[目的]调查本校护理本科毕业生的临床综合能力,为深化教育教学改革提供依据。[方法]使用护理本科毕业生临床综合能力调查表,对本校2005届—2013届108名护理本科毕业生及所在用人单位的60名护理管理者进行问卷调查。[结果]问卷总分为3.32分±0.46分,76.85%的毕业生完全达标,22.22%的毕业生基本达标,仅1名不达标,得分最高的是临床处置能力,然后依次是临床沟通能力、健康教育能力、职业心理素质、临床教学能力、临床管理能力,得分最低的是护理科研能力。[结论]本校护理本科毕业生的临床综合能力达到了培养目标,得到了用人单位的认可,在今后的教育教学改革中应不断加强学生护理科研能力、临床教学能力及临床管理能力的培养,以满足临床对本科护理人才的需求。  相似文献

目的:了解用人单位对护理本科毕业生临床能力的评价,以指导高等护理教育教学改革。方法:采用自行设计的护理本科毕业生临床能力评价问卷对8所医院的250名护理管理者进行调查。结果:护理本科毕业生临床护理能力、自主学习能力、护理教育能力得分相对较高;沟通交流与合作能力、护理科研能力和护理管理能力得分相对较低。结论:高等护理教育应进一步完善护理本科生的培养目标,同时加大课程设置、教学方法等的改革力度,以提高护理本科毕业生的临床能力,特别是护理科研和管理能力。  相似文献

目的 探讨我同护理本科毕业生的核心能力结构,构建一套护理本科毕业生核心能力的综合评价指标体系.方法 采用专家咨询法(Delphi Method)和层次分析法(AHP),对初拟指标体系的指标项目、指标层次结构、指标内涵、指标权重进行咨询,并对咨询结果 进行统计学处理.结果 经过2轮专家咨询,构建了护理本科毕业生核心能力综合评价指标体系;咨询专家组个人权威程度系数在0.775~1.0之间;专家对各级指标设置意见的一致性程度在91.9%以上;专家一致性系数为0.84;指标逻辑一致性检验CI或CR值均<0.1.结论 护理本科毕业生核心能力评价指标体系经过2轮专家咨询后形成,咨询的专家权威程度高,专家意见一致性较高,指标逻辑一致性检验CI<0.1,具有较好的科学性和可靠性.  相似文献

从恢复高等护理教育到现在,已有60多所大学开设了护理本科专业,使越来越多的护理本科毕业生逐渐进入医院的临床工作第一线。由于护理本科毕业生在学校的培养期间,已受到较为全面的综合素质、理论知识、管理能力、教学科研能力等方面的培训,如何对护理本科毕业生进行临床培养就成为各医院护理管理者重点思考的问题。目前,我院已有本科毕业生10人,在近7a的培养过程中,我们作了一些探讨,并取得了较为满意的效果。  相似文献

目的追踪调查上海交通大学四年制护理本科毕业生临床能力的现状,分析管理者他评与毕业生自评之间的差异,为提高毕业生临床能力、深化和完善教学改革指明方向。方法对2006~2010届97名护理本科四年制毕业生及其相应的85名主管领导进行问卷调查,包括毕业生一般资料问卷、毕业生临床能力的自评问卷及他评问卷。结果护理本科毕业生临床沟通能力、临床教学能力、职业心理素质各维度评分及其总分的他评得分高于自评(P<0.05);参与科研的毕业生临床能力的他评总分及各维度得分(除临床管理能力)高于未参与科研者(P<0.05);无离职意向的毕业生护理科研能力自评得分高于有意向者(P<0.05)。结论护理本科毕业生临床能力达到了学院的培养目标,并得到了用人单位认可;毕业生参与护理科研有助于临床能力提升,应不断加强学生科研和教学能力的培养,以满足临床对本科护理人才的期望。  相似文献

[目的]了解护理本科毕业生就业质量现状,为护理教育改革提供依据。[方法]采用信访调查方式对我校2005级已就业的护理本科生就业质量进行调查。[结果]2005级护理本科毕业生就业质量得分(90.01±2.73)分,且学生就业质量与就业单位等级不相关(P>0.05),而与学生在校成绩和性格相关(P<0.05)。[结论]通过对护理本科生就业质量指标体系的构建,获取了基本的信息,为今后进一步的研究提供了信息资料库;对护理本科生就业质量的分析,为护理教育改革与发展提供了可借鉴的信息。  相似文献

护理本科毕业生上岗后,首先加强对他们思想素质的培养,使他们树立正确的职业道德观,巩固专业思想。针对本科生存在专科知识欠缺、技术操作不熟练等薄弱环节,作者采用了强化训练,边实践边自学等措施加强专业技能的培养,提高了他们理论联系实际的能力。同时,注重科研能力和管理能力的培养。经过实践,使他们顺利地承担了临床总责任护士的工作。  相似文献
