目的 探讨左向右分流先心病心电图表现与肺动脉压力关系,及心电图在左向右分流先心病诊断中的作用。 方法171例左向右分流先心病患者,均经心导管证实,分析心电图表现与肺动脉高压的关系。结果 1.PDA和VSD患者心电图正常或左心室肥大;合并肺动脉高压,可出现右心室肥大,与肺动脉压力正常组有显著差异(P<0.05)。2.ASD患者心电图为正常、右束支传导阻滞或右心室肥大,肺动脉压力正常组与肺动脉高压组无显著差异。3.复合左向右分流患者右心室或双心室肥大,多伴有肺动脉高压,与肺动脉压力正常组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 体表心电图虽能较好分析左向右分流先心病的类型.评价分流量大小及肺动脉压力情况,可作为先心病诊断中的一个重要辅助检查,但仍有一定局限性,须结合临床症状、体征和辅助检查进行综合评判。  相似文献

目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)与肺动脉高压的关系.方法 选择COPD患者53例,其中合并肺动脉高压患者18例;OSAHS患者50例,其中合并肺动脉高压患者14例和重叠综合征(COPD合并OSAHS,即OS)患者25例,其中合并肺动脉高压患者12例,应用超声心动图评估肺动脉压,放射免疫法测定血浆ET-1水平,硝酸酶还原法测定NO水平,比较3组患者睡眠呼吸暂停严重程度及睡眠时缺氧程度.结果 3组患者睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(apnea hypopnea index,AHI)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)<90%时间占总睡眠时间百分比(cumulative percentage of sleep time with SaO2 below 90%,T SaO2<90%)、最低血氧饱和度(MinSaO2)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),OS组与COPD组、OSAHS组相比夜间MinSaO2降低(P<0.05)、T SaO2<90%增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);AHI升高亦有统计学意义(P<0.05).3组合并肺动脉高压患者NO和ET-1水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).OS合并肺动脉高压患者较未合并肺动脉高压患者ET-1水平升高,NO水平降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 OS患者较单纯的COPD和单纯OSAHS患者夜间缺氧更明显,更易形成肺动脉高压.血浆NO降低、ET-1升高与肺动脉压升高有一定关系.  相似文献

目的:探讨下壁导联钩型R波在鉴别小儿继发孔型房间隔缺损(ASD)伴右心室肥大者是否同时伴有肺动脉高压中的作用。方法:从3个下壁导联出现钩型R波和传统的诊断右心室肥大的心电图指标来比较58例ASD伴右心室肥大同时伴肺动脉高压(A组)与74例ASD伴右心室肥大不伴肺动脉高压(B组)的心电图。结果:3个下壁导联均出现钩型R波,A组出现率明显高于B组(P〈0.01);而传统右心室肥大心电图诊断指标的出现率2组差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:钩型R波不但有助于诊断ASD,还是鉴别小儿ASD伴右心室肥大是否同时伴肺动脉高压的良好指标。  相似文献

目的:探讨重症喘息性疾病合并肺动脉高压患儿动脉血气指标变化及其临床意义。方法选取我院2011-01~2014-09间住院部收治的82例重症喘息性疾病患者,根据是否合并肺动脉高压将患者分为肺动脉高压组(35例)和非肺动脉高压组(47例),采用血气分析仪测定两组动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)和血氧饱和度(SaO2),并统计分析重症喘息性疾病合并肺动脉高压患儿不同时期的血气指标。结果血气分析显示,肺动脉高压组PaO2、SaO2明显低于非肺动脉高压组, PaCO2则明显高于非肺动脉高压组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。肺动脉高压组缓解期的PaO2、SaO2较急性发作期呈升高趋势,PaCO2则明显下降,两者比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。 ROC曲线分析显示,PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2三项联合检测对重症喘息性疾病合并肺动脉高压病情程度预测ROC曲线下面积(AUC值)别为0.914,明显高于单项PaO2(0.812),PaCO2(0.804)和SaO2(0.754)(P<0.05)。结论重症喘息性疾病急性发作合并肺动脉高压患儿动脉血PaO2、SaO2值下降,PaCO2值升高,三者随着患者病情变化而变化,可作为重症喘息性疾病急性发作合并肺动脉高压患儿预后评估的参考指标。  相似文献

