Verocytotoxigenic Escherichia coli (VTEC) O157 are recognized as bacterial pathogens with significant public health impact. However, other serogroups, including O26, O111, O103, and O145, have the potential to cause the same spectrum of illness. In this study, 800 minced (ground) beef samples covering a large geographical region in Ireland were collected and tested for Escherichia coli (E. coli) O26 and E. coli O111 by conventional microbiological protocols. Two minced beef samples (0.25%) tested positive for E. coli O26, indicating fecal contamination. None of these isolates possessed verocytotoxin-encoding genes, (vt1/vt2 also known as stx1/stx2), the hemolysinencoding gene (hlyA), or the E. coli attachment-effacement (eae) gene, as determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). None of the beef samples analyzed contained E. coli O111. Although the E. coli O26 isolates were nonvirulent, the presence of these isolates in raw minced beef is an indication of fecal contamination and therefore potentially of public health significance.  相似文献

Six Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (STEC) serogroups, which include O26, O45, O103, O111, O121, and O145, are responsible for the majority of non-O157 STEC infections in the United States, representing a growing public health concern. Cattle and other ruminants are reservoirs for these pathogens; thus, food of bovine origin may be a vehicle for infection with non-O157 STEC. Methods for detection of these pathogens in animal reservoirs and in food are needed to determine their prevalence and to develop intervention strategies. This study describes a method for detection of non-O157 STEC in ground beef, consisting of enrichment in modified tryptic soy broth at 42°C, followed by real-time multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assays targeting stx(1), stx(2), and genes in the O-antigen gene clusters of the six serogroups, [corrected] and then immunomagnetic separation (IMS) followed by plating onto Rainbow? Agar O157 and PCR assays for confirmation of isolates. All ground beef samples artificially inoculated with 1-2 and 10-20 CFU/25?g of ground beef consistently gave positive results for all of the target genes, including the internal amplification control using the multiplex real-time PCR assays after enrichment in modified tryptic soy broth for a total of 24?h (6?h at 37°C and 18?h at 42°C). The detection limit of the real-time multiplex PCR assays was ~50 CFU per PCR. IMS for O26, O103, O111, and O145 was performed with commercially available magnetic beads, and the IMS beads for O45 and O121 were prepared using polyclonal antiserum against these serogroups. A large percentage of the presumptive colonies of each serogroup picked from Rainbow Agar O157 were confirmed as the respective serogroups; however, the percent recovery of STEC O111 was somewhat lower than that of the other serogroups. This work provides a method for detection and isolation in ground beef and potentially other foods of non-O157 STEC of major public health concern.  相似文献

Rapid methods for the detection of Escherichia coli O157:H7 and Listeria monocytogenes in food products are important to the food industry and for public health. Conventional microbiological methods and newly developed molecular-based techniques such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based methods are time consuming. In this study, a faster method based on utilization of a hybridization probe with real-time PCR, was developed and applied for detection of E. coli O157:H7 and L. monocytogenes from artificially contaminated raw ground beef and fully cooked beef hotdogs. Target genes for E. coli O157:H7 and L. monocytogenes were rfbE and hylA, respectively. An analysis of 169 bacterial strains showed that the chosen primers and probes were specific for detection of E. coli O157:H7 and L. monocytogenes by real-time PCR. The assay was positive for nine of 10. E. coli O157:H7 strains, and all L. monocytogenes (7/7) strains evaluated. Bacterial strains lacking these genes were not detected by these assays. Detection limits of real-time PCR assays ranged from 10(3) to 10(8) colony forming units (CFU)/ml for E. coli O157:H7 in modified tryptic soy broth and 10(4) to 10(8) CFU/mL for L. monocytogenes in Fraser Broth. Detection sensitivity ranged from 10(3) to 10(4) CFU/g of raw ground beef or hotdog without enrichment for E. coli and L. monocytogenes. Approximately 1.4-2.2 CFU/g of E. coli O157:H7 in raw ground beef were detected following an enrichment step of 4 h. Approximately 1.2-6.0 CFU/g of L. monocytogenes in beef hotdogs were detected following an enrichment step of 30 h. The real-time PCR assays for detection of E. coli O157:H7 and L. monocytogenes in raw ground beef and beef hotdogs were specific, sensitive and rapid.  相似文献

