目的:探讨以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)的教学效果在《急危重症护理学》教学中的应用。方法:将四年制、五年制的护理专业本科生分别随机分为PBL教学组(实验组)和传统教学组(对照组),两组一般资料无显著性差异。结果:PBL教学组对PBL教学法评价较好;理论考试成绩和实验操作考核与传统教学组相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:PBL教学优于传统教学,PBL教学方法提高了学生分析、解决问题的能力,促进了对相关知识和操作技能的掌握。PBL教学增加了《急危重症护理学》的教学效果。  相似文献

目的 探讨智能型高级综合模拟人(ECS)在急救护理实训教学中的教学方式和效果.方法 将220名高职高专护理学专业护生随机分为两组,一组采用传统教学法,一组采用ECS教学法,学习结束后综合评价两组学生的理论和实践技能考试成绩,并对学生学习后的感受、体会和收获进行问卷调查.结果 ECS教学组的理论成绩和实践技能考试成绩均高于传统教学组(P<0.01),不及格率明显低于传统教学组(P<0.05);ECS教学组护生的基础知识掌握、团队合作意识及学习兴趣等明显提高.结论 ECS教学可提高护生的急救护理理论和实践能力,是培养护生临床护理能力的有效途径.  相似文献

This article explores policy implications and selected methodological topics relating to long-term care (LTC) quality. We first discuss the Teaching Nursing Home Program (TNHP), in which quality of care in teaching nursing homes (TNHs) was found to be superior to the quality of care in comparison nursing homes (CNHs). A combination of outcome and process/structural measures was used to evaluate the effects of care and underlying reasons for superior TNH outcomes. Second, we explore policy and analytic ramifications. Conceptual, methodological, and applied issues in measuring and improving the quality of LTC are discussed in the context of TNH research and related research in home care.  相似文献

This experience report describes the humanized support given by the nurse in the attendance to patients in eminently critical health situation in the Emergency Hospital of Porto Alegre (Brasil). The proposal was based on Jean Watson theory. The experience gave moments for personal and professional self-knowledge, and thoughts concerning the possibilities of construction of interpersonal humanist process in the emergency environment as well. 目的:观察人性化护理干预在高血压脑出血患者康复中的应用效果。方法选取2014年5月~2016年5月本院收治的高血压脑出血患者90例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予人性化护理,对比两组康复效果。结果护理干预后观察组躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能、物质生活评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对高血压脑出血患者实施人性化护理能加快康复速度,有效改善患者的神经功能,提高日常生活能力。  相似文献

This qualitative study aimed at identifying how obstetrical nurses perceive the humanization of delivery care, as well as evidencing, based on their discourse, the actions they develop during the birth process and factors that complicate the implementation of this care. Study participants were 16 nurses from a maternity in the interior of S?o Paulo, Brazil. Following the Collective Subject Discourse framework, data were collected by using semistructured interviews that were recorded, transcribed and organized for tabulation and analysis. The results show that, according to these nurses, the humanization process happened as a political strategy for improving care and rescuing normal birth. They believe there is a need to change the paradigm for the process to be concretized. These results also showed that nurses are more integrated with humanized birth as a process, and not as an event.  相似文献

目的 探讨在《基础护理学技能》课程中医护一体化训练模式对护生临床思维能力和批判性思维的影响作用。方法 选取90名护理专升本学生,按照上课班级分为实验组和对照组,实验组加入医护一体化训练模式进行授课,对照组采用常规模式进行授课,使用批判性思维能力量表和综合技能考核进行评价。结果 医护一体化训练模式对护生批判性思维能力中寻找真理、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、求知欲、批判性思维能力总分有效改善,差异有统计学意义(t值=-3.695,-2.462,-2.940,-2.453,-2.468,-4.075,P值均<0.05)。医护一体化训练模式对护生综合技能中团队协作能力、操作实施过程、临场应变能力、护患沟通和人文关怀能力、技能总分的有较大提高,差异有统计学意义(t值/Z值=-5.69,2.70,-4.21,5.91,4.79,P值均<0.05)。结论 医护一体化训练模式有助于护生临床思维能力和技能的提高,可以应用于《基础护理学技能》的教学中。  相似文献

The present study is concerning a practice of assistance built and implemented with the health team members of an Oncology and Radiotherapy Service in a large general hospital in the east part of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, attempting to make the assistance more humane. 目的:探讨以团队为基础(TBL)的教学法在护理学基础实验教学中的应用效果。方法:将两个班级分为实验组和对照组,分别采用传统的教学方式和TBL教学法进行教学,以课堂教学质量和期末成绩作为评价标准。结果:两个班级的期末操作考试成绩差异有统计学意义(U=1.98,P〈0.01)。结论:TBL教学法具有灵活性和时代发展性,符合护理学科发展的需要,可提高学生的学习兴趣,增强学生的创新意识和解决问题、分析问题及实践能力,增强学生之间的团队精神和责任感。  相似文献
