period were calculated.

Results

There were 24.3 cardiac arrests per year, with 21.9 (90%) occurring in homes. In 66.5% of the home arrests, the bystander was more than 50 years old. To yield one additional survivor using the current CPR training strategy, 12,306 people needed to be trained (3,510 bystanders aged ≤50 years and 8,796 bystanders aged >50 years), which resulted in CPR provision to 7.14 additional patients. The training cost per life saved for a bystander aged ≤50 years was $313,214, and that for a bystander aged >50 years was $785,040. Using a strategy of training only those ≤50 years, 583 elders per cardiac arrest would need to be trained, with a cost of $53,383 per life saved.

Conclusion

Using these assumptions, current CPR training strategy is not a cost-effective intervention for home cardiac arrests. The high rate of elders witnessing CPR mandates focused CPR interventions for this population.  相似文献

To determine the best approaches for increasing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training opportunities for public high school students, we conducted a statewide survey of all 310 public high schools in Washington State. The findings describe CPR student training currently provided by high schools, barriers to providing, and strategies to increase CPR training of high school students. The response rate was 89% (276 schools) from a combination of mail and telephone surveys; 35% (n=97) reported that they did not provide any CPR student training. Of the 132 schools that provided CPR student training, 23% trained less than 10% of their students, and 39% trained more than 90% of their students. The majority of public high schools, 70%, did not have any teacher trained to teach CPR or had only one teacher with such training. Yet 80% of schools felt that CPR training is best provided in school settings. Schools perceived the greatest benefit of CPR training as providing students with the skill to save a life (43%). The most frequently identified barriers were logistical: limited time to teach the curriculum (24%), lack of funds (16%), and instructor scheduling difficulties (17%). Less than 5% of respondents voiced any opposition to CPR training, and that opposition was for logistical reasons. To increase CPR training, the single best strategies suggested were: increase funding, provide time in the curriculum, have more certified instructors, and make CPR student training a requirement.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine if the use of a retention strategy would maintain cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills in family members of cardiac patients. Thirty-one subjects trained in CPR received retention packets 3 and 6 months after CPR training. Sixteen subjects were tested for CPR retention at 7 months after initial training, and 15 at 12 months. Likelihood chi 2 was used to compare the 7- and 12-month groups. There were no differences between the 7- and 12-month groups, because CPR retention overall was poor. Only 19.4% of subjects reported using the retention packet; therefore, subjects were regrouped into practice and no practice groups for purposes of further statistical analysis. There were significant differences in retention in subjects who practiced compared with subjects who did not. These findings underscore the importance of promoting practice/review after initial CPR training for family members of cardiac patients.  相似文献

Background

It has been hypothesized that high rates of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training in a community will lead to improved survival for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. However, factors to consider when designing a far-reaching community CPR training program are not well defined. We explored factors associated with receiving CPR training in the survey community and characteristics contributing to willingness to perform CPR in an emergency.

Methods

A telephone survey was administered to 1001 randomly selected residents in September 2008 assessing CPR training history, demographics, and willingness to perform CPR. Characteristics of survey respondents were compared to examine factors that may be associated with reports of being trained compared to reports of never being trained. A stratified analysis compared characteristics of respondents who reported a high level of willingness to perform CPR in those trained compared to those never trained.

Results

The survey response rate was 39%. Seventy-nine percent of survey respondents reported ever attending a CPR training class. A majority of people (53%) attended their most recent class more than five years ago. People who had never been trained in CPR were older, were more likely to be men and were less likely to have at least a 2-year college degree than those who had ever been trained. Among those who had been trained, younger age, male gender, time of last training and number of times trained were all significantly associated with willingness to perform CPR and none of these factors were associated with willingness in those who had not been trained.

Conclusions

Retraining rates, methods for reaching underserved populations and measures that will improve the likelihood that bystanders will perform CPR in an emergency should be considered when designing a community CPR education program.  相似文献