An isolation method described by Possé et al. (FEMS Microbiol Lett 2008;282:124-131) was satisfactorily validated in an international ring-trial using artificially contaminated minced beef samples. Until now, no validated method existed for the simultaneous isolation of Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli serogroups O26, O103, O111, and O145 in food. Twelve laboratories from five European countries participated and received 16 inoculated beef samples contaminated with cold-stressed cells of the four serogroups O26, O103, O111, and O145 in two levels (approximately 30 and 300 CFU 25?g?1) in duplicate. In addition, they received four non-inoculated samples. The isolation protocol comprised a selective enrichment step, a selective isolation step on a non-O157 agar plate differentiating the serogroups by color, followed by confirmation by plating on confirmation agar media and agglutination. All laboratories were able to isolate the inoculated serogroups from the samples, both for the high and the low inoculation level. Results did not differ whether in-house-prepared or ready-to-use non-O157 agar plates were used, demonstrating that by following the instructions laboratories managed to perform the complete protocol with success.  相似文献

Recent water related outbreaks of shiga toxin producing E. coli O157 have resulted in increased attention of the water industry to this potentially deadly pathogen. Current methods to detect E. coli O157 and its virulence genes are laborious and time-consuming. Specificity, sensitivity and simple use of a real-time PCR method makes it an attractive alternative for the detection of STEC E. coli O157. This study describes the development and application of real-time PCR methods for the detection of E. coli O157, shiga toxin genes (Stx1 and Stx2) and E. coli. The specificity of the methods was confirmed by performing colony-PCR assays on characterized bacterial isolates, demonstrating the applicability of these assays as rapid tests to confirm the presence of E. coli or E. coli O157 colonies on culture plates. Sensitive culture-PCR methods were developed by combining culture enrichment with real-time PCR detection. This rapid method allowed detection of low concentrations of E. coli O157 in the presence of high concentrations of non-O157-E. coli (1:104). Culture-PCR methods were applied to 27 surface water and 4 wastewater samples. E. coli O157 and both Stx genes were detected in two wastewater samples, whereas only E. coli O157 was detected in two surface water samples. Culture-PCR methods were not influenced by matrix effects and also enabled quantitative (MPN) detection of E. coli in these samples.  相似文献

Minced beef samples inoculated with Escherichia coli O157 were cultured in buffered peptone water supplemented with vancomycin, cefsulodin and cefixime (BPW-VCC) and subcultured to cefixime tellurite sorbitol MacConkey (CT-SMAC) agar both directly and after immunomagnetic separation (IMS) of the organism with magnetic beads coated with an antibody against E. coli O157 (Dynabeads anti-E. coli O157, Dynal, Oslo). E. coli O157 was recovered from initial inocula of 200 organisms/g by direct subculture and 2 organisms/g by IMS. Twelve strains of E. coli O157 of different combinations of phage type, H antigen and toxin genotype were all recovered from initial inocula of two organisms/g by IMS. Non-specific binding of other organisms to the magnetic beads could be reduced by washing of the beads in PBS with Tween-20 0.002-0.005% E. coli O157 was not bound by magnetic coated with an unrelated antibody. During investigation of a dairy herd that was possibly linked to a small outbreak of infection with E. coli O157, the organism was isolated from 2 of 279 forestream milk samples from individual cattle; both isolates were made only by the IMS technique. IMS is rapid, technically simple, and a specific method for isolation of E. coli O157 and will be useful in epidemiological studies.  相似文献

