[目的]应用连接酶链反应技术检测男性尿标本中的沙眼衣原体,初步评价其敏感性和特异性。[方法]采集受检者晨起或较长时间(2h以上)不排尿后的首段尿(FVU)标本1131份,利用连接酶链反应技术(LCR)对尿液标本进行沙眼衣原体检测,针对临界值灰区以上的标本进行PCR检测。对LCR和PCR结果相异的标本,用另一LCR试剂进行复检,参照“扩大的金标准”来确定检测结果。[结果]。LCR的敏感性和特异性分别为97.5%和98.4%。[结论]LCR作为一种探针检测技术,是一种既敏感又特异的诊断方法,可避免取尿道标本给患者带来的痛苦,可作为筛检男性沙眼衣原体感染的一种非损伤性方法。  相似文献

目的了解淋病奈瑟菌在女性人群中的感染情况,为制定淋病防治策略提供依据。方法采用PCR方法发现某医院女性就诊者中的淋病奈瑟菌感染者,对感染者的年龄、就诊原因、临床症状进行调查,并检测是否合并生殖道沙眼衣原体感染。结果检测发现淋病奈瑟菌女性感染者共104例,感染者年龄集中在20~39岁,就诊原因中因泌尿生殖系统的炎症症状就诊者占42.31%,因生育相关需求就诊者占44.23%。生殖道沙眼衣原体合并感染率为17.17%。结论建议在女性孕前体检人群中开展淋病奈瑟菌感染筛查,同时对女性淋病奈瑟菌感染者检测生殖道沙眼衣原体。  相似文献

目的研究探讨女性淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体、解脲脲支原体感染与不孕症的关系,为临床诊断和治疗提供参考依据。方法对医院2010年4月-2014年4月诊治的80例女性不孕患者为不孕组和80例可疑性病女性患者为可疑组进行分析,同期选取80名已生育妇女为对照组,检测各组受试者淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体及解脲脲支原体感染情况,数据采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果不孕组患者中淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体及解脲脲支原体的感染率分别为30.42%、87.50%、90.00%,明显高于对照组的5.00%、12.50%、15.00%;且淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体及解脲脲支原体的感染率与宫颈糜烂程度呈正相关性。结论淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体及解脲脲支原体与女性不孕具有密切的相关性,须加强不孕患者上述项目的临床监测。  相似文献

目的 研究扬州市男性性传播疾病(STD)患者支原体、衣原体、淋病奈瑟菌及阴道加特纳菌的感染情况。方法 收集男性STD患者病灶拭子标本进行解脲脲原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)、肺炎支原体(Mpn)、生殖支原体(Mg)、发酵支原体(Mf)、穿通支原体(Mpe)、梨支原体(Mpi)、沙眼衣原体(Ct)、肺炎衣原体(Cpn)、鹦鹉热衣原体(Cps)、淋病奈瑟菌(Ng)和阴道加特纳菌(GV)等12种病原体作巢式聚合酶链反应(nPCR)检测,并对Ng阳性者进行了产青霉素酶淋病奈瑟菌(PPNG)检测。结果 Un、Mh、Mpn和Mg 4种支原体阳性率分别为64.5%、27.6%、26.3%、18.4%,Mf和Mpe为2.6%,Mpi未检出;Ct为31.6%,Cpn和Cps无阳性病例检出;Ng为36.8%,其中PPNG占14.3%;GV阳性率为15.8%。淋球菌阳性的男性STD者与淋球菌阴性者中支原体核酸检出率差异有显著性(X~2=3.848,P<0.05)。结论 扬州市男性STD患者支原体、衣原体、淋病奈瑟菌、阴道加特纳菌感染率较高。在临床诊疗中应重视淋球菌、衣原体、支原体和阴道加特纳菌的检测,使患者能获得正确诊断与合理治疗。  相似文献

[目的]研究1种既高度敏感又高度特异的淋球菌和沙眼衣原体的实验室诊断方法。[方法]采用连接酶链反应技术(LCR)对受捡者的尿液标本进行淋球菌和沙眼衣原体的检测。[结果]在1128份标本中,共检测出淋球菌阳性样品8份,阳性捡出率为0.71%(8/1128),沙眼衣原体阳性标本38份,阳性检出率为3.37%(38/1128),其中共有5份标本为淋球菌和沙眼衣原体双阳性标本,阳性检出率为0.44%(5/1128)。[结论]作为1种探针检测技术,连接酶反应技术可用于淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等多种病原体的实验室检测。  相似文献