目的 探讨超声心动图对老年肺动脉高压患者右心功能评价的临床效果. 方法选取临床确诊的老年肺动脉高压患者30例为观察组,另选30例健康成年人作为对照组.超声心动图检查两组右心室前后径、右心房横径和肺动脉主干内径,并计算右心室Tei指数.比较分析两组检查结果. 结果观察组患者的右心室前后径、右心房横径、肺动脉主干内径和正常对照组相比,显著增大,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患者Sm、Em和Am显著低于对照组(P<0.05),右心室Tei指数和对照组相比,显著增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论超声心动图评价老年肺动脉高压患者右心功能具有较高临床价值.  相似文献

目的探讨心肌致密化不全(NVM)的临床表现和诊治方法。方法回顾性分析12例NVM患者临床表现、超声心动图、心电图、误诊及治疗和预后等情况。结果12导联心电图检查见1例房颤伴Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞,1例持续性室速,1例短阵室速,7例偶发室早或房早。其中6例曾误诊为扩张性心肌病。治疗以综合治疗为主。结论超声心动图是诊断NVM的主要手段。早期诊断和治疗可改善预后。  相似文献

[目的]观察持续气道正压通气(CPAP)治疗对冠心病合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停通气综合征(OS-AHS)的临床疗效。[方法]选取经冠状动脉造影及睡眠呼吸监测确诊为冠心病合并中重度OSAHS患者共40例,随机分为两组各20例,对照组给予冠心病常规药物治疗,试验组给予常规药物+CPAP治疗,半年后观察各组心脏临床症状及睡眠呼吸监测指标。[结果]试验组在常规药物+CPAP治疗半年后,患者夜间发生胸痛、胸闷气短症状,心律失常及心电图心肌缺血改变明显减少,睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、夜间最低血氧饱和度(SaO2)及平均SaO2改善优于对照组( P <0.05)。[结论]CPAP治疗可改善冠心病合并OSAHS患者的低氧血症,使其心肌缺血、心律失常发生率降低,临床应对冠心病并发中重度OSA HS患者在药物治疗基础上给予CPAP治疗。  相似文献

目的 探讨缺氧诱导因子α(HIF-1α)在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)合并肺动脉高压患者中的变化.方法 对2009-03至2010-03在本中心就诊的患者行整夜多导睡眠监测和超声心动图检查,根据呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)和血氧饱和度(SaO2)筛选共227例患者入选.对照组23例,单纯OSA组170例,OSA合并肺动脉高压组34例,监测次日晨常规采血分离检测HIF-1α.结果 与对照组比较,OSA组和OSA合并高血压病组AHI、夜间平均SaO2、微觉醒指数差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);与OSA组比较,OSA-2合并肺动脉高压组体重指数(BMI)、夜间平均SaO2、清醒平均SaO2差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);三组两两比较HIF-1α差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).OSA组血浆HIF-1α含量与肺动脉压力呈正相关(r=0.53,P<0.05).结论 OSA对肺动脉压力有一定影响,这种影响可能与HIF-1α有关.  相似文献

目的 探讨89 SrCl2治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的疗效影响因素.方法 选择南充市川北医学院附属医院2013年2月至2016年9月行89 SrCl2治疗的恶性肿瘤骨转移患者99例,分析患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤病理类型、89 SrCl2治疗次数、手术切除原发灶、放疗、化疗、肿瘤骨转移的病灶数量、联合止痛药状况以及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)是否会影响89 SrCl2的治疗效果.结果 89 SrCl2治疗的总有效率为63.6%.单因素分析结果显示不同肿瘤病理类型、不同治疗次数、是否联合放射治疗、是否手术切除原发灶、不同肿瘤骨转移病灶数量及是否联合止痛药患者的治疗效果进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).logistics回归分析显示,患者的肿瘤病理类型、89SrCl2治疗次数、手术切除原发灶、肿瘤骨转移的病灶数量及联合止痛药是影响89SrCl2疗效的独立因素(P<0.05).结论 肿瘤病理类型、89 SrCl2治疗次数、手术切除原发灶、肿瘤骨转移病灶数量以及联合止痛药能影响89 SrCl2治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的疗效.  相似文献

