To investigate the safety of electroacupuncture plus oxytocin for uterine contraction of puerperants. Methods: 276 puerperants with difficult labor were randomly divided into a medication group, treated with intravenous dripping of oxytocin, and an acupuncture plus medication group, in the medication group, intravenous dripping of oxytocin was given, and in the other group, acupuncture at bilateral Hegu (LI 4) was added. Heart rate, respiratory frequency, blood pressure of puerperants, fetal heart rate and birth process were observed. Results: During laboring, the indices observed, including heart rate, respiratory frequency, blood pressure, fetal heart rate and birth process, were all in normal range in all of the 276 cases, with better effects in acupuncture plus medication Group M. Conclusions: Electroacupuncture at bilateral Hegu (LI 4) plus intravenous dripping of oxytocin can intensify the uterine contraction, shorten the birth process to avoid probable systemic exhaustion due to excessive consumption, and with no side effects on life signs of the puernerants and newborns.  相似文献

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of electroacupuncture (EA) at Fenglong (ST 40) on blood lipids. Methods: Two hundred and four patients of hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into a Fenglong group and a Xuezhikang group, 102 cases in each group. The patients in the Fenglong group were treated with electroacupuncture at Fenglong (ST 40). After arrival of qi, the needles were connected with acupoint nerve stimulator (LH 202 H type, HANS). The primary parameters of EA: for high triglycerides (TG) type, AM 50 Hz, intensity 1 mA, needle-retained time 20 rain, twice per week; for high cholesterol (CHO) type, AM 100 Hz, intensity 1 mA, needle-retained time 30 min, thrice per week; for high low-density-lipoprotein (LDL-C) type, the same parameters as the high CHO type except the tolerable and comfortable intensity; for the mixing type, corresponding methods were alternatively used. The patients in the Xuezhikang group received Xuezhikang capsule orally, 2 capsules each time and twice daily, for total 11 weeks.  相似文献

Objective: To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture at Shaoze (SI 1) for insutlicient lactation after delivery, and further study the influence of this method on the different types of syndromes and on such patients of different ages. Methods: The 92 cases of postpartum insufficient lactation were randomly divided into the treatment group (46 cases) and the control group (46 cases). The former was treated by electroacupuncture at bilateral Shaoze (SI 1), and the latter by electroacupuncture at bilateral Shangyang (LI 1). Both groups were treated for 2 courses, each course consisting of 5 times of treatment, and followed up for 1 month. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 100% and 69.6% respectively, showing a significant difference (P〈0.01). For different types of syndromes and different ages of patients, the treatment group obtained a better effect than the control group in increasing lactation quantity and maintaining prolactin level with a significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusions: Electroacupuncture at Shaoze (SI 1) was obviously effective for postpartum insufficient lactation.  相似文献

Objective: To observe the clinical effects in the treatment of post-stroke dysfunction of lower limb by puncturing Weizhong (BL 40). Methods: One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. Both groups were treated by puncturing Weizhong (BL 40) plus functional rehabilitation training, once every day. Those in the observation group were treated by Shi Xue-min's needling technique, while others in the control group were treated with routine needling technique. The therapeutic effects were assessed by the scores of lower limb functions of Lovett scale of grading muscle strength (LSGMS) and short-form FugI-Meyer assessment (SFFMA). Results: The instant and post-treatment effective rates in the observation group were 83.3% and 93.3%, versus 6.7% and 53.3% in the control group, indicating that the therapeutic effect was better in the observation group (P〈0.01). The instant and post-treatment scores of Lovett muscle strength grading scale were better in the observation group than that in the control group (P〈0.05). SFFMA score of lower limbs function was better in the observation group than that in the control group (P〈0.0s). Conclusion: Different needling methods at Weizhong (BL 40) can produce different therapeutic effects in treating post-stroke dysfunction of lower limb, and Shi's needling technique has obvious instant effect and therapeutic function.  相似文献