BackgroundHeart disease significantly increases the risk of further cardiac events including out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA). Given the majority of OHCAs occur in the home, family members of those with heart disease should be trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).AimTo describe CPR training rates in households with heart disease, and examine if training increases knowledge, confidence and willingness to perform CPR in this population.MethodsA cross-sectional, telephone survey was conducted with adults residing in Victoria, Australia.FindingsOf 404 respondents, 78 (19.3%) reported the presence of heart disease in their household. Prevalence of CPR training was the same among households with (67.9%) and without (67.8%) heart disease, with the majority (51.5%) receiving training more than five years ago. There were no significant differences in barriers to training- the most prevalent barrier was lack of awareness to seek training. Among households with heart disease, physical ability was the most common concern relating to the provision of CPR, while households without heart disease described decreased confidence. Those with heart disease in their household who were CPR trained, had higher self-ratings of CPR knowledge and confidence, and were more willing to perform CPR (all p < 0.05).ConclusionsA large proportion of Victorians with heart disease in their household did not have recent CPR training. CPR training should be targeted to high-risk households containing a member with heart disease, as knowledge and confidence in skills are increased. Cardiac health professionals are well placed to provide CPR training information during patient contacts.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: We sought to evaluate the knowledge of probable outcome by medical personnel for in-hospital and out-of-hospital cardiac arrests, and self-reported history of CPR training referrals for family members of cardiac patients. METHODS: One hundred people from each of three population lists were randomly selected at a large, urban school of medicine and affiliated medical center: (1) year III and IV medical students; (2) residents in family medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, anesthesia, and surgery; (3) attending physicians in the same departments. A questionnaire was distributed that elicited estimates of in-hospital and out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (IHCA and OHCA, respectively) survival rates, and CPR training referral history. Estimates were compared against published data for accuracy (IHCA: 5-20%; OHCA 1-10%) RESULTS: The overall response rate was 63%. Accurate in-hospital cardiac arrest estimates [% (95% CI)] of survival were provided by 51.1% (36.8-63.4%), 47.3% (35.9-58.7%), and 36.7% (23.2-50.2%) of students, residents, and attending physicians, respectively. Accurate out-of-hospital estimates of survival were provided by 51.1% (36.8-63.4%), 52.1% (40.6-63.5%), and 70.8% (57.9-83.7%), respectively. Most thought that family members of cardiac patients ought to be CPR trained (92.6%). However, few had referred any for training in the past year (16.5%). There was strong support across respondent groups for including death notification information in the ACLS training program, with 80.4% of all respondents in favor. CONCLUSIONS: This study demonstrates that medical experience is not associated with accurate estimates of cardiac arrest survival. Overwhelmingly, medical personnel believe family members should be trained to perform CPR, however, few refer family members for CPR training.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: to determine the attitudes of the Western Australian community towards performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and the factors affecting these attitudes. METHODS: telephone survey of a randomly selected sample of people from suburban Perth and rural Western Australia; practical assessment of a sub-sample of volunteers from those surveyed, to correlate survey answers with practical skills. RESULTS: of 803 people surveyed, the majority (90.7%) definitely would give mouth-to-mouth ventilation to a friend or relative, but less than half (47.2%) would to a stranger. The reluctance was mostly (56%) because of health and safety concerns, particularly related to HIV infection. Higher percentages of people would definitely provide cardiac massage for a friend or relative (91.4%) or stranger (78.1%). People were more likely to give mouth-to-mouth and cardiac massage if they had been trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), trained several times, trained recently, and used their CPR skills in real life. There were no significant differences between city and country people in whether they would provide CPR, but older people were less willing to provide mouth-to-mouth or cardiac massage. On practical assessment of 100 volunteers, there were significant errors and omissions in airway assessment, mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and cardiac massage. Volunteers with better practical scores were more prepared to provide CPR. DISCUSSION: our results indicate a significant reluctance of the Western Australia public to perform mouth-to-mouth, except to a friend or relative. Earlier CPR training, practice and use seemed to diminish this reluctance. Practical CPR skills were not well executed. Those with better skills were less reluctant to use them. We recommend increasing CPR training in the community, greater frequency of refresher courses and public education on the risks of CPR to improve rates of bystander CPR.  相似文献

The recommended targeting of the elderly, those with heart conditions and their family members for CPR education remains unaccomplished. Little is known about cardiac patients' knowledge of and attitude towards CPR and CPR education. This study aimed to investigate cardiac care patients' attitude towards CPR and interest in CPR education. An interview, based on a questionnaire, was conducted with 401 consecutive patients admitted to a coronary care unit. Most participants had heard about the concept of CPR and 64% were aware of its content. In the event of an emergency, 96% were willing to undergo CPR. Age, previous myocardial infarction and heart failure were significantly associated with the willingness or lack of willingness to undergo CPR. Forty percent of the participants had attended one or more courses but only a few within the last two years. The major reasons for not being educated in CPR were a lack of awareness of the availability of CPR training for the public, lack of interest or lack of enterprise. Among those not educated in CPR, 46% would like to attend a course. A hospital was the preferred location for the course, often due to the perceived higher competence of the instructors, but sometimes, because it offered a safe environment. The primary health care centre was preferred because of its location near the participants' homes. In order to increase the proportion of people trained in CPR in target groups such as cardiac care patients and their family members, healthcare professionals should provide patients with information and opportunities to attend locally situated, professionally led courses.  相似文献