目的比较分析两种抗凝剂对实验用小型猪血液生理指标的影响。方法将22只成年的实验用小型猪,分别用EDTA三钾和肝素锂抗凝采血后,用日本光电MEK-7222K血球分析仪测定血液生理指标。结果使用不同的抗凝剂,同一批样本的血液生理指标中单核细胞绝对值(MON)有差异(P0.05),平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、血小板比积(PLT)、血小板平均体积(PCT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、淋巴细胞绝对值(LYM)、嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值(EOS)、嗜碱性粒细胞绝对值(BAS)、淋巴细胞绝对值(LYM)%、单核细胞绝对值(MON)%、嗜酸性粒细胞百分率(EOS)%和嗜碱性粒细胞百分率(BAS)%这12个指标有显著差异(P0.01);EDTA三钾抗凝的血液生理指标中血小板比积(PLT)、中性粒细胞绝对值(NEUT)和中性粒细胞百分率(NEUT)%有性别差异(P0.05),MON、EOS、MON%和EOS%性别差异有显著性(P0.01);肝素锂抗凝的血液生理指标中血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)、中性粒细胞绝对值(NEUT)和LYM%有性别差异(P0.05),MON、EOS、MON%、NEUT%和EOS%性别差异有显著性(P0.01)。结论不同的抗凝剂对实验用小型猪血小板和白细胞分类计数参数影响显著,进行相关实验时应妥善选择血液抗凝方式。  相似文献

Objective

To investigate the anti-diabetic and anti-cholesterolemic activity of methanol extracts of leaves of Amaranthus caudatus, Amaranthus spinosus and Amaranthus viridis in normal and streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats.

Methods

In this study, the anti-diabetic and anti-cholesterolemic activity of methanol extracts of leaves of all three plants was evaluated by using normal and STZ induced diabetic rats at a dose of 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg p.o. daily for 21 days. Blood glucose levels and body weight were monitored at specific intervals, and different biochemical parameters, serum cholesterol, serum triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein and very low density lipoprotein were also assessed in the experimental animals. Histology of pancreas was performed.

Results

It was found that all the three plants at 400 mg/kg dose showed significant anti-diabetic and anti-cholesterolemic activity (P<0.01), while at 200 mg/kg dose less significant anti-diabetic activity (P<0.05) was observed.

Conclusions

Methanol extracts of Amaranthus caudatus, Amaranthus spinosus and Amaranthus viridis showed significant anti-diabetic and anti-cholesterolemic activity, which provides the scientific proof for their traditional claims.  相似文献

目的 研究焦虑性抑郁模型大鼠海马、杏仁核、前额叶皮质内单胺递质的含量变化及脑内神经营养因子的表达趋势,探讨其可能的发病机制。方法 60只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、溶媒对照组、焦虑模型组、抑郁模型组、焦虑性抑郁模型组,每组12只。采用慢性束缚应激联合皮质酮注射的方法建立焦虑性抑郁大鼠模型,造模时间为21 d,造模结束后采用高架十字迷宫测试,旷场实验,强迫游泳实验评价大鼠的焦虑和抑郁样行为,HPLC-ECD法检测大鼠海马、杏仁核、前额叶皮质的单胺递质5-HT、NE、DA含量,蛋白印迹法检测大鼠各脑区神经营养因子BDNF、NT-3的含量。结果 焦虑性抑郁模型组大鼠在进入开臂的时间、次数、旷场中自主活动次数均与焦虑组相当,与对照组及抑郁组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05),在强迫游泳中的不动时间显著增加,与对照组及焦虑组对比差异有显著性(P<0.01);同时,与对照组比较,焦虑性抑郁模型组大鼠海马5-HT、杏仁核及前额叶皮质区的5-HT和NE含量均显著下降(P<0.01或P<0.05);此外,与对照组比较,焦虑性抑郁模型组大鼠各脑区BDNF、NT-3含量显著下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),同时与焦虑组比较,BDNF含量显著下降(P<0.05)。结论 焦虑性抑郁模型组大鼠具有显著的焦虑及抑郁样行为,其发病机制可能与脑内海马、杏仁核、前额叶皮质区域的单胺递质含量降低及神经营养因子BDNF、NT-3表达下调有关。  相似文献

