对83例高血压患者、同步进行血流变及甲襞微循环指标的观察,红细胞压积、全血比粘度、全血还原粘度、血浆比粘度、体外血栓长度、湿重、干重、血沉和甲襞微循环形态、流态、袢周状态积分值和总积分值与健康对照组相比都有非常显著的差异 P < 0.01。提示高血压患者血液流变学异常和甲襞微循环的障碍是并存的,高血压病的发生、发展与血液流变性的改变和微循环的障碍是密切相关的。  相似文献

目的观察63例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者甲襞微循环和血流变指标的异常情况.方法采用徐州产甲襞微循环显微镜观察患者双手无名指甲襞微血管,用LG-R-80粘度仪检测患者的血液流变学各项指标.结果糖尿病患者甲襞微循环异常率为96.82%,并且绝大多数患者伴有血液流变学指标异常.结论不仅要积极治疗糖尿病,而且更要通过有效的检测手段进行早期预防.  相似文献

目的 观察健脾灵对溃疡性结肠炎 (CU)患者治疗前后血液流变学及甲襞微循环的变化。方法 血液流变学检查用FASCO 30 10型全自动血液流变学检查仪 ,甲襞微循环采用WX 75 3型微循环观察仪。结果  5 95例患者治疗前红细胞压积、全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原含量和血沉均高于正常值水平。管襻形态、血液流态和襻周状态三项甲襞微循环加权积分值均高于正常值。治疗后各项血液流变学指标均有明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ,甲襞微循环各项加权积分值均明显下降 (P <0 0 1)。结论 健脾灵能明显降低CU患者的血液粘稠度 ,改变血液流变性 ,改善微循环。  相似文献

目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者甲襞微循环的变化及血液流变学的改变。方法对11例OSAHS患者进行甲襞微循环和血液流变学的观察。结果OSAHS者存在微循环障碍,表现为甲襞微循环血流减慢,红细胞轻度至中度聚集,血流变学表现为红细胞压积增高。结论OSAHS患者微循环异常,血液粘度增加,血流缓慢,造成微血流滞缓形成为微血栓,是易发生脑血栓、冠心病的独立危险因素。  相似文献

本文应用血液稀释疗法,加扩血管药物硝苯吡啶(心痛定)治疗 10 例雷诺氏病患者,同时进行甲襞微循环和血液流变学检测,结果表明治疗前后甲襞 微循环和血液流变的参数均有明显差异。通过治疗后患者在改善微循环,降低血液 粘度方面明显优于治疗前。  相似文献

目的:探讨偏头痛患者血液流变学,甲襞微循环的改变及新正天丸对其的影响。方法:偏头痛患者100例,随机分为2组,观察组50例,口服新正天丸对照组50例,口服氟桂嗪,疗程均为30天。并进行治疗前后血液流变学和甲襞微循环的检测。结果:观察组血液流变性各项指标中除红细胞压积变化不明显外,其它各项均有显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),而对照组中只有血小板聚集率和血沉改变明显(P<0.05),观察组对甲襞四项积分示明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),而对照组改善不明显(P>0.05)。结论:血液流变性及甲襞微循环的改变是偏头痛的重要病理特征,新正天丸对偏头痛血瘀障碍可能有改善作用。  相似文献

目的观察奥扎格雷纳(丹奥)对心肌梗死患者甲襞微循环和血液流变学变化的影响.方法 128例心肌梗死患者随机分为丹奥治疗组(A组)68例和对照组(B组,)60例.在常规治疗基础上,A组加用丹奥(80~160 mg/d),B组加用葡萄糖、胰岛素和氯化钾液(250~500 ml/d),疗程10~14 d.观察两组患者治疗前后的甲襞微循环和血液流变学变化.结果治疗组用药后甲襞微循环各项指标和血液流变学变化均明显优于对照组( P<0.01).结论奥扎格雷纳可明显改善心肌梗死患者的甲襞微循环和血液流变学指标.  相似文献

目的:观察路路通注射液改善烧伤微循环障碍的作用。方法:88例符合轻度烧伤诊断标准的患者被随机分为两组。治疗组伤后1d开始静脉使用路路通注射液500mg,加入到质量分数为5%的葡萄糖溶液中,每日1次,14d为1个疗程;对照组静脉仅使用5%的葡葡糖溶液;两组患者因轻度烧伤无休克均未进行补液疗法,均以克林霉素0.6g抗感染。观察烧伤3、7和14d治疗组与对照组血管襻形态、襻周状态、血液流变学指标变化及凝血功能状态改变,同时观察药物的不良反应。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组微血管动脉扩张明显,血流加快,末梢循环的流态积分值明显降低,襻周状态明显改变,总积分值下降较快,红细胞聚集指数及白细胞黏着数无明显改变,凝血功能变化不明显。2例患者出现头晕。结论:路路通注射液能改善烧伤患者的微循环,无明显的不良反应。  相似文献

Integral rheography and conjunctival biomicroscopy studied central hemodynamics (CH) and microcirculation (MC), respectively, in 37 hypertensive patients with influenza and acute respiratory viral infection (ARVI) and 38 normotensive patients with influenza and ARVI aged 41 to 94 years (group 1 and 2, respectively). In group 1 vs group 2 specific peripheral resistance was significantly higher, intravascular changes were more manifest (disseminated aggregation of red cells, slow blood flow with its incomplete block. It is shown that patients with influenza and ARVI had main functional circulatory disorders in microcirculation zone. The study of microcirculation by conjunctival biomicroscopy is important for these patients for assignment of pathogenetically sound vascular therapy, first of all disaggregants.  相似文献