Older people are trained infrequently in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), yet are more likely to witness a cardiac arrest. Older people who are CPR trained perform CPR when witnessing a cardiac arrest. OBJECTIVE: To assess whether elderly adults (>55 years) who receive chest-compression only cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CC-CPR) training display equivalent skill retention rates compared with those who receive traditional CPR instruction. We also identified factors associated with 3 months skill retention at 3 months in both groups. METHODS: Older adults in a suburban hospital Older Adult Services program were invited to participate in an experimental CPR course. The 2 h course was modelled after the AHA Friends and Family course, and used one of two standardized video scenarios. Seventy four subjects were randomized to CC-CPR (n=36) or traditional CPR (n=38) training. Participation consisted of initial training, followed by a 3 months return videotaped assessment. Three months skill competence was assessed either by consensus between two video evaluators, or the on-site evaluator. Chi square and Kappa tests were used for analysis, and unadjusted odds ratios and 95% confidence intervals are reported. RESULTS: Skill retention assessments were completed on 29 (81%) CC-CPR and 26 (68%) CPR trainees. Subjects were elderly (71.5+/-6.69 years), and had a high rate of previous CPR training (58.0%). Groups were similar in demographic characteristics. After training, participants exhibited high rates of perceived competence (86.4%), although the overall 3 months skill retention was low (43.6%). CC-CPR training resulted in equivalent skill retention rates as compared with traditional CPR training (51.7 vs. 44.4%; P=0.586). No participant factors were associated with skill retention, including age, previous CPR training, education level, medical history, or perceived physical ability to perform. CONCLUSION: We identified low rates of CPR skill retention in this elderly population. CC-CPR instruction was associated with equivalent skill retention rates compared with traditional CPR instruction. No demographic factors were associated with successful skill retention.  相似文献

Background

Bystander CPR rates are lowest at home, where 85% of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests occur. We sought to identify barriers and facilitators to CPR training and performing CPR among older individuals most likely to witness cardiac arrest.

Methods

We selected independent-living Canadians aged ≥55 using random-digit-dial telephone calls. Respondents were randomly assigned to answer 1 of 2 surveys eliciting barriers and facilitators potentially influencing either CPR training or performance. We developed survey instruments using the Theory of Planned Behavior, measuring salient attitudes, social influences, and control beliefs.

Results

Demographics for the 412 respondents (76.4% national response rate): Mean age 66, 58.7% female, 54.9% married, 58.0% CPR trained (half >10 years ago). Mean intentions to take CPR training in the next 6 months or to perform CPR on a victim were relatively high (3.6 and 4.1 out of 5). Attitudinal beliefs were most predictive of respondents’ intentions to receive training or perform CPR (Adjusted OR; 95%CI were 1.81; 1.41–2.32 and 1.63; 1.26–2.04 respectively). Respondents who believed CPR could save a life, were employed, and had seen CPR advertised had the highest intention to receive CPR training. Those who believed CPR should be initiated before EMS arrival, were proactive in a group, and felt confident in their CPR skills had the highest intention to perform CPR.

Interpretation

Attitudinal beliefs were most predictive of respondents’ intention to complete CPR training or perform CPR on a real victim. Behavioral change techniques targeting these specific beliefs are most likely to make an impact.  相似文献