目的对徐州市HIV-1/2抗体筛查阳性标本进行复检和确证实验。方法按《全国艾滋病检测技术规范(2009年修订版)》要求,对2012-2013年徐州市辖区内的艾滋病筛查实验室送检的HIV-1/2抗体筛查阳性标本进行复检实验(ELISA和胶体硒),复检阳性标本进行确证实验(免疫印迹法),对确证结果为不确定者进行随访复查。结果 678份筛查阳性标本中复检HIV-1抗体阳性434份,复检阳性率64.01%;确证实验阳性400份,占92.17%;不确定27份,占6.22%;阴性7份,占1.61%。400份确证阳性的标本中,有397份标本酶联免疫法筛查实验中的S/CO值6,占99.25%;34份确证阴性和不确定样本中,21份S/CO值6,占61.76%。确证阳性标本中出现≥7个条带的375份,占93.75%。27例不确定者随访到16例,其中14例结果阳转,2例转阴。结论筛查实验存在一定的假阳性,S/CO值6的标本确证阳性的几率较高;对同时出现gp160和p24的不确定样本应予以重视。  相似文献

目的 了解不孕妇女下生殖道中病原体的感染情况。方法 A组 :对照组 ,2 76例正常健康育龄妇女。B组 :3 0 7例原发不孕女性患者。采用衣原体培养、支原体培养、淋病奈瑟菌培养和真菌培养 ,分别对 5 83例妇女宫颈分泌物进行沙眼衣原体(CT)、支原体 (UU)和淋病奈瑟菌 (NG)及念珠菌检测。结果 不孕妇女下生殖道沙眼衣原体 (CT)、支原体 (UU)、淋病奈瑟菌 (NG)及念珠菌阳性率分别为 15 3 1% (4 7/3 0 7) ,19 87% (61/3 0 7) ,11 0 7% (3 4/3 0 7)和 2 4 76% (76/3 0 7)。与对照组比较沙眼衣原体、支原体和淋病奈瑟菌阳性率差异有显著性意义 (χ2 =2 5 67,P <0 0 0 1;χ2 =3 3 88,P <0 0 0 1;χ2 =18 0 2 ,P <0 0 0 1) ,而两组念珠菌检出阳性率无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 原发不孕与女性下生殖道沙眼衣原体、支原体和淋病奈瑟菌感染密切相关 ,而与念珠菌感染关系不密切。  相似文献

目的 :了解性病门诊患者病菌感染状况和流行状况。方法 :用T -M培养基培养淋病奈瑟菌 ,肉汤培养法检测解脲脲原体 ,立明衣原体 -免疫快速法检测沙眼衣原体。结果 :4 48例性病门诊病人中阳性感染者 (包括单一感染和混合感染 )为 176例 ,感染率为 39.3% ;其中多重感染 31例 ,多重感染率为6 .9%。淋病奈瑟菌、解脲脲原体的感染率在不同性别之间均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,沙眼衣原体感染率在两性之间没有显著差异。结论 :性病门诊病人淋病奈瑟菌、解脲脲原体、沙眼衣原体感染率较高 ,且存在混合感染 ,应对高危人群加强管理和引导。  相似文献

Epidemiological studies of calcium and osteoporosis have been hampered by the lack of a suitable tool for assessing calcium intake. This report describes a new frequency and amount questionnaire for measuring present and past calcium intake in the elderly. The validity of the questionnaire was tested against two commonly used standards of dietary assessment, five-day duplicate diets and seven-day weighed dietary inventories. The resulting correlation coefficients were, respectively, r = 0.76 and r = 0.69, while that for repeatability was r = 0.84. Furthermore, the questionnaire categorized subjects into thirds of the distribution of intake with almost no gross misclassification. It is suggested that the present findings may be extended to the majority of normal, healthy elderly subjects, implying wide application for the questionnaire in the assessment of calcium intake in the elderly.  相似文献

Unemployment is considered to be a public health concern sincedeterioration in the health of the unemployed is often anticipated.However, for some groups, such as miners, unemployment mightimprove health due to a cessation of potentially harmful occupationalexposures. This study evaluates the health of 79 miners in oneSwedish iron-ore mine, and 226 age-matched controls from thegeneral population, during one year after the closure of themine. The participants received a questionnaire regarding medicalhistory and subjective symptoms at the beginning of the studyperiod, and after one year. Statistically significant negativeeffects on self-reported health attributable to unemploymentwere not found, although neuropsychiatric symptoms were morecommon among the unemployed miners. The miners reported a statisticallysignificant improvement in grip force (p=0.031). They had asignificantly higher prevalence of symptoms associated withmining related exposures when compared with the population controls;pain in the upper extremities [relative risk (RR)=2.27, 95%confidence interval (Cl)=1.44–3.59), back pain (RR=1.84;Cl=1.237–2.75), vasospastic disease of the fingers (RR=2.05;Cl=1.18–3.57) and obstructive respiratory symptoms (attacksof dyspnea and wheezing: RR=3.67; Cl=1.167–11.6).  相似文献

Context

Tularemia is a zoonosis affecting humans and hares in France. We describe the results of surveillance in both species, in 2007 and 2008.

