黄荆子三萜类化学成分研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的 研究马鞭草科牡荆属植物黄荆果实的三萜类化学成分.方法 采用硅胶柱层析、ODS柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析等色谱法分离纯化黄荆子三萜类化学成分,并根据理化性质和波谱数据对化合物结构进行鉴定.结果 分离得到了7个化合物,分别是2α,3α,19α-三羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(1)、2α,3β-二羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(2)、2α,3β,19α-三羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(3)、2α,3ββ,19α,23-四羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(4)、2α,3β,23-三羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(5)、2α,3α,24-齐墩果三羟基-12-烯-28-酸(6)、乌苏酸(7).结论 化合物1、3、4、5、6为首次从该属植物中分离得到.  相似文献

目的对金樱子中的三萜类化学成分进行研究。方法采用制备高效液相色谱、重结晶等分离纯化方法对金樱子果实的乙醇提取物进行成分分离纯化,利用1H-NMR、13C-NMR、ESI-MS波谱法对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从金樱子中得到12个三萜化合物,分别鉴定为1α,2α,3β,19α-四羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(1α,2α,3β,19α-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid,1)、2α,3α,19α,23-四羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid,2)、2α,3α,19α-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(2α,3α,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid,3)、2α,3β,19α,23-四羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(2α,3β,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid,4)、19α-羟基亚细亚酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(19α-hydroxyasiatic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyrannoside,5)、白桦酯酸(betulinic acid,6)、2α,3β-二羟基羽扇-20-烯-28-酸(2α,3β-dihydroxylup-20-en-28-oic acid,7)、2α,3β-二羟基羽扇-20-烯-28-酸甲酯(2α,3β-dihydroxylup-20-en-28-acid methyl ester,8)、3-O-反-对-香豆酰基麦珠子酸(3-O-trans-p-coumaroyl alphitolic acid,9)、3-O-顺-对-香豆酰基麦珠子酸(3-O-cis-p-coumaroyl alphitolic acid,10)、3-O-反-对-香豆酰基马斯里酸(3-O-trans-p-coumaroyl maslinic acid,11)和3-O-顺-对-香豆酰基马斯里酸(3-O-cis-p-coumaroyl maslinic acid,12)。结论化合物8和9为首次从蔷薇科中分离得到,化合物1012为首次从植物金樱子中分离得到。  相似文献

从大风子科植物爪哇脚骨脆的树干中分离得到11个已知三萜类化合物,经波谱解析及与文献对照方法,分别鉴定为木栓酮-2,3-内酯(1),木栓烷(2),表木栓醇(3),木栓酮(4),2α,3α,19α-三羟基-乌苏烷-12-烯-28-羧酸(5),2α,3β,19α-三羟基-乌苏烷-12-烯-28-羧酸(6),2α,3α,23-三羟基-乌苏烷-12-烯-28-羧酸(7),2α,3α,23-三羟基-齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-羧酸(8),2α,3α,19α,23-四羟基-乌苏烷-12-烯-28-羧酸(9),2α,3α,19α,23-四羟基-乌苏烷-12-烯-28-羧酸-28-O-β-D-葡萄糖酯(10),及3β,19α-双羟基-乌苏烷-12-烯-28-羧酸3-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷(11).其中化合物1为大风子科植物中稀有的裂环木栓烷三萜,所有化合物皆为首次从本植物中分离得到。  相似文献

采用柱色谱分离技术,从夏枯草全草70%乙醇浸膏的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位中分离得到14个化合物,经MS和NMR分析鉴定为:白桦脂酸(1)、乌苏酸(2)、2α,3α-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(3)、2α,3β-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(4)、2α,3β,24-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(5)、2α,3α,19-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(6)、齐墩果酸(7)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(9)、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、芦丁(11)、丹参素甲酯(12)、丹参素乙酯(13)、迷迭香酸乙酯(14).其中化合物5、6、10、13为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物5、13为首次从该属植物中分离得到.  相似文献

目的研究雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordiiHook.f.)根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、开放ODS柱色谱、HPLC等各种色谱技术对雷公藤根的化学成分进行分离纯化;根据理化常数测定和光谱分析对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从雷公藤根乙醇提取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为2α,3α,23-三羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-酸(2α,3α,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid,1)、2α,3α,23-三羟基乌苏烷-12,20(30)-二烯-28-酸(2α,3α,23-trihydroxyurs-12,20(30)-dien-28-oic acid,2)、2α,3α,24-三羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-酸(2α,3α,24-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid,3)、2α,3α,19α-三羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-酸(euscaphic acid,4)、熊果酸(urasolic acid,5)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,6)、2S,2′S-aurantiamide acetate(7)。结论化合物1、2、3、7为首次从雷公藤属植物中分离得到。  相似文献

目的 研究毛萼梅根部的化学成分。方法 将MeOH提取物分散于水中,经EtOAc萃取后用柱色谱分离纯化,通过波谱方法鉴定化合物。结果 鉴定了7个化合物:2α,3β-二羟基乌苏-12,19-二烯-23,28-二酸(I),2α,3β,23-三羟基乌苏-12,18-二烯-28-酸(IIa),2α,3β,23-三羟基乌苏-12,19-二烯-28-酸(IIb),2α,3α-二羟基乌苏-12,18-二烯-28-酸(IIIa),2α,3α-二羟基乌苏-12,19-二烯-28-酸(IIIb),及化合物IIIa,IIIb的C-2,C-3位缩酮IVa和IVb。结论 I是1个新三萜酸。  相似文献