The objectives of this study were to compare the performance of different diagnostic protocols (rectoanal mucosal swabs and immunomagnetic separation [RAMS-IMS], fecal samples and IMS [fecal-IMS], and direct plating) to determine the prevalence of Escherichia coli O157:H7 and to evaluate the pattern of E. coli O157:H7 shedding and super-shedding (defined as having a direct plating count equal to or >10(4) colony forming units of E. coli O157:H7 per gram of feces) in a longitudinal study of naturally infected feedlot steers. RAMS and fecal grab samples were obtained at 14-day intervals from 168 Angus-cross beef steers over a period of 22 weeks. Fecal samples were assessed by direct plating and IMS, whereas RAMS were tested only by enrichment followed by IMS to recover E. coli O157:H7. The period prevalence for shedding was high (62%) among feedlot steers and super-shedding was higher (23%) than anticipated. Although direct plating was the least sensitive method to detect E. coli O157:H7-positive samples, over 20% of high bacterial load samples were not detected by RAMS-IMS and/or fecal-IMS. The sensitivity of RAMS-IMS, fecal-IMS, and direct plating protocols was estimated using simple and multilevel mixed-effects logistic regression models, in which the dependent variable was the dichotomous results of each test and gold standard (i.e., parallel interpretation of the three protocols)-positive individuals were included as an independent variable along with other factors such as dietary supplements, time of sampling, and being exposed to a super-shedding pen-mate. The associations between these factors and the sensitivity of the diagnostic protocols were not statistically significant. In conclusion, differences in the reported impact of diet and probiotics on the shedding of E. coli O157:H7 in previous studies using RAMS-IMS or fecal-IMS were unlikely due to their impact on test performance.  相似文献

摘要:目的 建立快速检测食品中大肠杆菌O157︰H7的双重荧光PCR 方法。方法 针对大肠杆菌O157︰H7菌体抗原O和鞭毛抗原H的特异性基因rfbE(O157)和fliC(H7)筛选设计引物和探针,优化反应条件,建立可特异性检测大肠杆菌O157︰H7的双重荧光PCR方法,并对该法的特异性、敏感性和重复性进行评价,对模拟样品和实际样品进行初步验证。结果 利用建立的方法对2株大肠杆菌O157︰H7及12株非大肠杆菌O157︰H7进行检测,O157︰H7菌株检测结果均为rfbE和fliC阳性,非O157︰H7菌株检测结果均为阴性,rfbE和fliC基因的特异性均为100%;2基因的检测灵敏度可达1.16×102 CFU/ml;批内、批间变异系数均小于3.5%;模拟样品立即检测,2个基因的最低检出限(2.7×102 CFU/ml)和细菌纯培养时接近;实际样品检测结果与我国检验检疫行业标准(SN/T 0973-2010)的检测结果一致。结论 建立的荧光定量PCR 方法特异性及重复性好,灵敏度高,可快速准确鉴定大肠杆菌O157︰H7菌株。  相似文献

To investigate if there is a reservoir of Escherichia coli O157 in Norwegian cattle, faecal samples from 197 cattle herds were screened for E. coli O157 by the use of immunomagnetic separation (IMS) and PCR during the 1995 grazing season. Six E. coli O157:H-isolates were detected in two herds, one isolate in one and five in the other. The isolates carried the stx1, stx2, and eae genes, and a 90 MDa virulence plasmid. They were toxinogenic in a Vero cell assay. From 57 other herds, 137 faecal samples were positive for stx1 and/or stx2 genes detected by PCR run directly on IMS-isolated material. Among these samples, stx2 were the most widely distributed toxin encoding genes. No difference was found among milking cows and heifers in the rate of stx1 and/or stx2 in positive samples.  相似文献

目的 研究快速、敏感、低成本的食品标本处理方法。方法 在牛肉馅中接种不同浓度的大肠埃希菌O157:H7,经离心、过滤,去除PCR抑制剂。浓缩菌株,用煮沸法和酶/冻融法裂解菌株,制备模板DNA。通过PCR检测大肠埃希菌O157:H7志贺毒素基因以评价该处理方法的可行性。结果 在未增菌条件下,PCR最低能检测到103CFU/g牛肉馅,增菌6h,最低能检测1CFU/g牛肉馅,整个检测过程只需要12h。结论 所采用的标本处理方法是一种灵敏、省时、低成本的方法,能显著地提高PCR检测食品标本中的大肠埃希菌O157:H7的灵敏度。  相似文献

