Something new: a radiology policies and procedures outline guide

The American Hospital Radiology Administrators Midwest Region Education Committee felt the need for a guide to assist radiology administrators in developing departmental policies and procedures unique to their own institutions. The outline guide was undertaken as the education project for the committee of 1980/81. The completed guide was presented at the April, 1981 Midwest regional meeting. This article is presented to you to introduce the outline guide and also emphasize the importance of the development of a comprehensive policy and procedure manual for improved radiology management.

本文在对DNA多态性分析技术概述的基础上,对DNA多态性在绵羊遗传多样性和亲缘关系研究以及遗传图谱的绘制和分子标记辅助育种方面的应用进展作了综述。     

Formal and population genetic studies of AHSG: Further data from Galicia

Summary A sensitive immunodetection method for Alpha-2-HS glycoprotein (AHSG) after ultrathin layer polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing has been applied to a family study of 126 matings including 292 offspring. Formal genetic studies are in agreement with an autosomal mode of inheritance for this system. A population study of 506 unrelated individuals from Galicia (NW Spain) gave the following frequencies: AHSG*1= 0.7559 and AHSG*2 = 0.2441, which correspond to a exclusion chance for non-fathers of 0.1505.     

An association between polymorphisms within the APOE gene and concussion aetiology in rugby union players

Objectives

Concussion refers to changes in neurological function due to biomechanical forces transmitted to the head. The APOE ε4 allele is associated with brain injury severity. The objective was to determine if APOE gene variants are associated with concussion history and severity in rugby players.

基于分子表型的脑胶质瘤影像基因组学研究进展

影像基因组学是一个新兴研究领域,它通过整合疾病影像特征和基因表达,于两者间构建一定的相关性,是目前医学科研最有前景的研究领域之一。脑胶质瘤由病理学诊断向分子诊断的深入,对胶质瘤预后的评估越来越依赖基因表达特征或分子表型,而运用影像基因组学方法,通过利用影像数据预测分子表达特征可以无创地预测胶质瘤的预后,同时为实现胶质瘤的精准诊断和精准治疗提供一种重要工具,近年已成为影像基因组学研究的热点之一。就脑胶质瘤的影像基因组学研究进展予以综述。     

血管紧张素转换酶基因多态性与高血压的关系

目的研究血管紧张素转换酶（angiotensin converting enzyme，ACE）基因I／D多态性的分布及其与高血压发病之间的关系。方法应用PCR方法对356例海军干休所离退休干部进行ACE I／D基因型检测，并分析比较。结果海军老干部高血压病组ACE Ⅱ和ID基因型显著低于对照组（P〈0．01），而DD基因型显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论海军老干部ACE基因多态性与原发性高血压有关，DD基因型易患高血压。     

长效重组人超氧化物歧化酶的研制及其辐射防护作用

选用无毒、无免疫原性的高分子化合物聚乙二醇(PEG)为修饰剂,以活性酯法制备出PEG- 重组人超氧化物歧化酶(PEG-rh SOD)共价结合物.修饰酶的生物半衰期为15h,比修饰前延长了90倍,对酸、碱、热的耐受力明显高于修饰前.用照射小鼠的活存率评价了PEG-rhSOD的辐射防护作用.小鼠受8.5Gy γ射线照射前1h腹腔注射30万U/kg PEG-rh SOD,可提高活存率42%,与未修饰的rhSOD相比,活存率提高14%.实验仍在进行中.     

昆明山海棠胶囊遗传毒性及生殖毒性的研究

目的　探讨昆明山海棠胶囊的遗传毒性及生殖系统毒性。方法　根据《中药新药研究指南》,进行该制剂的特殊毒理实验研究。结果　昆明山海棠胶囊无移码突变和碱基置换效应;剂量低于2 5 0g·kg-1时,小鼠骨髓细胞姊妹染色单体交换频率(SCE)正常,高于此剂量,则可增加SCE频率,且使嗜多染红细胞微核率增加,并呈剂量依赖性;显性致死试验阳性;雌鼠均不能受孕;精子畸形率显著增高,随剂量增加而精子畸形率增高;对孕鼠重量、活胎重量及平均胎仔数等各项指标均无影响。结论　昆明山海棠胶囊具有低、中度的遗传毒性和一般生殖毒性,而无胚胎毒性。     

白木香的遗传差异及ISSR分子鉴定

目的采用简单重复序列区间（ISSR）扩增技术，对不同地区白木香的遗传变异、亲缘关系及分子鉴定进行研究。方法筛选随机引物进行ISSR扩增，通过UPGMA聚类，研究白木香各居群间的遗传关系，构建居群亲缘关系的分子系统树；利用特异性条带对白木香进行指纹分析鉴别。结果共筛选出7条有效引物，经ISSR扩增得到80条带，平均每条引物扩增出11．4条带，其中多态性条带47条，多态性程度达58．8％，居群间遗传距离为0．0733～0．4213。结论ISSR分子标记可作为白木香居群遗传多态性、居群亲缘关系和分子鉴别的有效手段；引物IS-8可以进行白木香种内和种间的鉴别。