BackgroundWe previously reported that pressure overload of the left ventricle reduced myocardial infarct (MI) size in rabbits. The threshold of pressure overload was investigated in this study.MethodsPressure overload of the left ventricle was induced by partial snare of the ascending aorta in anesthetized, open-chest rabbits. Systolic left ventricular pressure (SLVP) was elevated 50% or 30% above baseline value by varying the degree of partial snaring. Different duration of pressure overload, including 10 minutes, 5 minutes, 3 minutes, or 2 minutes, was applied to determine the threshold of protective effects. Ischemic preconditioning was elicited by two 10-minute coronary artery occlusions and reperfusions. Ten minutes after different pretreatment, 1 hour occlusion of the left anterior descending coronary artery followed by 3 hours reperfusion was done to induce MI. The size of area at risk and MI were determined by blue dye injection and triphenyl tetrazolium chloride staining after experiments.ResultsPressure overload increase of SLVP 50% above baseline value for 10 minutes, 5 minutes, and 3 minutes significantly reduced MI size (18.5 ± 3.6%, 21.4 ± 1.9% and 21.6 ± 1.7%, respectively, vs. 26.6 ± 1.0% in the control group, mean ± standard deviation, p < 0.01). A 30% increase of SLVP by pressure overload for 10 minutes, 5 minutes and 3 minutes also significantly decreased MI size (20.5 ± 2.5%, 21.6 ± 2.3%, and 21.5 ± 2.3%, p < 0.01). Ischemic preconditioning significantly decreased MI size (19.9 ± 2.8%, p < 0.001). Pressure overload to elevate SLVP 50% or 30% above baseline value for 2 minutes did not significantly alter MI size (25.0 ± 2.3% and 26.0 ± 1.7%, p = 0.122 and p = 0.457). Two episodes of 2 minutes pressure overload did not significantly decrease MI size (25.0 ± 2.2% and 25.5 ± 2.2%, p = 0.118 and p = 0.281). The hemodynamics, area at risk, and mortality were not significantly different among all groups of animals.ConclusionPressure overload to raise SLVP either 50% or 30% above baseline value reduced MI size. A minimum duration of 3 minutes was necessary to induce the protective effects.  相似文献

BackgroundIncreasing rate of vector transmission of dengue has led to the exponential rise in the mortality and morbidity scales in the past five years. There are various natural and synthetic chemical agents available commercially as potent larvicides, but they are either highly toxic, difficult to obtain, have a high manufacturing cost, or show cross-resistance, hence do not suffice as ideal larvicides. The objective was to screen aqueous extracts of Bougainvillea spectabilis (B. spectabilis), Saraca asoca (S.asoca), and Chenopodium album (C. album) for larvicidal activity against Aedes aegypti (A. aegypti).MethodsThe larvae were exposed to increasing concentrations of aqueous extracts of B. spectabilis, S. asoca, and C. album under controlled laboratory environment. The mortality was checked after 24 hours, results were statistically analyzed, and LC50 and LC90 were determined.ResultsB. spectabilis and S. asoca were found effective as larvicides against A. aegypti with LC50 values of 0.22% and 0.26%, respectively.ConclusionThe aqueous extracts of B. spectabilis and S. asoca are efficient larvicides against A. aegypti and can be used as effective, accessible, and eco-friendly control options for management of A. aegypti, the vector of dengue/chikungunya.  相似文献