Methods

Human tularemia cases are mandatorily notifiable in France since 2003. In hares, surveillance relies on volunteer hunter associations in all districts of the country. Data from mandatory reports and volunteer surveillance in 2007/2008 were analyzed and compared with previous results.

Results

In 2007/2008, 144 cases were reported in humans and 117 cases in hares. This was a 100% increase compared to previous years. Human cases differed from those of previous years only by the frequency of contact with breeding animals. Human cases without any documented risk exposure were also more frequent.

Conclusion

An increase of tularemia cases occurred in 2007/2008 in both species. Complementary studies are needed to identify the species reservoir in France to understand the causes of this peak of cases.  相似文献

This review article outlines the physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic and psychosocial occupational health hazards of mining and associated metallurgical processes. Mining remains an important industrial sector in many parts of the world and although substantial progress has been made in the control of occupational health hazards, there remains room for further risk reduction. This applies particularly to traumatic injury hazards, ergonomic hazards and noise. Vigilance is also required to ensure exposures to coal dust and crystalline silica remain effectively controlled.  相似文献

This paper provides an overview of the production and use of nanomaterials (NMs), particularly in the UK. Currently, relatively few companies in the UK are identifiable as NM manufacturers, the main emphasis being the bulk markets in metals and metal oxides, and some niche markets such as carbon nanotubes and quantum dots. NM manufacturing in the UK does not reflect the global emphasis on fullerenes, nanotubes and fibres. Some assumptions have been made about the types of NM that are likely to be imported into the UK, which currently include fullerenes, modified fullerenes and other carbon-based NMs including nanotubes. Many university departments, spin-offs and private companies have developed processes for the manufacture of NMs but may only be producing small quantities for research and development (R&D) purposes. However, some have the potential to scale up to produce large quantities. The nanotechnology industry in the UK has strong R&D backup from universities and related institutions. This review has covered R&D trends at such institutions, and appropriate information has been added to a searchable database. While several companies are including NMs in their products, only a few (e.g. manufacturers of paints, coatings, cosmetics, catalysts, polymer composites) are using nanoparticles (NPs) in any significant quantities. However, this situation is likely to change rapidly. There is a need to collect more information about exposure to NPs in both manufacturing and user scenarios. As the market grows, and as manufacturers switch from the micro- to the nanoscale, the potential for exposure will increase. More research is required to quantify any risks to workers and consumers.  相似文献

Red cell membranes, prepared from red blood cells of rats exposed to 4, 10, or 20 ppm nitrogen dioxide (NO2) for 1 to 10 days, were examined for evidence of changes in membrane components. Appreciable changes were not found in contents of phospholipid and cholesterol during exposure to 10 ppm NO2. By contrast, protein content altered with the time of exposure. Moreover, changes in protein composition were observed by employing sodium dodecyl sulfate — polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Twenty-four-hour exposure to NO2 at the concentration above 10 ppm resulted in a marked increase in the percentage of lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LysoPE) to the total phospholipids. The prolonged exposure to 10 ppm NO2 gave rise to a further increase in LysoPE, whereas the percentage of phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) showed a gradual decrease. A 1-day exposure to 4.0 ppm NO2 also caused an increase in sialic acid content and decreases in those of PE and hexose. In addition to contents of these components the percentage of LysoPE increased 5 days after exposure and the elevated values were maintained up to the end of exposure period. These results demonstrate that red blood cells in circulation exhibit different membrane properties in terms of lipid and carbohydrate composition during 10 days of exposure to 4.0 ppm NO2.  相似文献

Clusters of disease are common and occur in the workplace and in the general community. They often arouse considerable concern among the population. Investigations have sometimes lead to exciting new knowledge, but in general the investigation of clusters is difficult and often unrewarding, especially for community clusters. In the workplace, investigations are more likely to find associations and even new causes, but still many clusters remain enigmatic. Despite this, there are many reasons for investigating clusters, including allaying community concern and identifying uncontrolled exposures.