Phenotypic and genetic markers of Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (STEC) O26 from North America were used to develop serotype-specific protocols for detection of this pathogen. Carbohydrate fermentation profiles and prevalence of gene sequences associated with STEC O26 (n = 20) were examined. Non-STEC O26 (n = 17), E. coli O157 (n = 20), E. coli O111 (n = 22), and generic E. coli (n = 21) were used as comparison strains. Effects of supplements: cefixime-tellurite, 4-methylumbelliferyl-beta-D-glucuronide (MUG) and chromogenic additives (5-bromo4-chloro-3-indolyl-beta-D-galactopyranoside (X-Gal), 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl-beta-D-glucuronide (X-GlcA) and o-nitrophenyl-beta-D-galactopyranoside (ONPG), added to isolation agar media were examined. Tests for presence of gene sequences encoding beta intimin (eae beta), Shiga toxin 1 and 2 (stx1 and stx2), H7 flagella (flicCh7), enterohemolysin (ehlyA), O26 somatic antigen (wzx), and high pathogenicity island genes (irp2 and fyuA) were conducted using multiplex polymerase chain reaction. Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) of XbaI restriction endonuclease genomic DNA digests was used to establish clonality among E. coli O26 strains. Of the 26 carbohydrates tested, only rhamnose had diagnostic value. Rhamnose non-fermenters included STEC O26 (100%), non-STEC O26 (40%), generic E. coli (29%), E. coli O111 (23%), and E. coli O157 (0%). Rhamnose non-fermenting colonies growing on Rhamnose-McConkey agar supplemented with X-GlcA, X-Gal, or ONPG, respectively, were blue, white, or faint yellow, whereas rhamnose-fermenters were red. Blue colonies from X-GlcA-containing media were the most well-defined and easiest to pick for further tests. All STEC O26 were MUG-fluorescent, while STEC O157 (n = 18) were non-fluorescent. E. coli O111 and generic E. coli strains were either MUG-positive or-negative. Serotype-specific detection of STEC O26 was achieved by selecting cefixime-tellurite-resistant, MUG-fluorescent, rhamnose-nonfermenting colonies, which carried stx1, eae beta, irp2, and wzx gene sequences. STEC O26 prevalence in dairy farm environmental samples determined using the developed isolation and genetic detection protocols was 4%. PFGE indicated the presence of one major cluster of E. coli O26 with 72-100% DNA fragment-length digest similarity among test strains. The serotype-specific detection methods described herein have potential for routine application in STEC O26 diagnosis.  相似文献

There is a lack of information about the role of poultry, specifically chicken, in transmission of Escherichia coli (E. coli) O157 and subsequent human illnesses. This study was therefore aimed at investigating the presence of E. coli O157 and its virulence genes in various samples collected from broiler chickens and humans in Eastern Turkey by culture, immunomagnetic separation (IMS), and polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The genetic relationship between broiler and human isolates was also examined by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). In the PCR analysis of sorbitol-negative isolates, E. coli O157 was identified in 0.1% (1/1000) and 0.4% (4/1000) of the liver and cecum samples of broiler chickens, respectively. On the other hand, none of the carcass samples were determined to be positive for E. coli O157. Overall, the results indicated that 12% (3/25) of the flocks were positive for E. coli O157. The differences between the flocks in terms of the positivity were determined to be statistically significant (p<0.001). Ten (2.7%) of 367 human stool samples were also positive for E. coli O157 in the PCR examination. None of the broiler and human E. coli O157 isolates possessed H7, shigatoxins 1-2, or enterohemolysin genes, whereas all the broiler isolates and one of the human isolates were positive for intimin gene. In the PFGE analysis, a total of eight different profiles (four from broiler and four from human isolates) were observed. However, there were no genetic relationships between broiler and human E. coli O157 isolates. It can be concluded that more detailed studies are needed in poultry to better understand the role of these species in the epidemiology of E. coli 0157 infections in humans.  相似文献