Objective:To evaluate the berries of Phytolacca dodecundra(P.dodecandra) for its effect on Histoplasma cupsulatum var.farciminosum(HCF) and for the treatment of cases of epizootic lymphangitis(ELi.Methods:Samples were collected from un-ruptured nodules of cases of EL at Debre Zeit and Akaki(central Ethiopia).Mycologieal culture and isolation of HCF were performed at the Akliln Lemma Institute of Pathobiology.Phytochemical screening was done for n-butanol extract of P.dodecandra to delect alkaloids,saponins,phenolic compounds and flavonoids.The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs) and minimum fungicidal concentrations(MFCs) ol aqueous and n-butanol extracts of P.dodecandra against FICF were determined by agar dilution assay.For the in vivo trial.5%simple ointment was prepared from n-butanol extract and applied topically to 24(twelve early and twelve moderate) cases of F.L.Results:Phytochemical screening showed that n-butanol extract ol P.dodecandra was positive lor alkaloids.saponins and phenolic compounds but negative for flavonoids.The MFCs of n-butanol and aqueous extracts of P.dodecandra were(0.039%-0.078%) and(0.625%-1.250%),respectively.The MFCs of n-butanol and aqueous extracts of P.dodecandra were(0.078%t-0.156%)and(1.250%-2.500%),respectively.The MIC and MFC of ketoconazole(positive control) was(1.200×10~(-5)%-2.500×10~(-5)%) and(5.000× 10~(-5)%-1.000×10~(-4)%),respectively while growth was observed on free medium(negative control).From the total of 24 treated cases of EL,14(58.3%) responded lo treatment;however,10(41.7%) did not respond to treatment.There was no significant difference in the degree of response to treatment between early and moderate cases(χ~2=0.086:P=0.408.Conclusions:It can be concluded that n-butanol extract of P.dodecandra demonstrates antifungal effects while the aqueous extract shows no antifungal activity.  相似文献

BackgroundPhytochemicals are found in abundance at different levels in many medicinal plants. It is important to measure the total phenolic compounds correctly in such medicinal plants, the better to assess their antioxidant capacity.MethodsOur study sought to evaluate the total phenolic, flavonoid, and tannin contents of three Algerian medicinal plants: Echium pycnanthum Pomel, Haloxylon articulatum Boiss, and Solenostemma oleifolium Bull. & Bruce. We employed six different testing methods to help ascertain whether these compounds have an antioxidant capacity, including total antioxidant capacity, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl, 2,2′-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid+, β-carotene, reducing, and chelating assays.ResultsOur study showed that these medicinal plants exhibited significantly different total polyphenol contents varying from 27.3 ± 2.1 mg to 120.3 ± 5.6 mg gallic acid equivalents/g dry weight. The phenolic content in H. articulatum was superior to those in E. pycnanthum and S. oleifolium. The same tendency was observed for the relative amounts of flavonoids and condensed tannins in the three medicinal plants. The antioxidant activities varied greatly among the different plants used in this study. Indeed, H. articulatum shoots exhibited the strongest antioxidant activity, with the lowest IC50 (6.3 ± 0.25 μg/mL) and EC50 (0.21 ± 0.01 mg/mL) values for 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and iron reducing tests, respectively. In addition, the superiority of this plant was more marked as compared to positive controls. Strong and positive correlations were found between phenolic classes and antioxidant activities with a correlation coefficient reaching R ≥ 0.99.ConclusionThis investigation confirmed that several medicinal herbs from South Algeria possess high in vitro antioxidant potency. Overall, our results can be considered very promising in the continuing effort to utilize plant species successfully for medicinal purposes in humans, providing further justification for the hypothesis that phenolic compounds in these plants can provide substantial antioxidant activity.  相似文献

目的 探讨基于雨课堂的混合式教学在护理教育学课程教学中的应用效果。方法 将2019年开课的护理本科教学班设为观察组(n=20),采用课堂教学与雨课堂平台线上学习相结合的混合式教学;将2018年同期开课、学生数量相同、实施传统课堂教学模式的教学班设为对照组(n=20)。应用SPSS 22.0进行统计学处理,采用独立样本t检验对两个班次学生的研讨课、模拟授课和课终理论考核成绩及对课程教学效果的评价进行分析。结果 两组学生的模拟授课成绩比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.21,P=0.834),观察组学生的研讨课成绩[91.18±1.20](t=3.09,P<0.05)和课终理论考试成绩[78.63±6.28](t=3.33,P<0.05)高于对照组,且信息检索和处理能力(t=-3.33,P<0.05)、发现问题能力(t=-2.17,P<0.05)、独立思考能力(t=-2.53,P<0.05)、知识整合能力(t=-3.86,P<0.001)、自主学习能力(t=-3.12,P<0.05)及对护理教师角色功能的认同感(t=-2.53,P<0.05)、主动学习的意识(t=-3.13,P<0.05)和终身学习的态度(t=-4.46,P<0.001)得分高于对照组。结论 基于雨课堂的混合式教学有利于学生探究学习能力的培养和对理论知识的深度学习,促进课程教学目标的有效达成。  相似文献