A new triterpenoid, 2beta,3beta,19alpha,24-tetrahydroxy-23-norurs-12-en-28-oic acid (4), together with three known triterpenoids 3-oxo-19alpha,23,24-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (1), 2alpha,3beta,19alpha,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (2), 2alpha,3alpha,19alpha,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (3), was isolated from the roots of Symplocos chinensis. The new triterpenoid shows significant cytotoxic activity against B16 and BGC-823 cells.  相似文献

A bioassay-guided fractionation and chemical investigation of the trunk of Berberis koreana led to the isolation and identification of three new triterpenoids, 2 α,3 α,19 α-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-24-formyl-28-oic acid (1), 2 α,3 β,21 α-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid ( 2), and 3 β-acetyloxy-1-oxo-olean-12-en-28-oic acid (3), along with seven known triterpenoids (4-10). The structures of these new compounds were determined through spectral analysis, including extensive 2D-NMR data. The new compounds 1-3 showed significant cytotoxicity against the A549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, and HCT-15 human tumor cell lines with IC(50) values ranging from 7.17 to 48.73?μM.  相似文献

The flower of Campsis grandiflora K. Schum. was extracted with 80% aqueous MeOH, and the concentrated extract was partitioned with EtOAc, n-BuOH and H2O. From the EtOAc fraction, seven triterpenoids were isolated through the repeated silica gel, ODS column chromatographies and preparative HPLC. From the result of physico-chemical data including NMR, MS and IR, the chemical structures of the compounds were determined as 3beta-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (oleanolic acid, 1), 3beta-hydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (ursolic acid, 2), 3beta-hydroxyurs-12-en-28-al (ursolic aldehyde, 3), 2alpha,3beta-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (maslinic acid, 4), 2alpha,3beta-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (corosolic acid, 5), 3beta,23-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (23-hydroxyursolic acid, 6) and 2alpha,3beta,23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (arjunolic acid, 7). These teriterpenoids were isolated for the first time from this plant. Also, compounds 4, 5, 6, and 7 revealed relatively high hACAT-1 inhibitory activity with the value of 46.2+/-1.1, 46.7+/-0.9, 41.5+/-1.3 and 60.8+/-1.1% at the concentration of 100 microg/mL, respectively.  相似文献

自蛇毒(Duchesnea indica Fock)全草中分离出6个化合物,其中,2个为新化合物,分别命名为蛇莓甙A(duchesideA)和蛇莓甙B(duchesideB),经化学及光谱(UV,1R,1HNMR,13CNMR,NOEDS和MS)分析确定,蛇莓甙A的结构为3'-O-甲基-鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃木糖甙(Ⅰ),蛇莓甙B的结构为3'-O-甲基-鞣花酸-4-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖甙(Ⅱ)。另外4个化合物为已知三萜类化合物:3β-羟基-乌苏烷-12-烯-28-羧酸(Ⅲ),2α,3β,19α-三羟基-乌苏烷-12-烯-28-羧酸(Ⅳ),2α,3β,19α-三羟基-乌苏烷-12-烯-28-羧酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙(Ⅴ),2α,3α,19α-三羟基-乌苏烷-12-烯-28-羧酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙(Ⅵ)。其中化合物Ⅳ,Ⅴ和Ⅵ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。  相似文献

Two new ursane-type triterpenes, named as 3β,?19α,?23,?24-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (1) and 2β,?3β,?19α,?24-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (2), together with two known triterpenoids, 3-oxo-urs-12-ene-27, 28-dioic acid (3) and quinovic acid-3-β-rhamnopyranoside (4), were isolated from the stems (with barks) of Nauclea officinalis. The structures of 1 and 2 were determined by the combined use of single-crystal X-ray diffraction and spectroscopic data analysis. The inhibitory activities on nitric oxide (NO) production induced by lipopolysaccharide in mouse macrophage RAW 264.7 cells were examined, and compound 1 was found to inhibit NO production, with the IC(50) value of 4.8?μM.  相似文献

The novel seco-ursane-type triterpenoid 3β,11α-dihydroxy-17,22-seco-17(28), 12-ursadien-22-oic acid (1) was isolated for the first time from a natural source from two Salvia species growing wild in Jordan, Salvia palaestina Benth. and Salvia syrica L. In addition to compound 1, S. syriaca afforded a new sesquiterpene named syriacine (2). S. palaestina also afforded 15 other known compounds, 6 of which are isolated for the first time from the plant, and these include velutin, hyptadienic acid, cirsilineol, 2α,3β-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid, 2α,3α-dihydroxy-24-nor-4(23),12-oleanan-28-oic acid, and 2α,3β,24-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid. S. syriaca also afforded 16 other known compounds, 7 of which are isolated for the first time from the plant. These are 1α,3α-dihydroxyolean-9(11),12-diene, maslinic acid, 2α,3β,24-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid, 11-oxo-oleanolic acid, 11-oxo-ursolic acid, poriferast-5-en-3,7-diol, and pectolinangenin.  相似文献

目的研究木通科植物白木通藤茎的化学成分。方法通过反复硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果从白木通藤茎70%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物。分别鉴定为2α,3β,23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid =O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (I), 2α,3β,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (II), 2α,3β,23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (III), 2α,3β,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (IV), 2α,3β,23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (V), 2α,3β,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (VI)。结论化合物II为新化合物,命名为mutongsaponin C,其他均为首次从该植物藤茎中分离得到。  相似文献