Objectives: To determine factors associated with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) provision by CPR‐trained bystanders and to determine factors associated with CPR performance by trained bystanders. Methods: The authors performed a prospective, observational study (January 1997 to May 2003) of individuals who called 911 (bystanders) at the time of an out‐of‐hospital cardiac arrest. A structured telephone interview of adult cardiac‐arrest bystanders was performed beginning two weeks after the incident. Elements gathered during interviews included bystander and patient demographics, identifying whether the bystander was CPR trained, when and by whom the CPR was performed, and describing the circumstances of the event. If CPR was not performed, we asked the bystanders why CPR was not performed. Logistic regression was used to calculate odds ratios and 95% confidence intervals (95% CI) for factors associated with CPR performance. Results: Of 868 cardiac arrests, 684 (78.1%) bystander interviews were completed. Of all bystanders interviewed, 69.6% were family members of the victims, 36.8% of the bystanders had more than a high‐school education, and 54.1% had been taught CPR at some time. In 21.2% of patients, the bystander immediately started CPR, and in 33.6% of cases, someone started CPR before the arrival of emergency medical services (EMS). Important overall predictors of CPR performance were the following: witnessed arrest (OR = 2.3; 95% CI = 1.4 to 3.8); bystander was CPR trained (OR = 6.6; 95% CI = 3.5 to 12.5); bystander had more than a high‐school education (OR = 2.0; 95% CI = 1.2 to 3.1), or arrest occurred in a public location (OR = 3.1; 95% CI = 1.7 to 5.8). These variables were significant predictors of CPR performance among CPR‐trained bystanders, as was CPR training within five years (OR = 4.5; 95% CI = 2.8 to 7.3). Common reasons that the CPR‐trained bystanders cited for not performing CPR were the following: 37.5% stated that they panicked, 9.1% perceived that they would not be able to do CPR correctly, and 1.1% thought that they would hurt the patient. Surprisingly, only 1.1% objected to performing mouth‐to‐mouth resuscitation. Conclusions: A minority of CPR‐trained bystanders performed CPR. CPR provision was more common in CPR‐trained bystanders with more than a high‐school education and when CPR training had been within five years. Previously espoused reasons for not doing CPR (mouth‐to‐mouth, infectious‐disease risk) were not the reasons that bystanders cited for not doing CPR. Further work is needed to maximize CPR provision after CPR training.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine community application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills in an emergency, and, thus, assess the value of training programmes in raising community competence. A cross-sectional telephone survey of the Western Australian population was chosen randomly (n = 803). An urban sub-sample (n = 100) performed a practical demonstration of CPR skills using a simulated collapse scenario using a recording manikin as the victim. Performance was assessed by two observers using pre-determined criteria. Of all respondents, 64% had been trained in CPR. Practical and theoretical assessment scores were significantly better in trained versus untrained participants. The number of times a person was trained in CPR was more effective for retention and competence than time since last trained. Degree of training and theoretical competence were less in those aged over 65 years or with heart disease in the household. Theoretical competence poorly reflected practical performance in many tasks. This study provides a comprehensive database of CPR training and performance, and highlights future directions to ensure appropriate and cost-effective training. Specific factors to be addressed include increasing frequency of training, targeting of high-risk groups, simplification in teaching, and emphasising early activation of the emergency medical system.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: A tremendous amount of public resources are focused on improving cardiac arrest (OHCA) survival in public places, yet most OHCAs occur in private residences. METHODS AND RESULTS: A prospective, observational study of patients transported to seven urban and suburban hospitals and the individuals who called 911 at the time of a cardiac arrest (bystander) was performed. Bystanders (N=543) were interviewed via telephone beginning 2 weeks after the incident to obtain data regarding patient and bystander demographics, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training. Of all arrests 80.2% were in homes. Patients who arrested in public places were significantly younger (63.2 vs. 67.2, P<0.02), more often had an initial rhythm of VF (63.0 vs. 37.7%, P<0.001), were seen or heard to have collapsed by a bystander (74.8 vs. 48.1%, P<0.001), received bystander CPR (60.2 vs. 28.6%, P<0.001), and survived to DC (17.5 vs. 5.5%, P<0.001). Patients who arrested at home were older and had an older bystander (55.4 vs. 41.3, P<0.001). The bystander was less likely to be CPR trained (65.0 vs. 47.4%, P<0.001), less likely to be trained within the last 5 years (49.2 vs. 17.9, P<0.001), and less likely to perform CPR if trained (64.2 vs. 30.0%, P<0.001). Collapse to shock intervals for public versus home VF patients were not different. CONCLUSIONS: Many important characteristics of cardiac arrest patients and the bystander differ in public versus private locations. Fundamentally different strategies are needed to improve survival from these events.  相似文献

Scand J Caring Sci; 2013; 27; 260–266 Primary health care resources for rehabilitation and secondary prevention after myocardial infarction – a questionnaire survey Background: During the first year after a cardiac event, many patients are offered participation in a cardiac rehabilitation programme, after which the patients are often not given the opportunity to continue to attend rehabilitation and secondary prevention programmes. Aim: This study describes the primary health care centres’ (PHCC) resources regarding cardiac rehabilitation/secondary prevention programmes for coronary heart disease (CHD) patients in a southern Swedish region. Method: A questionnaire containing 26 dichotomous or multiple choice questions was sent to the responsible manager of all 137 public and private PHCCs in Region Skåne. Questionnaires from 91 (66%) of the PHCCs were completed and returned. Result: Few nurses at the PHCCs had special training regarding CHD (10%), cardiac rehabilitation (8%) or heart failure (32%). Twenty‐one per cent of the physicians had special training regarding CHD. One third of the PHCCs did not offer long‐term secondary prevention programmes, and few (6%) had any routines for offering socio‐economic support to CHD patients. Comparison of private and public PHCCs showed that the private centres could not offer a physiotherapist (61 vs. 84%) or dietician (32 vs. 73%; p = 0.03) to the same extension as the public ones. Furthermore, the majority (91%) of PHCCs had no cooperation with patient organizations. Conclusions: The PHCCs need to improve the strategies and long‐term rehabilitation programmes. Furthermore, they need to focus on education programme for the staff. The result revealed that the PHCCs lack resources, strategies and long‐term care programmes for CHD patients.  相似文献