Between April 1996 and March 1997 we examined 5093 samples of raw beef and lamb products for the presence of E. coli O157. Samples were purchased from 81 small butchers' shops in south Yorkshire. In March 1997 we also examined five samples of dried mint for the presence of E. coli O157. Strains of E. coli O157 were isolated by enrichment culture in modified buffered peptone water followed by immunomagnetic separation and culture of magnetic beads onto cefixime tellurite sorbitol MacConkey agar. Strains were characterized by phage typing, toxin genotyping and plasmid analysis. Strains of E. coli O157 were isolated from 72 (1.4%) of 5093 samples; it was isolated from 36 (1.1%) of 3216 samples of beef products and from 29 (2.9%) samples of lamb products. The highest prevalence was found in lamb sausages and lamb burgers where E. coli O157 was isolated from 3 (4.1%) of 73 and 18 (3.7%) of 484 samples respectively. Strains of E. coli O157 were isolated most frequently during early summer. Strains of E. coli O157 were also isolated from 2 of 5 samples of dried mint although we did not determine how the mint had become contaminated. All isolates of E. coli O157 were Verocytotoxin-producing as determined by both Vero cell assay and DNA hybridization for the genes encoding Verocytotoxin and all were positive for the eaeA gene. A combination of phage typing, toxin genotyping and plasmid profile subdivided the 72 strains of E. coli isolated into 20 different subtypes, of which 18 were indistinguishable from strains isolated previously from cattle and sheep; of these 18 strains, 8 were indistinguishable from strains isolated from human cases of infection during the study period.  相似文献

目的:对12株疑似O157:H7大肠菌采用PCR法进行鉴定。方法:利用单一PCR和多重聚合酶链反应(mPCR)检测不同来源菌株志贺样毒素(stx1和stx2)、溶血素(hly)、粘附抹平因子(eaeA)、β-葡糖醛酸糖苷酶(u idA)、O157抗原编码(rfbE)、H7鞭毛抗原编码(fliC)基因。结果:4株大肠菌rfbE和fliC基因检测为阳性,确认为EHEC O157:H7,其中1株菌株扩增出全部毒力基因,另3株菌株扩增出除stx1外其它全部毒力基因;2株大肠菌rfbE基因检测阳性,确认为O157:H7-大肠菌;其它均为非O157:H7其它大肠菌。结论:PCR技术的应用能对可疑O157:H7大肠菌进行有效鉴定与分析,应成为今后病原学鉴定的主要技术手段。  相似文献

Escherichia coli O157.H7 was found in 10 of 3570 (0.28%) faecal samples from dairy cattle in 5 of 60 herds (8.3%). Several tentative associations with manure handling and feeding management practices on dairy farms were identified. Faecal/urine slurry samples, bulk milk samples, and milk filters from dairy herds were negative for E. coli O157.H7. E. coli O157.H7 was also isolated from 10 of 1412 (0.71%) faecal samples from pastured beef cattle in 4 of 25 (16%) herds. The prevalence of E. coli O157.H7 excretion in feedlot beef cattle was 2 of 600 (0.33%). The identification of cattle management practices associated with colonization of cattle by E. coli O157.H7 suggests the possibility that human E. coli O157.H7 exposure may be reduced by cattle management procedures.  相似文献

An 11-gene multiplex polymerase chain reaction (mPCR) was developed based on genes that code for serogroup-specific O-antigens and four major virulence factors (intimin, enterohemorrhagic hemolysin, and Shiga toxins [Stx] 1 and 2), to detect O157 and the "top six" non-O157 (O26, O45, O103, O111, O121, and O145) Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (STEC). The assay specificity was validated with pure cultures of seven major STEC (185 strains), 26 other STEC (65 strains), non-STEC (five strains), and 33 strains of other genera and species. Sensitivity of the assay with cattle fecal sample spiked with pooled cultures of seven major STEC was 10(5) colony-forming units (CFU)/g before enrichment and 10(2) CFU/g after enrichment. The applicability of the assay to detect STEC in fecal samples (n=50), before and after enrichment, was evaluated by comparing with culture-based methods for O26, O111, and O157. The mPCR assay of 50 fecal samples showed seven (14%) positive before enrichment and 23 (46%) positive after enrichment for one or more of the seven O-groups. Overall, 17 isolates from 17 fecal samples and 27 isolates (four for O26, three for O45, and 20 for O103) from 19 fecal samples were obtained, by culture-based methods, for O157 and non-O157 serogroups, respectively. None of the 27 non-O157 isolates possessed the stx genes, suggesting that cattle harbor Shiga toxin-negative E. coli belonging to the "top six" non-O157 serogroups. Our data, although based on a limited number of samples, suggest that the sensitivities of the mPCR and culture-based methods in detecting the seven serogroups of STEC in feces differed between O-groups. An obvious limitation of our mPCR is that the concurrent detection of virulence genes and the serogroups in a sample does not necessarily associate the virulence genes with the prevalent serogroups in the same sample. The major application of our 11-gene mPCR assay may be in identifying putative colonies of STEC obtained by culture-based methods.  相似文献