本文观察冠心病(CAD)无症状性心肌缺血(SMI)160例血液流变性的主要改变为血液粘滞性增高、血液聚集性增高、血液凝固性增高等;微循环的主要改变为微血管中血流缓慢、红细胞聚集、管袢数减少、管袢畸形等。与同朗急性梗塞48例比较有类似血液变-微循环改变。提出血液流变性改变对触发和恶化某些可导致心肌梗塞(AMI)的血液动力学过程起重要作用,改善血液流变性、微循环是 CAD治疗的一个重要方面。有关微循环-血液流变学指标的普查和监测,对 CAD预测,治疗监测以及预防心肌梗塞,瘁死有重要意义。  相似文献

The method of perfusion scanning of the lungs with albumin microaggregate 131I was used for studying the state of pulmonary blood flow in patients with acute pneumonia (AP). The outcome of the disease was chronic non-specific lung disease (CNLD). The results of study demonstrated the improvement of microcirculation by the time of discharge from a hospital, but in 54.2 per cent of the patients blood flow was reduced. It was proved that reduced blood flow, by the time of discharge, together with impaired external respiration function, X-ray changes and biochemical blood shifts are the unfavourable factors with respect to prognosis which contribute to the transition of AP into CNLD. Combined therapy of AP should include measures directed to the improvement of pulmonary microcirculation.  相似文献

In order to evaluate microcirculation and endothelial dysfunction in type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied by arterial hypertension, 40 men aged 54.9 +/- 1.49 years suffering from these conditions were examined using ultrasound continuous-wave microcirculation dopplerography (Minimax-Doppler-K) and ischemic test. The controls, 28 practically healthy persons, were sex- and age-comparable. Compared to the controls, the patients with diabetes and concomitant arterial hypertension displayed lower linear blood flow velocity both initially and during the postischemic period, their velocity parameters recovered after ischemic test more slowly, and the parameters of blood flow were rigid within the entire study. This could result from an increased microcirculatory blood vessel (arteriolar) diameter, changes in vessel reactivity, and the presence of endothelial dysfunction in these patients.  相似文献

As many as 56 patients with associated hemorrhagic fever and the renal syndrome were examined for vascular permeability, microcirculation and blood plasma histamine, serotonin, kallikrein and prekallikrein. In all the disease periods, the majority of the patients (n-52) demonstrated a rise of vascular permeability for protein and liquid part of the plasma, with this being marked in particular in the oligoanuric period. Besides, significant perivascular and intravascular changes in microcirculation were noted in the oligoanuric and polyuric disease periods. It was established during examination of biologically active substances that the greatest shifts were experienced by the kinin system. Sometimes the content of kallikrein surpassed the control values more than 7-fold. Less pronounced changes were seen in blood plasma serotonin and histamine. A direct correlation was established between vascular permeability, microcirculation and the content of all biologically active substances explored by the authors. The strongest correlation was found to exist between the above parameters and the kinin system of blood plasma.  相似文献

目的探讨针灸治疗原发性痛经患者血液流变学效应。方法原发性痛经患者38例,年龄18~24岁,于月经前3d针刺三阴交、血海,经期针刺次露、承山两穴,针后加灸,治疗3d。连续治疗3个月经周期,观察临床疗效,针灸治疗前后检测血液流变学指标。结果38例原发性痛经患者临床总有效率94.7%;血浆黏度、不同切变率下的全血黏度、红细胞压积及红细胞最大聚集指数明显降低,红细胞最大变形能力增强(P〈0.01);纤维蛋白原虽有不同程度的改变,但无统计学意义。结论原发性痛经的主要病机与血液的高“浓、黏、凝、集”状态有关,针灸具有改善血液流变性,降低血液黏度,改善子宫微循环的作用,从而使疼痛缓解。  相似文献

目的通过研究亚健康人足甲襞微循环变化,探讨人体微循环紊乱在亚健康发生和发展过程中的作用。方法用WX-9型微循环显微镜及微循环图像分析系统,观测100例临床诊断为亚健康人(亚健康组)的足甲襞微循环,并与100名健康人(健康组)对照。亚健康组男50例,女50例,平均年龄38.54±15.67岁;健康组平均年龄37.37±14.83岁.观察指标包括微血管形态、微血流动态、微血管周围状态共三方面17项指标。结果亚健康组与健康组比较,前者微血管清晰度降低,管襻数减少,输入枝及输出枝长度缩短,输入枝、输出枝和襻顶直径变小,血流速度减慢.红细胞聚集性增高,襻周有渗出和出血。结论亚健康人外周微循环有明显紊乱,表明微循环紊乱在亚健康发生发展过程中起重要作用。  相似文献

The study demonstrates that hypercholesterinemia in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) is associated with functional depression of microcirculation, increase in total peripheral vascular resistance, reduction in the functional efficiency of heart and decrease in activity tolerance. After receiving a course of low-intensity infrared laser radiation treatment the patients displayed positive changes in blood lipid spectrum, which was associated with improvement in microcirculation, decrease in afterload, increase in economization of heart functioning and activity tolerance. The obtained results demonstrate that the hypolipidemic effect of laser radiation is a substantial factor in the regression of CHD manifestations.  相似文献