目的:了解2007年浙江省衢州地区产志贺毒素大肠埃希菌O157:H7在动物中的分布情况及其耐药性、PFGE分型及毒力基因携带状况。方法:按全国O157:H7监测方案于5~10月份肠道传染病高发季节,在衢州地区采集各种动物粪便/肛拭,用免疫磁珠富集后进行O157:H7分离培养、鉴定,可疑菌株以PCR法检测O、H抗原及志贺样毒素(SLT1和SLT2)、粘附抹平因子(eaeA)及溶血素(hly)4种毒力基因。用脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulse field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)方法进行同源性分析,同时选择14种抗生素进行药敏试验,分析分离所得菌株的耐药状况。结果:共监测动物粪便标本300份,分离得产志贺毒素大肠埃希菌O157:H7菌株16株,分离率为5.33%。16株O157:H7菌株,毒力基因Hly、eaeA、SLT2均阳性,SLT1均阴性。脉冲场凝胶电泳分型显示,16株O157:H7菌株可分2个PFGE基因型,型间差异较小。耐药性分析显示这些菌株对红霉素、利福平的耐药率最高,达100.0%,对其他受试抗生素均敏感。结论:该地区动物中产志贺毒素大肠埃希菌O157:H7带菌率较高,所分离菌株主要携带SLT2基因,因此推测该地区存在发生产志贺毒素大肠埃希菌O157:H7感染暴发或流行的潜在危险,需增加对动物源性O157:H7的监测力度。  相似文献

EHEC O157 were isolated from faeces of Belgian and Polish beef slaughter cattle. In Belgium, 1281 faecal samples were analysed by immunomagnetic separation [IMS] after enrichment in buffered peptone water from June 1998 till July 1999. Eighty-one samples (6.3%) were positive for E. coli O157. Phage type 8 was most frequently found. Bulls between 1 and 2 years old, slaughtered in September and October were most frequently found positive. Atypical biochemical features were observed in some isolates: 22 (27%) isolates were urease positive and 1 (1.2%) isolate was unable to ferment lactose. In Poland, 551 faecal samples, taken from January 1999 till December 1999, were examined using exactly the same techniques. Four faecal samples (0.7%) were positive for O157 EHEC, yielding seven phage type 8 isolates. All positive samples were from cattle younger than 2 years. Pathogenic Escherichia coli strains on raw or insufficiently cooked foods are of public health concern as serious disease may result from their ingestion. Therefore, many commercial producers of beef products screen for E. coli O157:H7 before shipment. While Salmonella is not considered an adulterant on raw beef products, it is used as an indication of process control. To detect these microorganisms, rapid screening methods are often used to provide results within 8-24 hours after sampling. During 2005-2008, about 971,389 samples from several commercial beef production plants were tested using a rapid screening method based on the polymerase chain reaction to determine if they were presumptively positive for bacterial cells carrying Salmonella or Shiga toxin-producing E. coli-specific genes. Of the product lots sampled (trim, ground beef, and variety meats), 15% were positive for the stx(1) and/or stx(2) (Shiga toxin genes), 9.1% for the eae gene (the attaching and effacing gene [eae] encoding intimin), 3.0% for an rfb gene region (encoding the O157-specific O side chain polysaccharide), and 1.67% for Salmonella by the polymerase chain reaction assay. In general, lots of ground beef showed the lowest frequency of contamination, and variety meats (by-products of carcass evisceration), the highest. Overall, 4.6%, 4.6%, and 0.8% samples were screen-positive for enteropathogenic E. coli, enterohemorrhagic E. coli, and E. coli O157, respectively. Of the E. coli O157-positive samples, 14% were also Salmonella positive. The frequency of screen-positive samples increases during the summer months, probably because of the prevalence of climatic conditions more conducive to microbial growth. The presence of fecal organisms in beef products suggests a failure of sanitary controls during processing and the more prevalent relatives of E. coli O157, Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli, enteropathogenic E. coli, and enterohemorrhagic E. coli, serve as more sensitive indicators of contamination than O157 strains alone.  相似文献
